Cannot login to my account

Address:Mumbai

I have a demat account with HDFC Securities for past few years. I am unable to login for past 6 months.
I was told to fill in new KYC form and attach the required documents and submit them at their desk in my HDFC Bank branch at Ballygunge Kolkata m
I have done that twice in last month.
But my account still remains disabled.
I am enclosing a screenshot with the details of my account.
Please help.

IGST refund not possible

Address:No 90, Sri krishna Nilaya, Brundavan Road, Ramanjaneyanagar, chikkalasandra

I have purchased a product on amazon on credit card EMI and i missed last installment due to miscalculation.They charged late fee of 500 + IGST of 90rs. I called up customer care for the same and they credited 500 but they didnt credit 90 Rs IGST due to bank policy.This is just one instance and i have multiple instances like that and lost almost 2000 rs due to IGST and hdfc bank policy. I don't have a product and i wasted 2000 Rs for nothing....

Account closure not done, forcing to keep the account active, deducting annual charges.

I have submitted multiple closure forms for closure of DEMAT account with nearest HDFC branch in last one year, no action has been taken by the bank, when ask them about the status they again get a form filled & signed by me for DEMAT closure.

I have been debited 800+ INR every year from my bank account, its now seems impossible for me to have patience with the bank.

Address of the branch to which i had submitted...

Incompetent online trading staff

I have had the worst experience today in my almost 12 years of trading with HDFC securtites i have never faced a situation like this . I had called the online trading number to purchase two MF's yesterday. Despite repeating multiple time that i wanted the ICICi mutli asset MF - IDCW regular payout, i got a rude shock today when i got to know that the incompetent staff had selected the wrong option and purchased the ICICI Multi Asset GROWTH...

Client disabled error

DEMAT closure

Hi,

I have made a request but there is no response from HDFC securities team for DMAT account closure. Still I am able to see the DMAT balance in my HDFC net banking application.

Even after sending filled closure form and on mail confirmation, there is no response from them.

I am really disappointed for such kind of response from HDFC Sec.

Invoice and brokerage

I have opened new demat account i have received consolidated report and in that 7078.82 amount was debited to my accounts.
i have sent emails about this but no revert.
Also i have sent email about the brokerage charges but no revert....

I have opened Demat ACCOUNT with HDFC cap but unable to proceed POA & login password.
sent emails to service but no one is responding.
also I have tried to contact through customer care but their number always busy....

POA Update

I opened savings account and demat account on 11.10.2021. I opened for investment purpose. But my POA is not updated so far and nobody in position from your team to answer this. My Corpus @ 8.7 lacs get held due to this silly reason. I did'n expect this from your organisation which is claiming more professional....

No support and knowledge from RM given to me

This is Sangram Torne Trading a/c no. 2839163, DPID - IN301549, DP Account No[protected], contact no - [protected].

I have various queries which are not answered by the RM assigned to me. whenever required RM or HDFC Support numbers are not reachable, it seems RMs assigned to me is not knowledgeable.

due to this non support I have opened my Demat under Discount brokers as well and also planning...

New demat account

Address:Already in my above S.B. Account

I have applied for D mat account along with opening of S.B. Account 10.07.2020. All papers for opening D mat account has been submitted along with S.B. Account. My S.B. Account No. [protected]. Original Form for Dmat account and all the required papers have been misplaced by your bank. Hence, I submitted Form for Dmat and required papers second time before 3/4 months as required by your staff. Thereafter many further papers also required...

Mobile app not reliable

Tired of the repeated technical issues while using HDFC securities mobile app. It doesn’t log me in and sometimes shows different values of my holdings....

Trading account locked- organization's poor customer support

This is to bring to your notice that i have been requesting for enabling my demat and trading account from past two months, till now there have been two applications taken from my end and both the times i received an absurd reason for rejection
1st reason : address mismatch- This is my own house and i have all proofs on this address, i have given driving license with same address, no idea why the application gets rejected

Account disabled due to KYC

I won’t suggest any NRI’s to use HDFC securities. This organisation is not for NRI with almost no customer service. I am trying since more than last 6 months to enable my accounts. I have all the communications from nrihelp email so called made to help nri? I will stare all the communications fro here. I was asked to come to Indian to one of their branch for KYC. When I requested that I am a NRI and it’s not possible for me to come...
