There are frequent debits from my bank account to HDFC Securities Limited. When checked with with they asked to check with HDFC Securities Limited team but the team is not responding.Why they are charging those amounts frequently without any intimation or permission? Please help me out to stop those charges.

    Frequently charging amount for HDFC Securities Limited

    There are frequent debits in my bank account to HDFC Securities Limited.Why they are charging those amounts? Also there are no recent transactions being taken in my demat account, but the amount is being deducted from my bank account without any intimation or reason....

    I had placed an order for a stock through HDFC Securities app. I was trying to modify and/or cancel the order. It did not give me any error. I tried to do the same through their website, no error but the order did not get modified/cancelled. I called their customer care, where I was told there can be a routing issue. I am still on hold by the time customer care calls backend to cancel my order.
    By that time the stock reached its upper circuit.
    Who can I reach out for help and who will bear the loss for this? Is the explanation that their software does not work properly get me back my money?

      Cannot login to my account

      Address: Mumbai

      I have a demat account with HDFC Securities for past few years. I am unable to login for past 6 months.
      I was told to fill in new KYC form and attach the required documents and submit them at their desk in my HDFC Bank branch at Ballygunge Kolkata m
      I have done that twice in last month.
      But my account still remains disabled.
      I am enclosing a screenshot with the details of my account.
      Please help.

      I have purchased a product on amazon on credit card EMI and i missed last installment due to miscalculation.They charged late fee of 500 + IGST of 90rs. I called up customer care for the same and they credited 500 but they didnt credit 90 Rs IGST due to bank policy.This is just one instance and i have multiple instances like that and lost almost 2000 rs due to IGST and hdfc bank policy. I don't have a product and i wasted 2000 Rs for nothing.
      This is day light robbery of hdfc and GST council. I need all that IGST to be credited back and hdfc charges processing fee on cancelled product as well and i need them to be returned.

        I have submitted multiple closure forms for closure of DEMAT account with nearest HDFC branch in last one year, no action has been taken by the bank, when ask them about the status they again get a form filled & signed by me for DEMAT closure.

        I have been debited 800+ INR every year from my bank account, its now seems impossible for me to have patience with the bank.

        Address of the branch to which i had submitted multiple requests for closure is as below.

        HDFC BANK LTD GROUND FLOOR SHOP NO 8 AND 9 KOOKAS JAIPUR RAJASTHAN 302028

        No action has been taken even after escalation on social media.

        Feeling helpless due to this kind of behavior of the HDFC Bank.

        Please take necessary action against bank, i am being mentally harassed from last 1.5 years, dont know how to get out of this vicious circle created by bank.

          I have had the worst experience today in my almost 12 years of trading with HDFC securtites i have never faced a situation like this . I had called the online trading number to purchase two MF's yesterday. Despite repeating multiple time that i wanted the ICICi mutli asset MF - IDCW regular payout, i got a rude shock today when i got to know that the incompetent staff had selected the wrong option and purchased the ICICI Multi Asset GROWTH MF. All i get is a sorry but there is no sense of any responsibility taken. I have now been told to sell the same . Loss of course I WILL bear . Have realised HDFC staff be it securities or HDFC life are excellent at saying sorry and letting you handle your problem created by them in the first place. Makes me want to take out all my investments from this bank and move it elsewhere if this is the kind of incometent, useless staff that they are recruiting

            Hi,

            I have made a request but there is no response from HDFC securities team for DMAT account closure. Still I am able to see the DMAT balance in my HDFC net banking application.

            Even after sending filled closure form and on mail confirmation, there is no response from them.

            I am really disappointed for such kind of response from HDFC Sec.

                I have opened new demat account i have received consolidated report and in that 7078.82 amount was debited to my accounts.
                i have sent emails about this but no revert.
                Also i have sent email about the brokerage charges but no revert.

                      POA Update

                      I opened savings account and demat account on 11.10.2021. I opened for investment purpose. But my POA is not updated so far and nobody in position from your team to answer this. My Corpus @ 8.7 lacs get held due to this silly reason. I did'n expect this from your organisation which is claiming more professional....

                      This is Sangram Torne Trading a/c no. 2839163, DPID - IN301549, DP Account No[protected], contact no - [protected].

                      I have various queries which are not answered by the RM assigned to me. whenever required RM or HDFC Support numbers are not reachable, it seems RMs assigned to me is not knowledgeable.

                      due to this non support I have opened my Demat under Discount brokers as well and also planning to migrate to that broker.

                      this is very unprofessional not to support the customers whenever required.

                      Please call me ASAP and assign me proper knowledgeable RM.

                        I have applied for D mat account along with opening of S.B. Account 10.07.2020. All papers for opening D mat account has been submitted along with S.B. Account. My S.B. Account No. [protected]. Original Form for Dmat account and all the required papers have been misplaced by your bank. Hence, I submitted Form for Dmat and required papers second time before 3/4 months as required by your staff. Thereafter many further papers also required by your staff have been submitted.                             This is to bring to your notice that i have been requesting for enabling my demat and trading account from past two months, till now there have been two applications taken from my end and both the times i received an absurd reason for rejection
                            1st reason : address mismatch- This is my own house and i have all proofs on this address, i have given driving license with same address, no idea why the application gets rejected
                            iam an account holder in HDFC bank with acc no [protected]

                            2nd REASON : Application photo is not clear : I strongly feel that the organization cannot penalise the customer for the photo not being clear as the scanning part is not handled by us. At Least there should be a mechanism to resolve such issues instead of waiting endlessly for customer to complaint

                            Iam in need to do the trading and further close my DEMAT account, that's for the pathetic service. Hence request to revolve this issue on priority.

                              I have visited your branch at BD 25 salt lake sector I branch, Kolkata-700064 offering depository services in person on 1st September 2021 and as discussed with Apurba Biswas (the manager)My demat Account No is 32878399, DPID is IN301549, Depository is NSDL, . My Trading Account No. 1404005 with HDFC Securities Ltd asked him to close all the demat and trading accounts.I can see I still have Rs 70 holding. But I have received confirmation in email that Trading account 1404005 is closed on 03/01/2017 as per the Closure letter received and Demat & Saving account is delinked, Why all of a sudden you have deducted Rs.590/- as depository /demat charges for the last two years !!!
