I would like to inform you that I had took Honda activa which is financed thru your firm bearing loan no : KAMGMTTW03826. During lockdown period even I had not requested for moratorium and emi amount (Rs.2398/- per.month)also not deducted from account from May.20 to August.20 and my emi.is amount deduction resumed from September 2020..and now which was supposed to end by December 20, and because of lockdown 4 month emi is pending and I have to pay from Jan 2021 to april 2021... and now I had enquired in Mangalore hinduja office they informed that because of moratorium period, I have to pay additional 2 months emi along with 4 months due amount and that also Rs.2, 998 /- amount to be paid..which is not acceptable..So.I.would.like to request you to reconsider that i will.pay only balance 4 months old emi amount of Rs.2, 398 per month and not to charge additional 2 months emi...
