        This is raghunath malu, one of hero bike od33e 9227, its financed by hinduja in my name 20/11/2015, and your recover team also taken it from 2018, when i told to that your recovery team take this mr utkal your hinduja employee, told that i have no record of that.Then how can pay my over due .           Hello, I have taken loan of 80000 from Hinduja and its tenure has been completed on 5th Oct 2017 and all EMI has been paid. But after marking several emails i haven't received my loan NOC.

                    My Loan Account No.: MHPUPNTW08118.
                    Location: Pune.
                    Foreclosed the loan account by Paying an amount of Rs.17600 on date 18 Nov 2020 at Pune branch.
                    As per HLF representative instruction, I have visited the branch after 4 days for closing the loan account closing.
                    On 23 Nov 2020, representative has informed me that the loan account closure request has been placed.
                    Even after closing the loan account my regular EMI has been deducted on 05 Dec 2020 (Rs:3482).
                    Again I have visited the branch and representative has been informed me that, the extra deducted EMI amount will be refunded in your account. It will take time.
                    The staff is not responsive. Even after closing the loan account it still showing the live and Extra deducted EMI also not refunded.

                      Already I pay it time to time but my bank accoy issue it was not able to auto debit.so already I informed on your branch .but they not help me .but still now my last payment September .after that your agent not visit for collection.thia month your agent come to my house .and I say him to pay on the date of 24/12/2020.after that yesterday which time I am on collection duty your dipo sized my bike .I already informed him that I am a L&T Finance collection agent Next I visit for my issue after that they not listin my request and sized my bike .and I come my location anugul by bus and the amount was stolen .I request you please help me and release my bike as soon as possible

                              I have payed all the installments and still my loan is in live status.
                              Reason is loan if 4/- is overdue.
                              There is no official communication on this from your side. No reason given nothing. Due to this my cibil score has been affected.
                              I had logged query from your HLF app and guess what, no answer.
                              Also I have paid overdue amount and again no reply.
                              Still I request you to resolve it asap.

                                        i went to your recovery office in ludhiana at jamalpur 'n' times to have a one to one talk with your head of recovery mr vivek sharma but to no avail. i left my message and my number with his junior staff to intimate me when he comes but since november i have been kept waiting. so today when finally my patience broke i decided for this epistle. we deal in real estate and have a ready client for a morgaged property in ludhiana - hno 92 citizen enclave, near ferozepur road, ludhiana punjab.
                                        my client is ready to avail a loan from your bank as well. he will make major part of payment from his savings . he and his spouse have combined ITR of around 20 lacs.
                                        i have a hot and ready client for this abovesaid property.
