I am writing to bring to your attention an outstanding issue regarding the financing of a tractor that was purchased from Hinduja Leyland Finance 5 years ago. According to my records, the loan for the tractor has been fully paid off, but the finance has yet to be closed. Despite repeated attempts to contact our respective dealer, there has been no response from their side for the past 4 months.

I have a 2-wheeler loan active and going-on with Hinduja Leyland Finance since October-November 2021 and it has been approximately 15 months and the tenure for the said loan is of 30 months. I have been paying the installments/emi's on time and have never defaulted the same. However, as a matter of fact I've noticed that my CIBIL Score has not been generated or update from your end till date.
