I am nageswararao.my loan account number ATTPTGTW00403. I had taken a loan in 2018. I repayed total amount on 5th may 2018. But your executive had not closed my account. So, still I am getting notices from your office.I request you to please close the account after going through the past details of my account.

One of the worst customer service you have, I tried calling them more than 50 times and they are not receiving it and sometime after receiving the call they didn't respond after that .

I Have completed all my 36 months tenure on Dec-2022. All installments paid successfully.
Now I Need a NOC.

I found some transaction disputes in a statement. Number of installments is 42. This is not cleared.

In the initial stage of loan, EMI was not auto deduct from HLF.
At that time a bank employee was collect cash from me. This transaction is reflected in a statement.

Second time also EMI was not auto deduct from my account, so that time Bank employee was gave information about HLF app for payment.
At times I was paid online payment to bank employee. This transaction is reflected in a statement.

Third time app doesn't work properly and I have called from bank for the same. They said the app is under maintenance. so they asked me paid in next payment with current EMI.

Above transaction is not considered in my 36 months tenure.

This concern I take to the HLF Pune office. The staff is not supported properly. failed to understand the situation.
They said there is Late payment charges and moratorium applied during covid pandemic period.

furthermore, in my statement's all payments has been reflected even with i have paid in covid pandemic time.

In statement still there is 42 no's of installments 06 no's are extra EMI.

Also I have paid some extra money from two months.

Request you to look into this issue and resolve the issue.
and release my NOC.

I would be grateful if you could give me my extra money back.

I had a 2 wheeler loan before - loan contract no. ORBUBTTW09845 but now have closed it and got the NOC but in my cibil it is still showing that loan from hinduja leyland finance is still active. Please update that it has been closed so that it will not hamper my cibil. Thank you!

greetings for the day, their is error in your system due to which my loan account is showing outstanding, I have made payment of 25110/- Rs on 22/01/2020 as directed by HLF PCMC Pune branch, this amount includes foreclosure charges, but loan is not closed and statement showing continuous EMI Bounce this have hampered my Credit Score very badly, Agreement value is 61711/- Rs but I have payed 64245/-Rs

This is my second try. I have already posted my complaint in your forum, i have purchased my Jupiter in 2018 and paid full amount in time, but till the date I have not received NOC, for the same, i tried to approach so many times through mail, thier application and through the phone but no response, their all staff based in gandhinagar, Gujarat have left the job as they told me.and thier Ahmedabad office is also found close, please do the needful ASAP, my name Arvind Kumar Parmar.
