Hi,

I've paid the loan EMI on time and the branch team delayed paying the EMI amount due to the reasons below

1) Always says the technical issue
2) Bill not yet generated
3) We will update you soon
4) I'm following them for 3 years still my cibil is effecting due to this loan EMI late fee which mistakes done by the branch

I have been using 2014 Proter Vehicle Registration No. TN 54J 6928 (Loan Agreement No. TNSLSA01153) due to not being able to pay the last 2017 monthly installments and in the same year 2017 I handed over my vehicle to hinduja Leyland financial Ltd and my vehicle to someone else. The sale has also been done and my loan agreement account is pending and now I have received a statement of payment of loan amount from Advocate so I am requesting a change to complete my loan agreement account.this loan account affect my CIBIL score so asap kindly complete my loan account soon

Dear team,

I have closed my loan on actual date May 2021 almost it's completed 1year 4months. but still I am not getting my NOC certificate. how much time you take to gave NOC certificate.

Once i have applied NOC in my local area office. after somedays I'm going asking for the status of my NOC is comes or not. no one have given the response on your local office staff...

Note- Within 1"month if i have not received my NOC then I'll take legal action with you

I have taken two wheeler loan from hinduja finance. Even after completion of loan amount still amount is being deducted monthly from my account. Request early action on this. I have made several calls to hinduja office but none have taken action on this. I hope I could find solution through this. If not.. I am planning to initiate legal actions on the so said company.

My Loan number is ESKOKOSV00137.
I have paid all 48 emi and seeking the noc but my account shows moratorium charges. However, I have paid all my emi in the lockdown period also hence this moratorium charge is not applicable to me. On contacting the Kolkata office, Mr. Rajat Pal helped me with the details and also escalated the matter for reversal of moratorium on 13 July 2022 to their seniors. Till date there is no response from the company.
My last emi was paid in March 2022. But my account shows an outstanding of 21190/-. Mr Rajat told that even after the reversal of moratorium charges of about Rs.10000/-, there would be an outstanding of 11000/-. WHat is the logic of this outstanding when all my emi are paid. I request quick action in this regard.

I had paid all installments in correct due date, but in CORONA time there was some delay in installments. But in MARCH 2020 TO AUGUST There was sufficient funds in my account. But company issued bounces on these months. So I have attached some photos of bank statement

After 3months of my zero payment balance. Your office unable neither submitting closure request nor forwarding NOC. They are helpless to clear any discrepancy on higher level. I was having a two wheeler loan with the company, I purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 in June 2019. I have paid all EMIs on date and cleared the loan by May 2021 with 2yrs tenure. It's been more than a year and not received the NOC yet. I have enquired at Hindupur, Andhrapradesh office and the staff has not answered any of my questions and they just left by closing office.
Please help to provide my NOC.
