Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — hp gas amount deducted from my account but booking not made

Hi
I tried to book cylinder online on my hp gas app on 22nd march 2019 at 10.53 am. And i have chosen upi payment option from my upi id. Without getting booked amount got deducted from my account and i have also visited to my dealers office for this but didn't received any refund to my account yet today is 27th march 2019. I also contacted bank and they confirmed that hpcl has received the payment.

Hi sir... I'm say to petrol is fill with 100 in debit card..Worker is say not debit card only cash..But I'm not cash in that place so I'm very critical stage is moving...Many of the go and put the petrol or diesel that coustermer are very negative is going. So please rectifier the problem shortly 🙏🙏
