We are domestic consumers of HP LPG. The agen is Manrath enterprises, domlur, bangalore. We are unable to register request for LPG refill over phone nor able to contact the agent over phone since 15 days.

Due to online surver problems i got registered group 2 but really i belonging to group 1. Later again i refunded 5000 rs. So request to add me to in group 1... Thanks

My self v. C. Prasanna, today gone to udaya petrol bunk (Hp dealer) in shivamong near hole bus stop at b h road around 3 o clock and ask the person to refill rs.80 petrol to my bike. But the person who put the the gun removed early before refill ends. I told him not remove the gun until petrol supply ends. But the person kindled me and told me to market and get back with can in next time. His words was endorsed by the cashier. This made me to feel bad and forced to write this complaint. So please take necessary action in this regard.

I am seeking scooty on olx, i found tvs scooty with final settlement rate of rs. 30000 with praveen he provide me army canteen card and aadhar for evidence and told me that had been transferred to another state thatwhy he have to sell his scooty and need amount urgently he told me need 50% advance and rest after receiving scooty, i trfed 50% but after that he asked for full payment in advance after too much argument i have to transferred full amount. Now i don’t get my scooty and he provides me courier copy and courier man asking me more 15000 for this parcel.

I had booked gas cylinder refill on 24-jan, and i was told, that i will get the cylinder on 28-jan, and since then it has become a nightmare. Whenever i call the agency, a lady says that it will come "today". Since then, that "today" has not come. Even last week she had told that the receipt has been generated, it will come "today" (That was on 30-jan). That never came. Even i called umpteen times this week, and every time it was told, that i will get the cylinder today. Today (8-feb) also the same story. I am fed up of this agency, i would like to change my agency.

I paid rupees 350 through the google pay app as per directed by the hp refuel app. Even though the transaction was successful in the google pay app, the amount was not credited to my hp refuel account. On contacting the hp help line they assured that this was a technical error and the money will be credited within 24 hours. After 24 hours the money was neither credited or refunded and they are not answering the helpline.

Under the name of mandatory inspection, Rs. 387 was charged for inspection by technician, which was completed in one minute time. And i really don't know what was checked. Charges mentioned on the report is Rs. 150.

This is what i got after booking and we were expecting it to be delivered within 2-3 days... The next day i receive this
Hpgas bookingno 518873 cashmemo 1097698 dt 30.01.19 rs.744.50, is generated. Ezygas authentication code is *, plz share it to dboy upon delivery
And now today it's 2nd feb still waiting for the refil cylinder
Hpgas refill dlvd on 02.02.19 cashmemo no.1098701.
This is very disappointing
The person didn't contact us... Someone or the other was available at home just in case they come any part of d day!!
So how do u explain this?
Please look into this matter n appreciate if it's done asap! Thanks

I am not aware whether i have received earlier to that or not. Its always showing subsidy transfer status as subsidy lapsed. I am citizen of hazaribag today evening i went to the one of your petrol pump called jain petrol. The employe of petrol pump gave petrol of rs30 and then he start giving petrol without reset the meter due to this i got less petrol which cost rs30 when i told him about this then he start miss behaving. His name is kunal kumar. This is not his first time i caught him earlier also. Please help to end this corruption.
