My lpg id is 2 [protected].
My hp gas distributor code is 11473000.
I am based in nagpur (Mah). Subsidy amounting to rs. 478.42 for the gas cylinder purchased on 13/11/2018 is being kept on hold in spite of my duly completing the remedial action to rectify the objection pointed out in this regard. Kindly help me to get the transfer of the dbtl to my bank of maharashtra account.

I have made online payment of rs 678.00 via phonepe against cylinder booking through online book and pay mode on 22/02/2019. Though my account has been debited and i also received email of the transaction, i didn't get any message of booking confirmation from hpcl. When contacted the local distributor, he said that they didn't received any money and hence can't deliver the cylinder.

I want to know the regulator charges. One hp aservice man visited and changed my regulator for 250 rs. But on hp website it says 150 rs and also charges 150 rs for each visit. I want to confirm the official prive of regulator? Whai is it?

Also are there visiting charges of 150 rs for each visit?

Please answer my both the questions that i have raised. As i think i am being obercharged evertytime the service man visits me.

My hp account 614886 has been terminated because of having another account with bharat gas.

Then i got bharat gas account terminated to resume with hp.

I visited their office several times with termination letter of bharat gas and other proofs, even sent them the documents through email.

It's been more than a month and no response yet. Now we are running out of gas.

Hello.
Myself abul kalam lives in asansol and shop is in neamatpur. I always take fuel at kumarpur hp petrol dealer which is beside kumarpur railway crossing. They r not active and always behave rude. Whenever i ask for complaint form they says jao jo karna hai karlo. They have air pressure machine which doesn't work for the last 3 years.
Company's stays always but employee doesn't.
I request you to look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible

But today we have received the message our refilled 566729 is cancelled.
This is getting automatically cancelled and we are suffering.

I want my refund if its automatically cancelled.

While add money in hp refuel app on date 28 feb 2019 first transaction 100 rupees was successfully done after that while processing second transaction which amount is 700 rupees are failed to credit in hp refuel app wallet but deducted from my bank account. After that am done 5 rupees transaction that is done successfully and add 5 rupees in hp refuel app. So my second transaction amount please transfer my bank account or credit my hp refuel app in wallet.

While filling of 4 litrs petrol which was set in machine and lever was locked by operator,
He released the auto stop lock and stopped petrol in between before 4 litrs at around 3 litrs. Stopped and released twice thrice and some how stopped at 4 litrs.
When complaints given to Manager he agreed not to pay its our mistake but he asked operator to click bikes photo, for what purpose I don’t know, I want to complain about operator and manager for tempering the lever and clicking photo.

I have booked my refill order on 13.02.2019 through online and also payment has made at the time of booking. But till today (After 13 days )the dealer is not able to deliver my cylinder at my home. Please take necessary action regarding my complain.

Sir 1 hour they stop giving petrol to customers due to electricity cut.

Many customers are facing problems due to it.
If these guys have gnerator we cant face such problem.

Putting very bad stigma on Hindustan Petroleum. Please take some strong action against it.

I gave my card for payment they debited first and said it was not debited but it showed in my message after that they brought different machine and swiped again and informed i will get back in 3 days and after that went again they said wait for a week it's been more than 2weeks i didn't receive any yet.. Recently i had filled diesel from hp pump, ( auto care center, bhandup, lbs marg, mumbai 400078 ) on 19th february 2019.
For rs. 2000/=, 28.87 ltrs @69.27 for our toyota etios car mh02 dw 5591.
The next day i observed a fuel indication with a bar underneath. Spoke to my car service & i was told that, it may be might due to impure fuel. i gave to service station the next day after calling the station. i got the car after service on 23rd, after confirmation from the service center, saying the reason for the complain was due to the impure diesel i had filled.
kindly request you to do the needful to look in to the same and help me for the losses incurred.

My advice not to fill petrol in this bunk, i will challenge that they are not true to one customer, Always cheating.

1. Will collect 200 rupees any fill petrol for 50 or 100 rupees.
2. Wont show the meter while filling the petrol.
3. 1 litre petrol will not be accurate etc...

Since last 1 year I am not getting the subsidy amount credited to my account even after submitting KYC documents multiple times to the HP distributor TAP TRISHA near Airport Gate no. 3, Kolkata.
What Can be the possible solution and how can I get my due subsidy credited to my account?

Today morning we were left with no gas and called p a zaveri for refill, anita was employee on landline she told if required pls carry gas card atm card etc

When i entered the office with my wife she told to enroll for ezy suvidha card worth inr 20... When asked about benefits we were told same is link to consumer number and can be used for online booking and also assured to delivery cylinder same day.

Around 6.30pm i spoke with ramesh krishnan he confirmed same will be delivered tomorrow because of some internal issues.

At the end we suffered... My entire family was empty stomach for day, for no mistake. Such type of client services will benefinately create wrong brand image.

When i booked on 16 feb 19 they send sms like this
Second one was
Hp gas booking no 623176 ur refill will be delivered within 24 hrs. Cash memo no 166574. Cash memo date 16 feb 19
Third one was
Booking no 623176 in cancelled.16 feb 19
Without proper reason why they cancelled the booking.
