I have not received the subsidy in my bank accounts for the order ref [protected]. It's showing transfer status as 'subsidy lapsed (Mopng)'. I have submitted the kyc two times to mine hp gas distributor 'atish gas supply' (Distributor code:[protected], as well as on online portal hpgas.in.
My bank and aadhar card are linked. The bank account is also attached to hp account....

On date 10/07/19 i tried to book my gas cylinder through app payment done but cylinder booking failed...[protected] was transaction I'd of hpgas app showing to wait for 30 minutes plz help me..consumer no.648706 i have added all details regarding my transaction ...pl check 648 was the amount which was deducted.plz resolved and mail me for any details ...hope to resolve....

I would like to inform you that today i went shree krishana hp pertol pump, ranhola, new delhi. I told to refill 5 liter of rs. 365/- in my bike and i paid through paytm.

I said to petrol pump staff to check id number, he told very rough language, i request you to please take necessary action.

I am a hp gas consumer #619949.
It has been blocked by so. Please unblock it urgently so that book a refill.
I had not booked for a refill in the past 3 months since our consumption is less.

This incident has happened twice with me in recent time. I had been travelling from roorkee to delhi and stopped at hp petrol pump, manglore (Uttranchal) (Petrol pump located just after the roorkee boundries are end).
There are two employee, who work in collaboration to loot you. For example, i had asked to fill in 1000 rs petrol in my car. One of them started filling and other person came to the right side with card swiping machine....

I placed an order for home lpg gas cylinder on 29/06/2019 at 10:15 am and i also notify to hindustan petroleum's lohiya gas agency's representative about booking and requested him to make delivery as hindustan petroleum can. He promised me that my order would be delivered as soon as they can but still i am waiting for my order. I had booked a gas on 29th june and had made the online payment of ₹709.50 which was successful from my end but has not received at your end so i had requested for cash on delivery which was delivered today and i made the payment on cash as well.
But now the amount i have made online have not refunded back.
Please reply to my complaint as soon as possible...

The staff of this petrol pump is very repulsive, first of all they never fill the adequate amount of petrol for the given money. Never display zero on the meter, and we can always feel the petrol given is less than other petrol pumps.
And when we complain about it, they start to misbehave and do not talk like literate people. We also have complained about this to the nearest police station.

I heard that there is another connection on my name which is not correct. I have already written application to my gas agency - ratnam agency, kukatpally, hyderabad to unlock my account.

I took my car for a tyre pressure check because petrol pump offers free service of air for tyres, but i was very disappointed when the staff neglected and said that they can’t fill the air in my car’s tyre because it was raining. Sir i am venu from visakhapatnam district, rolugunta mandal, rolugunta village.
Few days back i have filled petrol in my bike from rammohan hp petrol bunk at rolugunta, visakhapatnam district.
After one day my bike not starting properly and coming kirosin smell from my bike. This is arising daily when i am starting my bike. I have guessed they are fraud in petrol. So please take immediate action against the petrol bunk owners....

Source Distributor: Manrath gas Agency, Domlur ( Consumer No. 675434 ( Old:605885 ). Destination Distributor: Aishwarya Enterprises, Nagarbhavi 2nd stage
We received e-Customer Transfer Advise (e-CTA) Code from Manrath Gas Agency, Domlur in May2019, however destination distributor denied to take the form, as in the HP Portal or backend system, only 1 cylinder...
