Yesterday i went to hp petrol pump - bhardwaj hp centre, hoshiarpur for filling up fuel in my car and i noticed that air in my car tyres was not up to the mark as it could be seen. I asked the man, who was filling the petrol, that i want to get air filled in my car's tyres but he replied that they are not having 'air system' at their petrol pump.
So, through this complaint i want to bring to notice that the laws which are made by government, goes in vain. So, steict action should be taken against them and 'air' should be installed at this petrol pump.

Today i have call on (Hp gas customer care on [protected]), he said your account not linked your aadhar card.
I am going to ubi bank for linked my account with aadhar card.
After that i am going aadhunik gas agency at kota in rajasthan. He said i have not credit your subsidy in your account your account not linked with aadhar card before booking.

Just now my vehicle loaded a petrol in ur branch, name mentioned was sree ssv petroleum corporation. Actually my vehicle petrol capacity mentioned 5.30 but they filled extra 0.36. They given the bill also and mentioned 5.66. How my engine was filled extra. Tell me the solution otherwise i will suit a case against hp company. Under " the petroleum act, 1934 (30 of 193)

This has happened two times to me. First time i have filled petrol for 300 in my motorcycle he hasn't showed zero before filling and filled 300 from the previously filled quantity. I have asked to fill completely and he refused and argued that it is correct.
The second time i have seen that this is not for me it is for all the customers.
They cheat customers like as below.
First person will be holding the pump, the second one will wait till customer opens the tank, person holding pump will ask for how much to fill, then second will start asking questions cash, card, if we give cash or card they will never let us see where they have started filling fuel. After final amount they will say it is filled.
I have caught this cheating with other customers and asked the manager about this. He refused and said this is not happening.
We can do anything about this, they have asked everyone to leave their premises pushing away the customers.

They do it frequently cause they prefer selling delivery to people who are willing to pay them extra bucks and then swap our deliveries with them. And they have very arrogant staff who will mistreat you if you go to their office.

I purchase petrol at ramayampet petrol pump and i am given debit card to him then he is showing attitude and he used vulgar long wage.
And he is saying to me don't come again we pump (Staff name don't know but that time only one staff is there hole petrol pump time 12:11pm)
So kindly teack action on your staff asap

Respected sir, today i want to srivastava petrol pump allapur barabanki up 225001, the staff behaviour regarding petrol and water, and air was shame less... They were giving petrol taking extra money who were not using helmet, dm barabanki had ordered not ti give petrol without helmet, and there was no cc tv camera in petrol pump, bathroom were not clean, no proper facility for drinking water and air in the vehcil... I asked the the employ this is a most power full person petrol not any dm, and any person can do any thing

Please note that i had submitted my aadhar copy to agency very long back. Initially the subsidy amount was deposited to my karnataka bank ltd with account number:55925xxxxxxx3301 many years. After few years the subsidy amount was not deposited to my said account number with karnataka bank. So i enquired with shanthi agencies, they told me that u have not given provided your aadhar card details with your said back account nunnery. So i went to my bank immediately and given my aadhar card. However, i submitted immediately my aadhar card copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my aadhar card was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later every month i was following up with them every time same reason aadhar card was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my aadhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since the aadhar card name is different from my bank account number and hpgas connection letter. I immediately submitted my application for changing my name in my hpgas connection letter from "channamma" to "chinnamma", the same was done by shanthi agencies. But the bank employer didn't considered it for changing my name from "channamma" to "chinnamma". Hence i opened new account with vijaya bank in the month of january with account number [protected] with name chinnamma and i linked my aadhar card with my savings bank account number [protected]. And i received my subsidy amount from the month of february but i have not received my subsidy amount due for 16 months till november 2018. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.

My gas booking was blocked by so, on getting the information i have submitted my aadhar details and bank details to my hp dealer praveena gas agencies on 6th july 2019 distributor code 963950 my name is g satya narayana consumer no 604134.
Till date my account was not updated and unblocked. I have not even received the subsidy for the cylinder supplied in april.
Please do the needful.

Old consumer number was 615570, prabhudesai gas servuce which was working and i could easily login to site. Please update the kyc details

The hp petrol pump in solapur near chalta sari centre is taking round figure amount from customer and not filling petrol of same amount. I paided 50₹ amount for petrol and the petrol filled is 49.35. Isn't this cheating the customer. I told the attendant there then he is saying the system is locked. Then is the company doing such cheats.
Who is responsible for loss?
What kind of service is this?
Is the cheat policy national??
Is this the correct way to earn money? Profit
On what basis is the attendant selected?

My name is Shrikant D Kanitkar, but when the gas connection was transferred to my name from my late father's name, the name was entered as Srikanth R. God alone knows from where they got such a different name and initials. When I contact my gas agency for rectification, they are asking for an affidavit, etc. This is the mistake of the company. Why should I incur unnecessary expenditure on making the affidavit etc? I want the company to change the name in their records and make the correction at their expense.

I ask the guy to fill petrol for 200 but how he heared 50 I don't know. He filled for 50 directly without putting num in dashboard then I told him I asked for 200 not 50 then someone diverted me sir card, cash, paytm. Then he filled for 150 and said sir 200 filled. When I check I got only for 150. Also he put 201.50 as credit card bill. I asked him why? sir, you will get 1.50 as cashback. The way they doing this fraud, it seems to be they doing it for many people. Please take necessary action.

The petrol bunk: HPCL, Sanky Road, Bangalore

I have not received the subsidy in my bank accounts for the order ref [protected]. It's showing transfer status as 'subsidy lapsed (Mopng)'. I have submitted the kyc two times to mine hp gas distributor 'atish gas supply' (Distributor code:[protected], as well as on online portal hpgas.in.
My bank and aadhar card are linked. The bank account is also attached to hp account.

I would like to inform you that today i went shree krishana hp pertol pump, ranhola, new delhi. I told to refill 5 liter of rs. 365/- in my bike and i paid through paytm.

I said to petrol pump staff to check id number, he told very rough language, i request you to please take necessary action.

I am a hp gas consumer #619949.
It has been blocked by so. Please unblock it urgently so that book a refill.
I had not booked for a refill in the past 3 months since our consumption is less.

We do not have a spare cylinder at the moment and when i tried booking for a refill my profile showed "blocked by so"
What does it mean and how do i get my account unblocked.
Need your help in resolving this asap.

This incident has happened twice with me in recent time. I had been travelling from roorkee to delhi and stopped at hp petrol pump, manglore (Uttranchal) (Petrol pump located just after the roorkee boundries are end).
There are two employee, who work in collaboration to loot you. For example, i had asked to fill in 1000 rs petrol in my car. One of them started filling and other person came to the right side with card swiping machine. The first person filled only 200 rs petrol and when questioned, the other person asked him to put 800 rs petrol more, while at the same time he asked me to provide the card. The first person filled in only upto rs 800 mark and when i questioned, he told 200 rs petrol was already put, so he just put 800 rs petrol this time.
This incident has happened second time with me and these people were just two available during the time when i had stopped by the petrol pump. On querrying about the manager, one fo them told he is the manager and there is nothing wrong happened.
I want to put this forth infront of the authorities to avoid this kind of problem with anyone else. I am sure these people have looted lot of commuters since these many days.
