I am suresh kumar m (Consumer no-689943). I have hp gas connection. Now, my account is blocked. As i had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I heard that there is another connection on my name which is not correct. I have already written application to my gas agency - ratnam agency, kukatpally, hyderabad to unlock my account.

Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

    Pls note distance between gas agency and my address is around 1 k. M

    We are facing problem with hp gas delivery boy. Every time they are asking for rs 20-30 extra over the billed amount. They generally come for delivery from 11 a. M to 4 p. M and that time except my wife no is home so they insisted for extra money and today (2/07/19) he clearly said that if she dont pay rs 20 extra he will not able to deliver the gas cylinder and if we want we can complain to the gas agency.
    So, this become serious issue as he doesnt care about complaint. Means hpcl is not taking these complaints seriously.
    So my request to hpcl is pls provide resolution of this issue.

      I took my car for a tyre pressure check because petrol pump offers free service of air for tyres, but i was very disappointed when the staff neglected and said that they can’t fill the air in my car’s tyre because it was raining. The rain was pouring very little and they said that because of that little rain pouring they cannot fill the air. What if somebody in in emergency and these giys do not fill the air. Please take necessary action asap.

        I have applied for hp petrol pump dealership by paying 10000/- as per application fees, and waited for bidding date, but the issue is i did not got any information about bidding date (Did not got any call and mail), without informing they have completed bidding and allotted to some one, i want to know the reason why they did not inform the date and why not for bidding process, i have attached the application form please go through it and reply soon

          I paid the amount rs.758 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payments.

            Sir i am venu from visakhapatnam district, rolugunta mandal, rolugunta village.
            Few days back i have filled petrol in my bike from rammohan hp petrol bunk at rolugunta, visakhapatnam district.
            After one day my bike not starting properly and coming kirosin smell from my bike. This is arising daily when i am starting my bike. I have guessed they are fraud in petrol. So please take immediate action against the petrol bunk owners.

              This incident happened with me twice. Asked for 2000 petrol, the guy filled 400 and then said sorry and filled 1300 again. I seriously believe something is wrong, cause same thing happened twice. And in car you can't see the difference of 200-300 when filling for 1700.
              But this time my petrol started leaking, and was leaking for a long time till I reached destination
              Petrol pump guys purposely caused confusion, 5 people were talking to me at the same time. Lady filing petrol had no clue what was going on.
              I told her full tank, she filled 400 first then filled again did not consider auto full check indicator
              When I confronted the guy about why they doing it, he was very impolite. The words spoken by him almost implied like a ### OFF.

              Not going back here. This is cheating people

                I booked a cylinder with booking no. 375620, cash memo no 1176225, but the status shows allocated printed, the cylinder is not delivered nor can i book new cylinder bcoz it shows "a booking is already pending for the consumer". Pls help, my consumer number is 508531,

                  This is regarding HP Gas cylinder transfer within Bangalore City.
                  Source Distributor: Manrath gas Agency, Domlur ( Consumer No. 675434 ( Old:605885 ). Destination Distributor: Aishwarya Enterprises, Nagarbhavi 2nd stage
                  We received e-Customer Transfer Advise (e-CTA) Code from Manrath Gas Agency, Domlur in May2019, however destination distributor denied to take the form, as in the HP Portal or backend system, only 1 cylinder has been updated. We have been using 2cylinders for last 20yrs and the deposit amount for 2 cylinders have also been collected. We have all the hard copy receipts for the same, but the Manrath Agency has still not updated deposit amount/cylinders in the system. Being a senior citizen, I have been made to commute up and down 60kms (Domlur-Nagarbhavi) for this update. And now I have been repeatedly calling the Agency nos.[protected] have even raised complaint with HP GAS 19059608/30 but they just tell that issue is with Sales officer.When I ask the contact no. they give Telangana officer number
                  What should citizens like us do when issues like this are not addressed in a timely manner. Request management to please help resolve asap

                  If we call CC and ask them status on complaint they mislead us by giving a new complaint number 19072188 and resolution of 7 days. If we chat or email, its always the same response that its with Sales officer. For a mistake done from their side and 5min correction in their database they are making the consumer followup repeatedly.

                      I have visited three times at a petrol pump for filling of cng gas in my car. I regularly do payments using my cards as most of the payments i received is by digital method like paytm, bank transfer, phonepe etc but the pump situated in zirakpur by the name of shiva hp center denied taking the payment from card or paytm saying that they don't have time for that. I feel very irritated by the answer of the employee so i asked him about the manager. He replied that manager usually takes off by 6 o clock and there is nothing i can do to help you. After that i asked for any senior over there and before reaching to him the employee ran before me and said something to his senior. He simply asked for the card and my payment was completed. This was only one time i have faced this issue two more times and at that time senior also denied to take the payment from card and i had to collect all the chiller and complete my payment over there. It was a very big issue as whole nation is moving to digital payment method and we are unable to make payment on petrol pumps. Kindly respond and resolve this issue at the earliest and a reply to me will be appreciated. Thanks and regards

                        Kindly refer to my lpg id :
                        And the transaction no.[protected]

                        I booked a hp gas cylinder on 11 June 2019 from myhpgas.in portal through Google Pay (State Bank of India), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
                        The amount of rs. 829.50/- has been debited from my bank account but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

                        More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
                        Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get my refund asap, for which i have paid.

                        Please find attachment of bank statement showing successful debit if the amount.

                          Sir. I have to lodge complaint against hp club petrol pump near tribune chowk chandigarh. Today on 22/06/19 i reached at petrol pump to fill petrol in my car bearing number pb11w4700. I was waiting there to fill petrol around 20 mins but not any single person came out to fill petrol in my above car. When i told one of the person regarding this than he told me to go another pump to fill otherwise wait here. We don't have time coz of cng station we have. We don't have staff to attend you. I want to lodge complaint against them to waste my time and harassing me.

                            reason==i went to the hp gas office gachibowli sri sai krishna gas agency to link new bank account.
                            They suggested me to go to bank and link aadhar and hp gas account with bank account to the andhra bank branch only and then amount credited to new account automatically .

                            From 2 months, amount not credited to new andhra bank account after linked to hpgas account, it is showing under processing in bank.
                            But still it is credited to old bank account dena bank.

                            Please disabled the dena bank account
                            and allow enabled to new account andhra bank

                            i have provided some snapshots below.

                            Please fix the above issue as soon as possible.

                              Hi all,

                              I did a transaction of ₹728.50 for cylinder booking where my transaction was successful bur sbi upi payment gateway called it as failed.

                              Where my money was debited on 9june 2019

                              Till date 20 June 2019. I haven't got my refund.

                              I contaced Google Pay Hdfc Bank they clearly says.

                              Money is credited to HP gas bank account.

                              Even they don't know why the transaction for failed.

                              But still if got failed the merchant should refund back in max. 3 working days.

                              But HP gas plays a bigfraud game where they stole money from persons bank account and says transaction failed.

                              Now if I am calling HP gas the customer care team is also dumb. They say sir i don't see your booking and we can't see ur transactions we don't have access.

                              Bloody hell. This HP Gas website.

                              Shame on such bignbrand.

                                I am located in Bangalore and i never traveled to Mumbai and more over i am not using HPCL card at all then how come i am getting this message to me.

                                Even if we are at home delivery person won't even try to check if we are available and say delivery failed as the person was not in home. He keeps on demanding more money to deliver the cylinder.

                                      Booked cylinder online on 29 May 2019, Amount paid 714, cylinder not yet delivered and also same record deleted from website in consumer console.

                                      I have booked refill online and paid online 714 Rupees with booking reference number - order no: [protected].
                                      This record is deleted from website of myHPGAS in customer console.
                                      And also the cylinder is not yet delivered.
                                      Below details are received along bank transaction in mail from HP and also same details received as SMS.
                                      And also delivery says, that he called me, dont know update on this order.
                                      Why cant he call second time or why cant he come to door step and check the customer available or not.
                                      Please take necessary action and resolve this issue.

                                        I am not receiving gas subsidy in my SBI account. And my Consumer Number is 639622 and my mobile number is active with HP GAS AGENCY IS

                                        Showing the payment on hold..
                                        And I asked to ho gas agency then they called showing Duplicate Bank Account..
                                        They suggested me go to the your home SBI branch and first delink adhaar card from your account and then relink after 4 days..
                                        And I done that procedure...
