Hi,

I have ordered product from homeshop18 on 22nd jan 2018. On 23 i received a call & message from homeshop18 that, i have won tata safari. They confirmed the order details & my address on call. They have asked for registration charges of rs.6500/-. This is quite surprising how they came to know my order details & my contact details (Address also). I know this is fraud call. Is homeshop18 transferring our date to fraud callers to fraud with customers.
I will complain about this to consumer forum & police if necessary. It would be better if senior authorities reply on this.

    My name is zeba naz and i am from ballia uttar pradesh. I placed an order of clothing order no. [protected]from homeshop 18 on[protected] for rs. 1725 and i received the product on[protected] through cash on delivery. The quality of product was not good and it was defected. I returned this product through dtdc courier service on[protected] paying rs. 340 to the given address of the company in surat gujarat. I received the delivery message from the dtdc that the product has been delivered on[protected]. I have given the snap of courier receipt to the given whatsapp no. Of homeshop 18 as they asked me and told me to wait for couple of days. When i called the company again after 5 days to ask about the updates of my returned order no. They told me to wait again. The company told me to wait because they have not received the product yet but my courier service is showing the product delivered. The company homeshop 18 is cheating. Please help me.

      Fraud calls as winner of tata safari
      Today i got a msg and call also that i have won tata safari and instead i can take the handover of tata safari or cash of rs. 1240000 but i have to deposit rs. 6500 if need cash or rs. 25200 if i need car.
      I know that we made a very big mistake by purchasing through homeshop18 because i am frequent purchaser from various online site but only this time when i purchase through homeshop 18 i face these type of scam. When i enquire other things he uses abusive language and give threat for my life.

            I had placed an order of a phone, air cooler & lantern combo having order id no [protected]the products that i have received are of substandard quality and i am not happy with the product. Despite multiple arguements with the customer care branch the person is not ready to take it back with the argument that electronic products are unreturnable. Kindly resolve the matter as i do not want to take the product under any circumstances and want it returned.

              Homeshop18 — fraud money through lucky draw.. Does not take action

              I ordered an item through tv shopping in homeshop18. They gave me my order no. Through sms. Next day i got message in my mobile from registered domain name of homeshop18 that we won 1280000/- rupees lucky draw coupon by homeshop18. Again they call us by using a customer care number [protected] and addressed himself as the manager of the channel and confirm us that we won. They called us again and again... They knew all our details.. Even the order number, product id, what product we ordered, our name, location etc... They gave us an a/c and provoked us to credit 12600/- as the charges of prize (Called it as gst charges).. And asked for my a/c number.. I know this one is fraud. I didn't give away any money. When i refuse it they start using abusive language.
              Kindly look into it asap. Else have to file complaint about you in police. I can even give you those two nos.

                Product is not as seen. They send me two brown blanket very cheap quality as selling on road side. My order was 1 wine and one brown colour with geomatrical design as your ad shown us on t. V. And your website. Why you all guys are not check your quality, its your big show all over the world. Its a matter of faith not for money. I never advice any one to buy anything from your show. I am only complaining because your chennel is showing good but your seller is doing cheating with us.                   I have received 5 set of double bedsheet but 3 bedsheets are used. When i opened package i found that bedsheets are used. I complaint homeshop 18 customer care number but they don't do anything. They always says that in 24 hours we will resolve your problem. Bt today is 6th day. My problem is still exist. When i complaint they said that to send a photos o[censored]sed bedsheet. I do the same but not got any reply from them. And when i call again they said our system is not updated yet.

                    I ordered nutriglow facial kit on 8 december 2018 got on 10 december. It was faulty some items were missing so i returned the product on the next day that is on 11th december 2018. I was not notified that they got the product back. I called them for my money to be refunded in my bank account but they denied that their system has some technical problems so they are sending cheque from 26th december still i haven't got the cheque.
                    Beware friends this company is fraud and cheater company. Please don't order anything from this company. Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud.

                      THE DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER EVEN ALSO THE PRODUCTID, AND ORDER NUMBER.ETC..EITHER THEY LEAK OUR INFO TO FRAUDS OR ITSELF IS FRAUD..the same day we got call from several persons called them as the employee of the channel @HOMESHOP18...Shame ON HS18...TOTALLY FRAUD...When I called them they try to give me satisfaction as they will do an internal enquiry...formally...I want my money back ...they cheated in this way and fraud our money..

                          I purchased a hand sewing machine wide order no [protected]. I checked the item as soon as i received it. It got excessively heated up and stopped working. I reported the issue the very same day and asked for replacement.

                          Its been more almost 3 months now and ur customer care is just logging complaints and doing nothing. Pathetic service. The manufacturer felix is calling just to say that the product will be picked up... I havent seen such a stupid service till date. U are getting a bad name for ur brand.

                          I will follow up in twitter and consumer portals till replaced. This is our hard earned money. Dont think we will leave the thing midway.

                            On the month of december on 16th i ordered a stylish leather rich - winter jacket by men’s stop xl size order no-awb:[protected], on december 25, i received my homeshop 18 order through xpressbees courier service. As soon as i received it i found its the wrong size (L) was been delivered to me and the quality was also very bad. Within the same moment i registered the replace complain and my complain number is hs[protected] against order no.[protected]. On[protected] my reverse pick up dispatch procedure took place (Poid :[protected]. But when i called for query regarding the status of my replace order on phone number [protected] (Homeshop 18) complaint cell on[protected]. The service provider is replaying me we don't have xl size jacket and we will be unable to deliver your product and cant return you the amount of rs.870.

                            My address is atefh ali qtr no. Cpc/18/c, gurkha colony, omp square cuttack. Phone no-[protected].

                            More than 10 days passed but customer service is not resolving my matter. No information from customer care. Regular basis communication is done through email and phone calls but the response is very terrific. I think i will loose those money.

                              Yesterday one message came to my moble no. [protected] that i got first prize for the lucky draw conducted on 11th january 2018 winning tata safari after that somany calls came to my phone from a mob no. [protected] that instead of 4 wheeler i will get market value of the car. For getting that amount i want to transfer rs. 6550/- to the account of mr. Rupesh verma ac. No. [protected] of sbi ifsc no. Sbin0004070 from my account. I transfer that money from my account to that account. After that a call from another mob number [protected] that i want to transfer rs.19200 as gst. I reject that. I asked them to give back my money. Now that mob phn numbers are switched off. I want to know how my order to ur company is tracked by them. I lost my money. It is so cruel

                                I had placed an order of a phone, air cooler & lantern combo having order id no [protected]. The products that i have received are of substandard quality and i am not happy with the product. Despite multiple arguements with the customer care branch the person is not ready to take it back with the argument that electronic products are unreturnable. Kindly resolve the matter as i do not want to take the product under any circumstances and want it returned.

My order not delivered till now, but today i got a massage, and somebody call me that i am from homeshop customer care, and saying you you win a car coasting 1260000, you can take car and cash as you wish, but you deposit an amount of 7500 in a a/c. He is calling me again and again. Nobody know about my order, why homeshop leak my data outside.                                         I received one msg with dm-hmshop as welcome to you homeshop18 online shopping pvt ltd.co.
                                        Dear sir,
                                        Congratulation you are product order. Tv show homeshop18 shopping result are out in the selected for name of mansoon-luckky drw.., your name to open the luckky drw. You have two options
                                        1st is tata safari
                                        2nd is payment of rs 1260000/- the charge of registration service is rs-6500/-

                                        After that i also received 1 phone call n person saying he was from homeshop18 n giving me the above mentioned details i received faith frm him because he was given me all details about my last order. After that i transferred him the amount which he mentioned in the message bt now he was not receiving any calls his all numbers got switched off...
                                        My question to you as reputed site how the information of customers got licked from you???
                                        And how the msg showing dm-hmshop has got circulated with the name of your website???
                                        Or else some persons working with you has doing that activities???
                                        After that i assure that i can't do shopping from you nd sure with persons in my circle to never faith on your website... This was the biggest fraud with your name
