SIR,
I HAVE ORDERED NON STICK COOK WARE FROM THE ABOVE .THEY HAVE DELIVERED DAMAGED ,BROKEN PRODUCT OF DIFFERENT MAKE THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER WHO TOOK CASH .THE CUSTOMER CARE FROM HOME SHOP -18 WERE CONSULTED ON PHONE AND GOOD WERE RETURNED ON 01/09/2010.
BUT HOME SHOP -18 NEITHER REPLACING NOR RETURNING THE CASH (RS 2000/-).
I AM ENCLOSING THE SPEED POST RECEIPT.
ON PHONE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE FROM HS-18 ARE ONLY USING ABUSIVE WORDS DURING MY OFFICE HOURS.

    my order no. was[protected].i ordered for a glen 4 cooktop burner ON 26.2.2011.i got a different product what was shown on their website.I GOT FALSE ASSURANCES EACH TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT IT NEVER OCCURED.
    i[censored] r lucky then u might get a good product or else HOMESHOP18 IS A STUPID PLACE TO BUY PRODUCTS.
    THE PRODUCTS YOU BUY FROM THEM NEVER HAS ANY WARRANTY,IF ANY THEN ITS ONLY ON PEN AND PAPERS.

      This is Gunjan Sharma .
      I had ordered an Olympus camera ,which came with a free gift as advertised by the,so-called,reputed channel but they never delivered me the free gift.
      Even the camera is not of good quality.
      Now whenever I ask them to deliver it(free gift),they deliver it at some wrong address every time.Many a mails sent(from id [protected]@gmail.com),minimum response ,if any.The response,if any,just gives false assurances,takes my new address and again delivers it in wrong address.Dont understand what to do with these .Sometimes I feel whether it is the tactics of the company to give unnecessary trouble to its customers.
      Thinking to file a consumer case against the company.
      Anyone reading this beware.

      This is bhvanesh sharma I had ordered a tab frm this online shopping homeshop18 site when I opened it d 1st issue was tht screen guard has come out n d 2nd issue was tht i wanted a calling tab but d 2nd issue was not d pbm the 1st Issue is a pbm . I ordered it on 27th April .Whn I called thm thy said I wil get a call within 2 days or so but I dint get so I called again n today on may 18 I got a call saying I have to use it as I got n he was very rude I said u peopl while selling say tht we can return d products If we don't like n no answer will be asked but it is not true thy asked u thy covin to keep d product I don't know wht to do I think I shd go to consumer court for cheating I am a regular costumer of them then also this is happning wid me.plz do ask them questions before buying any thing for this company as I thing I very Important n d people who call you r very rude

          I had purchase Fuji zone Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone X88 against Order number[protected]. i received the product oapprox[protected]. But now touch screen not working i do complaint & retrn the product to Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd. through TNT courrier & product reved on 26 feb 2011. after follow up withHome shpe 18 Today we received a call from Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd.[protected] asking for Rs 1350due to screen broken. but i sent mobile without damage. only probem was touch screen not working.
          Kindly do the needfult resolve the issue.
          Warranty was 6 month
          Total time of purchase 3months.

            I baught the Dell XCD28 android phone from HOME SHOP18 with order no.[protected] and[protected] out of which i cancelld one order and received one since the agents convienced me not to cancel both and make a new Order and sent the phone at my address.
            When i Opened the Pack I found that
            1.The Stick/Streak (to use touch screen ) is Damaged and dont have the rubber portion infront.
            2.When i make calls the phone shutdowns on its own and restarts.
            3.I dont think they r selling goodn and new products it seems like a Refurbished Produst and the Price is Also 1000 rs more than the market price and on INternet with other sellers.
            4.Making fools of customers on tv

            I want Either to be compesated with Panelty Or my Phone to Be Changed on ASAP Basis.

            I brought this mobile from Home shop18 through order no.[protected] in the month of Feb -2011. I am facing the touch screen problem since I brought this mobile. I was tollarating this problem because I was not used touch screen mobile. My friend was keep telling me the same. Thats apart now I am unable to hear sound from othre side(in call) in mobile earpiece. I am not at all happy with this phone. I am feeling fool after getting this mobile. I agree with .DilipShukla. I feel it will be better to buy china mobile at least we can't expect more from it. It is realy bad that Dell is not able match there own standards. I will not recommend this any one in my circle. I will prefer to be compesated with Panelty SAP. Realy bad to talk like this to brand like Dell. I hope Dell will understand my feeling take action as I want.

            I am also in same opinion. As I had also purchased Dell XCD28 mobile from Homeshop18 six month before. And I am facing same problem like Phone restart automatically when my call is going on. Also same problem facing to hear the sound from other side. And also the stick of it broken when it fall down. So I am also very unhappy with the product of Dell as it is a well known company of computer manufactuer. Looking to this I had purchase this but I was totally wrong that Dell is not good manufactuer of the mobile.
            So I also request Dell to compensate ASAP. I hope Dell will understand our feeling and do somting.

              I ordered few daysback a happycall double sided fry pan and recieved in today(7/3/11). As soon as i opened i found a detect in it. Actually its megnetic lock is not right and one of the magnet comes out every 2-3 times i open it. now when i called them they are asking me to post it back to them and also to claim the money of courier fax the details of courier reciept. Do you think it is justified as i was promised to get a free home delivery and now i have to go somewhere and courier it and them fax it and wait for my replacment as i have already paid them for the product ??

              It is my last deal with homeshop18 and I will make sure that others also not get fulled like this untill I get good responce from them.

                  i hv ordered for floral vine storage set vide order no[protected] in mid feb 11 and the same was delivered in broken condition,
                  complaint longed on same day with follow up but of no use, their sup mr alok on 22feb11 at 1330hrs assured collection and replacement
                  by their tnt rep. nothing happened. such customercare from a reputed company like yours has compelled me to take up with consumer court
                  if expected replacement of broken product not made within one weak so as to realise them that flase promises are not made to the consumer.

                      The complaint is regarding Homeshop18 which advertises products thru TV channel and online shopping. I would like to alarm everyone that PLEASE DO NOT SHOP thru HOMESHOP as they charge you MORE THAN MRP. I would like the attention of authorities as there was no response when I highlighted the same to their call centre.

                      Kindly take appropriate action as consumers are being denied their right of buying products on MRP.

                          I have placed an order for a pendant to Homeshop18 yesterday (I was told that the product would reach within 10days) and after reading the complaints on this website I immediately called the company to cancel the order. They told me that they cannot cancel the order and that I should wait till the courier person lands at my doorstep and simply refuse to take the product. That they do not have a mechanism through which they can cancel an order which is so convenient on their part. Now my concern is that the courier guy might create a problem.
                          I feel that it is better not to buy any products with out actually seeing the same. Homeshop18 had subjected me to unneccesary anxiety.

                            HOMESHOP18 COMMITTED US THAT THE WHIRLPOOL CONVECTION MICROWAVE DELIVERY WILL BE RECEIVED WITHIN 8-10 WORKING DAYS.
                            BUT EVEN ON THE DATE OF 4TH FEBRUARY 2011, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE WHIRLPOOL CONVECTION MICROWAVE.

                            whirlpool microwave(grill) — poor and bad service

                            we have purchased microwave of your company grill model.and we feel very bad that
                            ur executive have not come for demo.and when we complain 4 to 5 times then after 7 days he came and showed how to plug in the microwave only.we want full demo because we have no idea to use this system .we will lodge a complain to mumbai office and till we cant get any conversation...i[censored] cant sattify the need of customer then please tell the proseduse to return the product for further query contact [protected].[protected]

                            whirlpool /microwave convection — poor service

                            I've bought whirlpool microwave convection model 25C in feb'2009. I was using only microwave facility . Recently I came to know that its grill was not working. I complained to customer care (Delhi/NCR)on 29/09/09.Their engineer visited same day & told me that the grill heating element has to be replaced & in the process of checking he caused a short circuit due to which the appliance is not working at all now. Ever since I've complained many times & customer care assures me of a visit by sr. engineer but no action has been taken so far.

                            Home Shop 18 — microwave not yet delivered

                            we have ordered for wirlphool microwave through home shop 18 on 06/10/2010.they assured us that the equipment will be delivered in 15 working days . But till today that is 02/12/2010.

                              One of my relatives have shifted to his new house and has arranged a house warming party. So I decided to gift them something useful as they are new to the city. I was browsing through Homeshop18 I was happy to see Anjali 6 Pc Nonstick Set with 1 Pc Lid, a perfect gift for a new home. With a perfect gift Homeshop18 is offering it with a 50% discount along with 6 month seller warranty. I have ordered the product and hope it will be received in next week before the house warming occasion.

                              You can't believe within 2 days of placing the order, Homeshop18 called me and gathered the required details from me. I am happy that they care for their customers. And soon i will receive my order.
                              The order I made was received right on time. It was as shown and mentioned and in good condition, not as I have heard that the products get damaged during the delivery. I gifted the set to them and they were so happy that they started asking from where I got these, they wanted more of them. I was glad to tell them that I bought it from Homeshop18. I think people should start doing online shopping.

                                I am absolutely frustrated with Homeshop 18. My order[protected] was booked around 20 days back and the shipment is still not received. I made nummerus calls to the custome care department and spoke with Babin Pal and Anoop Upadhyay, these people were absolutely unprofessional and made false assurances/promises just to buy more time.

                                I shall never buy from Homeshop18 and pump all the blogs with my worst ever experience so that more people get aware of bad customer services and ill practices of home shop18.

                                I poke with Kavish Srivastava and Jagatjeet singh Khurana for the refund but all tey did was to keep me on hold. The Customer care of Home shop18 is worst ever and unprofessional. My phone no is [protected], please help reslove my issues.

                                  I was browsing through HomeShop18 and I saw these really cool Reebok Zig-Tech Shoes, they look so cool but they are a little expensive for me. But then I found out that HomeShop18 has an option where you can pay for their products in three EMI’s with no additional cost. This works out very well for me as I can now spread out the payment over three months and I can still afford to buy the shoes that I really want. And the banks that they are affiliated with are the same as the ones where I have my account. This is so cool; I have already ordered the shoes and am now waiting for the delivery.

                                  The Reebok Zig-Tech Shoes that I had ordered from HomeShop18 arrived a few days ago. I am so happy with them. All of my friends are so jealous and after they found out about the EMI’s they have all decided to purchase the shoes from HomeShop18. I’m so glad that an Indian Online Shopping site has an offer like this. I had heard that a brand of Jeans had a similar offer but I never thought that I could buy shoes like that. It is so nice that good brands can be affordable to us like this. Thank you HomeShop18!

                                      I Received my Jewellery(deccan pearl) Yesterday 23-12-10..Order no[protected] and suborder no 31920323 and i found it to be defective..There was no spark in the Cubic zirconia and also the stones were not at a;; properly placed..It was so untidy that IT WASNT LOOKING LIKE A BRANDED JEWELLERY..No finishing at all so now i want my money back including the courier charges as i will send the product back tomorrow..Am Very dissapointed..Would think twice bfore ordering anything from homeshop ...See to it that i get my money back ASAP..
