I have ordered kitchen item 10 days back but item not delivered till date. many time delivery person coming to me but not issuing item and telling me that my card swiping is unserviceable. As today also he came having same reply. What I feel u all are having black money resisting people to deal in cash. This is against govt rule. I am going to complain against u in consumer forum as well as in Incom tax department . U have breach the agreement between u and me, due to this one of my plan party program has hampered.for Same type kitchen item I have hired and paid him 750/- rs . Who will bear this . I will request honourable court to get the ammount recovered from ur company. Today I have taken photograph o[censored]r delivery person and discharge unsearviceble machine. Same I will show in court as a proof.also voice talk between ur people, delivery boy and ur customer care talk with me. Thks for harassing me and like me costemer.

    I am pramodini bhuyan i have ordered dolphin magic moper on 24 September 2016, the order no. is [protected] .due to quality issue of the product i have returned the product but however i have not get my refund till date now.
    whenever i contact customer care they are saying that check has been dispatched but i didn't get any check and when i am saying that transfer the money to my account no. they are saying that they will call me within 2 days but there was no call from customer care from last one month they are saying that only.kindly resolve my problem

      Dear Sir,

      I Jitesh Fulbandhe, reg. contact no. is [protected] with homeshop18, I have purchased 3 products in September month for Dabur gift hamper offer, I have already paid for product, but my gift hamper not received yet.

      Why this occurred, when I am calling customer care then they reply you have ordered only 2 product and they refused my first product LYF Flame 3 mobile phone (Sub order no.[protected], that mean homeshop 18 cheated me, no any customer care respond me positively, if your system not showing my mobile detail for 1st product then why I am bear, this is your system problem or you intentionally not giving gift hamper and just cheat me.

      I have ordered from my mobile no. [protected], but you showing other that your problem.

      Regarding this order I communicate with Mr. Smriti Sharma but now company management intentionally not giving my gift hamper and fraud with me.

      I get the lesson and now I no longer purchase any product with this cheater and fraud shopping channel. Don't purchase product from HOMESHOP18 tele shopping

        I purchased the a LYF FLAME 7 mobile form online shopping site HOMESHOP18 at OCTOBER24'2016 also I received this order, But still now I'm not received reliance offer(rs 15000) coupon code, regarding this I sent lot email to home shop18 customer care but still no response. still in this site that offer displayed. So that I registered this complaint. I expecting favorable reply soon. If you want, I had all the emails backup's and received invoice copy.

        I ordered lyf flames mobile but when I received parcel from home shop 18 and open it mobile box is empty, two small stones placed in box, I m shocked, I complete home shop 18 customer care but response are not good if you can solve this and refund my money 3650 rs please contact me on this no [protected]

          Xlife-m5+ mobile continously switching off any moment, order no:[protected], order date: 06/04/2016, azam ali h. no:678, chabelay purav, jajmau, kanpur-208001, gone to your servise center also but problem not resolved, kindly take up the matter on priority.
          Due to this problem i am unable to take up calls anytime mobile got switched off then i had to take out battery manually & insert it back then try to restart then only mobile gets on, like wise i use to do whole day & night, kindly fix the problem.

              I Sujata Jadhav had placed an order for Trio Junior Edge 11.75 cm (4.7 Inch) Curve Phone on 2nd of Nov 2016. But after 2 days i had to go for a meeting so I was not at home for 4 days. And my product was received by my brother on 4th of Nov but he did not open the parcel since it was my parcel.

              My Brother accepted it because the price of the product was same 1, 999/- + delivery charges.

              when I returned back home & opened the parcel & to my surprise i was that instead of the phone that I ordered there were 3 mobiles of Trio.

              Today when I checked the emails I got your email.

              So please help me to get the Trio Junior Edge 11.75 cm (4.7 Inch) Curve Phone that I had ordered.

                Hi,

                My name is Nadhiya from Bangalore. This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with homeshop18 dated 11th October 2016 for Exclusive Designer Shilpa Shetty Sarees - Pack of 3 (Seller: Chhabra Triple Five Fashions Pvt. Ltd.). I didnt received my product yet since past 1 month.
                They informed me that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered to me in 1 day.
                Dispatch details are mentioned as follows: -
                Courier Company Name : Aramex
                Tracking Number : [protected]
                Dispatch Date : 18th October 2016

                It is almost a month now i am not getting any proper response from Homeshop18 nor from Aramex courier. Whenever i call they say it will reach me in 2 days time & the 2 day never came. I am fed up of the follow up calls & mails. They are not bothered to call me back for the status. I have paid in advance through online transfer of Rs.3799/- and now i am worried for my money. I am really scared & also upset & going through mental stress for the same. I never experienced this kind of issue early with any online site. Their customer care response is pathethic. I need my money back or the product asap. If i get a speedy actions on this, i will be very greatful.

                Order returned by courier and received at your end on 25.07.2016 but payment not yet refunded in account
                I placed an order of story fleece blanket set of 5 (qty - 2)
                on 23 oct. 2016 and the max. delivery date was 27 oct. 2016.
                and i do not receive my product till now.
                delivery service is worst and experience was very bad.

                  I rupali thakur had ordered a kurti Pack of 5 solid and classy worth rupees 800 and the kurtis were really bad the material was horrible there for I returned it back n that time the executive told me that ur product will be checked and after reading your application after 7-8 days u will get a refund n even asked me to give an return application regarding why I want to return the product and so I did and mentioned that I want the refund asap and the courier guy came n he said the refund will be given to u in 8 days time . I waited for nearly 10 days for my and I called them up asking for my refund then they tell me that they have sent a coupon worth rs 800 . I had asked them for a refund they should have informed me in advance that I would be getting the refund in coupon . This highly unexpected from such a well known brand since they are indirectly forcing me to buy their product indirectly and on top of that their executive lies to me saying that they have a recording where I had asked for a coupon which I never did. Plus he even says that he will hear the recording and get back to me soon which he never did and now when I called them I asked to transfer the call to their senior and she said that we are not going to see through the same issue again and again and she even said that they can only give coupons because there is a offer where they are only providing coupons I want the customer care to take some action against this matter this is not accepted if the customer is paying an amount n asking for refunding it they should be given a proper refund in cash or should be informed well in advance before buying the product that their product refund would be given in coupon form they customers will atleast be aware

                  I received a call from your executive today morning claiming that she has a recording where in I have asked a for a voucher and when I asked her for the recording she argued with me and later said that she doesn't want to listen anything she had just called to tell me that I have to take the voucher. Don't you'll train your executives how to talk to the customer and if she wouldn't be lying she would have just send the recording . do you'll think coustomers are fools to accpect your fake talks and take the voucher . I want the money as soon as possible. My humble request to customer care strict actions should be taken regarding home shop 18 and it should be shut as their fooling customers I have gone through many complains and most of the complains are regarding the refund that the people have not yet recived . you should see through the matter as soon as possible

                  You haven't served me any better as per a customer and what record are you even mentioning about i[censored] have any records in which I have agreed about taking the voucher at the begning send it to me..as per how much I know I haven't agreed to it at all and the most agressive thing is that your executives lie about it and talk to us as if their doing us some favour by giving us the coupon. I have no concern regarding anything I want my refund as soon as possible in CASH .

I am sick of it. is this a fault to buy a product from your site. please do the needful

                            My name is Ibrahim m tadakod I am staying in Hubli Karnataka recently I given a order to home shop18 about plastic containers amount of Rs. 1100 cash on delivery I received.first they sent me wrong size of containers compared to in tv that shown then I given a request to refund the amount they said we will not give refund amount.then they provided a coupon no to use for other shopping items.i used the Rs 1100 coupon for shopping again they sent me cash on delivery items I called them and said the same now they are saying the coupon date got expired they will not refund the amount.first of all it's there mistake of sending wrong sizes containers and now they are saying this they are totally miss guided me from in the beginning please let me help to get my amount refund.

                              I have taken mixture last month only, From the taken time only it was not working properly even the mixture was not taken the load an in 15 days it is stop working you'll have given us 6 months warranty not even the month has gone the product is not working i have paid 1500 for this, i am not satisfied with this product this was the worst experience i had from you'll.

                                Mohd.kaleem Ahmed --- I ordered 2 tablets [white color] on homeshop18 on sep-2016, for an amount of Rs.8149/- OD.No.[protected], 09:50pm, but i got only one tablet [black color], 3 to 4 times they send miss deliveries to my address but, i did not got item which i ordered, Then I complained at Consumer forum, after that 10 to 15 customer executive called me and ask about only what is the mistake but no one solve my complaint, in Oct-month 1 Customer resolution officer called me & told sorry we are unable to deliver your item & we refund your amount within 5 days and take my account details but till to date there is no amount credited to my account.

                                Hence, I humble request to Consumer Forum Team to block all transaction of Homeshop18 and rate on them, they are cheating to customers with dummy business, they are harassing, gambling and selling duplicate items. plz plz plz Consumer Forum Team take serious action on HomeShop18.

                                  Order no.[protected]..my request number #1285497 has been registered with them on 16th oct. i was out of station. so could not receive the order. hence i cancelled it.. on 16th oct i asked them to refund my money.order has alreasy returned to the vendor but till date i have not heard a single time from them. even no one is responding to my mails. i just want my money back. thats it. i had so many unpleasant experiences with homeshop18. i have decided not to shop with them again.

                                    This is in regard of the product that i received on 13.10.2016. I didn't like the product so i placed a return and refund request. The product got returned, however, the money has not been refunded as of yet as per my bank transactions. Homeshop is claiming that they have already refunded the amount in my bank account that i provided. However, i did not receive any kind of message of such sort. I asked them to mail me the transaction info. to which they told me to first post a complain on this website and then only they can mail me the info. I do not think i will ever buy anything from homeshop. This has been the worst experience ever.

                                      I have still not received payment for my returned order.I have been chasing for almost a year now. But every time they say they are looking into the issue. A year is a lot time. My money would have doubled by now if it was with me. No one is taking responsibility of the same. I have the AWB number and all the details. Please help as I am not able to receive any support from them. The cost incurred for calling and reaching them would have been more than the cost of product by now. I have purchased lyf flame 3 mobile on home shop 18 website for rs. 3148/- on 18/07/2016 with order no.[protected]. I have returned this product on 29/07/2016 & received confirmation on mail from homeshop 18, but till date i have not received refund from homeshop 18. I have called them several times then also they have not given any positive response. Bank is charging emi for that transaction as it is not cancelled yet. So i am kindly requesting you to do the needful.
