Updated by Raju R Sidhanti If you don't intend to resolve your customers concern, please don't give hope. When you again had to tell me the policy is to file a complaint within 48 hours then why ask me to send images as though it will be resolved.
You tell me the color of the product is not guaranteed, but this is not mentioned by you in your program
Customers buy products from you because of the trust they have on you and I fell like a fool to have trusted you
You say don't use the product that needs replacement. Unless I use the pan, how will I know it is defective or as per the guidelines'
I can't keep the products that I purchased without using lifelong. For me they are meant to be used not a showpiece.
What a BS policy, who the hell would test a product they purchase within 48 hours and complain. U think people will have scanning machine in their eyes that without testing and just by looking, they would tell the product is bad.
Keep aside the customers, would you ever if you purchase a product would do that.
I think your policies are to safeguard yourself than to offer a good customer service.
Even a small shopkeeper would offer a weeks time to ask for replacement if the product does not meet specifications.
