    I had ordered a pack of 3 suits of Red, Golden and Blue colour. But I received a Black coloured suit in place of Red suit and it is completely different from what I had ordered. I have images of what I had ordered and what I have received and I have attached those pictures with this complaint and they are 2 different things. So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve it and either refund my money or return the product or else i will be compelled to take legal action against you.

      Dear Team,
      By looking Roti Maker Demonstration on HomeShop18 channel and believing in High Promises given therein, I booked a roti maker which was delivered to me and on using the said product on very first day it failed its performance as promised on HomeShop18 channel. The Rotis baked on the product were disfigured and burnt and were unconsumable.

      I immediately got in touch with HomeShop18 customer care and loged my grivencies to me. I was told that we only provide 48 hrs warranty for products and they refused to entertain my complaint for Refund/Replacement of product and they did not make any efforts in resolving my complaint/grievances inspite of making loud promises while selling the product on their channel.

      As a bonafied consumer/purchaser, I felt cheated, deceived and lured to purchase the said poduct by seeing the advertisement on said channel. Instead of helping the Customer in solving their grievances, they show great apathy to their grievances and refuse to entertain and resolve the grievances of customer after collecting product amount.

      Therefore I am filing this complaint before your forum to take appropriate necessary action against HomeShop18 for selling sub-standard and inferior quality products and luring customers to purchase the same.

      I shall highly appreciate your prompt action in resolving my grievances and providing fair justice to me.

        Hi, I have returned above product due to not good quality and damage product received. Before returning i have called call center and confirmed how to return they informed me return no &sub order no and Chennai address as per that i have returned but that product did not get delivered because courrier people need DC from where i bring DC i don't have any company am a customer not company to provide DC. And the courrier got returned and again i called call center and confirmed they said to resend again i have resent but still it not delivered they are asking me Chennai contact no i called to call center to confirm but i did not get good response and they said they will make arrange call but still i did not get call. The product is still in Professional courrier Docket no - BLR[protected] from 8th Oct it has not reached I have spent Rs. 4499 & corries charges 550/- Am fed up now am thinking why i ordered this product and suffering a lot. Homeshop 18 customer care inquiry handling team Mr. Manish i have spoke he is telling he can not return my carrier charges why i should spend from my own when your product not good and damage product provided and this guy is standing on he's own company provided rules and don't want to solve our product solutions. Will i get any solution from this? My self Almas may be u may get details of me by your team to reach out me. The product is still not delivered please make that product to get delivered and refund my hole amount with courrier charges

          I had ordered dr. morepen combo kit with heat belt for my mother who is going with treatment of cancer... but after 4-5days heat belt is now not working.
          I am requesting you team that please take action on priority. she is not well so am requesting you to please take return this same or exchange me heat belt otherwise i will quite you services and and i cancelled all the product which i had order for my friend.

          One more thing that do not take much time again am requesting you to please take action. and do not day me to visit customer store.
          Because am the person who is taking care of my mother.

            I had recently placed an order through cash on delivery of roti maker cum multi snack maker and received with return back policy if you are not satisfied, so haven't checked its usage we were not at all satisfied, and would like to return it back, so inspite of so many emails on [protected]@homeshop18.com and even on their call centre there is still not response and the the complaint was made with in 24 hours of receiving the product, their call centre just reply saying back that representative will just call back but to our utter dismay there is simply no response.

            We want our cash return back as per the policy and what they advertise on their website and also on tv channels.

              I have order blanket order no.[protected] date 29 aug 16. & use gift copan 1498 rs. But this order cancell by hs18 in 4 sep 2016.. Than not give me a new gift coopan... Last 15 days i call to hs18 2 give me a new gc but hs18 says we sent u gc in 3-4 days but not sent 2 me & but tish event is reapted 3-4 times but they are not sent me a new gc thanks

              I had order 2 pairs of sports shoes by Altra -UK8 vide order no [protected] dated 5.10.2016, the said goods i have received today i.e 5.10.2016 but unfortunately the orange colour shoe i received is not the same shown in the adv., the same may replace with product specification / colour shown in advertisement dated 5.10.2016 or refund my money.

                I got the defective slim fit belt, so when i called the customer care services n ask for replacement they informed that i will receive a call from complaint department within 7-8 days. it been over 8 days n now when i am trying to reach the customer care services they are simply hanging up my call without any response as they have my mobile number.

                    Sir/Madam,
                    I have ordered a Trio T-5000 Superfone on dated 13
                    Sept 2016. I got the order on dated 25 sept 2016. After using the
                    device for a week (7 days), I discovered many defects in it.
                    The phone is showing "no service" in its display. Many times it is
                    getting switched off automatically. Now I am completely fed up with
                    this device. So please take it back and return my money.

                    The defects are (1) No service; (2) automatic switched off many times

                      Product shown and delivered is different. Wrong in size and all the shirts are of different brands. I logged a return request and your extractive said return this product by your own which cost 300 rs. Very much disappointed from. Do seriously look it to this matter . Your customer care executive was not supportive. I think you want to cheat your customer as no quality checks before sending the product. I wrote around 16 mail to them no responce.

                                On 10/10/2016 homeshop18 delivered only tablet key board but i didn't order, i order total set of tablet, how they blindly deliver only keyboard, it is very very very shame to homeshop18 company and their team members, they are gamblers, cheeters, shamless humans, they remain their mistakes 4 times in a month. All customers will proud to their shamless performance, footpath items are more better than homeshop18 items, they takes too long time to deliver items...

                                Homeshop18 — I booked 2 tablets on 11/09/2016 but i received 1 tablet and key board til to date, i complained but there is no no solution for by complaint, 8 to 10 customer executives called me but every executive ask about problem and told to give 3-5 days but did not solved by complaint, they are harassing me by calling and told to give some time to cross check, i asked without cross checking/verified the items, how/why they deliver. they are playing a gambling game with customers, i saw in consumer forum complaint list nearly 500 and above complaints are recorded against Homeshop18.
                                Hence i sincerely request to consumer forum team to take serious action on Homeshop18 and save the customers to Homeshop18 cheeting, gambling, harassments, money etc...

Kaleem Ahmed ----- On 20/10/2016, Mr.Yaqub [Asst.Resolution Officer] called me and told yous complaint was resolved and your amount will be refund in 7 days, after 2 days my account details taken. but till to date i didn't got any refund. before calling Yaqub, nearly 8 to 10 customer executives called and they only ask about complaint details but no one solved that and told give me 3 days and drop my call. they only wasted my time, I ordered 2 tablets on 11/09/2016 but till date i did not got my complete order delivery. Homeshop18 showing too laziness, fraud and cheating with customers, , , , its not only my problem lot of customers are suffering with lot of problems with Homeshop18...

                                  I booked an item on 22nd sep, and till 13th october it has not reached the destination. I want to cancel the booking as there is no surety from the team of homeshop as to when the item will be delivered. But, on raising a cancellation request, the. Customer care department has asked me to wait for the product to arrive. But nobody knows when the product will arrive, not even the courier company. Now till what time shall i wait for the refund of my money... It can be 10 days, 100 days or never. I am really upset on this and want to know how i can get my money.

                                    I ordered for nutriglow papaya bleach cream.
                                    Order date: 25/9/16

                                    Date of complaint: 2/10/16
                                    I opened it 4 days later to use and the activator was in accumulated balls instead of powder. I checked the pack for expiry date but there wasnt any. I tested the product and it left my skin burning and itchy.
                                    I registered my complaint to customer care service the same day and they clearly stated they can't help me and they aren't responsible because there is no expiry date.

                                    I was received an Induction cooktop Product that is already not working. fan of machine is walking inside and not tight with bullet. another parts of item are very cheap.

                                    so i will suggest to all of you please go to shop and check and see properly of the items and than purchase with your satisfaction.
                                    I have returned their product but they have not process my refund and they have been continuously telling me that it will be refunded within two days.It has been above 1 month since i returned their product.My order number for the product was[protected].I want you to take serious actions against them.
                                    I have received new purchased Smart life roti maker and when start the product i found electric shock.
                                    I ordered for a makeup kit and got products that were of different brands from the ones shown in TV. The products were of very brand and quality. When I called the customer support they denied to take any action. Those products are mentioned with MFD of 7/2017 but they are in so bad condition. Even in one of the items I found the actual MFD dated 2015 was scrambled and replaced with new MFD. These ppl are cheating us and stealing our money. This company should be banned

                                      I had taken this as a gift for somebody and was delivered to me on 6th october 2016.

                                      When the person opened it on sunday 9th october 2016 and tried to cook in one of the pans, the completed color faded off.

                                      I want the product to be replaced immediately or take back the product and give me back my money.

                                      Your executive says the complaint has to be logged within 48 hours. How do you expect me to open a gift and test it by cooking something in it which is meant to be given to somebody as a gift.

                                      I got a third class service from hopeshop18 and the executives are very arrogant. This is how to treat your customers?

                                      Please do not show on your programs products that you don't oblige to actually sell to your customers and make a fool of them and yourself as well.

                                      If you don't intend to resolve your customers concern, please don't give hope. When you again had to tell me the policy is to file a complaint within 48 hours then why ask me to send images as though it will be resolved.

                                      You tell me the color of the product is not guaranteed, but this is not mentioned by you in your program

                                      Customers buy products from you because of the trust they have on you and I fell like a fool to have trusted you

                                      You say don't use the product that needs replacement. Unless I use the pan, how will I know it is defective or as per the guidelines'

                                      I can't keep the products that I purchased without using lifelong. For me they are meant to be used not a showpiece.

                                      What a BS policy, who the hell would test a product they purchase within 48 hours and complain. U think people will have scanning machine in their eyes that without testing and just by looking, they would tell the product is bad.

                                      Keep aside the customers, would you ever if you purchase a product would do that.

                                      I think your policies are to safeguard yourself than to offer a good customer service.

                                      Even a small shopkeeper would offer a weeks time to ask for replacement if the product does not meet specifications.

                                        Purchased sandwich toaster cost Rs.550, delivered on 07th October on 9th October by night spoken to Customer care executive telling not satisfied want to return n refund d money, d CSR not probe with me y am not satisfied just told morning to call.

                                        I did the same n said not satisfied bcos as soon I connect d product to switch I get plastic smell, as if it ll burst now.

                                        The person pick the call even not probe what I want to tell just the statement as per terms n condition for not satisfactory product there is no option for refund.

                                        I compelled to transfer to senior the same done the girl priyanka who pick d call repeat the same statement n was so rude.

                                        Again it transfered to vikky, even he says they ll consider d first word what I say n I hv to elaborate my issue clearly before itself in d first call..

                                        I want to return d product bcos am not satisfied due to defect in d product.

                                        Hope my problem u consider n refund me my paid money.
