      i have ordered a two sided dual colour bedsheet and comforter which i have ordered during the showtime on T.V and what i got after 3 days was nothing same to that shown on T.V. I am NOT satisfied with the product as it is NOT the product i have ordered. So, i would like to return the product back to the company.

        I send product product back it reached at 31 December but up to 12 January employees said that product is not receive when I send pod number wait up to 2days your service is worth cosmetic never linked with you second time

          I had received a Coupon of Rs.200/- (Coupon No.CUBP53B3BU6 & CYQ3APUPE8A) against Invoice No.OXIZ/16-17/245513 DT: 20/12/2016.But now when I going to book Jio Wi-fi Device and enquired to avail discount of Rs.200/- on second purchase but nobody guided me how I avail even I contacted in Toll free No. [protected], [protected], [protected] by my Regd.Mob.No.[protected] & [protected] on 0800pm on 12.01.2017 to 13.01.2017 till 0130pm. Lastly I thought that all personnel working for receiving call from Customer are bogus & no knowledge about gift coupon. It also shows that Home shop 18 declared Coupon of Rs.200/- is totally fraud.                 My order no.[protected] of cloth dryer delivered on 9 th jan 2017 but I wish to inform that one of the lock I. E where plastic part has to fix on rod is broken pl replace the portion of cloth dryer which is broken It has about 5 to 6 locks out of which one is broken. this the lock where plastic part attaches with steel rod and upper most lock is broken you can change the lock or the part which has broken lock.

                  I ordered two set of matress protectors of rebeka but received just one set. According to customer care executive they had only one set in stock so delivered only one. But now they are neither delivering remaining one set nor reimbursing money of one set. They are not ready to pick up that product and they are asking to currier the one set which i have received at my own cost, even they are telling that after they will receive that one set they will do quality check, and if everything found ok then only my money will be refunded. Customer care executive talk very rudely. It was not my fault that even they dont have product in stock they accepted order and done partial delivery. Why i should bear currier charges to send them product back and why should I take risk to currier back.

                    When I charge the phone 100% then after use almost 2 hour battery comes down at 10%.

                      I was purchased one mobile on 27.12.2016 online than it was delivered on 29.12.2016 at 3:00 PM and I called on toll free no. On 30.12.2016 at about 9:30 PM again I called on 31.12.2016 in the morning.
                      It very unfortunate that i am here for complaint regarding of your deficiency in service of defective mobile as I purchased one mobile from you that was defective and without charger and I called on your tool free no to return the same within 30 hrs of the day but the same was not in procees kindly take it return back forthwith as per your return policy "product can return within back within 48 hrs otherwise I am going to file a complaint regarding this issue.

                        I ordered a product (New Look Iron Wall Shelves-Set of 4) worth Rs. 1699/- on HomeShop18 on 20.11.2016. But on 05.12.2016 a wrong product was delivered to me. I talked to their customer care regarding that. They advised me to send it back to an address in Muradabad (UP) which they e-mailed me. I did the same by spending Rs. 480/- on courier charges on 06.12.2016. They also assured me that my product would be shipped as they receive my courier. They received the product which I sent back within one week. But I am still waiting for the product. I spoke to their customer care many times but even these customer care people talk in a clever and deceitful manner. I also told them to return my money but they told that I may get the product only. Feeling cheated and helpless now trying to approach media to highlight Homeshop18 as a cheater and save other people from this type of cheating by them.

Moreover what about Rs. 480 which spent for returning the wrong product sent by Homeshop18. Will I get back Rs. 480 or not?

                        I got a mail giving only Rs.169 back that too I have to use while buying a product from homeshop18. This is really disturbing. This episode needs media attention for making the Govt to enroll hefty penal provisions for this type of e-commerce companies. I will try my level best to get this episode media coverage.

                          A. I booked a set of organiser, item description: pretty krafts-buy 20 pc organiser &get 25 pc organiser set free - pink[protected]
                          B. The item was registered with order no.[protected] dt 05/11/2016, sub-order no.[protected]
                          C. The item was delivered and i paid the money rs 1150 in cash to the delivery-man. I asked him to wait till i checked the content but he did not wait.
                          D. I opened the packet and i found instead of total 45 pcs, only 33 pcs were there in the packet ie 12 pcs short.
                          E. I informed several times either return the money and take back the packet or deliver the balance 12 pcs on urgent basis.
                          F. I kept the packet in safe place. I could not use these

                                I ordered jeans from the company on 24th October 2016 ref-no [protected] after that the package arrived on 27th Oct containing the jeans but of same colour which on requesting was taken back for replacement. But its been more than a month and am still awaiting for replacement package. Inspite of continuous follow up with the company there is no revert from their end. Also After the initial telecon with customer care team we were told to do another purchase from Homeshop18 in which amount of previous returned package will deducted. But on doing the same the delivery boy lodged a complaint of short payment with Pydhunie police station due to which at age of 64 and being a respectful person i have to go to police station to settle the dispute causing the damage to my image.

                                        I had order mobile online as their mention 5 inch and they had give me delivery 4 inch mobile and phone and i received order today on[protected] with in 15 mint i had reply on your customer care for mobile problem first they are not ready to accept their mistake and now they are provide me coupon for as amount i had give to them i had given 2810/- rups. but as per your customer care executive she said after collection mobile they calculate valuation of mobile its means they will deduct amount which i had give today.
                                        why this mistake happen and why should i pay for your mistake ?
