Then, in a day or two, i got an SMS stating "We regret to inform you that your Order has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated for the same. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017"
Screenshot has been attached for all conversations.
They have failed to provide compensation for the same, I wish to place a request to discontinue services of HS18 from desired channel partner.
