I ordered vyouguish tops from homeshop18 and the size i ordered was xl. These people hv sent me some other tops.. not what i ordered and that too all the tops have different size.. this is the fourth time they have sent me a wrong product with wrong size. I cant understand how can dey pack 4 different sizes in one pack.. everytime its happening with me..

      Sir on 09 Aug i order a product order no[protected] magic mop combo from homeshop18 which was delivered to me as defective, which i returned it back to homeshop18 via professional courier who charged me 720/- rs which homeshop18 is denying to give me. first they deny to pick the defective item which was delivered to me and now they says they will not pay the amount which i paid on sending the product back to them. sir i m in totally loss.

        I am order perfect white - whiteglow kit with makeup essentials by lotus herbals, my order date 29/08/2016 and my order no is [protected], my product value rs.999×2=1998+71 (delivery charge)=2069. but my product delivered on 3/09/16 and i will pay total amount rs. 2069 but l don't received 2 products, i will receive 1 complete product. then i complain (3/9/16) my problem by phone but i don't received (perfect white - whiteglow kit with makeup essentials by lotus herbals) my kit, i will receive one lipstick on dated 8/9/16. then i will complain my all total problem but i don't received my original kit i received a neil polis on dated 13/09/16, then i will complain this day and they are send one lipstick on dated 27/09/16;what do i received my original completed one kit (perfect white - whiteglow kit with makeup essentials by lotus herbals), please give me my product and solve my problem.

          I received wrong package, which i couriered back on same day. I had to send courier details through email, phone call and whatsapp no.
          Homeshop18 received my package on very next day, though they kept saying 'returned package not received'. After i gave proof of delivery from courier service, they accepted that it is received. Then anytime you ask they say 'in process-wait for 4/5 days'. Their customer-care is of no help, keep saying - we apologize, wait for 4/5 days. They closed my online complain stating they already have a duplicate complain, which i don't see anywhere.
          Very frustrating to communicate with their customer care. They keep saying wrong package was delivered at mumbai, which was my old address and i had changed long back in their system and i had received wrong package on my new gujarat address only.
          Now i am not sure, whether i will ever receive my correct order items, whether i will receive refund of my courier charges.. And if they dispatch what address they will send.
          I am facing a mental torture.
          I highly regret ordering from homeshop18.

          Sir I am kehkasha kher from ashoknagar m.p.I have ordered 6 pieces of serving sets in homeshop 18 offer was given of buy 6 get 6 cook nd serve set bt only 6 set has come by courier.nd company is escaping from this thing kindly make a case on this compaNY.

          Thanks to Ms. Deepa from customer care for taking the ownership and ensuring the closure.
          All the customer care executives should be trained to handle customer concerns in the same manner, rather than just dragging the issue.

They said buy 17 pc organizer set & get 18pc free but i have received only 17pc also i have select "maroon" colour but i have received 2 pink and remaining set in maroon colour.                 Pathetic return process of HomeShop18. Placed an order (order id- [protected]) for 7 pc non stick cookware but as soon as I received it, I decided to return it as the size was too small. This was the first time I ordered on homeshop18 & it might be the last time also. Initially I called on 12th September itself on [protected]. The call continued for 49 seconds before getting disconnected automatically. Then I called again on 15th morning & the executive told me that she was registering the complaint. But when I called them today the HomeShop18 people straightway said that they can't help me since its more than 48 hours & if I had called even on 15th sep by evening, they would have registered the complaint. When I told them that I had called they said there is no record for any call. What a cheap way of rejecting a return complaint. This is quite unprofessional of a company that promises so much in its TV ads.

                when I posted the issue on their facebook page, they assured me of resolving the issue but even after more than 7 days, no one has contacted me yet.

                  Orderd a 2 bottle set of milton from homeshop 18, but instead of 2 bottle set got only 1 bottle and that of also small size i.e 500 ml as i hv ordered set of 2 of size580 and 600 ml, and when raised d complaint with homeshop 18 they told to send bottle back and get it refunded, bt i say them to send d 2 nd bottle f set, bt they denied for it and when i told them about inappropriate size of bottle nd said dt i will go to consumer court then they send a message dt u will get ur bottle within 11 days, after that they stopped replying f my mails nd also don't provide me wd shipping details etc., so i suggest others never to buy from such homeshop 18 likes companies, shame on u homeshop

                    Hi I got zen android mobile on 20th sept 2016. The charging and start button of the mobile was.not working. I complained to customer care but they denied to replace the product. I was said to talk.with zen care. Again I force and raise question of consumer right then the customer care executive told me that soon courier boyw will go to ur home . You give the product to him . we will replace it. I said to send him miromax convass whose extra amount I will pay in cash but he denied. Till now no one has come to my home. God knows what will happen

                            2 weeks after still not refund my money. So I many many times feedback this homeshop18.com feedback email but still not responsible and so I call this homeshop18.com customer care number and I informed my problem but this homeshop18 representative not quickly refund my money or not help me and I many times call this homeshop18 customer care number but Still not refund and I today call this your customer care number and i inform my problem but this homeshop18 Tamil representative disconnected my speak. I very shocking. Because this homeshop18 not care me and not respect me and not refund my money. I very sad . 2 week after still not refund 1398 and I sent courier charges 230 Rs.

                                  Your company is a total fraud you guys don't know how to deal with your valuable customers.I ordered three product from your website in the period of time 5 to 15 Aug when you guys showing some kind of offer i.e if you buy three product in time Interval from 5 to 15th Aug and you will get a mobile phone ( iKall comp. ). When we buy three product from you guys one of your representatives said you will definitely get a mobile phone 21 days after delivery of your last product. Today when we call you regarding information about it, One of the representatives said the scheme is over long time ego and when we query about it, you guys said the offer was on purchase above you ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous guys this is not a way to business to cheat with your valuable customers. One thing I want to clear in this every single time when we talked to your representatives about is there any hidden condition or anything regarding this offer you don't tell us a thing and now you have done this. This is unprofessional this is not the way to do business with your customers.
                                  In the last, i want to say that I will take legal action against you guys . If there is need to go to consumer court I'll go .

                                    As per your terms and conditions, I bought above Mobile and got delivery on 17.09.2016. It was suggested by you that as and when you will got the above mobile, you may contact to nearby reliance digital store and you will get reliance jio sim instantly. But, it is mention that I approached two Authorized reliance digital store at Unjha, but they denied to provide any preference for above mobile holder. They told that you may approach only if you Purchase this mobile in my shop i arrange the Sim but you puchase Home Shop 18 iam not provide sim. It is not tolerable to me. Hence, I want to return my above mobile. Please send your representative to collect the same

                                      Order Delivered : September 09, 2016
                                      Product Tested on : September 11th 2016,
                                      Tried to complaint on the same date but need to call on Morning 10 AM to 6PM between this time. So Raised a complaint on 12th Morning.

                                      I already spoke with Brand Department and they are ready to take the defective product return.

                                      But from Homeshop18 Customer care is not at all responding for my complaint.
                                      They are lying and saying that not able to contact with the Brand. So while I was in a call with Customer care of Homeshop18.com I kept a Conference call with the Brand. It has been more than 10 days still no one called me from Homeshop18.com.

                                      I called them several times but they are saying only one word I need to wait for 2-3 working days. It has been more than 10 days no one contacted me. I already raised a ticket to them but they simply closed the complaint.

I have received the order on sunday afternoon and paid Rs.1100/, unfortunately i was in out of station and came yesterday and saw my order but one of the shirt in the combo was tore and the size also not fit for me.                                         Hi,

                                        On 13/09/16 I have recd. Tube Light from ezyhome for my Insect Killer Machine which I bought 1+ yrs. back..

                                        I called on the same day when I recd. my Tube light that it is not working but still they are postponing the same to next day.. Now pls. provide the solution for the same as I was not able to kill mosquitoes on my own..
