Hello sir, ...i have a problem on this website. Someone call me(fake someone) and told me that you have shop a SURIYA GAS STOP on this month from homeshop18 and told me that you are win 12, 60, 000 ...in our lucky draw...result is comeout..kindly imormed you to payment registration fee 7, 500 .
One is registration charge of that prize is 7, 500.another is bank SBItax charged 25, 000.another is RBItac charged 38, 500.and last one is 78, 500 durring this time i have clamed ..I realised that really they fake people use me as a moneybanker...
..this is totally fake...i just want to tell you that (someone)under this homshop18 customer care provide some unnecessary customer details to another fake person who use in bad business.they provide useless details to the another person...i have all msges from VM-Homeshop18..i just read and they call me and told me that i have win 12, 60, 000 and also they got all information about our purchased ...if someone had not provided any homeshop18s customer details than how they get all information about our purchased...i have given below the company no. :-+[protected]

I resquest to you that if you should not take any action than our whole ASSAM(north-east) will not buy any product from homeshop18..

After tht ask the 1 tym passwrd of debit card ... N we provide tht after tht hve debited the customer acvount wid the sum of rupes 18700... And thn we call thm and thy said we cnt do anythng ... Soo dnt trust homeshop18 ... They are bloody cheaters

      I am very disappointed by service that homeshop is giving. I have oredered spice mobile on 26 feb. And they delivered it on 2 march. And they are taking Rs 351/- shipping charge.
      Now i have problem in mobile so they refused to replacement by saying that it is only applicable if Mobile taken to service center within 7 day. What's hell is this.

        Fake/fraud call about prize in lucky draws

        I am getting call by this number:[protected], They are saying that they are calling from Homeshop18 gift department and they telling me my personal info full address name number and all, and they said that I am selected for gift which from 14 Feb shopping lucky draw, and Prize will be one of 3(Dell Laptop, iPhone7 or 75000/- Cheque of ICICI Bank) but I have to purchase a product minimum of 4000/- and for payment they are asking my card details...

        I have ordered jewellery items from your shopping portal. till now there is no complaint about the product. But I want you to get informed that the shopping details (like name and full addreds and contact no.) which only you should know, have been shared by you with some fraudulent elements which are repeatedly calling in the name of giving me the prize money. we as customers do not expect this kind of negligence and carelessness from a reputed company like "Homeshop18".
        I am afraid that such fraudulent calls are discouraging many customers like us from buying from you as the personal details we share with a TRUST that it would not fall into wrong hands. Hope you exercise some care in selecting your suppliers and save your dwindling reputation.

        Homeshop18 should care all this issue. Our personal info which we share with them is leaked from them. And the Fraudulent using that our info and Homeshop18 name.

        Homeshop18 will lose all their customers and TRUST on them.

          I ordered Buy one get one coral blankets by azani in December and received them in January, but after receiving my parcel one person is continously calling me from different numbers stating that i won 1st price in a lottery and need to pay money in order to claim my record. I refused to pay money and now he is calling and abusing me, and sometimes do flirting. These are the 2 numbers i m getting call from [protected], [protected]. Kindly look into it.

            Sir, i ordered everwel 131 pcs complete kitchen set with 2 burner cooktop & dry iron on 22.1.2017 order no.[protected]. same has been dispatched on 30.1.2017. cash on delivery is made of rupees 7350.dinner set was not complete instead of 131 pcs it has only 89 pcs n cooktop was also damaged.so i resend it after one week through homeshop18 courier service n till date 28.1.2017 i don't get my product back.i call again n again they don't take any actions and stop receiving my calls too..

              Order was placed by my relative for onida grill vide order no:[protected], material was recieved and complaint was raised on 23 feb and from that day they are replying that

              we will get back to you within 48 hours and till date there is no call/message and whenever calling the customer care they all lsiten to problem and refer to their senior team where no body is free to take the call and they are reverting that within 48hrs we will contact you.

              Request you to help in this matter as after complaint they immediately generate ticket and reply that within 48 hrs we will contact you. I have even talked to the seller and he is deniying to do anything without homeshop18 clerance.

                This is in reference to my order on homeshop18.com (Order no.[protected]). I received my product on Feb 13, 2017 but it was received in damaged/defected condition and the quality was also very cheap. I spoke to the customer care for the refund and mailed as well; however they said that the refund can only be made in the form of Gift coupon. I had ordered the product in the mode of COD/Cash on delivery and the refund policy on the website also says that I'll get a cheque in such a case. But Customer care Executives are clearly denying to refund in Cash/Cheque mode; although it's completely the company's fault and not mine? Why would I accept the Gift coupon after such a bad experience? When asked the reason, they said that the policies have changed and the website is not updated; so they can't refund in form of Cash/Cheque. I'm attaching the screenshots of Refund Policy as mentioned in your website.

                The dupatta of one set is torn and of the set the dupatta is missing and as the dupatta was displayed on the tv the dupatta was legit supposed to be with the lace. I hope you fix this soon

                        I am a loyal customer of home shop 18. I regularly shopped with them and I was satisfied. But this time when I ordered zoha Saree pack of 2 Saree, I was highly disappointed with the product as they delivered me different product. It were not those saree's which I actually ordered. And even the quality of the product was very low. I asked them to take back the product and return me my amount. But they are returning me the coupon of rs 1450 which actually I don't want. Please refund me the cash. I need my cash back and not your coupon.

                            Home shop 18 is fake site. This site is making fool to the people. I purchased 10 LED bulb from home shop 18 and all the bulb are of bad quality. Their illumination level is too low. I asked to customer care to take it back but they refuse. I waste my money on home shop 18. So I will not recommend any one for Home Shop 18. And I will float my feedback on the web.

                              My first order on 5th feb, order id - [protected]
                              PrettyKrafts - Buy 20 pc & get 30 pc organizer set free - pink(cash on delivery)
                              in this case i received only 36 pieces instead of 50 pieces,
                              then i returned product & get e-coupon of Rs-1200

                              then

                              my second order on 18th feb, order id - [protected]
                              PrettyKrafts - Buy 20 pc & get 25 pc organizer set free - pink via e-coupon of Rs-1200
                              in this case i received 43 pieces of blue color instead of 45 pieces pink,

                              when i call to customer care, call center executive says that take image of product & email to homshop18, they are playing with me & both time they send wront or less material, now this time i do not take risk on this time of re-order Or material.

                              so, Please take action and try to get my money back.
