Hi,

I very disapointed with them.

As I ordered a item to gift someone.

I gifted them. But when they opened this gift pack, they found that product is defective item, It's cap is not able to set with each other as its cap is already cracked.

Becuase I have to gift someone that's why I could not open pack and I had directly gifted them as I faith on Homeshop18.

But this time I'm very disapointed as they are saying youare lateas per policy we cannt return now, but which policy says homeshop18 should send defective peice.

That was gift then how ca i open that product. I directly gave him. I have to same at front of them as it's apis not fiting.

Please help to exchange this item.

I got my order delivery yesterday.
The quality of lipstick and other cosmetic very bad. And not in same colour as view in advertisements.
I want to return my order. Because of bad quality of the material.
So pls.help me.
About this matter I was called in homeshop 18 customer care but I'm not found any satisfy replay

I have ordered Crystal induction cookware 2 weeks before.when i got my delivery of product, the crystal induction was damaged and some internal parts are broken.i had put my request to replace the product But unfortunately second time again i got damage and broken product.
Now as a costumer i am pissed off and very disappointed with the service of homeshop18 .I don't understand why your service team not checking the product properly before packing or they are just damping the products like anything...

I have earlier written to the CEO Mr Sanjeev Agarwal about the call recieved earlier the details were as -

I got a call from [protected] saying that i have wont the bumper price of TATA safari 4 wheeler and i would be receiving a message from the company itself. i asked him to mail me but he insisted that i will recieve the message. i said there is no such thing uploaded on the internet so he replied that once i recieve the prize theyll upload it.

I have recieved sms that i have won prize of tata safari in my name and i have to deposit registration charges.Person in the name of pratap patel then called on mobile and told us whatever i ordered on different dates from your site .However i disconnected it.
My concern is that whatever i ordered from site/over phone was known to that miscreant.How come he knew all about my orders.There is a security concern and doubt as to whether or not the data of whatever i order is safe at your end.
I request you to address the issue else i will be forced to lodge fir at local police station or choose for legal recourse.
My security is breached as the person calling was having knowledge of each and every details precisely including date and item ordered.

Hello sir, ...i have a problem on this website. Someone call me(fake someone) and told me that you have shop a SURIYA GAS STOP on this month from homeshop18 and told me that you are win 12, 60, 000 ...in our lucky draw...result is comeout..kindly imormed you to payment registration fee 7, 500 .
One is registration charge of that prize is 7, 500.another is bank SBItax charged 25, 000.another is RBItac charged 38, 500.and last one is 78, 500 durring this time i have clamed ..I realised that really they fake people use me as a moneybanker...

They cheated the customers yesterday the custoner get a call tht thy won gift bcz thy selected for womams day thy said we r frm homeshop 18 we trusted thm thn thy said the customer won i phone or 75 000 soo thy choose the money thy requested fir customer ifsc code account no all thngs the customer provide them and thy said the money wll be credited n customer ac wthn 24 hrs and they said thy are frm head office frm noida name of grl sonia mehra and vizan... After tht ask the 1 tym passwrd of debit card ... N we provide tht after tht hve debited the customer acvount wid the sum of rupes 18700... And thn we call thm and thy said we cnt do anythng ... Soo dnt trust homeshop18 ... They are bloody cheaters

I am very disappointed by service that homeshop is giving. I have oredered spice mobile on 26 feb. And they delivered it on 2 march. And they are taking Rs 351/- shipping charge.
Now i have problem in mobile so they refused to replacement by saying that it is only applicable if Mobile taken to service center within 7 day. What's hell is this.
They are just selling cheap quality products.

They tried to fraud with me.

HOW THEY GOT MY PERSONAL INFO, MY DETAILED ADDRESS AND NUMBER AND ALL. Which I shared with Homeshop18

I have ordered jewellery items from your shopping portal. till now there is no complaint about the product. But I want you to get informed that the shopping details (like name and full addreds and contact no.) which only you should know, have been shared by you with some fraudulent elements which are repeatedly calling in the name of giving me the prize money. we as customers do not expect this kind of negligence and carelessness from a reputed company like "Homeshop18".
I am afraid that such fraudulent calls are discouraging many customers like us from buying from you as the personal details we share with a TRUST that it would not fall into wrong hands. Hope you exercise some care in selecting your suppliers and save your dwindling reputation.

I ordered Buy one get one coral blankets by azani in December and received them in January, but after receiving my parcel one person is continously calling me from different numbers stating that i won 1st price in a lottery and need to pay money in order to claim my record. I refused to pay money and now he is calling and abusing me, and sometimes do flirting. These are the 2 numbers i m getting call from [protected], [protected]. Kindly look into it.

Sir, i ordered everwel 131 pcs complete kitchen set with 2 burner cooktop & dry iron on 22.1.2017 order no.[protected]. same has been dispatched on 30.1.2017. cash on delivery is made of rupees 7350.dinner set was not complete instead of 131 pcs it has only 89 pcs n cooktop was also damaged.so i resend it after one week through homeshop18 courier service n till date 28.1.2017 i don't get my product back.i call again n again they don't take any actions and stop receiving my calls too..

Order was placed by my relative for onida grill vide order no:[protected], material was recieved and complaint was raised on 23 feb and from that day they are replying that

we will get back to you within 48 hours and till date there is no call/message and whenever calling the customer care they all lsiten to problem and refer to their senior team where no body is free to take the call and they are reverting that within 48hrs we will contact you.

Request you to help in this matter as after complaint they immediately generate ticket and reply that within 48 hrs we will contact you. I have even talked to the seller and he is deniying to do anything without homeshop18 clerance.

This is in reference to my order on homeshop18.com (Order no.[protected]). I received my product on Feb 13, 2017 but it was received in damaged/defected condition and the quality was also very cheap. I spoke to the customer care for the refund and mailed as well; however they said that the refund can only be made in the form of Gift coupon. I had ordered the product in the mode of COD/Cash on delivery and the refund policy on the website also says that I'll get a cheque in such a case. But Customer care Executives are clearly denying to refund in Cash/Cheque mode; although it's completely the company's fault and not mine? Why would I accept the Gift coupon after such a bad experience? When asked the reason, they said that the policies have changed and the website is not updated; so they can't refund in form of Cash/Cheque. I'm attaching the screenshots of Refund Policy as mentioned in your website.

I have ordered one product and after getting it i was not satisfied with the product i ask for refund and they people said we'lll provide u coupon ..before changing the policy u peolpe not even inform to anyone .i want my money back u cheater company...i am going to assure that from next time all my relatives and friends must not buy any of the product from you cheated people.

Everytime they will say we r complaining forward but stil after almost 1month i did not get my product..
If product is not available kindly refund my money 1300/-.
