For diwali offer, you mention to do any 3 purchases with you and a double bed blanket will be free,
We made three purchases and then you mention that there is condition of min amount purchase also,

My complaint is why you didnt mention this condition in your shows. you are misleading customers like us.

We are your very old customer
Please check your records and search asha dutta - dwarka sec 1.
This time it feels like cheating, very bad.

    During diwali home shop 18 widely offered a scheme that if you buy any 3 products during 10th oct'16 to 31st oct'16. The buyer will be eligible for free blanket. Now when we buy the 3 different products vide order number [protected], [protected] & [protected] and ask for the the free blanket, now they are giving the excuse that it was only for the case when shopping is for 5000 rs. Or more. While challenging that they never mentioned such information during offer period i. E. Neither on live tv nor on their website.
    During offer period they only mentioned about that you have to buy 3 products and you will get free blanket.
    This is a major fraud by homeshop 18 and necessary action need to be taken against them

      My name is imran vartak ([protected]/[protected]). zomo sprint zc702 3g calling tablet with keyboard was given for repairing at zomocare in the month of september has been not repair yet and not giving any response from homeshop 18 customercare and zomo customercare also. today i have call zomo customercare nibhika employee has reply my call saying that my tablet has been sale... i want my tablet back has tablet is in under warranty. my family members, friends and me also is regular customer of homeshop 18. has replacement policy of homeshop 18 is good so we were taking all products from homeshop 18 but know the service is getting from homeshop 18 is bad. reply as soon as possible other wise i will take legal action.

But, i have received incomplete dinner set i. E. (4 big plates, 4 small plates, 8 curry bowls, 8 table spoon, 2 forks, 4 desert plates, 4 chutney bowls (Total in all 34 items) which is incomplete.

          Mix & Match Combo 4 kurtas & 2Leggings by Anaaya-L[protected] large size में होने के कारण यह बड़ा हो गया। इसे medium साईज में बदलने की व्यवस्था करें ।
          जबकि 2Leggings अलग अलग साइज तथा दिखाये गये रंग व पैटर्न के अनुसार नही भेजा गया है ।
          कृपया पूरा सेट large size के बदले medium size में बदलने की व्यवस्था की जाए।

            I had purchased a product of samsung guru music 2 from the homeshop18 on 16 september and received the product on 18 september and the product i had seen in the box was the old broken mobile of nokia without back panel and had made the complaint about the product and they requested to send the product through the couries.i had paid the couries charges my self and sent the product to them and the had not accepted the couries it was sent back to me and they said that they would only pay for the courier charges if the product was delivered, so again i sent the couries with my charges and even now they are not pickingup the product and disconnecting the call and placing the call on hold for more than 30 minutes and ending the call, they are not even receiving the call now, so finally i decided to lodge a complaint against them . I need the refund for the product and the courer charges i had to bear due to your company if not i am ready to lodge a complaint in the consumer court

D. and one number through application of your's and I was supposed to be eligible for one free blanket as per your scheme during Diwali, but while I have checked about status of my blanket your customer care executive said that I am not eligible for the same. This is very shocking for me as after confirming from your executives I have placed the orders, now all of sudden I am getting this news from your executive. I'm having the record of all calls while I placed the order and I am sure you are also having the same. You are requested to please look into this matter and give my blanket against my orders. If not then please do not make fool of common people and luring them through your marketing and sales gimmicks as they are giving you there hard core earn money and you are having no right to make a fool of innocent common people.

                I ordered one 33 Pc Storage Set order no[protected] dated 29-Jul-16. The order came defective, as only 1 container came defective we asked for only a partial exchange but the executives requested us to allow for a full exchange. Finally the product was picked on 5-Sep-16 for exchange, now its been about 2 months I have not received anything neither the product nor the money. I have been continuously trying to reach by call, all the time the executives say that they have forwarded my complaint and it will be resolved within next two days.
                The behavior of the executives is also so unprofessional that even today I called them and asked the reason for delay they are with the same words "wait for 2-3 days". Even I tried to reach the senior team they are so rude that they disconnect call on your face. Today I talked to Miss Rimjhim from "Escalation Team" (this was how she introduced herself). I have been a loyal customer with so many orders from homeshop18, today Miss Rimjhim disconnected the phone on my face. She didn't even resolved my problem, I really didn't liked this behavior and this is not what is expected from you guys.

                    The product melbon 4.1 speaker system was ordered on 15th oct, 2016 and was received on 26th oct, 2016. The product was received in "damaged" condition. Out of 4- 3 speakers were in damaged condition. This is highly objectionable and unacceptable.
                    I want to return the product and want full refund accordingly.

                      But as they comitted to provide a dabour gift hamper (Costed approx rs 900) after at least 03 purchasing in the month of sep 2016, not providing the same till date. Although a month is near to pass out!

                        Zomo Tablet was ordered online thru HomeShop18 in august. but it got burst by itself after using for 2 months. after calling customer care daily from last few weeks nd spending 400 rs on calls; the HS18 staff is not ready to take necessAry steps/actions or guide thru the process. They have Very bad attitude. We called several times but no good response. The buyer is a poor and had trusted HS18 but is now very disappointed. If the complain is not taken then the matter will be escalated. The tablet exploded for no reason. It has to be replaced with a new Tablet; and also the manufacter should be made aware of this incident. I am attaching all the necessAry images.

                            Today i got a call from your office ([protected] at 16.15hrs). Your executive forced me to repay the amount for the ordered product. I had paid all in advance. Lateron he asked me to pay the delivery charges. I have already paid that too. He lastly forced me to pay minimum rs 50 to the delivery boy. I have refused to pay any extra money. Now the status is delivery attempt fail. It is clearcut cheating. I request to deliver the product on time or i will go to consumer court with the recorded call of your that cheater executive.

                                  I purchased ikall combo from homeshop18 . this was totally defective.
                                  I return this product to homeshop18.
                                  I have spent Rs. 200 as courier charges for return by Dtdc.
                                  Homeshop 18 promised me that they will give courier charges for return the defective product.
                                  But after 52 days of return the product, I have not received any courier charges.
                                  What is this?
                                  Who is responsible?
                                  Totally cheat refund and return policy!
                                  Is it really Shopping makes me happy?
                                  Think about your reputation.

                                    false message sent to me by Homeshop18 "your homeshop18 shipment with AWB number [protected] & Order No.[protected] is out for delivery."[protected] is my suborder no.)
                                    Wrong consigument delivered. at their call centre (complain no. HS[protected]. I was informed that it will take ordered a Kawachi 100 power drill machine tool kit(product no.[protected]. The package was delivered to me on 02.10.16 against cash of Rs 1663. Unfortunately it contains wrong delivery only drill machine
                                    I have already received the ordered product hence my complaint may kindly be treated as cancelled.

                                      Inspite of continuous number of complaints, our whole 1set of Liberty combo pack is not been delivered by this company.
                                      whereas they took the money for 2sets. That is, Rs.2299.
                                      Order no. [protected]. Suborder no.[protected]. Order Date 17/10/2016.Delivery Date of last product: 18October2016. (Prepaid Order)

                                      Everytime we call the Executive Manager of this company, they say they will provide the whole set which includes Liberty footwear combo (1 liberty SHOE+ 1sandal+1bag). But for 3 times they only sent us the bag.

                                      RETURN/REFUND OUR MONEY.
                                      WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK OF 1 WHOLE REMAINING SET.

                                        I purchased a Nova 3 jar mixer grinder -N120,
                                        order date : 20/02/2016
                                        Delivery date : 25/02/2016

                                        I registered a complain on 20/10/2016 by calling customer care number [protected]
                                        my complaint number is HS[protected]
                                        Homeshop18 assured of service within 2 working days. Till now no one came neither anybody called.
                                        I again called customer care they assured a call back but till now no call came.
