I ordered(ORDER ID :[protected]) on December 8 in Homeshop18. Today (December 12, 2016) i received it from courier today afternoon only .Its NOT SWITCHED ON even after 6 hrs charge. It is not working.
I paid 5150 Rs(along with shipment charge).Also Tablet Screen's with lot of scratches. Seems it is not like a new product. We are not satisfied. We expected lot but not satisfied.

We want to return the product and get back our money. It would be really helpful if we get back our amount.

    I was purchase UNI N2 Android Calling Tablet from homeshop 18 and this tablet was not switch on and i am take to customer care he says that the product send to alpha radios Delhi address, so i have send the product at 17/11/2016 and this product received at 18/11/2016 but no status update from him to me, and i was call to him day to day but he is not support to me and says i will check and call to you after check but no call and no conformation me.

    So please do the needful .

    From past three months we are recieving call from homeshop for collecting parcel but we never booked any order. I complained many times but no respose. Treat this seriously or next time i will go to consumer court.

      I am very sad to write that i had ordered "a punjabi kudi attire: pack of 4 unstitched salwar" for your website. Now i found certain defects on your delivery and those are - the materials aren't those which i had found on your website, products are in bad quality, patiwala pants are very short. So i requesting you to please return your product and refund my money via cheque.

        I bought a Karbonn K4000 mobile from here but it showed no service. I said to return but they did not do it. I had to repair from nearest repair centre. There is no service centre near. So had to give it to a local repair centre. No IC available. Buying of my mobile became waste. This company doesn't understand customers feeling. FRAUD. HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HS18. I would never buy from it again. YOU WILL Lose CUSTOMERS HS18. I will request all my friends not to buy from here.

            I purchased I smart is- 202i mobile from homeshop18. Order no. [protected] at 1099 rs.+ 51 delivery charges. Data cable is not in this package. Remember that according to your website, in description about this product, data cable will also in this box. Colour is also different of handset. Totally cheat description update on homeshop18 shopping website and app about this product. I really hurt with this issue. Send data cable to my address. It is serious issue. Do not play with consumer's trust. Take a instant serious action to send data cable to me separately.

            Send me data cable without any delivery charges. It is your big mistake. Do not try to make fool ours. I shall not pay any delivery charges and other charges to receive data cable. We really hurt with this. I will never do again shopping with homeshop18 in future. Take instant action!!

                I had purchased products worth 6200rs from Homeshop18. They were running an offer as per which they had to send me a gift hamper from Dabur. However, they have been ignoring my emails and not willing to send the gift hamper to me. This is an apparent fraud. Please let me know if you can do something about it.                 As per an update from Homeshop, I have been informed today, that the calling number should be the same. However, this was and is not mentioned on homeshop18.com in the terms and conditions. It says nowhere that the calling numbers should be the same. This is an evident fraud.

After opening the Parcel i shocked that you people are cheating me and giving poor and dirty color and all of a sudden I lodged a complaint.My complaint No HS[protected].And your customer care says Blue Color which i have booked was out of stock so that they delivered that. Very ashamed . If my payment not coming within 48 hours i will lodge FIR against the Company.

                      I have placed order for surya av mini sweing machine through online to homeshop 18 amounting of rs, 1051/- on dated 21.10.2016 and made payment via netbanking.

                      I have received used and different brand product so i have send it for replacement via pick up receipt no. [protected] and order id[protected] and again i have received same used and different brand product on 04.11.2016.

                      Due to this finally i have cancelled ordert via pick up receipt no. [protected] and order id[protected] and requested for refund.

                      I have mailed at [protected]@homeshop18.com f and also called on[protected] frequently but till date i have not received my refund amount where in as per their refund policy amount should be refunded within 4 days its already a month ago.

                            I have ordered a combo worth Rs.999 on 11th August and i received it on 14th August, i returned it on 15th August, till that day i am continuously asking for the refund from the company but the are just not responding properly. Always the ask to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. But i didn't get any call or refund m money. Again i call them and same answer but no refund is processed. Please kindly do something take some action against them, so the give my money back. i am stressed due to this. this money matters me alot and i needed it anyhow.

                              I have ordered Jim Dandy mop combo, order no - [protected] and I received broken dust pan, only this, they have sent me mini dust pan but in product combo include dust pan with brush, I have received broken mini dust pan with brush. Afterwards, when I contact them they agrred to sent new one but after one day, someone called from homeshop18 and cancelled that order saying that they will gave me gift coupon of Rs 120/- with lifetime validity.

                              Also, They have not sent me any coupons for Reliance 10th anniversary offer as they promised of every purchase of amount higher than Rs. 2499/-. I have purchase Lyf Flame8 mobile, order num- [protected] .

                              Never believe on any offer from Jio Money or Reliance or Homeshop18

                              Now after contacting so many times, they have deleted my account many times but after creating new account with same email and phone number, I will get my order history but today they have deleted my account and order history too. When I contacted them on phone, they told me that I never placed any such order after telling order number to representative on phone.

                              WOW! what is great company and customer respect!!!

                              I would like to request everyone to STAY AWAY FROM HOMESHOP18, they are not as good as they were in past, now they started cheating their customers, they forget that once reputation lost will never came back.

                              I and few of my friends hvae placed many orders on homeshop18 now we all decided not to use homeshop18 fro future online pruchase.

                              God help homeshop18.

                                The beesheet is totally get tear within 2 days because of its low quality and the size of cousin is too small and the mat which was showing on tv and the product are totally different and moreover the condition is worst of all these products and it seems as if you were try to make fool of people and robbbing money.

                                  It is regret to say that I have ordered vide order No.[protected] dated 25.10.2016 40Pc Dinner Set+5 Pc Non-Stick Set Black Pearl 2 Burner Cooktop. But, I have received incomplete dinner set i.e. (4 big plates, 4 small plates, 8 curry bowls, 8 table spoon, 2 forks, 4 desert plates, 4 chutney bowls (total in all 34 items) which is incomplete.
                                  It is requested to you make arrangement to deliver remaining items like glasses, serving spoons and two more forks. At least ( 4 glasses + 2 service spoons)
