I ordered a product namely " Maxxlite Wireless Bluetooth Netband" on 23/02/2017, and i recived it on 27/02/2017. Product doesn't work, speaker doesn't work.Then i complaint at Home Shop18. 27th to Till date i have registerd more than 10 complains but no repond via HS18.kindly procceed Consumer complaints for HS18.

They have given me account no[protected] of vinay prabhakar. They told me to deposit 6000rs in their account for claiming my prize and within 15min I will receive my prize in my account.

          I ordered a product from homeshop 18 of prettykraft 45 organisor piece for rs1200 and the order number is [protected]. Now when i check the quality, it was pothetic. When i call to return and refund my money, they said that money will not be refunded but will refund in ecoupon. I told them that i don.t nees u r ecoupon and I want my money. They were helpless as per their policy. Now they are playing with me and not intention to refund in my account. Please help since flipkart and amazon they refund immediately and homeshop 18 is playing with customer like this and not refunding it in term of money. Its a clear loot. Please take action and try to get my money back.

            I ordered blossom collection pack of 3 but they send the incomplete product. Two pillow covers is missing. When i call them for complaint they said they just provide me coupon of ruppes 200. Neither send the complete order nor return the money back. I want either you send the pillow covers or take the product and return my money. I don't want to buy anything after this incident. That means they are making fool's to people.

                  This is highly disappointing that after several complains and phone calls just after receiving the product, lazer 3 jar mixer grinder, homeshop18 people never looked into the matter. Their service boy from muzaffarpur, Bihar who called me once also didnot arrive to collect the defective product. After that he switched off his phone.It seems they have no concern for the customers.

                      Hello,

                      I bought a product from HomeShop18 bearing order number ([protected]) on 16th December 2016 and got delivered on 20th December 2016. I didn't like the product quality and returned the same to the homeshop18 team. The product was collected by the Aramex Courier company with the reference number : [protected] on and I have provided the same reference number back to HomeShop18 for their tracking purpose. They promised they will refund my amount within 5 to 7 business working days.

                      Till date there is no response and no money refunded back to me every time I call them there is no proper response and the only response I get is we haven't received the product from the Courier company and until they get the product they will not pay me the amount. First of all HOMESHOP18 ANSWER THIS QUESTION " HOW COME CUSTOMER LIABLE TO GET THE RETURN PRODUCT DELIVERED TO YOU".

                      Once the product is returned the refundable amount should be paid back which was never done, I have also sent the copy of the return Invoice to the Home Shop 18 Whatsapp number and till date no update from them as well. I want my money back and I have been cheated and HOMESHOP18 HAS STOLE MY MONEY. THEY ARE THE BIG TIME CHEATERS IN ONLINE CONSUMER BUSINESS. THEY HAVE HARASSED ME IN ALL THE WAYS MENTALLY AND TORTURED ME ALL THE WAYS. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. Please help me to get this amount back to my payment Gateway. Attached is the Invoice of return for your reference. Do let me know if you need any other details from my end.

                              Sir,
                              In response to your TV advt., I placed order on 23.1.17 on your toll-free no. for “SMART CHOPPING SOLUTION” by Ezyhome for Rs. 999/-(thru COD), where 3 freebies were also promised at no extra cost, viz. a veg. cutter, a knife & a resealer(three items). This was my first order ever, & I am totally disappointed with the fact that I did not receive “RESEALER”, which is mentioned on the carton received today at around 3:30pm. Right from placing order to delivery of the product, I received 5 SMSs which I would draw your attention to :-
                              1) Soon after placing the order, I received Ist SMS at 8:18 pm, thereby informing the details of the order placed. (ORDER No. [protected] for Rs. 1200/-).
                              2) 2nd SMS received on 28.1.17(10:47 am) which reads “Your Homeshop18-FOS shipment with AWB No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] is out for delivery. Plz keep Rs. 1200/- cash ready.”
                              3) 3rd SMS on 28.1.17(1:35 pm) which reads “Your Homeshop18 Order [protected] is out for delivery via Delhivery(FOS) with AWB No. [protected] to your delivery address. Plz keep COD amount of Rs. 1200/- ready to receive the order.”
                              4) 4th SMS on 28.1.17(7:50 pm) which reads “Your package from Homeshop18-FOS with Order No.[protected] could not be delivered today as the customer asked for delayed delivery.”
                              Here, it is informed that no such request was made by me for delayed delivery.
                              5) 5th SMS on 29.1.17(9:49 am) which reads “Your Homeshop18-FOS shipment with AWB No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] is out for delivery. Plz keep Rs. 1200/- cash ready.”

                              From the above, it is evident that two different Order Nos. are referred to, which may be cleared as to why the left out product(Resealer) was not sent to me. I have paid COD of Rs. 1200/-. I may be sent the same urgently. Being my first experience with your shopping, I hope u will keep ur commitment of reliable services.

                                I received new trio mobile at 11 January 2017, I got problem in phone from same date. I saw in parcel that instead of 3 lens I got 2 lens, & i charged battery 3 hours & used only 5 minuts, battery completly reduce by 0%, when I charged mobile that time mobile & charger got so tempered, after that I called up since 3 to 4 days to homeshop, they gave other complaint number, i called up to complaint number they gave service center number of trio co, i called up service center, they gave 3 different places address which is far from our home 3 hours distance by vehicles to see mobile. I reached service center in chembur they people refuse to see phone dtd 21 jan 2017. I again called up homeshop, they said will revert after 38 hours. Today is 28 jan 2017. still I have not received any respone & solution from homeshop18. This company is too much low catogary & irresponsible. So all guys pls don't never purchase from homeshop 18.. Now i have only option i am going in consumer court.

                                    Regarding HS18, I always think that except this company no one is better. I also suggest my freinds, collegue to purchase products from HS18.

                                    But now the third class services of HS18 proves me wrong. After getting irritated from your all customer care executives, i am writing this mail to you.

                                    Recently my mother ordered a Chhabra Company's Lehnga. She received damaged product. After hearing this from my mom, i initated a complaint to return this product. A pickup boy received the damaged product but not given us any aknowledgement slip. Actually we don't have any reference number or sub-ordr number to remind you that what was the product code exactly.

                                    But, yes i have an SMS received from HS18 which states that "HI ROSHAN, here is your HomeShop18 esclusive GC for Rs.1598. Use code CV18B9BMYB1. Min purchase Rs.1 valid till 09 august 2026. To redeem visit homeshop18.com or call [protected] T&C apply"

                                    Company like Flipkart has their own 10 days replacement warranty, in which they refund whole amount of money to its original meode of payment.

                                    Sir, I hope you can understand my problem & you will resolve this on top priority & help me to send my money in my account or through cheque mode.

                                      My brother from dhanbad has ordered "order id: 183686" some product from homeshop18.

                                      The vary next day, he got a message and a call from a number ([protected]) saying that - you have won a maruti alto.

                                      Later he has given his account number to transfer 6k as an registration charges.

                                      My concern is that how these guys are getting the our numbers, it means homeshop18 are sharing customer database for money.

                                        And i have received the call as well, from mob - [protected] he is introducing himself gautam.

                                        He is telling all the previous order details about what i have purchased. And he is telling to see the tv.. And he is telling that with in 24hr if you send the money then only.. You can avail like that, if you want the car you have to pay registration fee-rs.12, 000
                                        If you need cash you have to pay rs.8500 like that. And after i asked the bank account number for sending money he sent

                                        Today my wife received same call from this [protected] number and same offer gave to me its very sad that HOMESHOP18 is not taking any action. Even HS18 branding is diluting by theses person and reflecting image that this brand is direct indirect involve in this matter.
                                        Same I request you all do not purchase any item from HOMESHOP18 they are not bothering about the Customer...
