The product I received is incomplete most of the parts is not the that too for both the magic mob .please replace the product as soon as possible or please return my money which I paid today the 19/9/2016.     As per your terms and conditions, i bought above mobile and got delivery on 17.09.2016. It was suggested by you that as and when you will got the above mobile, you may contact to nearby reliance digital store and you will get reliance jio sim instantly. But, it is mention that i approached two authorized reliance digital store at ujjain, but they denied to provide any preference for above mobile holder. They told that you may approach only if you purchase this mobile in my shop i arrange the sim but you puchase home shop 18 iam not provide sim. It is not tolerable to me. Hence, i want to return my above mobile. Please send your representative to collect the same.

      Sir i ordered lil orchids girl’s cotton leggings-set of 6-9-10 years[protected] from home shop 18 online order no[protected] and sub order no[protected] of rs 1299/-on 18th august 2016. but i received the product of size 8-9 years on 23rd august 2016 on receiving it, i immediately called customer care and was told by an executive that i have send it back on tiruppur (chennai)-“641604” and also write about the same (10 times) to email id:[protected]@homeshop18.com and the correct size for which i have ordered be delivered shortly. when i asked about courier charges, they told me that it will be refunded in my account. i did the same and but did not receive any reply for 22 days. when i enquired about my order on 23rd august 2016. i was told that the amount spent in courier cannot be refunded and i will get a coupon against it which i refused and requested for refund. on calling again i was told that 15th september 2016 by company executive mr. kuldeep singh (11.56am) that my request is being forwarded to their related department. on 17th september 2016 (3.23pm) i was told by ms divya senior executive that only 10% of the amount can be refunded according to their policy. when i asked that getting a wrong size by you is not the fault of the customer, i got reply that even if it is the fault of their company, the courier amount of replacement should be born by the customer. is this a justified statement? it is not a matter of money; it is a matter of justifying a wrong statement on policy when everywhere company is at fault
      1. delivering a wrong sized product.
      2. not giving complete information to customer. when asked for replacement.
      3. cheating the customer by not refunding the amount spent on courier.
      4. the correct sized product is not yet delivered to me.
      I am being told that i have to bear penalty for no reason. it is a matter of true cheating which is a serious offence. please do the needful.

        I am extremely disappointed with HOME SHOP18 customer service, Who ever i spoke to they are highly arrogant and rude for no reason. First of all they really don't wanted to listen my issue, I placed few products and got it deliverer also but when i called the to replace one of the product then there is no track of it nor any updates in there system. Its very scary too because i have paid the amount through my credit cards and they doesn't have any details of my Oder, The surprise was the same Oder was updated in some one else name . The costumer executives ask for my name and number after checking this details they said its wrong because they did mis match with Oder . Without any prior information they disconnected my call. So guys be very careful when you go with online payments for this particular website you may get cheated. I wont command any one for shopping here.

          I was purchase a 3 sets kurtas as perorder no.[protected], sub order no.[protected] on, received on 27.08.16, after calling custmor care they always saying me that this order is cancelled but actual i had received the order already send him all the invoice on their whatsapp number and given on mail too.

          But after one month till no action taken by this company. this is totally playing with faith of custmors. i never go in buy in future to buy the product of this compant, please do somethings.

            I was order set of shirt order no [protected] and i received it on 17/09/2016
            After the 5 minuet of received i check the size is not proper. I log the complaint and wait for two day. Today when i call to customer care the person remaiz pick phone. He not listen the my problem and started size is very to company. This is not first time i purchased cloth from home shop 18. Already i purchased so many think. Now i request it refund my money back i dont want any shirt

              I ordered as per Himalaya gift pack items through Homeshop 18 but i have received only 4-pc. inside Himalaya gift pack.

              On Packet only mentioned Himalaya Gift Pack not mentioned what & how many items are inside the packet??

              i have trust on Homeshop 18, paid money & you have sent only 4-items in this pack.

              also attached file for your reference.

              please replaced your order with 6-items gift pack and acknowledge & reply me ASAP.

              I am not satisfied with your reply.

              Because we only trust on you and accept your Himalaya 6 pc. gift pack order but you break the trust of customer and submitted 4 pc. gift pack order even also charged amount of 6 pc. items. instead of 4 pc. items.

              In this images still we are not opened your product it's still in company packing.

              i already talked with your customer representative also but he also not listened my complain

              What a Shame on HOMESHOP18??!!!

              no steps have been taken... only showing there T&C but this is case of Trust not T&C they are showing to customer. Homeshop18 are sending 4 pc. items in gift pack and nothing mentioned on the box how many items they have packed. after one month back we have checked and found only 4 items inside packing taking money of 6 pc. items.

              sending 4 pc. item gift pack and taking money of 6 pc. items.

              As i said you earlier also, if you are not return my money back & taking your product back from my home,

              i just told you, please fulfil requirement as per the order (delivered 4 pc. items instead of 6 pc items. in 4 pc. items also baby shop came twice time so, you only giving 3pc. items) but now you are not listening and take it lightly so, it's time to _UCK your images openly?.

                    they asked the courier boy is coming in 24 hrs than 3 days to pick the product but now there is about 1 month, i didnt know what is going on.

                      Sir i buy a tab from homeshop18 with turm and condition that any fault of this product will return/replace information give us within 48 hours. as mantion below on bill. product (tab) has poor battry backup and also poor working. so i complain of this product within 24 hours . but company not refund this product. customer executive tell us to send this by currior survice at given address . and get equall amount coupan code and use it to buying other product. i want my money back. in my bank account. but customer executive says money will not return

                        I hd order 2 pressure cookers black colour. Bt I received blue colour. And 1 cooker is having starches on it they are visible. I called C.C fr replacement/complain. Bt thy said I hv to courie it on given address and courier charges I hv to pay. Homeshop18 will only pay me 180rs for courier service. Cookers are so heavy courier service ppl ll charge more fr that. This means I m lose. Cost of cookers was 1599rs and on t.v thy r announcing free delivery bt thy charged me 200rs fr delivery and upon that courier charges I hv to pay. Wat rubbish !!! I hv kept the same product with me bcz if i ll replace den again it may come something wrong and I dnt hv patience to gt my money back frm homeshop18. I hv Written dis here to make other customers TRYING TO FOOL customers! ! Please stop this stupidity!

                            The advertisement on the TV showed that the said item contained 131 items in the Kitchen set. The product was booked under COD. At the time of delivery the courier boy insisted that first make the payment and then open the package. After opening the package it was found that there are only 81 items in the package. On contacting the customer care they are insisted on returning back the product through courier, for which we requested to collect the item back from home, as there is nobody at home who can carry the item to courier service. This service was earlier provided by other online company. Kindly help and resolve the issue.

                              This is BRIJESH AGGARWAL. My order number is[protected]. I odered bangles combo by Luxor jewellery. I haven't got the same size of the product i odered. I registered my complaint at 17th august 2016 and i was told to get my casbach of Rs 499 within 3-4 working days. Till now I haven't got my casback and they are not well responding. Kindly help me with this problem.

                                Hi,

                                I had raised this complaint in the call centre of Home shop 18 but no response received hence writing complaint here.

                                This is related to my order no.[protected] of cookware set which was delivered in damaged condition. There were two non stick black colour big spoon to be received but they delivered two small steel spoon.
                                Also the size mentioned in advertisement of the kadai was big but small kadai was delivered.

                                I want the actual damage free cookware set to be delivered or else refund my money.

                                    The kurti that i recieved was of such a pathetic quality more over one of them was defected, when i called and asked for the refund they denied.I think Homeshop 18 is a fraud and they shouls be put behind bars as they cheat people and present the wrong product in display.
                                    I will make sure to file a complain against u guys in the consumer forum and also on social sites.

                                      We order a Product from your company the product quality is not good it has scratches we request you to replace the piece we give the product with his packing to the courier man after that no message will be receive from your that your product is receive or dispatched for delivery now its shows that the product is in mumbai it is custom documents are out for delivery what its mean the courier company said he has not receive any type of product

                                      I would never buy product from homeshop 18 . It was my first nd last experience.. I made no. Of phn calls, but every time they said wait for 4-5 days.. This go upto 2 months.. It was worst experience.. Poor serive i would say

                                        I had ordered alveera cream suit on 7 september 2016 but when i opened the parcel... it was some other suit inside this...you guys have cheated your customers...soo bad service provided by you...if i m not getting my money back i m gonna complaint on jago grahak jago...if you can not provide good stuff why did u show them on TV ...sent my money back otherwise i will teach you lesson ...bloody hell...my order id is---[protected]...amount---- 1130 rupees...
