I have got product on 12 sep 2016 12 pm in phone camera was like making phool of consumer no battery life 0 clearity
Then I complain in homeshome18 to replace my order on next day then, they where like please wait 1 second then end up call make hold to 15 min one comes to reply. Now they are telling to go in lyf gallery
Why should I go I want to replace my order now

My order no.[protected]. The product i ordered has been taken by your staff but still no refund is made to me . I have also talked with senior department they tells 4-5 days you have to wait which they repeated every rime and now 2 months have gone still no refund is made. The product was 2 kutas .
pls solve this issue as fast as possible

    I have returned product worth 1098 they told after delivering product to us after 4 to 5 days they will refund it i returned them on July 21 but till 12 se 2016 not refunded 500rs more currency has gone. Many executives poonam mahendra shilpa shalini shivangi sagar manish and senior department executives shilpa shalini sachin ponam many of them told me that wait 3 to 4 or sometimes one week I’m fed of it along with courier 2000rs have been charged till they wait and some speak rudely that they don’t give information they won’t refund if I tell I will complaint to consumer court they tell ya u complaint we won’t care about it and some tell that wait we won’t give chance to do that
    And sometimes tell due technical problem plz help me to get money my refund

      We have ordered Marl Polo London 3 stylish shirt with watch but there size is not fit for me so i request for refunding of money, when i got my cheque the name of cheque Abhimanyu Srivastava is incorrect then again I request / complain that please correct my name in to my cheque it should be Abhimanyu instead of Abhimanyu Srivastava, But till 13.09.2016 I didnot received my cheque, my complaint no. is HS[protected].
      I requested to you please send my cheque with name of Abhimanyu as soon as possible.

        I have purchased one georrette kurti last year wherein i didnt like the product as it was completely a different product which was shown on the website. So i raised the refund thinking i would get in a week. But things were way too different. I sent the product on he given address on 24th november 2015 And it was recieved to them on 26th november 2015 @1942hours (Thursday) But whenever i used to call them everytime new agent picks the call and they transfer me to somebody else who only arranges the call back without helping me out. And whosoever calls me they only says that they have not recieved the product and always asks me to send POD which i did it already. I am very disappointed with this company. I would say this is the worst experience i had with this worst company, pathetic customer service, pathetic product

          I have returned the packet (copy attached) and have been tracking my packet thru courier service. Last date of transactions shows 31st August 2016 indicate out for delivery. It is almost two months now I have not received the parcel.

            It is very strange and disgusting on the part of HS18 and being an old customer of of HS18 that you will deceive me in this manner and play tricks with me when I have booked a tablet for Rs. 6499/- and on delivery I paid the same amount but I have received the the tablet costing Rs.5499/- and on returning the same because of defective piece with billing of Rs. 6499/- which is still kept with me along with photograph of defective piece. Now yesterday I have received the same model replacement of previous one with billing of Rs.5499/-. Here I fail to understand that what is this? You have issued a voucher of Rs.998/- in my favour. Now I request to refund the same by way of cheque or cash so that the compensation will be given to me other wise I will be compelled to persue further.

              Read this before shopping from homeshop18
              I ordered sandwich maker costing RS. 1643 and hs18 sent a wrong product. I requested replacement. HS18 asked me to send back the wrong item through courier. I sent the wrong product back to HS18, I paid courier charges RS 500 for this. But as per the policy of HS18 only 10% of cost of the item is refunded as courier charges.
              This way I have to pay 500 - 164= RS. 336 at my own as courier charge for the mistake done by HS 18.
              I paid total 1643 +336=1979 for a product whose cost is 1643.
              After this, they again sent the wrong item.
              If I again return the item, I will waste money with no guarantee of getting right product due to irresponsible behaviour of HOMESHOP 18.
              So dear friends, be careful before buying from hs18, as you may end up paying your money for the MISTAKES of officials of hs18.

                  I have ordered 3 kurtas and one legging with different style but i got different ones so i want to return the same .
                  In your teleshopping add the kurtas were different but the product i got is entirely different.I have ordered size xxl but i got large size
                  Also the quality of kurtas are very poorrr and legging is also of smaller size .I feel reallyy disappointed from the order i got because i trusted homeshop 18 for this.I order is totally fake as the style of kurtas are entirely different

                    Hi,
                    I have made one purchase (lunch box) in homeshop18 in month of June.Since i got different product i have asked them to take this product and return mymoney.But they told me to courier this product to their address.I have done the same on June 24th and they got it on June 27th.From then onwards, they are keep on telling they have some internal technical issue and asked me to wait for 3-4 working days.The same reason they are telling for more than 3 months.

                    Such a worst customer care response i have not experienced so far. Even i spoke to their escalation team, they are telling the same reason.
                    Few of the names i am aware :- Shilpa, Anil, Pretek, RAtnesh, Aman, etc..

                    I asked them to redirect to their managers..but they are not ready to do that.

                    Not sure what CEO of homeshop18 is doing.They are making fraud by taking all the products from the customers and not responding anything.

                    My advise to all the customers who is buying products in homeshop 18 - Please do not buy any product here..there are many online retail sites which are available and even most of the products are costly here.

I tried to contact homeshop 18 service on toll free number they asked me my order has been despatched on aug 11, 2016 via aramex courier vide avb no. [protected] but i have not received any courier, i have purchase many items for homeshop 18 but this is my first bad experience. This is my sincere request to you guys please send my order otherwise return my money. I am giving you a chance to not to lose your loyal customer because of these service issues.

                        Please do the needful and i am waiting for your kind response.

                          I had purchased 2 suits from Home shop 18 in the 2nd week of August. but they did not responded me for whole 1 month and i got the parcel today(08/sep/2016) after a long followup. however the product i received is very cheap. it is totally different from the product what i saw from there website. As well as they had given me only 1 piece in the pack of 2 pieces.

                                I have ordered 4 pieces of kurta set size small but i received xl size so i returned the product, and requested for refund, its been 2 months that i am chasing homeshop18 for refund.

                                Every time i call the customer care they say wait for 7 days but nothing have been resolved. I am really upset with their services!!

                                My mobile bill have also raised as i have to chase them every alternate day.

                                      I ordered for pretty krafts kits but I received defected kits and homeshop18 refused to replace the same and refused to register my complaint.
                                      I have received order on 2 sept and on 4 sept when I found that the kits in the order are defected I called home shop18 on [protected] to lodge the complaint they asked me to call on [protected] between 9:30am to 6:30pm tomorrow without mentioning any specified time. Today I called at the given no. Around 6:20 as I am working lady so after my office hours I called they refused to consider my request saying u should have called in the morning, now it's beyond time. It's very annoying that being a regular customer dealing at your end is poor. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and get my defected order replaced or refund my money at the earliest.

                                      The glass top cracked into parts while cooking the food.Perhaps, due to defective heat proof resistant ?Kindly replace the product or refund the price !. I'm a regular customer .Thanks.

                                        [Complaint: Goods purchased through HOMESHOP18 on 14/08/2016]
                                        Dear Team,
                                        On 14th Aug 2016, I placed an order for the STEELO - 44 pcs. Storage Container Set - with steel lids [Product Code]. The maximum TAT for delivery was 25th Aug 2016.
                                        Unfortunately, the product delivered (on 27th Aug 2016 – eve & the invoice showing the specifications – colour/no. of pieces etc. of the same product for which I ordered ) was not the one I ordered for & the paid amount (Rs. 1699/-) was more than for the product (with 40 pcs. only & the design of the containers was different to each other) what I got. For which I contacted the customer care team on 28th Aug 2016 & stated the same issues to them.
                                        The customer care team booked an order for 6pcs. STEELO - 50 ml container set as partial replacement. I received a message regarding the same.
                                        I doubted & rechecked/reconfirmed from your website the product & acknowledged the container pieces (40 pcs. instead of 44 pcs.) were less & the design was different to what I ordered. I re-approached the customer care team on 29th Aug 2016.They told that complain contact lines are closed & now we cannot help you on this-contact later. I requested them to at-least put the partial replacement order on hold & register the complaint for replacement of the whole product but they denied.
                                        The next day – 30th Aug 2016 I again contacted the customer care team 3 times & the lines were busy & call got disconnected. Finally I again contacted the team on 31st Aug 2016 for raising the request to put on hold for their existing action & register for the complete product replacement or the refund of the same (amounted to Rs. 1699/-). The female executive denied doing so & finding me unconvinced with her things she forwarded the call to senior dept. I remained on hold for more than 15 minutes. Then ultimately the call got connected & I talked to another female executive from your team.
                                        The concerned executive was so rude & after listening to my initial facts about the cases she refused to help-me out with this. She stated her own things & was even not listening to what I tried to state. After I insisted, she told me to do not mix the things in the current state as the homeshop18 working software do not have such options to cancel the prior lodged issues/complaints & again book new complaint on the existing orders. She suggested me to wait for the next delivery (within 9 working days) & then again contact to the homeshop18 team. I doubted & I told her that you are doing so to just close this case for the moment but I’ll suffer the loss. So kindly cancel/stop the existing complaint & either replace the delivered product with the actual order or provide the complete amount refund. Still found no help.
                                        My husband received the partial replacement order on 1st Sep 2016. He tried to check they packet as he was in doubt the packet is empty. But the delivery boy talked to him very rudely & said we do not provide the open delivery. If you find any issues contact to Homeshop18, we are not the concerns.
                                        Just after the delivery boy left, my husband checked the packet, he found only one plastic purple colored container piece in the damaged condition in a very large packet & invoice showing 6 pcs. in the packet ( with scratches & different pattern etc.)
                                        To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you can replace this product with the actual ordered one or refund the full amount in cash/cheque.
                                        Enclosed are copies [copies, not originals] of my records [message confirmations for the Order Placements/ Delivered/ Partial Replacements/Customer Care Support Details provided when I contacted & tried to lodge the complaints along with the dates in sms, product specifications etc.) concerning this purchase/repair.
