We have ordered buy 6 get 6 Cook and serve set @ 1098/- on July 19, 2016. The material was delivered on July 24, 2016.

On opening of the boxes, it is observed that it is only 6 piece set instead of 6 + 6 piece.

The same day complaint was lodged (Complain no HS[protected] and all the bank details were given. It was told by customer care that within 3 working days material will be picked up from my home. however even after 2 months are over and after multiple call and assurance from Home shop 18 team, Matearila has not been picked up.

We are feeling cheated and company does not seems care about customer care.

Request your help in getting the money back.

All the lines are constantly bz no one to help I'm feeling like done a big mistake on ordering here nvr experienced such a thing one item was missing other was damage and no proper place to complain or helpline complaint no is always on waiting will nvr purchase again but atleast resolve this issue

    I have purchased one product from hs18, I have called so many time in customer service. Product dated 12 August '16. I have frustrated so much. Every executive say that ma'am we will call you. HomeShop18 is rubbish online shopping website to all. Never buy any product. Till date I have no status. I will receive the product or not. Whole life I will never buy any product.

      My order number:[protected] and I return request. So, you Complaint registered and you request me for Please send Any courier's our office address in courier charges ( refund ) rate 139 below. But I am yesterday 5 courier's office visit but your parcel charges 300 Rs and other one courier 280 Rs. I very shocking.But your send courier charges amount refund 139 only. Yesterday I am many many many courier offices visit but your rates ( say ) not available. Only above 280 Rs. I today call your Tamil language exclusive ( Complaint team ) I am inform my problem but not resolved my problem and not help me and not respect me. I very very agrey. You not action my feedback. So I future Complaint to national consumer helpline and state consumer helpline. Please solution this problem. I want to refund my money.

        I am tired of the useless messages I keep receiving from HomeShop18.
        I have tried calling the customer care thrice and asked them to remove my numbers from their registry.
        I was so annoyed that I even wanted to unsubscribe my account with them all together.
        The person I spoke to was Ajay, he said he has raised the request and will be done in 24 hours. its 3 months now and I am still receiving the messages and mails

        Homeshop18, you are obliged by law to provide me steps on how to unsubscribe from your alerts or account.

        check for your self (you might have forgotten as you were busy sending the promotions) under section: SMS Communication Process for National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registered Subscribers, subsection 2 a-c

        these are according to TRAI Guidelines.

        Please do not make me take legal action against you.

        Provide proper un-subscription details on your promotion messages or mails

        Make these details available on your website too. I am tired of searching for it.

          1) The product looks like 2nd hand one.
          2) There r so many scratches on full screen & back body too including camera.
          3) The tab is not properly fit in Keyboard provided.
          4) Battery & software is not working properly.

                  Order ID:[protected] product returned on 11th aug but never received any refund neither any homeshop called me or mailed me about the delay and whenever i called they say the same reply "wait for 4 days" its been 2 wks and my return shipping cost also needed to be refunded do the needful asap very disappointing purchasing experience worst customer relations and resolving a issue is not a concern for them only they aim to sell worst mentality leaves a bitter experience. Pls do the refund ASAP dont cheat the customers

                  received the refund amount but only 10% of my returns shipping cost refunded anyways finally they refunded after a month long waiting

I bought a product (product no-[protected] combo of three formal shirts with sunglasses) which was delivered without sunglasses. firstly i complaint for that I got confirmation that i will be having sunglasses in next five days. after that i noticed that the size of these shirts(XL SIZE) were not i ordered (MEDIUM SIZE). i could not get the same product which size i was looking for. so now i want replacement for the same.

                        We online ordered for 2 sets of make-up bonanza by color care london on date 25/05/2016 with reference to order no.[protected], with cod payment of rs. 1998/-, we received the parcel on 31/05/2016 after making payment for 2 sets, on opening the box we find only 1 set of make-up bonanza by color care london instead of 2 sets. We immediately lodge complaint for short delivery on phone no:[protected]. We were assured of making the delivery for the balance parcel within a short period, however we received the parcel which contained only 1 product instead of entire set of make-up bonanza by color care london. Similarly we lodged complaint more than 7 times but every time they dispatched only 1 product instead of entire set which we not received and returned back. We have not so for received the ordered product for which we have already paid. We are your regular customer and we are sorry to express our unhappiness towards your service. You are once again requested to please look into the matter and send us the short supplied parcel.

                          I ordered nitya - 5 printed dress materials in french crepe by zoha product code: 33172937 on 24/08/2016 order no.[protected]. There are five suits in the bundle but instead of red suit there is a white suit. I don't like the white one in the whole bundle and you send me another white one. That is a big mistake by your side.

                          Now tell me how to return my order and get my money back? Or if there is an option to change the wrong product. Or i welcome the option i[censored] can change both white suits.

                            My name is Jayashree. I bought a hot and lock microsafe 5 piece casserole from homeshop18 on 4th August order no[protected] . The product was recd by 8th August on the same day I called them stating that of the lid is broken, so they promised to send a new lid. On 13th August I recd the replacement lid. I had ordered white casserole and they send me a red replacement lid.

                            So after trying to reach them via help desk number several times, submitted a ticket to return the product on 24th August. I did not even receive a call back or email reply against my ticket. So I lodged another ticket to which I got a reply saying that they are closing my duplicate ticket and they r working to resolve my complaint.

                            Again I did not receive any info against my original ticket. So this time again I tried to call. This time the call was picked and tranferred twice to the (as per them )correct person named Alok. Who just kept saying that the product cannot be returned and I cannot be refunded. Not happy with the service. I have ended by with a defective product with a wrong replacement and had to pay full amount with delivery.
                            I am not happy with the product and as I am going to leave the country, I cannot wait for the correct replacement.

                            I am not happy with the service and not sure whom to ask for help or how to resolve my issue.

                              I am ordered for buy 3 get 3 mix match kurta by rumara vide order no.[protected] & sub order no.[protected] on 28.07.16 for xxl size. item received on 03.08.16, after one day i. e. 04.08.16 the same item returned to you because the size is not suitable and re-ordered to you for the same item for xl size on 04.08.16. after 27 days already go but the item is not received. even 15 to 20 times call to your customer care centre but neither any satisfaction answer given nor any needful action taken from your end.

                              Therefore i request you to deliver the item. if you already delivered the item then you provide me the courier docket number or the amount including item returned courier charges deposit to my previous said bank a/c.

                                  I have purchased intel ice tablet but received product was defective, same was informed and following up with hs18 callcenter but no response and very rude attitude my complaint was resitered after many followup no HS[protected] order no[protected] as per there information defective set set on given address and details shared to hs18 and brand.after 45days of sending product there is no proper feedback from brand or from hs18.i have done mistake by purchasing hs18 many customer has said not to purchase from hs18 but after bad experience from this hs18 i will never ever buy from this site and strongly recommend and suggest each and every one very very worst service.hope hs18 understand customer pointer view and change .i am waiting for my product to receive back if hs18 understand customer importance please followup with brand and do needfull.

                                      I have purchased a new combo i kall white & red from homeshop 18 vide inv. No. Niko/16-17/93686 dtd 16/08/2016, when i open it after delivery the new phone is not worked ist is not opened & iind is opend but after sometime switch off it battery is not worked properly. So its my humble request plz replace or return my mobile sets as soon as possible.

                                        Its a height now
                                        I ordered 2 months back for a product.
                                        I received the wrong product and after Complaining I have received three times exchange and still the wrong product is delivered each time.
                                        This is not a way to treat the customers
                                        For a thinf of ₹200 I have wasted more than ₹200 on calls & now the complaint department don't answer la to call.
                                        Worst online shopping store
                                        I'll ask everyone not to purchase anything
                                        They just make you fool.
