I received damaged product of citizen pressure cookers (5.5 lit & 3.5 lit) from homeshop18 on 28-aug-2016, at 11:00am (product order number is [protected]). i want to return it and should get my refund. i made complaint calls two times to homeshop18 and homeshop18 didn't gave me any complaint numbers. they gave me 2 missed call, after 6:30pm, to show that they have contacted me. when i call back, their machine rejected my call by timing reason.

    I have purchased a swipe mobile phone from home shop 18 on cash on delivery option. Its delivered to me on 14/08/16. When i received it, its found that no warranty card is signed and warranty card is not fill up. Also, the incoming voice is very low hardly its listen. Product is very low quality.
    When i have call to home shop 18, 3-4 times for registering complain,. My complain is not registered till date.

    My product is wrong no original condition quantity is wrong 10 psc. Delivered but order is 12pcs. And wrong size so pls change my product very soon and deleverd original product and size...otherwise refund my money

      I ordered a pack of suits from alveera from homeshop 18. But the quality for ridiculous and wanted to replace it and called them, they said that I'll receive a call for returning but they didn't make one. Very disappointed from them.I started shopping since the website started.Never felt like this.I request consumer care to take strict actions against them.

        My order no[protected]. I have asked for refund as I was not satisfied by the product delivered. I have complaint against the product on the same day of delivery. I was instructed to courier the product back to homeshop18. I have done n it was delivered by 11july 2016. from that day I have waiting to get my money back but the response from the company is worst. I have complaint again and again but never got my money back.

          Hi I have purchased a spice phone from homeshop18. When I recieved that phone it has some battery issue then after complaining they have given me new hand set but that phone also dead after using only one month. 2 times I have changed this new phone from them . I am using this phone from 14 July. And I am actually unhappy with the service provided by home shop18. I don't want any product from home shop 18 I just want refund my money. So that I can buy something else for my mother. It's is really very disappointing moment for me bcoz I have purchased this foe my mother's birthday gift

            Lyf flame 3 was delivered to me on 31 july. On the same day i registered a complaint that the phone's battery was broken and sent some snapshots as well.i asked them for replacement.They said to contact the service center which i did but service center people denied to give service on a product bought online. I informed the same to homeshop18 and they said they will coordinate with the brand to provide a resolution.But it's been more than 25 days they never call me. Each time i call them they say to wait for 3-4 days more. Now i don't even want a replacement .I want a refund. They are violating their own replacement and return policy.

              I had placed an online order for 4 tops costing Rs. 1000/- plus delivery charges .
              The tops did not fit me at all and hence I returned the same by courier on 13th August 16 to the address mentioned by Homeshop18 for which I got a confirmation.
              Two whole weeks have passed but still I have not received my refund.
              Every time I call I get the same reply that they have received the consignment and I will receive my refund in 7-8 working days.
              I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND.

                Phone kharide or jio ki web site par register kiye hue 3 dino se jyada time ho gaya lekin aaj tak jio 4 G sim lene ke liye company ki or se diya jane wala code mobile or register email address par aaj tak nahi mila. jiske karan 4 G sim b nahi mil pa rahi hai. So please check and do needfull. please send me a code so that i bought jio 4 G sim offer.

                  Worst customer support and fake Customer care, no one is responding properly. i bought 1 T-shirt from your company due to size and product Quality i was return the product, My ticket no is #1244197, complain no is - HS[protected], ORDER NO[protected]. Till date i dint get any revert from customer care as well as customer support, 3 times i was contacted and every time customer support team says product under Quality check. i am fed up with the quality check, selling worst quality product and what kind of quality check you guys are doing.

                  This is last warning to you guys return my money or else i will post this on twitter and Facebook. also i will file a case on consumer court.

Order details : 4 handis, 4 spoon & 4 bowls with lids by steeloware-red in the name of jasbir singh guleria c/o hotel aroma complex, himalaya marg, sector 22-c, chandigarh. My mobile no.                     I have pay total order amount : rs. 1099.00
                    Shipping charges : rs. 99.00
                    Total : rs. 1198.00
                    But i have received only 6 handis & 4 spoons dated 8th august 2016 from aramex courier.

                    I have talk your customer care contact no. He say that your order would be replaced & also a comlaint that bowl is missing.

                    Then new sub order no.[protected] is issue in your side.
                    But i have received only one small handis on dated 21st august 2016 from aramex courier

                    My simply question is that i have order 4 handis, 4 spoon & 4 bowls with lids by steeloware-red and pay fully payment. But you show on your website www.homeshop18.com but you send? Pls check asap.

                      I had booked a combo of weighing machine & digital thermometer(make Dr. Morepen) on 07 aug 2016 vide order no.[protected].on 11aug 2016 i was delivered package having thermometer of a cheaper brand"MEDIGOLD". I complained to customer care & my package was picked up for replacement. Now on 25aug2016 i received replaced package & to astonish it was having weighing machine only digital thermometer was absent.

                        This is in regarding lowly quality of cleaning services offered by your company. I have made a year contract with your company and it seems that it is not up to the standards.

                        I am upset with the services and thinking of getting a refund. I am well aware of your company name and have approached keeping in mind to get better services which proved to be wrong. It’s a pity when I can see that your company has made false promises in providing better services. I am not interested in carrying out further and would request you to initiate my refund within ten days.

                        It is really disgraceful to see the company has made its reputation in a market about offering best housekeeping facilities but somehow it has failed to keep up the promise nevertheless paying so high it wasn’t expected. I am attaching my contract copy with this email and looking forward to get my refund soon

                          On 15th Augest2016, i took part in skim of'purchase of three product in 8 to 15 aug 2016.my product order number is:[protected] &[protected] &[protected].only one product is recived .above complaint for the other order not recived . After enquiry due to technical mistake these product return and not recived . i was asking for these skim and product they said you have to order gain new product and skim is not apply .
                          this fault of HomeShop18 Why i'm suffering the lack of skim ...please do needful

                              Hi i ordered a steelo container set worth 1790 and they wrongly delivered me a product which is worth 999... So i made a complaint... They asked to return the product on my own risk... When i asked for return pickup they said i m out of area for return pick up... The courier charge is 450... They wrongly sent me the product but they r saying i have to bare 90% for the courier charges they give only 10%... I made a complaint against this... Finally they said they cant provide the 90% of courier charges becoz of company policy.. Then i left that still they never deposited the 10% of the courier charges and also the replacement of the product

                                I have placed an order for ikall k66 combo with order no.[protected] but received the same without any invoice of that.. After calling in customer care
                                Hs18 executive sent an invoice. But with wrong imei numbers which are not available on any one of received phones

                                Also hs18 has displayed wrong info of product. By saying. Internal
                                Memory of phone 64 mb approx. But received only 9kb internal
                                Memory..

                                But now they are not responding properly.
                                That is totally wrong fake and fraud

                                Please help to get the resolve the issue and refund back the amount collect back product asap..

                                Dear concerned,

                                I have placed an order for IKALL K66 COMBO with order no.[protected]
                                which is having below issues:-

                                1). DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:- Received Defective product RED Mobile is unable to SWITCH ON. Total Defective Product.

                                2). INVOICE ISSUE:- Received the same without any invoice of that.. After calling in customer care HS18 executive sent invoice. But with wrong IMEI NUMBERS which are not available on any one of received phones

                                3).WRONG PRODUCT INFO- HS18 has displayed wrong info of product. By saying. Internal memory of phone 64 mb approx. But received only 9kb internal memory..

                                That is totally wrong misprectice of business..

                                Pls.help to Resolve the issue or refund back the amount collect product back...
                                I just want Refund money .

                                  I m regular costmer in hs18... I m ordered [censored]al super soft blanket 2 full size & free 2 single size... But 1 [censored]al blanket is wrong colour deliver by hs18...& after i m calling hs18 customer care... He suggested me 2 we are take it with in 3 to 4 day...& give u a gift coupan... Than again u buy this product & other
                                  But when call again with in 2 minute cancelled this process...& replace this to my choosing colour blanket he says me sir this not possible. & says aapko pehle sochna chaiye tha ki rate high ho sakta hai ya out of stock ho sakta hai... I told her simple way to replace my product...& this time i check blanket price is 100 growe up... So what this... Fraud & chitting by hs18...

                                    Hi,
                                    This is the worst service i have seen all my life.

                                    Ref. order no.[protected], placed on 28 july 2016 and delivered in time.

                                    I returned the order the next day stating it was small size. they picked it up and when i called the customer service they said that the qc was cleared and they would refund the money in my bank account in about 10 days.

                                    It is over 20days now and even after 5-6 calls, they have not refunded.

                                    Cheating has a limit and homeshop18 needs to understand that.

                                      Hi, i have never placed order no.[protected] still it has been confirmed without any authentication from my end. Seems as if someone else has placed the order with my mobile number. Please confirm how my mobile number has been used to place any order without authenticating via otp? It is creating inconvenience to me as i am getting unnecessary messages and calls. Please resolve this issue asap. Also, make sure to authenticate the mobile number and email before confirming an order or using the same for communications regarding the order.

                                        This refers to my telephonic discussion with your customer service regarding the purchase of 6-t shirts vied my order no.[protected], i have received the parcel on 22.08.2016 at my residence, the size of all t shirts received are xxl which are of no use to me, i would therefore request you to kindly arrange to change the pack of 6 t shirts to xl

                                        The parcel is packed as it is, i have not used any of the shirts till date. Kindly arrange exchange of the shirts at the earliest.
