Hi there,

I would like to inform you that i had ordered a saree on 2nd july, 2016 whose order id is[protected]. The order got delivered on 7th july but however on opening it, i found that you guys have sent the incorrect product to me. Hence, i called at the hs18 customer care and logged the complaint on 8th july whose complaint number is hs[protected]. I was told that reverse-pickup would be done in next 3-4 days. However, since then i am waiting for the reverse-pickup but unfortunately it didn’t happen till now.

I called around 14 times to your refund department at[protected] and even spoke around 5 times to the senior guys (Which you call escalation department) but all in vain. It’s been around 45 days since registering the complaint but still i am waiting to hear back from your side. It’s been a mentally torture that you guys have given me in all these days and now i am absolutely fed-up with your pathetic service.

Although, i have almost lost all the hopes but still sending this email to you considering that this might reach to the deaf ears. I am wondering if you are giving this pathetic service to your new customer (As this was my first order) then what the hell you do with your existing customers.

Please let me know if anything can be done in this regard or should i consider hs18 a cheat company who doesn’t pay heed to their customers’ complaints.

    Dear team,
    We are the regular customer of home shop 18 but this time when i received fidato combo the whole product is defective. When i ask call center team to replace my whole product they refuse to replace and not even given a proper solution.

    Request you to call us so that i can explain you properly as it is the first time i am facing such problem from home shop 18 and i don't want that this time i get dissatisfaction from you.

      Hi,

      I have received the goods against the captioned order no on 20/08/2016 but the quality of the goods very inferior.

      Bu when I called their customer care to register my compliant but they are refusing to lodge the compliant by saying my contact details are not linked with that order. Now, my question is if my contact details are not linked with that order then how come I have received the order & courier details in that no i.e. [protected].

        I veena bhadoriya ordered some clothing of rs. 1299 from homeshop18 on 15/7/2016, they fooled me by sending low-quality products. Later i returned them the product on my own date 22/07 as they say they don't have any pickup service. They returned my product back to me on 27/07 and said they will not accept the product as i sent it through "government post", now on 22/08 i called them up and they are saying that the return policy is over and they want me to send back the parcel from a private courier. Kindly help me out.

I have opened infront of them to make make sure but then also they told to mail you then company will deal with it. If oriflame milk & honey hair mask not available u can send oriflame milk & honey body cream. Both are of same rate. Please do something.

            O i called immediately to home shop 18 about it.. They said call in morning again.. And when i called they clearly said we will not accept return of the product.. And when i called they clearly said we will not accept return of the product.. Although i have purchased so many products earlier from homeshop.. There returning policy is very bad..                 Order no[protected]. I received the product on 16 august 2016 evening. Next morning when i wanted to use it i noticed there is no temperature control so i did not use it i am scared not to damage my hair. I called customer care to return the product and send me the better quality and am willing to pay more money but after calling again and again and wasting lot money holding the phone the guy told me electric items can not be returned. Being nri this was a very bad experience from home shop 18. All the items i purchased from hs18 microwave qty 2 lot of joyo plastic containers bed covers etc. My phone nos are [protected] and [protected]. Waiting for your reply. My email is [protected]@yahoo. Ca.

                  I had purchased 'contour' blood sugar monitoring test strips online from the homeshop18 website. The product selection was made based on the picture shown and the product name i. E. "bayer contour blood glucose test strips".

                  However, what was delivered to me was the 'contourts' test strips. This is not what i ordered and this is also not compatible with the test instrument that i have. I immediately informed the help desk[protected] who advised me to send photos of the invoice and the wrong product to [protected] via whatsapp, which i did on 26th july and received acknowledgement.

                  On 29th july i called to find out what they are doing to resolve this and they said, they didn't get the product image! (Though i had sent both invoice and product image to them). I re-sent the images and again got acknowledgement that they received it and are looking into it. Both times, i had also spoken with some representatives over phone and they assured me that either they will send me a replacement product or refund my money.

                  Today its 20th august 2016, and till now no one has come with the replacement or with the money, nor has anyone from hs18 called me with an update.

                  Very unreliable, unprofessional and undependable.

                          Myself avani vishwasrao from mumbai. I have purchased offer of 5 tops in rs.999 (Order no.[protected] on 13/08/2016 and which was been received at my address.
                          The very first thing i have received 4 tops instead of 5 tops. During the time of shopping it was been clearly told to send xl size., but i have received s size.
                          I just counted the number of tops and called to customer care for complain regarding sending of 1 more top & customer care people has raise my complain., but thereafter home shop 18 again broked my trust they have sent s size instead of xl size.

                          I called customer care again for complaining regarding size., but customer executive says-you already logged 1 complain so we cant able to raise another complain either you take one more top or change your size. The delivery & packing mistake was done from home shop 18 people's.. So why we should suffer., when we already paid for it.

                          Kindly revert my money or else send me 5 tops of xl size which i have already told during shopping either to put a negative review on your site & raise this mail on severity level.

                                It has been already more than month i did not received my refund yet it has been already a month, my order no is[protected], i will never ever recommend any of colleague to shop here. Homeshop18 service sucks. Worst experience. Product has been delivered to them a month ago and i have not received the refund. I have been following up with customer care rep and they are always bluffing that the refund will be initiated in 4-5 working days, and when i cal them on 6th day they say they their system is not working and it will take more 7-8 working days and now it has been more than month i have not received my refund.

I called them today again now they are saying again that your product quality has not been check and your product will be deliver within a week. I want my wholemoney back now
