    what the hell is this, this is 5 days my request is still pending

    this is 5 or 6 time i'm writing a mail to you, what you want guys, why are you not refund or replace my item.

    when i got the product same day i registered a complaint but still not responding, this is your services????

    i recemend everyone that HS18 is best but my mistake you HS18 is worst compny i have ever seen, amazon or flipkart is doing best work they provide refund or replace so early.

      Sir,
      I have given order black pearl 2 burner cooktop, order no[protected] dated 15 July 16 and sub order no[protected].
      home shop 18 send the item by IVPRA Enterprises, Kharsa No. 506 shahabad daulatpur new delhi 42 on 18 Jul 16. The item was duplicate and contacted customer care .
      they have suggested to Refund the item by courier as he has not his agency to collect, there after i have send the said item by tirupati courier agency on 20 Jul 16.
      Home shop 18 has not given proper address and every time when i call to customer care used to say it is under quality check . After 15 days I could not receive money then again contacted that time Mr ANIL, kHUSHU and so may rep of complain cell asking for POD ( proof of delivery) .
      I contacted with courier Tirupati then I come to know that there is no proper address given by Homeshop 18. They have given Fake address.
      Pse Help to for refund of my money. Since one month i am suffering from mental agony as home shop 18 not reacting properly. they have mugup answer.

        Sir, i m anil kr. Dwivedi, purchased above product but completely decieved by homeshop18 not being with thier earlier stand.i m supressed for 2 months and want only my refund but they are leaving me in comlete disstressed situation n harassing in the name of pretending 2 transfer my call 2 respective seniors and leave me on a long wait by dening me refund of money.

          I had complain on 26 july 2016.. Check in recording but from you side i get message on 28 - july -2016 (Having proof of call register that i had call on[protected]
          I had order for set of kurti rs.1300/-, but cloth which i received was xxl, which is very much large in size.
          After receiving my order, i had complain so many time and asked to change it but hs - executive dint responding me in proper way, they are just telling me that it ll change 24 hrs, 48 hrs. Giving same ans wer whenever i am calling
          [protected] morning when i had called regarding same, hs - executive saying that it ll not change
          From[protected], i am continuously mailing and getting reply from cust executive that i ll resolved in 2 day but no action still taken from you hs - executive

            I had placed order[protected] for kurtis on 04-jul and still my issue has not been resolved for replacement till date whrin received 2nd time wrong kurtas and incorrect size[protected] i called up many times these guys are simply wasting the time stating it under progress.. I raised compliant on 02-aug for 2nd time for incorrect size and kurits.. But till date reverse pick up has not been initiated.

            Second complaint was for incorrect size xl received for[protected], whrin reverse pick up was done on 2-aug but till date no update on the same called up multiple times but the customer support do not any answers they are simply wasting time and stating your order in quality check i don't understand wht quality check these guys do as it is 10days now m chasing for the same.

            Pathetic replacement policy and service vry much disappointed also these guys are not refunding my amount as well... Also there is no number or email id provided so that i can escalate to hs18 @ higher level.. They just sucking money. Actuly fade up chasing with guys...

              Hello sar i'm vishal modi i'm just buy new phone swipe konnect plus from home shop 18 but i'm just receive phone at my home homeshop 18 box packing is proper but company's swip box packing is open and phone hands free is not in the box after i'm just call to homeshop18 costomer care and ask for product replacement but company not solve my problem and after some days i have face many problem if gone my phone is not charged fully normal call speaker not work even homeshop 18 is not proper response about that my product purchased no is[protected] and regestred telephone is [protected] vishal modi plz help me to resolve this problem after 2 days this person call me [protected] and ask me he call from homeshop 18and he gives me refund he want my debit card detail like debit card expire date or number after i'm just call to homeshop 18 costomer care they ask me they do not call for refund homeshop 18 try to cheat me

                  I have totally irritated with our complain service.. I have place an order on 4 july and received it on 6 july but in that one pair of hearing were damaged so i raised a complaint and on 8 of july i got the package but in that there was only 6inches chain nothing else so i again call and told the same they the csa ms jyoti told it will be delivered in 4 days. But after 4 days there was no order and i again call and the csa told that it will take more 7 days to delivered. Now its been happen 4 to 5 times that i had been inform that i will get in certain working days. So now its 8 aug and almost one month happen but when i call again the csa are again saying the same that it will take more 4 days.. Just want to know weather i am going to received my product or not. Really really very irritated with the same. Pls help me for the same

                          Reserve pick up for my order was done on 01-Aug by NUVO logistics for my HS18 order:[protected] Oleva Women's Lam Lam Jeggings (Small Size-28) wherein I raised a complaint for receiving incorrect size (XL) I had not yet received any updated for my replacement order though I have chased a lot. I don't understand why these people make such a delay for replacement whrin received incorrect size XL from their end though it was precisely mentioned for Small SIze-28 waist, also they do not provide refund worst service.

                          This is to inform 2nd time I received the same Kurtis again for replacement order[protected] whrin this time I received in Small size from the seller. How come you people be so careless that you don't verify the SIZE of the clothes before shipping whrin it was precisely mentioned while placing an order. I had called many times but do not get any proper response from their call center, here I also asked for the refund but they totally refused to provide an refund and asked to place different order for same cost. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME CHASING WITH SUCH TV ONLINE SHOPPING WHEREIN THEY ARE REPEATING THE SAME MISTAKES AND NOT PROVIDING THE REFUND BACK, ALSO NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS...USELESS & CARELESS HS18 SERVICE

                            I had shopped online from the site i.e. www.homeshop18.com. Given order and sub order numbers in the subject, I have received only
                            one lid for two pressure cookers while two lids were shown in the advertisement. How is it that one can use two pressure cookers with only one lid. this can be said as betrayal with the customer. Please see into the matter as soon as possible

                              Defective and bellow grade product being sold - casserole set and microwave utensil. Microwave set is defective and casserole is bellow grade. Cheap goods.

                                Pathetic and horrible customer service by hs18.
                                I had a miserable experience with the delivery of products on my two orders back to back.
                                The first order was for garments. When i got it, the stitching was coming out and the size was also not as shown on website. I had to get it replaced with the other size. Not to mention i had to send it back through courier and i was promised that i would be refunded these courier charges in the form of gift coupon. But i never got it back till date. When i received the replacement, again the fabric quality was not good and it seemed that it is a second hand product.
                                Talking about my last order, i placed the order for the rugs set and i ordered 3 quantity for these sets. Next day they called me to confirm the quantity and i confirmed that i have placed the order for 3 sets. So i got billed as per 3 quantity but when i got it, it was only 1 set and that too not that color which i ordered for. It was a different color. I called up immediately to inform about the same but to my surprise the executives did not had any clue what mistake happened from their end and why i got billed for 3 when they have sent me only 1 set. I also have the receipt of the payment which i made. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but they were just passing the call to each other placing me on hold numerous times. They just had to say that they cannot do anything about it and they can refund my money in coupons only. It is completely bull service. Nobody tried to take ownership and rectify the error. Even they were not ready to accept the error which happened. I would definitely not go ahead and shop again from hs18 and will make sure that i tell these experiences to all the people whom i know and they also do not shop from hs18.
                                Horrendous customer service i have ever seen in my life.

                                  This is with reference to Order No.[protected] whereby I placed an order to purchase of 2 sarees being Beautiful Designer Saree by Alveera Sea Green (Product code[protected]. I have placed the order based on the advertisement shown on Home shop 18 channel. The advertisement showed the saree as "Sea green" colour and the blouse brown colour. Accordingly, I liked the combination and place purchase to two sarees. One for myself and the other I wanted to gift to my friend on her wedding anniversary.

                                  However, to my utter surprise and dismay, the saree that was delivered to me was a Yellow saree with yellow blouse. Surprisingly, both the sarees were yellow coloured sarees with yellow blouses.

                                  I had called your customer care on July 30, 2016 and again my husband called your Senior Executive, Mr. Rajesh on July 31, 2016. However, your customer care is of the view that since the product was delivered on July 25, 2016, therefore, as per the terms and conditions of the company any return is to be intimated within 48 hours i.e. by July 27, 2016.

                                  In my case, I had requested the sarees to be delivered to my aunt's home in Bangalore, which was delivered on July 25, 2016. However, I collected the saree from here on July 30, 2016 and the when I found the discrepancy, I immediately called your complaint services.

                                  Please note the relevant clause in your FAQ for Return Policy reads as follows:
                                  "There is a 48 hours return policy, which means that you can request a return of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Plus, the product to be returned must reach our Business Partner's / Sellers' address within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of delivery to you"

                                  The terms and conditions of 48 hours, therefore, should not be made applicable to my case since:

                                  a) the product was not delivered to me personally, your courier had delivered the product to my aunt who had received it.

                                  b) I collected the product from my aunt on July 30 that was when I got the first opportunity to look at the product and immediately I called your customer service informing that wrong products have been delivered. As per your Return Policy the 48 hours start from the time the customer receives the product and in this case I received the product only on July 30, 2016. Thus, the 48 hours has not yet expired. On July 31, 2016, my husband called up your customer care number and spoke to Mr. Rajesh.

                                  c) this is not a case of damaged saree, its a case of wrong product being sent, which was not ever ordered.

                                  d) i had placed orders for two sea green sarees with brown blouse but Interestingly both the sarees are yellow with yellow blouse;

                                  e) the invoice and product description on the packet is also misleading since the description reads as "sea green saree" whereas the inside the product was "yellow saree with yellow blouse".

                                  In view of the above, I would request you to take the wrong product back i.e. yellow saree with yellow blouse and deliver me the product that I had ordered i.e. sea green saree with brown blouse

                                    I have received an order which was defective, the product has scratches, paint was removed and also holes were there. I have already complaint about it to the company and asked them for my refund but no action is taken yet on their part, neither my product has changed nor i have received the refund. Company itself assumes that my problem is resolved without any action. They are cheating with there customers

Here I also checked with Nuvo couriers n they confirmed that Product was returned to HS18 on 25-Jul n here HS18 team is saying they have not yet received the return product I don't understand why this company takes to much time to replace a order which was placed on 4-Jul and received wrong product from them. Pathetic service and worst Customer support as they do not have any answer whn call is placed. Really fade up now..also they are NOT providing the refund i[censored]nable to fulfill the replacement. Hw can these guys treat this way as shopping since 3yrs now.

Here i also checked with nuvo couriers n they confirmed that product was returned to hs18 on 25-jul n here hs18 team is saying they have not yet received the return product i don't understand why you guys takes to much time to replace a order which was placed on 4-jul and received wrong product from them. Pathetic service and worst customer support as they do not have any answer whn call is placed. Really fade up now.. Also they are not providing the refund i[censored]nable to fulfill the replacement. Hw can these guys treat this way as shopping since 3yrs now. Kindly provide me correct kurtas (Product code:[protected] xl size - 38inchs)

                                        Regarding order number:[protected] whch was placed on 23-jul for small (28) size via mobile app. However received the order on 28-jul with wrong size 2 jeggings with 36 and 2 jeggings with 34 slze and raised a complaint for replacement with correct size (Smaill-28), i don't understand what quality check you guys do? How u can deliver wrong size to the customers who are shopping with them since 3-4 yrs now. The replacement policy is totally worst of this company which i hate from my bottom of my heart as we are paying for the products and vry much disappointing when we get wrong size/products more over 1month to replace our wrong product from homeshop18 team. Kindly provide me small (28) size only.
                                        find the attached doc as proof wherein Nuvo logistics has delivered reverese pickup to HS18 on 27-Jul and these guys are saying they have not yet received the same. Pathetic service had very experienced
