I ordered a lyf flame 6 mobile order no:[protected], the ad stated you will get 15000 rs voucher, via jiomoney, till now i have not received the voucher nor the coupon code. I have raised the request with homeshop 18 : 1220104 & 1222253 for clarifying... Now the tl of complaints mohit ahuja states "you will only get coupon code even if the stated is voucher and you need to get in touch with jio"

Jio money stated that we are giving out coupons only for pizza's, donuts, etc so if homeshop18 stated voucher you need to get in touch with them

So this is a very bad way of gaining consumers attention and then giving out something else with the product.

I would like to get the 15000/- inr voucher via homeshop18.
Voucher : onetime one amount gift which a consumer can use and its a prepaid voucher.
Coupon code: to redeem coupon by purchasing stuff and you get 10% off with a one month expiration, where if the consumer is not able to use it in one month that coupon is not of any use.

A big advertising fraud. But i would like to highlight it and get my voucher.

I Sushil kumar singh has been purchasing a product of kitchen appliances of Rs.1098 from HOMESHOP 18 against its Suborder no
[protected].but I received that in faulty state.
After this I wanted to refund it and hs18 agreed to refund both product price and courier charges . I have sent it back to the address which was stated by hs18 because they have no service area for pickup.
But after my sending they told to give me only 10% of courier charges.which was injustice for me because I has sent the product in Rs.450 and they told to give me only Rs.109.8 (10% of Rs.1098)
Please accept our apologies for the compliant raised by hs18 to me.
If these is hs18 's policy than that should to home pickup the product from my house of delivered product.
They should to pay full amount instead of 10%

Delivered on25th july 2016.
The box contained only the mobile set. there was no invoice for the product.
Nor was any coupons enclosed. the tv channel had promised that there would be rs15000/- worth of coupons from reliance. i was disappointed to see no coupons in the box delivered to me. i felt i was cheated and many like me might have been cheated. kindly redress the grievance

Why government give permission for such type of fraud e-business sites?
Why govt not cancel the permission for doing business?

As i have purchased an product and the product order no is[protected] and dispatched on[protected] but unfortunately that is not fit for me but i have paid the amount to the delivery boy. And in return i have lodged the complain for refund. The customer care told me that with in 3 working days the product will be taken by the boy its already 7 days gone but no one came nor given any call. Kindly refund my money as i have not able to use the product.

I am writing this in regards to my order with homeshop 18. Order no.[protected] placed dated 18th may 2016 for surya 3 burners gas stove - sz-r1 (Seller: n p enterprises). And delivered on 26th may 2016 and is received by suraj.

The order which i received initially was damaged the glass top on the burner was broken. So as adviced by the customer service executive for home shop 18, i had to ship the damaged burner on the below mentioned address.

I have recieved the delivery of trueware easy mop as a result of my order on homeshop 18. But in the advertisement it was told that we will get 2 extra pieces of mop along with it but in the box there was only one extra piece which is truly the case of cheating according to me. Hello sir, myself punam desai from goa and i had placed an order for khoobsurat heavy emberoidered lehenga sarees by alveera - blue[protected] from homeshop 18 through phone on 2nd of july 2016. my order number was 99631163 along with the tracking number[protected]. i had received the product after paying bill worth rs 1898 including all shipping charges on 8th of july but when i opened the parcel, incase of a blue lehenga saree, i received it in red clour which i had not ordered. later on through customer care support i asked for replacement under the complaint number[protected]. today on 18th of july i received replacement of my product again in a same red colour lehenga saree by alveera. my earliar order number[protected] is initiated under the new order number[protected] and the tracking number is[protected]. after complaining for replacement also i dint got my blue lehenga saree. now again i hav filed a complaint under the complaint number hs[protected]. they say that they vl send a correct product. even i really had a very bad experience from home shop 18 customer care executives as they talk very rudely on phone. they really cheat people by sending wrong products.indian consumer forum is the only option for me which will resolve my problem. plz help me to get my blue lehenga saree as soon as possible. i kindly request to look into this matter and solve my prblm.

But this tab not worked, i submitted tab at service center at sai communications mg road secunderabad. On 01 june.2016. Till date no response from service center. I don't know who is responsible person you are penta tab. Only 20 days also not working, please replace new piece otherwise it will effect to your marketing. Pl response immediately. I was purchase a bsnl penta tablet from homeshop18 on 2 february 2016 with 1 year warranty. when my tablet is hanged by virus i was call on homeshop18 they send me the address of penta service centre of patna near r. b. i bank i was submitted my tablet on 4 may 2016. the service centre was said me that please ask us that after 25 days that your your tablet is repair or not i was call after 25 days the service centre team said me that we send your tablet at penta company noida you will get your tablet after 10 days or for further enquiry call on customer care number. when i call on customer care they said me again after 10 days i still don't get my tablet.
Please help me out.

I purchased spice x life dragon grey color mobile phone on 31.3.2016 after receiving this phone with in 15 days my mobiles display got damage with out falling down.in warranty period i paid from my pocket to repair mobile and put new display spending 1450 rupees. that is not all after that again in 20 days my display got damaged now its got damaged when it is not used for 5 days it was laeing on table i was just using it to check my mails not for calling things... i repaired it again after spending again 1450. with this issue i am facing other issue also for this phone like camera not working properly, touch is not working properly internet not working properly and so on. so i went in the service centre to repair the same so service person is telling me i have to pay from my pocket to repair the same as it is not in warranty as mobile display is replaced. spice is 3rd class company. i don't understand why the good brand like home shop 18 i'd keeping this type of third class phone. with no resolution and 3rd class product and their service. i have taken this product non because of spice. but i have taken this product because of home shop 18. now i have to think before shopping from home shop 18. i want my problem to be resolve nor i will file complained in consumer court and i will twit on twitter.

Had ordered 80 pieces dinner set from home18 costing rs-1900, the quality of the product was very cheap so requested for return of the same.

They are denying for reverse pick up of the same and asking me to courier them the product, courier charges would be around 750-800, have read many complaint on consumer forum saying homeshop 18 doesnt refund money even after couriering the product back.

Continuously following up with them but no revert on the same.

On top of that customer care executives are very rude "miss jyoti pal" spoke to me very very rudely hung up the phone on my phase, am lawyer by profession and will make sure take a legal action against homeshop for this.
