    Hi,
    I have recently purchased a blanket from hs18.It was not the same as it was shown in during ordering.I have called the customer care, they are saying we don't have pick up facility available at your place. They want me to send the blanket via courier by investing my money.
    Upon asking to share this policy, they said we will not shar this info in written. Why should i invest 600 in courier for return.
    Please take some action against this.
    Their customer care service is pathetic, they speak rudely when someone calls for return.

      I had ordered for single bed sheet set buy 1 get 1 last month. I have received bed sheet set without pillow cover via order No[protected] last month around 18 Jan 16. When I inquired about not dispatching pillow cover, I was assured by homeshop18 team that I will get this partial order within 5 working days. Still I am not in receipt of the items also, not getting any positive response from home shop18. Every time, I get only one answer, item is under process and will be dispatched in 4 working days. I am being harassed by homeshop18 team since last one month and this is making me frustrated. Should I leave my money with homeshop 18 to enjoy with it and forget about homeshop18 to keep me out of this mental agony? This is very shameful to home shop 18 to harass a customer like this. Now, I want my money back and do not want any item from home shop 18. Bed sheet set is with me and can be picked up any time from my residence. Please intervene and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.

      So far I have not received any response from homeshop18. I have been cheated very badly and making me to wait unnecessary without any solution. Either I should get the pillow covers or the amount to be refunded to me. This is just unfair and in no way can be appreciated. Please intervene.

        I have bought Penta Tpad ws704Q 3Gcalling tablet on 30th Jan 2016 from HomeShope18.com, after sometimne I've come to know that this prodcuts comes with manufacturing defects, I called up Homeshop18 to inform them about the same to get replace or refund this product, An executive said this our backend team will call you if you wish you can call them(they sent sms of backend team number). but they didn't registered my complaint which is 48 hours as per their return policy time period, I put my trust on them & disconnected my call but Till date I did not received any call from HomeShop18 regarding my problem..

        (10th Feb 2016) I called Homeshope18 to know the status, they said returm time period is over you have not called in 48 hours which is extermly wrong they lied to me, they keep all the call records. if I am lying to them you can check your records of 31st Jan 2016.

        [protected] this is pantel.in number they say you need to contact Homeshope18

        ONE more imporatant thing is the sales person lied to me before placing an order, I wanted to know about how many service center available in ahmedabad, he said 2, one is on Gurukul & 2nd one is relief road, I've come to know from panel.in that there is only service center available in ahmedabad, this is the reason i want to return & get refund. Why he lied to me, just to sale the product?/

        After harrassing from phone calls, I have decided to send email so I've contacted them [protected]@homeshop18.com, even i am not getting any proper resposne from them
        Customer support Executive Alok Kumar keep replying same answer " Unfortunately, since the period of return has expired for the product in question, we shall not be able to allow for the provision of return of the roduct. After so much harrasing by Homeshope18 people, finally I've come to get justice,

        Below is the matter, which I've concern with Homeshope18.com

        I've received this product on 30th Jan 2016 and next day (31st January 2016) in the evening around 6-8 PM I called you regarding product return somebody told me that this is selling department, I will inform to our backend team & they will call you regarding this, but they registered my complaint which within 48 hours., Till date I've not received any call regarding product damage.

        After few minutes, I called on the same day (31st January 2016) regarding Incorrect Invoice inside box, i've got invoice for same product other custmer & order. & then I called again & somebody has resent a correct invoice via email.

        But my main concern is nobody has called me yet regarding product damage, you keep all the phone call record, you can check

        I may have called from these 2 numbers, [protected] +[protected] (on 31st Jan 2016)

        Today When I called customer care, An executive person says why you did not call in 48 hours & called after many days ?? Another person give me Pental customer care number, then another person give home shoppe backend number and this guy told me like "why you did not call in 48 hours & called after many days ??
        So now I think you guys deliberately not registered my complaint which you suppose to register on 31st Jan 2016. I just want to return & get refund that's all, Just tell clearly would you help me or not?, so that I can make a consumer complaint & if they don't I will try another way I will give Homeshope18"s BAD, Negative remarks on Facebook, Twitter, HS18 feedback etc.. that is enough for me to inform the public about your negative impression.

        These are my problem which are comes with manufacturing defect
        1. can not hear properly even in peaceful area, which is company manufacture damaged.
        2. To set best ring tone, every time I need set & then call to hear ring tone sound.
        3. Before Sell, your sales person told me that there is two service centre in Ahmedabad, One is "Gurukul Memnanagar" & second is on "Relief road "
        4. A sales person lied to me just to sell the product, I spoke with Pental.in customer care & I figured out that there is only one service center in Ahmedabad and ahmedabad which is the largest city Of Gujarat State & its expanded in 464.16 kms, Service centre is about 15/20 km away from my location, .

          While placing the order, I was told that the product can be returned by reaching the helpdesk within 24 hours of the delivery of the product if I donot like it and the amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded.

          But, when I tried to return the product, I got a direct reply that the product cannot be returned and hence, no refund can be granted.

              This is to logg a complaint for the Courier Vendor who abused me over Phone when I fail to Answer the call as I was in Office.

              I got call from Homeshop18 Courier boy however fail to answer, and followed by Text saying "Agge se order mat kario Homeshop18 se" and meanwhile I call the same number and asked him his Name he said Name se kya karegi paise hote aur Order kr deti hai, and disconnected the call. He dropped a Text again saying "Phone toh uth le" and When I picked the call again he literally abused saying all " his Maa bhen Language"

              I am really upset with this and will definatly file a complaint with Consumer forum. I am regular E-Shopper working in MNC and shop with Jabong, Flipkart, Styletag, Amazon and many more E-Website and never faced such a humiliation.

              I do have his text Messages saved and want you to look for same and let me know your Action Plan for same.

                  I have ordered Spice Xlife M5Q+ 3G Quad core Android phone on 24-JAN-2016.. I reaceived that within 4days.. But In that phone battery is not in condition because it cant withstanding charge more than 4hours. when i kept my phone without using 100% of charge totally falldowns to 50%.. I cant able to use the phone without charge even for one day.

                            I had seen the highly effective mosquito killer advertisement on home shop 18 and ordered a combo pack (Order no.[protected] after trying it for 15 days and observed that not a single mosquito got killed instead me and my family got bitten by the mosquitoes and also flying all around the insect killer. I tried the other product and it was the same dissapointment, so i called home shop to lodge a complaint, they gave me jeeves consumer service address and asked me to go and personally hand over the product for repairs/service. I was given a goregoan address, whereas the service centre was shifted to malad. I pointed this out and asked them to make changes in the address given to homeshop 18, but this guy amit said it is not his job to do so. After handing over both products to the service centre, they call me up to say that both products the tube & fan are working fine and i should collect them. When i went to collect the products and insisted in trying it out it there itself, it was the same, mosquitoes were flying around the product, i got bitten but not a single one got killed. I asked them that on home shop 18 & in their instruction manual it clearly says "the insect killer is used to attract the flying insects by black light, such as flies, moths, mosquitoes and other flying pests and then the elecrically charged high voltage metal grids will electrocute the insects" at that i refused to take back the products, but they would not keep it saying that i would have to send it the manufacturing unit at noida. The useless " highly effective mosquito killers "are lying with me. I would please request homeshop18 not to promote such useless products unless they are very sure of the results please take action against this.
                            When i called on the contact no. Given on the instruction manual [protected] (Mr. Anuj) and asked him what are we being misguided by the promos & what should be done, he said to call homeshop 18,

                                    I have purchased a ezyhome product whose order no.is[protected] in which a Ezyhome resealer is free but when the product delivered the resealer was not working I had registered a complaint against it and from then they are not telling me when will product will be delivered they are giving Fraud commitments.

                                        Have received poor clothing material, returned back to them and asked for money back..since a month continuously lieying, cheating by they were dispatched cheque..but not yet am received.. When I called Customer care, irresponsible answers, rudeness, no resolution, now am in a situation that I have lost my hard earned money not like homeshop18 cheating money and no product with me which I was returned to HomeShop18 a month ago.
                                        Planning to give a police complaint..
                                        But be aware that do not buy anything from homeshop18.
                                        Takeout hs18 from your dish TV.
                                        Am planning to request broadcast team to take action on hs18 TV shows and its cheating.

                                        As there is no response and responsibility from HomeShop..
                                        With immediate effect am escalating this to TV broadcast team and local consumer forum, Facebook, commissnior of police. So that I can save rest of the people from homeshop18 cheating.

                                        No response from homeshop18, only aim of looting Customer money, successfully escalated to advertisement council to remove this chaneel from all DTH operators, this will happen very soon, next level is to Facebook voting.. Will continue all the posiblities till the channel remove or to react homeshop18 Customer care team to refund my money asap.
