I have bought Penta Tpad ws704Q 3Gcalling tablet on 30th Jan 2016 from HomeShope18.com, after sometimne I've come to know that this prodcuts comes with manufacturing defects, I called up Homeshop18 to inform them about the same to get replace or refund this product, An executive said this our backend team will call you if you wish you can call them(they sent sms of backend team number). but they didn't registered my complaint which is 48 hours as per their return policy time period, I put my trust on them & disconnected my call but Till date I did not received any call from HomeShop18 regarding my problem..
(10th Feb 2016) I called Homeshope18 to know the status, they said returm time period is over you have not called in 48 hours which is extermly wrong they lied to me, they keep all the call records. if I am lying to them you can check your records of 31st Jan 2016.

[protected] when I calle here this person given another number [protected],
[protected] this is pantel.in number they say you need to contact Homeshope18
ONE more imporatant thing is the sales person lied to me before placing an order, I wanted to know about how many service center available in ahmedabad, he said 2, one is on Gurukul & 2nd one is relief road, I've come to know from panel.in that there is only service center available in ahmedabad, this is the reason i want to return & get refund. Why he lied to me, just to sale the product?/
After harrassing from phone calls, I have decided to send email so I've contacted them [protected]@homeshop18.com, even i am not getting any proper resposne from them
Customer support Executive Alok Kumar keep replying same answer " Unfortunately, since the period of return has expired for the product in question, we shall not be able to allow for the provision of return of the roduct. After so much harrasing by Homeshope18 people, finally I've come to get justice,

I've received this product on 30th Jan 2016 and next day (31st January 2016) in the evening around 6-8 PM I called you regarding product return somebody told me that this is selling department, I will inform to our backend team & they will call you regarding this, but they registered my complaint which within 48 hours., Till date I've not received any call regarding product damage.
After few minutes, I called on the same day (31st January 2016) regarding Incorrect Invoice inside box, i've got invoice for same product other custmer & order. & then I called again & somebody has resent a correct invoice via email.
But my main concern is nobody has called me yet regarding product damage, you keep all the phone call record, you can check
I may have called from these 2 numbers, [protected] +[protected] (on 31st Jan 2016)
Today When I called customer care, An executive person says why you did not call in 48 hours & called after many days ?? Another person give me Pental customer care number, then another person give home shoppe backend number and this guy told me like "why you did not call in 48 hours & called after many days ??
So now I think you guys deliberately not registered my complaint which you suppose to register on 31st Jan 2016. I just want to return & get refund that's all, Just tell clearly would you help me or not?, so that I can make a consumer complaint & if they don't I will try another way I will give Homeshope18"s BAD, Negative remarks on Facebook, Twitter, HS18 feedback etc.. that is enough for me to inform the public about your negative impression.
These are my problem which are comes with manufacturing defect
1. can not hear properly even in peaceful area, which is company manufacture damaged.
2. To set best ring tone, every time I need set & then call to hear ring tone sound.
3. Before Sell, your sales person told me that there is two service centre in Ahmedabad, One is "Gurukul Memnanagar" & second is on "Relief road "
4. A sales person lied to me just to sell the product, I spoke with Pental.in customer care & I figured out that there is only one service center in Ahmedabad and ahmedabad which is the largest city Of Gujarat State & its expanded in 464.16 kms, Service centre is about 15/20 km away from my location, .
HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
