I received two orders by gati courier on the 23rd evening after repeated calls made to them for its delivery.

Both of them have turned out to be defective and damaged. The roti maker (order no.[protected], sub order no.[protected] doesnt even have the lever required to press it for roti making.

Its really shocking to see that the seller is located in the same pin code as mine which is 110059. Then also it has taken the order ten days to reach me.

The other one was a combo of pressure cooker by diamond (sub order no.[protected] its doesnt have idli stand, kadhai & tawa pan also the bill is missing from it.

Really pathetic quality of product as cooker handles unable to get fixed and sauce pan part where handle needs to be fixed is broken.

I have the following issues:

1. They are not ready to reverse pick up these damaged products.

2. There executives are too rude and non cooperative. They are blaming me for damaged products.

3. They are harassing me and not replying to my mails.

I need the damaged products to be picked up asap and refund of my money plus compensation for the harassment faced by me.

      I had ordered a pack of "sweet dreams-5 double bedsheet sets by mafatlal" after choosing those watching on the tv program of homeshop 18. The order was delivered on 27.9.2015. When i opened the parcel, i found that the bedsheets were entirely different from those shown on the tv show. After talking to the hs 18 customer care they told me to return it back to them by courier which cost me rs 800. It was sent back to their factory at bhiwandi-421302 by dtdc courier no. D24598949. Later, the hs 18 admitted their fault but instead of sending right goods they gave me a cheque of only of rs 290 as courier charge of return along with the refund of the product. For their fault why should i suffer a loss of rs 510 rs[protected] although they had the option of returning courier charge of rs 750 as told by the customer care?
      Owing to some unavoidable circumstances i could not complaint against this immediately.

        My worst online shopping experience with Homeshop18. Homeshop18 is Fraud. I had ordered 5 sets of Bulb(2 from Alpha & 3 from Zomo company) but they have delivered only 1 set each. When i spoke to customer care they said remaining set will be delivered soon but later I got a call saying complaint should be lodged within 48 hours. Unfortunately i opened package after 1 week since I was shifting to new house. Apart from this the quality of Bulb is even worst, Bulbs were damaged & not working too. Packaging was pathetic. I will never buy any product from Homeshop18 again.

            I ordered a spice mi 740 tablet on 18th march and product was delivered on 19th march. I checked the product and found there is network problem and front auto app instillation so on same day I put request for return of this product. But customer services of Homeshop18 Tall me that you can go on spice customer services are pathetic and after 7 days and the blamed Homeshop18 Because the create bill of date 18 mar 16 so when of my return request Homeshop18 has not taken any step for pickup of phone. Whenever I called up to customer care I git an assurance that issue will be resolved within 24-48 hrs but after 2 days I have not received any resolution from the company.

              It was very much disappointed that the product was completely different from what was shown during advertisement on television.

              As such, refund of Rs. 989/- is requested. Please make necessary arrangements at your end to collect the same from the Delivery Address and send pay order of like amount at the earliest.

                Sir, I have made a order on Homeshop18.com on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 and I made full payment at the time of order but till the date I have not received my product. I have register my complaint on website but they are just fooling me saying please wait 2-3 days. It is been about 2 months, how much I should wait? Neither they are delivering the product nor refunding my money back.

                      Sir this is a very silly thing about which m complaining to u. i have decided not to shop with u again coz almost half of the time i face issues with ur customer care representatives. they are not at all helpful.. regarding this order, quality is very cheap. low quality plastic it is.. and i have been told that i need to send it at my own to ur vendor. u have always arranged reverse pickup earlier. so i was not aware of this. if i was then i would never had placed order for this product.. its not my mistake.. why will i carry such a heavy product to some shop and then they will charge me so much for this heavy product n ur representaive told me u wil reimburse maximum 139.50 rs as a reverse shipping charges.. why??? wot if the courier charged me more than this. coz product is heavy n i came from gujarat. so charges wil be around 250..why will i pay these charges when i m not keeping this. so at the last, i would request you to arrange reverse pickup.. coz i cant send it. i dont have that much time to take it to the courier shop.. plz do the needful..

                        Hi All,

                        I have placed an Order with HS18, Order no.[protected] on 7th Mar'16 which was scheduled for delivery on 11th Mar'16. The product has been delivered yet. I have called 3 times to HS18 customer care and they lied to me each time that I will get product in next 24 or 48 hours. The last call was with senior executive Alok who even did not respond me my questions and did not behave well.

                        I would strongly suggest to HS18 management to check my all 3 conversation with their executives and judge their behavior. A truely bad/false/lier customer support from Home shop18. I have raised a complaint on 12th Mar with Homeshop 18 as well (Complaint no.[protected] but nobody calls me back with resolution.

                        Even after bearing all this, I did not get my product till now.

                        Could you please help me to bring my voice to higher management of HS18.

                          I had ordered a combo of tote bag, sling bag and hair straightner ...
                          when the order was delivered it didnt have the straightner and the sling bag had a faulty zip...the product was returned .. when the order was delivered for the second time, the straightner came but the same sling bag with a faulty zip was sent..

                                Customer BEWARE of FRAUDS caused by this so called big brand HOMESHOP18?????

                                I have ordered a product on Homeshop18 online on March 4, 2016 for Goodway Boy's T-shirts - Set Of 3-3-4 Years.
                                This product was delivered on March 9, 2016.
                                Order No:[protected]

                                Product was too smaller than the standard size for 3-4 years old kid.

                                When I talk to homeshop18 representative then I came to know that I have to return the product of my own
                                and only 10% of the product cost will be given to me as courier cost.
                                Nowhere on the product detail page I was informed for this while ordering.

                                I have to send the product to Tiruppur from Delhi.
                                I have search for more than 5 courier vendors and least I get the deal of Rs 70 whereas as per policy I will get only Rs 46.

                                I have wasted so much time and energy firstly in returning the product and secondly in sharing the details through so many channels (more than 5) to get the refund.

                                People please beware in future to order online at homeshop18.
