मेने होमेशोप 18 से अच्छा tv विज्ञापन देख कर एक जूस निकालने की मशीन कुछ अन्य सामान के साथ इस उम्मीद से खरीदी थी की विज्ञापन के अनुसार यह अच्छे परिणाम देगी परन्तु यह तो बिलकुल नाकाम प्रोडक्ट साबित हो रहा है! मेने दो या तीन बार ही इसका उपयोग किया है! कृपया मुझे मेरे पैसा वापस दिलाये जाये! कुछ देरी से उपयोग करने का कारण हमारे पिताजी का स्वर्गवास होना रहा जिससे शिकायत देरी से कर पा रही हू!

        I watch advertise on tv about us adventure jeans and i have ordered same wrong jeans came after one week. so i send it back same process happen 3 times that means they have send 3 times wrong product.now fourth time they ask me to choose whatever you like so i choose two sleepers which one i received and that is also wrong product.since 24 march i am looking for my product but i am not getting it.
        one of the worst site i have seen ever.i am suggesting you to not to show anything on tv that you don't have with you.

          This is a general practice of h s-18, that they show somthing in add and send only the product without gifts. I had earlier purchased icc t20 combo t shirts two sets, but the watch as shown in tv adds was not sent.Since i opened the packets after hree days, complaint was not acepted. Now i had ordered for plastic kitchen containers with free saree, but saree was not delivered. Complain no[protected] order no[protected].
          Is this the general practice of h s-18, jo dikhta hai wo nahi milta hai. Jar bach ke rahna.

            Problems in mobiles ;

            1.) . Camera not clear visions

                I have ordered for big muscle xtreme weight gainer powder of 5.5kgs..
                But they delivered me a product of 2.7 kgs.The invoice bill was for the 5.5kg product.The product inside the parcel was 2.7kg.
                I am very much disappointed about this.
                I want you to replace the product and send me the product which I ordered..that too as soon as possible.I have also paid the amount for 5.5kgs .

                      Hi... I ordered Surat Tex women's Semi-stitched salwar suit - Blue & Red on 31st March'2016 & got it today(7th Apr'2016) evening.I shocked after seeing the material. The dress material which I got is completely different from the pic shown in HomeShop18. The embroidery work & quality of the material is very cheap .So, I want to return the material & want to get my money back to my account. This is the very bad experience to me with Homeshop 18.                                       I ordered a mahavir milk pan with bakelite handle on 23/03/2016.
                                      Order no[protected]. Amount-rs.219.Invoice no: maha/15-16/96246, invoice date:24/03/2016, suborder no:[protected].
                                      Seller name: mahavir enterprises, dispatched through blue dart.
                                      However i received the product without the handle.Within half an hour i informed the customer care centre of home shop 18 for refund they asked me my account number for refund but i told them to refund me the cash by cod method but they refused to do so.Hence i asked them to replace the product otherwise but they again refused.
                                      I have gone through the home shop 18 refund policy and it is mentioned there that there is also a cash on delivery mode of refund.
                                      Strict and quick action must be taken with regard to this complaint otherwise i will not make any delay to reach other consumer high courts.

                                        I have ordered cosmetic product on home shop 18, in june 2015, my order no is[protected]. there is no active response from this shopping site. after that they send me check but check is on another person name, if their having database they cant even check the customer name ?
                                        i cant withdraw that check, then i tried to communicate again with them but they put my call on hold and charging 3rs per min for call.
                                        they have send one file on email which did not open with any software
                                        im having that file with me. they can just neft the money this is not the right way to sell in market. no customer will wait for 6 month
