I ordered Complextion perfection by Color Care London kit (2 Nos) through oder no.[protected]. 1: Quality of product is pathetic, it seems a local product with just stamp of Color care, there is no Shade no, no MRP, also Brand stamp is clearly showing like it was done locally. 2: if this is branded product we should have Shade number for each lipistic as well as Nail Polish. This is against branded product norms where no details mention on outer cover of anyting. 3: We didn't receive quilt bag which was shown in advertisement instead received simple bag. Homeshop18 does it regularly shows different product on site and send fake/duplicate product. Either send me correct product or refund my amount. Thanks and Regards Shalini Agarwal

      I have ordered two sweatshirt from home shop 18 ( one of black color and one of maroon color) of size XXL And they have delivered us 2 swaetshirts of different sizes and color ( one of blue color and one of black color) and they both are of different sizes ( one is of L size and second one is of M size) When i contact them they asked me, what proof does i have that the shipment is delivered by us and he also and asked me to courier the shipment to them and asked me to purchase again and they also saying that it will take 15 to 20 days to change it . I want to register a complaint regarding the misbehavior from home shop 18 and also want the right product So kindly take the matter into consideration

        I have never seen such a irresponsible customer care service, they are not bother about my return pick up, i just wanted to get connected to the nadal officer of the particular customer care of homeshop 18. Courier person blaming the homeshop18 and homeshop 18 blaming the professional courier. i am clearly notified that the courier has been delivered to homeshop 18. if this continue i am going to raise a complaint very seriously. If homeshop18 couldn't provide a proper response then its not worthed to run a E-commerce by them.

        i have ordered a vox tablet and they sent me the tablet which has a camera fault, it is not my duty to follow them nearly a month. They are not ready even to track the parcel that i have returned to the courier. But the courier person was sure that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address.
        i have uploaded two images of the courier details, the first time i sent the courier they couldn't locate their address
        and the second time i requested to resend and retry to reach them n they displayed me like the product is delivered.

          I have major issues with your products. Recently I placed 3 orders and none of them have been delivered with the right order. Saree wrong color. Wrong suit. Earrings never arrived. No one comes to change the wrong orders. Its like you people dont care. I'm so disappointed. Seriously guys get your act together. You said delivery in 5-7 days its been 2 weeks. How long can a person wait? I had to reschedule my flight. I swear to god if I dont get a reply I'm taking you to the court!

            I am so much upset with purchasing in your website and this is going to be the first and last time i'm purchasing in your website. If there is no return pick up for the product which is fault, then you shouldn't sell the product at all. Not satisfactory with the product as well as the service. Twice i have sent the courier but they couldn't locate your address. and moreover i feel awkward to complaint everytime for the same reason to the homeshop 18 customer care service.

              Dear Sir, I order online 2 pairs of casual & Sport Shoes for Men By Altra-UK9-L on 07/12/15. Order No.[protected], Sub order no.[protected]. I got my product on Friday 11/12/2015 but Casual shoes are defective & both are different size( one left leg size is 10 no & right leg size is 9 no.). I order shoes was 9 no. size. So please replace casual shoes. Sports shoes are perfect for me. Please change one more product(T-shirt).First I order large size of t-shirt but right now I want medium size of T-shirt. We would appreciate if you would arrange for replacement of Casual Shoes, T-shirt & advise us how you wish to handle the return of the 2 pairs of casual & Sport Shoes for Men By Altra-UK9-L.                 The product was received by my relative at my home, as i was on leave(out of station) that time. However he didn't open the product and check. Today on 13 Dec 15, when i came back from leave and opened the sealed product, things found defective and missing also. Today same time i gave a call to customer care, however they refused to take the responsibility of the product or return / exchange.

                      I purchased a led bulb set of 10 pieces. 2 pieces were broken, others were in very bad condition. 12 watt bulbs and 5 watt bulbs have same intensity of light which is of very poor quality. Worst ever seen as compared to other brands When i asked for return the manager of home shop 18 ie. Mr. Javed completly denied for the same and told to do anything what i can do but he will not return my order. He has a very bad behaviour towards customers. Kindly take some steps so that home shop 18 may not fool innocent people.

After Checking the problem, the product is not properly working.                         I have purchased roti maker of smart life brand from home shop18...it is not working properly...none of the results match the demo shown on tv...moreover home shop is not taking any responsibilty of it...the brand contact number is fake even the brand too...

                            Dear Sir, I Sankar Chandra ( Email I.D No.arbachin.[protected]@gmail.com, Mobile No. +91 [protected] ) ordered a Spice XLIFE M5+ Mobile through Home Shop 18 ( Order #[protected] on 12-Nov-2015 and I received that Mobile through Ecom Express on 16-Nov-2015. But few days later that Spice Mobile very much disturb again and again. Then I went to Authorized Spice Service Center at Baghajatin Station Road, Kolkata - 700032 on 29-Nov-2015. Then Service Manager checked and solved that problem. After came back home I noticed that the problem don't solve properly. Then I again went to that Service Centre on 30-Nov-2015 and the Service Manager recived that mobile for sent the Spice Company ( SR No[protected]FC0019 ) for some days. Yesterday, I recived that mobile from that Service Centre after 10 days. But I came back home I noticed the same problem of the mobile which didn't solve by the Spice Company. So, In this case I totally irritate to visit your Service Centre again and again to lost my daily work. At last I requested you, please check and solve my mobile properly as soon as possible.

                            i have purchase the mobile xlife m+ form TV live show. but now the mobile is broken the display has gone . what i will do and how i will do the repairing
                            worst product of spice... i brought a spice xlife M+ 7 months before.(battery - SXB 35, 2000mAh, 37 V) ..now my battery got damage with expansion which effect my screen by pressing from inner...and when i am asking for battery change even ready to buy a new...customer care telling that it is not available & infact when i ask for to suggest similar kind of battery ..they are telling we can not suggest.if you get from market similar product then you can use otherwise your phone is useless...that mean will i have to throw it...worst service & company is spice mobile company.not going to buy or suggest to buy friends in my life.

So I again deposited tab to local service center, Jabalpur (M.P.) on[protected] two time local service center has sent this tab to you ) and again after a long time I received the Tab but problem is going continue.                                     Sir, I have purchased a new Micromax mobile EG 111 on line from Home shop 18 on 04 Jun 2015 vide invoice no TARA/15-16/111744 dated 04.06.2015 & Order no.[protected] dated 03.06.2015. The above Micromax mobile EG 111 was not getting power on10.10.2015 and given for repair to Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center near Richmond Circle Bangalore on 12.10.2015 vide Job sheet Ref.No.S [protected] 19696688 .After checking handset they have told its mother board having problem and need to send to Delhi HQ for repair and it may take 15-20 days to get it back after Repair. I have received SMS message from Micromax care on 28.10.2015 that handset is repaired and to collect it from service center. Checked up with M/S CarPoint service center and they informed message is from HQ and it will take 2-3 days to reach them.Again on 31/10 I have checked up with M/S Carepointservice center at 1400 hrs and they have told they have received the handset and it is in the Quality control cell and will be able deliver by 1830 Hrs. As I could not reach service center at that time on 31.10.2015 I have reached service center 1400Hrs on 02.11.2015 for collecting handset, again the service center informed me it is in the quality cell and will be delivered in the evening only. I have told them same reply was given on 31.10.2015 and you are repeating same reply.Finally they have told me to wait for some more time, After 1 hour they have given the handset at 1530hrs .I have put off the handset to insert my simcard and when put it ON it came on for few seconds and went off like the problem reported earlier, continuously vibrating and not getting on .This was repeated when again given for checking there itself with service center staff so they have taken back the handset and told me to wait for some more days, & told after rectifying they will inform me when it is ready. This I felt bit strange as my handset has come from HQ Micromax service Center after repairing and staff claiming the mother board is changed / repaired and finding same problem again exists with the handset. Its great surprise on the quality of the handset& servicing done, so I called customer care attended byMr.Akash(on 02.11.2015)explained the above issues& Matter. He discussed the issues with M/S Carepoint service center staff on my mobile and finally agreed for Handset replacement and given me a complaint No.MMX[protected] .Checked up with service center for anything to be done further, they have told to carry same job sheet and informed it will take again 15 - 20 days for replacement. when I contacted on phone with M/S Carepointservice center on 05.011.2015 they have informed me the handset is ready and to come and collect. I told them it was agreed for Handset replacement. They have told to come to service center. Again I called with customer care on 05.011.2015 attended by Mr.Mukesh and he informed me above complaint No MMX[protected] for Job sheet Ref No. S[protected] is closed and told me for replacement I need to take new jobsheet, This thing service center not told me and asked me to carry same job sheet on 02.11.2015 .Next day again I called up M/S CarepointMicromax service center, this time they told again my handset is in Quality cell. Icould not understand what is happening. On 09.11.2015 as per Micromax service Center advice I have visited Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center and submitted old Job sheet and issued with a new Jobsheet Ref No.S[protected].Service center staff told me they have already raised demand for new handset request on 04.11.2015 and told to wait for another 10-15 days. This is informed to customer care number by calling on 13.11.2015 at 14:23 Hrs. Again I have contacted Bangalore service center on 16.11.2015 and checked for status of the jobsheet staff given me the service center senior manager Mr.Nirmal’s Mobile No.[protected] to contact and when contacted he assured again he will do needful and try to get the handset with in one week to 10 days. On 19.11.2015 again I rang up Customer Care attended by Mr.Narendra Pal and checked up for status of my Handset he also assured issue will be sorted out soon within 7 days and given me a fresh complaint No.MMX[protected] also told some senior management will be contacting me with in 24Hrs.Unfortunately no one called. Again I have visited Bangalore M/S Carepoint Micromax service center on 23.11.2015 and met Mr.Nirmal and again assured he is following up my case will sort out soon. On 25.11.2015 some person called from Micromax and told my handset will be repaired and delivered soon. The fact is that these person from MICROMAX CARE does not know the actual issue and simply giving a readymade reply just to address on customer complaint. On cross questioning about the issues that it is been agreed for replacement the call got disconnected. So I have tried to call back on that number but that number disable to receive call. So I have contacted customer care again on 25.11.2015 at 1408 Hrs. attended by Mr.Arpith, explained to him the issues again and he registered a new complaint No.MMX[protected] and he also assured again issue will be sorted out within seven days and also told some senior management will be contacting me with in 24Hrs.But no one contacted till now. Again I have contacted M.Nirmal of Bangalore Service Center and informed that its almost going to be two months my handset is given for repair & not yet resolved now I am forced to approach consumer court to resolve the issue. He asked me to provide all the complaint numbers accordingly given all the complaint numbers and agreed he will highlight the issue to Micromax HQ and advised to go ahead for approaching consumer court if further delayed. On 01.12.2015 contacted Mr Nirmal again & they asked me to send mail to Micromax CSM m.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com with full details. Mail is been send to that address on 05.12.2015 and informed Mr.Nirmal, and as per him it will take again 20 more days. Sir its going again& again further. Due to this I have lost lots of time and attention on my personnel &professional matters and also lost my communication to all my families& dependents, so I request your kind intervention and help me to resolve the issue. Every time whenever contacted only readymade answer of assurance of next seven days& senior manager will contact you with in 24 Hrs given. But no positive response, even the customer care representatives does not know the actual problem& simply gives a reply of committing for next seven days OR Twenty days assurance. All these set up is simply cheating the customer. No coordination with each other.                                         I ordered Biotique Bio Musk Root Hair Treatment Pack (900 gms) priced at Rs 620/- from Home Shop 18 vide order no.[protected] and sub order no.[protected] on 21-10-15. Instead of the correct product, T, a wrong product i.e Men Biotique Bio Sea Kelp Protein Hair and Body Wash of 250 ml of Rs 190/- was delivered. I have taken up the matter with Home Shop 18. As advised by them, I incurred courier charges of Rs 310/- and sent the product back on 31-10-15 through Blue Dart Express Ltd vide AWB No. [protected]. The product was received back by Home Shop 18 and replacement process was initiated. Again on 17-11-15 another wrong product i.e Bio Henna hair colour of Rs 520/- was delivered. On 25-11-15, I have mailed the scanned copy of the courier slip, courier receipt and invoice copy to Home Shop 18 through e-mail. Instead of solving the problem, I have received several phone calls from staff of Home Shop 18, who are unwilling to either replace the product or pay my courier charges. They are insisting that I send the wrong product again back to them and stating that they would not repay my courier charges. Already I have paid Rs 930/- and requested them that I am no longer interested in the transaction. My request for repayment of my Rs 930/- and collection of the wrong product by them is not answered. Home Shop 18 is trying to bulldoze its customers and usurping their money. I want my complaint to be redressed immediately.
