This mail is to state a complaint that I m constantly receiving wrong deliveries since the time you have started direct shipping . On 14th I recived my order of 2no. Of Huma wollen kurtis with 1no. leggings (xxl) . In the package there was only 1no. Of wollen kurti with (xl size) and 1 legging. Though I got the refund but I wanted to gift it to someone because of that I came in embarassing position. Again today same thing happened. Instead of Lavender wollen 2 no. Kurtis. I got one wollen and one of cotton instead of green coloured wollen kurti. It's very sad to see homeshop18 deteorating their standards. Because of which we are thinking to stop the order a and recommend others as well to stop the orders. And send my wollen kurti asap.

        I also received wrong material form Home shop 18 today & not got proper material as per my order so this is one type of fraud or cheating with customer by home shop 18 & not get any proper response from customer care so it was a big request to not buy any material from home shop 18.


        My order- I had placed an order of berg electric tandoor but i received mini berg electric tandoor instead of berg electric tandoor & I paid COD of Rs.2698 for electric tandoor (big) & order no[protected] order date_14/1/16 & i need my refund bcoz material not get as per my desire.

And the courier person said Warrenty card will be inside the box.But i did not receive any of the Warrenty card by Surya company.If i call them they are not responding properly. Please make sure they call us back and do 1st service as mentioned

                  The screen of the penta 20.32cms quadcore 3G calling tablet-802Q is broken from right side. Thus the touch is not working properly. The keyboard provided with it is also not working.The key board provided is not at all detected by the tablet. Being a regular customer of homeshop18 I didn't expect such delivery from a renowned company like homeshop18. I will be greatful if company kindly look into this matter and either change the product or refund the amount as 6499 is not a small amount. Thank you.

                  I got delivery of Penta 2999 and its not working .Even I am playing ON OFF, ON-OFF game in it.Something left is gift coupon They said " not for mobile -tablet accesories, grocerois, gifts etc .etc .For this cause millions of people placing order .Being a regular customer can't expect this from such a renown company.Shame ...Shame...shame...

                    I have bought new BSNL Penta IS 704q3gtablet from homeshop 3 days back. It was delivered in fully charged condition. After using it for more than 24 hrs, the battery totally drenches out, hence i plugged the charger to charge the tablet. After getting charger on for 4-6 hrs, the tablet is not switching ON when i press & hold the POWER button. From the last 24 hrs, i have tried charging the phone by pin charger to USB charger, but nothing turns good. The screen is not showing anything and also any signal indicating charging has been showing. Kindly help me out with this problem as i am fed up trying.

                      I ordered for product Shagun 11 Jewellery Items By Sanskruti. from home shop18 has been delivered on[protected]. My order no[protected]. but its found 3 items are missing. 01. First Row first set Mangtika 02. Mangal Sutra 03.Ear ring After booking a complain by order no[protected] they delivered the mangal sutra only on 4th jan 2016. Again after booking a complain on 4th jan by order no[protected]. today 16th jan we received a parcel with same mangal sutra. still below items are missing 01. First Row first set Mangtika 02. Ear ring. Really pathetic. We had several conversation with the customer care. in last 15 days. and till we didn't received the exact item. So bad experience. will never go for any shopping from homeshop18 and also will not suggest anyone for home shop product.

                                  2 Days before I have complained on Home shop 18 and uploaded the invoice data, some one has taken advantage of the same and taken contact details from invoice and called us saying that they are from Home shop 18 and by giving our account details like ID Password they will transfer money just in 5 mints .by this why they had taken account details and misused name of ICICI bank. please do some strict action .The mobile no. is [protected] . When we confirmed from Home Shop 18, then came to know there is no such service which can transfer money in only 5 mints .Beware of such frauds. When I tried to contact on the same no after some time the number was switched off and was not responding. plz take strict action to avoid such frauds.When I searched the no.contact its on name of Rekha from Delhi

                                    I have booked Stylish Fashionable Sarees by Zoha vide Homeshop 18 Order No.[protected] for Rs.2398 including shipping charge of Rs.99/- on 08.01.2016. The same was delivered by Delhivery awb [protected] on 12th January, 2016 and I have duly paid Rs.2400/-. However, on opening the packet, I found that all the three sarees are defective with loose threads coming from all corners of the sarees.

                                    Please refund the amount immediately.

                                      I ordered for a set of 10 LED alpha bulbs on 09 Jan 16 after watching an add of homeshop 18 on my TV. Subsequently, I received the product vide order No[protected] on 09 Jan 16 and paid Rs. 970/- in cash. After opening the packet, I tested the bulbs and find all ok. But, I found one strange thing that leave the 9 wat bulb behind, the light of 12 Wat bulbs is very -very poor in comparison of the 7 Wat LED bulb which I bought from Delhi Govt stall @ Rs. 93/- per pc. Immediately, I rang up to Home Shop18 and tell about the light problem. I spoke to Mr Gourav, Mr Saurav & Ms/Mrs Jyoti and further to higher executives also for the same. But I got only one answer that they can not help in this case. Neither they will take the product back nor will provide any alternate in lieu of my Rs. 970/-. I am totally unhappy with the response and the attitude which they have shown. I am making a request that either I may be provided with a better light product or an alternative product in lieu of my money.                                         I have ordered 25 Jwellary set as on 7th jan against Order no.[protected] after advertisement on television. Based on advertisement it was committed the product consist of 25 sets and 4 earrings and 10 gms silver coin was free in addition to that. so total no. of sets should be 30 nos. we had received only 21 items including earrings and silver coin.Whatever received is not matching with the advertisement shown on TV. we had paid the full amount rs. 2068 on delivery. please do not trust on teleshopping advertisement by Home shop 18 . this is our 2nd bad experience to not getting material with respect of qty and quality. We are not getting support from customer care . please support to get refund of paid amount and get back the material delivered.
