Dear Sir, I ordered a product(love connection) from your online website homeshop 18 on 12th feb 2016. I read about the good reviews of the product but was highly disappointed by the service l received.Initially the product package wasn't complete since there was an item missing from the packet.then we contact to customer care and they told us to sent it back by courier. So we sent that package back by DTDC courier which costs us 310rs and we got the cheque of 97rs by homeshop18. Then the replacement item wasn't sealed enough so it for stolen spilled all over the delivery box. The box packing wasn't packed in a proper packet and the handbag which has shown in a product image was not delievered to us. So they are saying again sent it to homeshop18 by courier. It already costs us 200rs more. We can not afford this much. We want our cash refund n reverse pick up. This is not our fault so we will not gonna pay a single penny for that. You can check the records that we are buying from this website like years.
Please respond to the message.I am highly disappointed this time. All the details are attached here. Please download the attachment.

    Hi Team
    This is bring to your notice that on 1st March 2016 i have raised an order of 1068.00 INR towards the Beauty Product "Love care " through phone call with order no[protected] and was committed that product will be delivered by 3rd March till end of the day, therefore it could not be delivered on time. Later on around 4th or 5th March i called to customer care and requested to cancellation of delivery for the product, On that time Customer care representative told me that we are unable to take the cancellation request as still product is not delivered and due to that that it's not reflecting in to system. It seems good first your accept the product and if not find useful again you can request for refund for the product with in 48 hrs after once product delivered.


    Thus, Finally on 7th March Product has been delivered at My premises, But product was not good in terms of quality or quantity as expected and conveyed at the time of delivery. finally again i called to Customer care representative to pick up the product and also asked to insiate the refund process, but during the conversation with Customer care, representative told me that we are unable to take the refund request as still product delivery is not updated in to system and he advised me to call us back around 6:30 . However again i called on given time slot to CC and asked for refund, Finally I got an complaint no[protected] and got assurance that problem will be sort out shortly.


    Today I got a call from Escalation help desk and he is saying that we are unable to refund for above mentioned Product. Here I would like to highlight few thing for you reference.


    1. On first day when i called to CC why he told me that either you can deny to accept for product or else you can put your request for product refund if it doesn't meet as per your expectation once it get delivered to you.

    2. On Behalf of customer care commitment i have accepted order as request for product refund can be submitted if product is not good as conveyed by the CC during the every conversation.

    3. I kept trust on CC statement so accepted Product otherwise i can simply deny at the time of delivery as they conveyed to me refund is not a challenge for Homeshop18 customer. Even as it should be delivered on 3rd March instead of 8th March.

    Now Team homeshop18 is denying for refund.


    Basis on above mentioned details i would like request you to kindly insisted my refund and arrange an pickup for this useless product.

    Do let me know if you need any further details to process for product refund.

      I buy my Penta 3G calling tablet of Rs. 3599. Penta WS704D. It can't Turn on. Then I submit my complaint in Homeshop18. They says that they replace my order. Then when I receive my replacement tab its keyboard is some keys woking but some parts nonworking. So now I manage because it is my brother gift. But I want to say that please do not send wrong products Homeshop18.

        We have ordered 33 pcs of storage boxes, our order ref # was[protected] dated 27/2/2016, which was suppose to deliver with in two days but till the date, but never reached to customer, i really can.T believe, home shop 18 being one of the top most online shopping and they even don't bother after complaining this to their customer. Care executive. After this i have really decided never to order any thing from here...Sorry for this, because to book an order is company's responsibility than that particular product is reached or not is also their responsibility, we were eagerly waiting for this product but now our tempo is completely off for the same, i advice to whomever reading this, never to order from such online who really don't care for their customer,

          I ordered INALSA food processor of Rs 4192, on 29th Feb 2016 and the product was delivered on the 29th Feb 2016. I tried to use it on 04 Mar 2016 but the processor didn't start at all. besides the motor was not working, there were a few missing attachments and the demo-CD was also tempered.

          I registered the complaint on 04 Mar 2016 and contacted Mr. Amit Singh (of escalation team) of HomeShop18 on 05 Mar 2016. Mr. Amit was very rude in all his replies and blatantly denied any exchange/refund and insisted that 48hrs responsibility of HomeShop18 is over, so I should contact Inalsa company for service.

          It was highly irresponsible of HomeShop18 of delivering absolutely sub-standard/in-functional products and then denying responsibility of such bad quality products with this 48hrs clause. Moreover people like Mr. Amit Singh's behavior also adds to the agony of the already cheated customer.

          If HomeShop18 takes the responsibility of delivering good quality products then they should come forward and fix my problem and should take severe action against employees like Mr. Amit Singh; who shouldn't be working in a customer service industry.

                      1. Please refer to Homeshop 18 reference number[protected].
                      2. It is with regret I wish to raise a complain regarding unresponsive and lackadaisical approach of home shop18, MS Purnima Sinha and customer care department of your firm.
                      3. As per letter dated 07 January 16 I was intimated regarding a lucky draw in which i had won a 'TVS SCOOTY PEP+'. In order to get the prize I was asked to pay a sum of rs 12953/- as TDS amount which is 30 percent of mrp of TVS SCOOTY PEP + : 43179/-.
                      4. Accordingly, I sent a cheque for the above amount which was encashed by homeshop 18 on 29 january16.
                      5. After receipt of the TDS amount homeshop18 stopped contacting me regarding the prize. After a long wait I called them on 14 February during which i was kept on hold for a long time only to be told later that we will revert within 24 hours. This reversion never happened and I called once again and I was made to hold again for a long time only to be assured again for a call back within 24 hours. Now, whenever I call, my call ends with the same fate with an assurance of call back which never happens. When I ask for at least an email reply on the issue, I was told that they do not reply to customers on email. Today after approx one month from payment of TDS nothing has changed. Home shop18 always deflects the issue whenever I call and promises to call back which never happens.
                      5. I want Homeshop18 to resolve the issue in next 48 hours and urge them to behave with customers responsibly and be more responsive. A strict action against customer care executives who handled my calls is also recommended.

                          Ezy home chopper

                          I have purchased one Ezy home chopper from HomeShop 18 in the month of July 2015. Since December its not functioning. I have complaind many times to Homeshop 18. But they have not done anything in this regard. Its still in the warranty period. Please repair our Ezy home shopper, so that we should have the same faith with them as we use to have earlier.

                          Very bad shopping experience with HomeShop18, bought a roti maker, a broken product was delivered, but during return I have found there is no courier pick up system with pincode 831005 whether Snapdeal Jabong flipkart provide same with same pin code, more over for return I have to spend Rs.900, but HomeShop18 can't pay the courier charges for the defective product, becaz they only can pay upto 10% of product cost which is only Rs. 126, rest is to be paid by customer,
                          This time they fooled me, as I didn't read their awful return policy, but I request other customers not to buy anything from such stupid company,
                          HomeShop18 should respect others hard yearnt money.

                                I had ordered for single bed sheet set buy 1 get 1 last month. I received bed sheet set without pillow covers via order No[protected] last month around 18 Jan 16. When, I inquired about not dispatching pillow covers, I was assured by homeshop18 team that I will get this partial order within 5 working days. Till today, I am not in receipt of the item also, not getting any positive response from homeshop18. Every time, I got only one answer, item is under process and will be dispatched in 4 working days. They are doing this for last one month. Today, I tried to spoke to Mr Gaurav but his way of answering as I noticed was just to ignore me and he droped the line without giving any justifiable answer which is ridicules. This is the service being given by homeshop18 to customers. Now, I am using the bed sheet since I was assured at that time that pillow covers are being dispatched within 4 days. Whenever, I asked for the pillow covers they simply says items is under process. Today I again asked either provide me pillow covers or refund my amount then Mr Gaurav asked me to first courier the beds sheet back and then product will be delivered to me on receipt of the old shipment. When, I asked Mr Gaurav will you take the used bed sheet back then he told me sorry he can not do any help in this case. Now, I have no option left with me either to forget about pillow covers and end the matter without any further hassles or to raise this issue at appropriate level. Leaving the matter is not the correct solution for this kind of incident they will do the same thing with other customers and keep on cheating/ harassing the customers. Hence, I decided to choose your forum to get justice. Kindly intervene and resolve my problem.

                                So far I have not received any response neither from consumer team nor from homeshop18 team that means no one is bother about my issue. So let this issue leave on the almighty god who will justice with me. Now I do not have any faith in both the teams and will not call here after.                                     I purchased the penta tablet on 27/01/2016 but when I opened the parcel the ear phone was missing and the charger was in broken condition even I am not able to hear thru the speakers and the tablet is hanging frequently

                                    So it is my humble request to kindly stop selling defective products and spoiling your company image

                                    Even Their support staff are worst

                                      Dear homeshop18.
                                      I have ordered 3 combo pack of denim jeans by henry hudson on 26 jan 2015.
                                      Order no[protected]
                                      Sub order no[protected].
                                      Price- 1299
                                      But when i got the product it was tatally different as shown in TV.
                                      I have complaint against this and send back via courier spending my Rs.415. Though the company is assuring to refund the whole amount but they dont refund me total courier charges and saying that they will pay Rs.750 or 10% of product charge 1299 i.e. Rs.129.9..whichever is less..
                                      Please do some needfull activity against this as i don't want your Rs.750...I just want my total amount refunded..1299+69+415=1783
