I recently ordered a product which was to be delivered by 12th January. The product was delivered before that and taken by my son. I on reaching back saw that the product was defective and nothing like they showed on tv. Now the Home Shop 18 isn't taking any action for this. A total fraud, they had done this 6 years ago as well.     I purchased a new mobile from homeshop18 spice m-6125 and agter receiving it it doesnot support any memory cards and doesn't open any files such as photos videos music etc. what kind of products are they selling ??and after complaining about it they don"t refund it...very poor services and very disgusting people.this is not the way we are a customer and we are treated in such a way.mr. atul mathur the escalation head of the team says that it won"t be refundable so what should i do ?i am not happy with this product?who will return my money back now... regards shagun

      HomeShop18 is worst and fraud online shopping website, i have ever found. They dont send complete order with quality, I ordered some organiser set about 30 pc but they only send 13 pc and now even they dont want to check where and why this happend. Because i called them after 48 hrs. Of delivery. They just want to do cheat on the behalf of policy wordings. And my fault was i just trust on them and i ordered this gift to my sistet and that's why we did not open packet after delivery, my sister opened it after few days when we gave to her as gift on some occasion. Then we got to know this cheating by them. So my dears dont rely blindly to these kind of cheat companies.

        1) As per SMS received the parcel was despatched on 30/12/15 vide Gati Surface Docket No:[protected]. However till date not received. On contacting toll free number they give land line number of courier. For contacting them thru phones we are wasting our money unnecessarily. 2) I have booked Roti maker. It was delivered to me but defective piece. Gift coupon not received along with that. I contacted Toll free but they asked me to contact manufacturer and complain was lodged but no result. Please tell me why should I contact manufacturer while I buying it from Home Shop.

          Sir/Madam I bought from home shop 18 set of 10 led lights which I received on 17 Dec 2015 vide order no[protected] but only after almost 10 days o[censored]sage one led light 10 watts of the set does not work; if bought from shop I could have got the replacement but in case of online shopping were from I shall get the replacement kindly look in to the matter seriously to avoid inconviniance which I have got .

            Sir, I had do shoping in home shop18 online by online method. and this company gave me a diwali shagun voucher rupees of 1001. I had booking a blanket which is order number[protected] on dated 21 december 2015. after it I had received a SMS by Vmhomshp on dated 22 December 2015. after it I had received a SMS which is ( dear customer your home shop18 order[protected] has been delivered on[protected] and is received by MAMTA NAYAK thank you for shopping with home shop 18) I had called [protected] and told that I had not received blanket order number[protected] and registered a complaint but there are any no response by homeshop18.com .               Date of incident : 27th Dec 2017. HomeShop18 : [protected] On TV ad it is shown that we can access internet but when we get phone it is only GPRS based it did not support wifi. It was shown that we can listen music but when we check phone there is no internal memeory. SMS Memory : after getting 1 SMS phone shows memory full.

                  Dear Madam/Sir, 1. This is in complaint regarding my HS18 Order No.[protected], Suborder Order No.[protected]product: Two cotton denims in regular fit by Henry Hudson). 2. My family received HS 18 sub order parcel before 20 days by seeing delivery (FOS) No: [protected], item description henry hudson denim size No 36 on the sealed parcel 3. But today I found after opening the parcel it is size 30 instead of size 36 because I was out of town during these days due to my family commitments. 4. Immediately I talk to HS18 customer care (Phone No: [protected]) regarding the issue for exchange, they said, Product cannot be exchanged. 5. It is very unfortunate that how a big company like HS 18 delivering a product mentioning correct size in delivery (FOS) on the parcel and having in correct size in side the parcel after having all steps of processing management and quality control. 6. It is understood that somewhere or the other it is damaging company’s reputation. 7. Therefore it is requested that responsible authorities must take suitable action against the concerned person involved who did the mistake in Packing/despatch cell of the company. 8.                       With reference to order number[protected] placed on 24th of November, 2015. I bought a product named 'Ezy home electric chopper ' with that i got some things free with included a plastic resealer which was not working so i complained about the same. It has been a month and i haven't received the product yet. When ever i calk up the company yhe tell me to eait for 5-6 days. I have complained about the same many times but haven't received the product.

                          We bought this set around 15 days ago. The quality of the material used is very poor. Stitching and zipper materiel is also very poor. There is variation in shades of the color among the individual pieces. Not at all suitable for gifting.

                            I purchased roti maker from u, order no[protected], but it was defective piece. i called up home shop 18 & agreed to replaced. i was told to courier it back to delhi for which the executive told me u will refund the expenses. now i have couriered roti maker to delhi and ur executive told me that i will get only 10% of the roti maker charges. ur executive told me this is ur policy. this is really not acceptable.this is like cheating the customer. what is this? i purchased roti maker from u is my mistake i feel & i will also strongly recommend to others not to purchase from u

                                I have purchased collection of 2 kaftans + 1 pair of Leggings from Homeshop 18 vide Invoice no MSDF/15-16/4540 dated 28 Nov 15. Sub order No[protected] and Order No[protected] dated 27 Nov 15. But i have not received full product from them (only Kaftans). same day informed to customer care but no positive reply from them. send e-mail also on 11 Dec also. Now they have refused to send the remaining item.

                                    Hello Team, Order No. :[protected] Sub Order No. :[protected] Name: Abhinav Chourasia We have ordered Senorita 36 Pc.Pet storage set from HomeShop18, via Prepaid, once it was received we found that the material quality was very poor and out of 36 pieces. 8 pieces were defective, so we decided to return the same, after that we made several calls to them and came to know what we have to do next, we returned the complete package as per address given by them, also made a what's app on their number as intimated. Now I received this package from their side as they reject our parcel docket no. EG[protected]IN (Price Paid Rs. 360) by stating Refused. Now when I made a call to the Customer care they asked to send the package again which means again I have to pay 360 Rs. which they are not ready to repay. I am already in loss by paying 360 Rs. This is not my fault that the vendor has rejected the package without giving any reason. it is only a harassment to us, i feel like cheated by them and will surely not suggest anyone to buy from this site. my contact no [protected] Please check the attachment I have mentioned everything as it was asked.

                                      For M/s home shope This is 15 mail that I sent mail for receiving “Wrong Earing”, See in 11 nov I had placed order for 5 neck less scheme but one set’s earing received damaged out of 5, and homeshope18 executive checked the order and his outcome/reply was “this is not the right product as per product code and product photo “so tell me whose fault ? whose mistake to send this neck less with damage earing ? that our mistake that we have chosen homeshope18 site for order ? or your mistake for sending wrong product with damaged earing ? Please clarify !!this is total time waiting for us from one month we are suffering from this problem and already 525rs charged for calling in care?                                         Please refer suborder number –[protected]. I had ordered whit Penta Tab before Diwali and I received it but was damaged. after complaint company sent another but with new fault now its speaker was not working again after complaint I recived one more worst piece where WIFI, battery and Bluetooth is not working. I am fed-up of it. I wish refund.
