Honourable,
this is inform to you that I have placed an order about Gionee Phone & 12000 mah power bank, screen guard & some other accessories through order no.[protected] after seeing it's advertisement on TV channel Homeshop18.
when I received that phone & accessories on 04th nov.15, than I found that, Gionee phone not respond as per homeshop18's commitment/advertisement as well as my power bank's capacity was only 1000 mah, while it should be 12000 mah as per homeshop18 commitment/advertisement & this power bank was not in workable condition also. I am complaining same day & second day to customer care number([protected]) of homeshop18.
on[protected], I have received a call by homeshop18 through[protected]phone no.). I told her I want replace my product, because I am not satisfied to this product, which was delivered by Homeshop18 to me. she tell me that, no problem about that, they replace my product and give my line transfer to her senior. he also committed to me for replacement and told me process of replacement as well as advise to me another phone in same range. He told me any body will come to me(within next 03 or 04 days) and receive the product, and give me a receipt, than product will be go to check quality and after this process your replaced product will be sanded by homeshop18.
But same day again a call received by me through homeshop18 and mr. salman told me that he is not change my product, because it is no in to home shop18’s policy.
My request to you Plz do the needful and please give relief to me this mentally & economically harassment..
