I have purchased the subject mobile from Home shop 18. But within 1 month of delivery of product the display screen of mobile went white and there are other problems in the mobile.

While talking to customer support Shri Sandip about the problem, he rudely misbehaved and not helped out.

Hence it is requested to either repair the above said mobile or replacement to be made available....
