Telepathically([protected]) i have ordered PNB Multi Kadhai with order no...[protected]... on the name of Viraj Devi... it has been dispatched on[protected] via Gati Surface with AWB no.[protected].. it had to be delivered by 05 Nov 15... item did not reach to me.. i had talk with courier on 05 Nov... knew that item is in transit... two days delay expected...(but no problem) i did not get my product on 7th also... today i had talk with HS18 and Gati Surface... i knew that item has been returned.. they did not ask me... i got message also that...item has been returned due to acceptance denied... but it is wrong... no one has contacted me for item came... i was expecting for item come to me... i waited for 12 days... and totally time wastage... if it could be known to me... i could have chosen other option.. i want the company should pay for exploitation of my expectation...

      I ordered a makeup kit from homeshop 18 and it was in a bad condition also the products seem to be really cheap they were all unpacked, i'm not sure weather they are used. and when i complaint regarding same the complaint dept took my complain as a joke they were making fun and refused to return stating some new policy they made. i'm really annoyed with the unethical way they talked . date of incident[protected] date of receiving product[protected] i donot have deatils of the executive i talked to. they refused to refund though the products cannot be used as they aren't good quality, just allowed exchanged but the exchange is not done its just a matter of saying they send the same pack again as i have faced this problem in past also.so please resolve my problem this time.i am hoping for your action.

        this is inform to you that I have placed an order about Gionee Phone & 12000 mah power bank, screen guard & some other accessories through order no.[protected] after seeing it's advertisement on TV channel Homeshop18.
        when I received that phone & accessories on 04th nov.15, than I found that, Gionee phone not respond as per homeshop18's commitment/advertisement as well as my power bank's capacity was only 1000 mah, while it should be 12000 mah as per homeshop18 commitment/advertisement & this power bank was not in workable condition also. I am complaining same day & second day to customer care number([protected]) of homeshop18.
        on[protected], I have received a call by homeshop18 through[protected]phone no.). I told her I want replace my product, because I am not satisfied to this product, which was delivered by Homeshop18 to me. she tell me that, no problem about that, they replace my product and give my line transfer to her senior. he also committed to me for replacement and told me process of replacement as well as advise to me another phone in same range. He told me any body will come to me(within next 03 or 04 days) and receive the product, and give me a receipt, than product will be go to check quality and after this process your replaced product will be sanded by homeshop18.

        But same day again a call received by me through homeshop18 and mr. salman told me that he is not change my product, because it is no in to home shop18’s policy.

        My request to you Plz do the needful and please give relief to me this mentally & economically harassment..

            Last week i have purchased THE PRODUCT OF HOMESHOP18 CHANNEL my first look by clour care london combo kit but jb courier recvd kiya toh facial kit diffrent and foundation and bag and kajal is missing and lipstik was broken...
            kindly solve my problem like the dublicate product becoz homeshop18 ki website or channel pr jo product dikhatai hai wo real hotai hai but courier packing jaha se hoti hai usko check kare BECOZ JO PRODUCT AAP DIKHATAI HAI VO SAME PRODUCT KABHI NAHI AAYA please SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE otherwise MUJHAI consumer form mai complaint lock karni padaigi mujhai real product courier karai jo eyeliner usmai dikhaya hai wo toh hai hi nahi AND FACIAL KIT DIFFRENT PACKING VERY WORST.

                      I have purchased the subject mobile from Home shop 18. But within 1 month of delivery of product the display screen of mobile went white and there are other problems in the mobile.

                      While talking to customer support Shri Sandip about the problem, he rudely misbehaved and not helped out.

                      Hence it is requested to either repair the above said mobile or replacement to be made available.

                            Dear sir, subject-home shop 18 not dispatch material as per order and cheat me. I order serving bowl as per discuss with costumer care on telephone. As per commitment by home shop 18 they offer me buy 6pcs & get 6 pcs and extra get 6 serving spoon on serving bowl.When oder are received only 6pcs bowl and 6 pcs spoon.And out of 6pcs bowl there are 2pcs are damaged.So i enquiry at home shop 18, they checked voice recording and after that told me, we accept wrong committed. They told me return our material via post or currier, but post dose not take responsibility to send material to home shop 18.And currier charges are 1280 rs/- and they give me return charge money 10% of cost of product. I.E.170rs/- as per calculation i loss 1110rs/-. So i called home shop 18 customer care told to your material you have to return, after they said dose not responsible to return our material.And also said that not give you material cost return.                               I had purchase a Bag vide product Order No.[protected] dated 18.10.2015 delivered on 22.10.2015 unfortunately wrong product delivered. I had lodged complain on 22.10.2015. they had accepted by mistake wrong product delivered and assured that the product will be replace with original ordered product but till date no body collected the product and still I am waiting for response. The attitude of their executive is very bad.

                                I have ordered Vivahita - Karwachauth Special Beauty Combo By Color Care London product from your site.whatever you shown at website and televison adv. I did not get diamond facial pack, it is other brand product. apart form that i did not get eye liner, it is missing in box. i did not get bindi 3pc-- only 1pc is there in box I did not get diamond bleech it is other brand product. I did not get mehndi tattoo in it, it is missing in box. Please return back your product, it was very poor experience with you guys. thanks

                                Please return product as soon as possible.It is no use for us.whatever product you shown at television was different and you delivered another brand product.Also you missed some item in delivered box.

                                  We have ordered a Kadwa Chauth Specail product gift for our daughter in law on 18th October 2015 and paid money in advance. They had confirmed that the product would be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. My son and daughter in law are leaving for a trip on 27th morning. We contacted their call center more than ten times but no tangible answer was given. There is no responsible person who can answer our queries. Some how we got to speak to one Mr. Yogesh who promised on 24th that he would make sure to deliver product on that day else the money would be refunded on the same day. What is the use if product ordered by us is of no use and is not received in time. They even gave us way bill and courier details but when we contacted courier firm it was understood that it was their practice to give this but cheat on delivery. I feel this is a fake company and it was our mistake to order. I REQUEST ALL THE BUYERS NOT TO ORDER AND DEAL WITH SUCH A FAKE COMPANY AND TAKE A PAIN. IT IS LIKE BUYING A PAIN BY PAYING MONEY. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE KINDS OF FRAUDS.

                                    Order #[protected] placed on 1st october, not yet received, first they old me its damaged by courier company and they have re dispatched. later they said I have refused to take delivery. then home shop 18 said the courier is lost by courier company.
                                    Such a fake company and gave me call so many time which act a mental harassment to me.
                                    I want refund of my money along with interest asap.

                                      They delivered me defective product on 21 Oct and I m complaining for it today after holidays becoz of busy schedule and now they r saying this is my responsibility not there. Wat I do My order no is[protected] Complain number[protected] They told me return policy is only for 48 hrs bt I didn't see this anywhere and btw it's not working days between 21 Oct to 25 Oct.
