I have orderd Rs.5091. on 8/10/2015 at 11.45 pm for 8 products, when finalized the order i used Rs.500/- cupan but after using it & it was 12.15 am, then call center employee said "Sir, our policy is change today &U can only order 5 product for 5000 rupees hence we can take order', then i said to him when i start to give order it 11.45 & when it finish it was 12.15, it was not my mistake. transfer this call to your superior who can solve this, then he transfer call to Mr. Ritik Grovar. when told situation he assured me that he is forwarding the mail to management & riply me within 24 to 48 hours. But till this date my Problem still stands.

    Dear sir i recently ordered a mobile phone order no.[protected] and awb no.[protected]. I got call from [protected] landline no. And they said that they cant deliver my order to my home and they called me to 10 kms. Away from my home i reached there at fixed time i stand there for 3 hours but no body came there. Next day they again called me from same no. And called me again now i was not able to came there and he started to misbehave i am going to police complaint against that no. And your courier service. This was such a bad experience to shop from you.

      I have ordered a Bag in homeshop 18. Order.No :[protected] . I received a Airway bill number and the Product has been Dispatched. Then when i all the Courier Thy say that the Product has not been Dispatched to them. And when i say this to customer Care they Repeat saying it has been Dispatched. Till the Product not Delivered. No proper Response. Then wy the hell you collect shipping charges and say estimated time. All Fake news. Worst Online Shopping Fraud site ever i came Across. I would like to escalate this kind of things in Media. I Have paid the Full amount.

        Hi, This is the worst website have ever come across, firstly they do not pickup the returned item and then secondly they have thier warehouse located somewhere located in remote area where no private courier service is ready to deliver and then finaly I speed posted through INDIA POST (with tracking ID as EE[protected]IN). It shows that it is delivered and I also received a call from HS18 saying we received your item and shall initiate the refund and then as there was no refund received I called back and checked then those people are not ready to accept that the item has been delivered and kept on saying we need to confirm at the warehouse. I called them couple of times but every time the same thing was repeated. I further talked to their senior staff PRASHANT and ANJU but in vain they kept on saying wait for a week and I said give me in written or send me a mail that within one week the refund will be initiated but they were not ready for that too highly unprofessional behavior. I am really frustrated with following up with this crap site, would suggest people please dont buy anything as the stuff is too bad and plus if you dont wanna be tortured with the follow up .             I had ordered a Crystal 10 in 1 Kitchen Machine on 3rd oct 2015.I called the customer care about the product and ask for refund.I have send the product thourgh indian post and the packet retruned to me after 7day.They refuse to take the packet.When i called the customer care and tell them about the packet retruned to me they asked me to send the courier again .When i asked them the reason why my pack is returned then they don't have any answer and kept ask me to send the packet again though standard courier service.I had paid 960rs for product and 137rs for courier cost and now again standard courier service will cost me 620rs.I had to paid 1700rs for a damaged product.they will refund only one time courier chages and product cost that is 1150rs only.Please refund my all expense that i have bear for this damaged product than i will send the product again.

              I ordered Good to go - Silk PRo. It was a faulty product - not working properly. I asked Homeshop18 to refund my money in cash. They requested to order any other products of similar value. I did the same. After 48 hrs they denied availalbility of replacement products whereas the products were showing available online. However, I ordered yet other products as replacement over a call received from them. I asked them to confirm about the same on mail. They donot put anything on mail. Which genuine company would call u all d time n not write as confirmation. Now I get a mail about refund of the amount through cheque. The CSRs in thix company are trained to fool around with customers. Cheaters they are ...

                The order no is[protected] the complaint no is[protected] i had ordered good to go hair removal shaver by silkpro n with free vlcc gold facial the facial is in good condition the shaver received by me is not working the middle blade is a little bit turned the inner part is vibrating but the shaver is not doing its work the product was ordered on 5th of october and was received today the packet is opened thnx plz look upon the matter as soon as possible the earlier sent email to the customer care was not received by the customer care plz exchange the product or refund the money

                      I purchased a new mobile phone but the handset was defective. I complained about the new handset to customer care, they advised me to take it to service centre for any technical issues. There in service centre they repaired my handset. When I informed the customer care that the hand set was repaired so they cannot exchange the handset. So why should I use the repaired one when I have paid money to the new one. Please help me and advise me what to do.

                        I suggest you still retain the shirt as your son can use the same when he gets to be a little older. Shirts will become costlier next year when he is big. It is better to purchase a few more shirts of that size

                          This is the worst website i have ever seen. I have purchased one dress from homeshop18 : order no :[protected] and Sub order no :[protected]. Product was damaged, so i return the product on 22-Aug-2015 via INDIA POST. And this product was delivered to homeshop18 on 3-Sep-2015. But they are telling that they have not received product. Then i enquired from post office and got confirmation from post office that product is delivered on 3-Sep-2015. Again when i told to homeshop18, they were not ready to check in their warehouse and telling that they have not received the product so they want POD (Proof of delivery). So i raise complain on INDIA post office government official website, and on that complain i got reply from post office that product is delivered on 3-Sep-2015. I send these screenshots to proof that product is delivered to homeshop18. But the most worst thing their customer phone call service and concern department told that they will not consider this screenshots which has been taken from government website of INDIA POST. This issue is running since more then 1 month, and they are not ready to refund my money back. They are running the website, on which customers like us trust and buy products, but when customers are sending POD from government official website of INDIA POST, then these worst homeshop18 employees dont trust on govenment website data. I dont think so that govenment website will post or reply false information, isn't? And they are not returning my money back, and every time they are only sending automated mails, instead of replying with proper information. They told in phone call that they cannot consider ePOD, but the same thing they cannot write in mail. They said that ePOD cannot be considered according to their policy, but no where in the policy they have mentioned. Every day in call they change their policies according to situation, and this is the reason they don't reply on mails, only they talk anything senseless in call service. I have all their mail conversation to share here if that will help. I think world has moved from manual to internet, where irctc, india post etc all government website all very well trusted by whole India, and these homeshop18 don't trust on government website, though they are running this fraud homeshop18 website. I need my refund for this product soon as this issue is running more then a month.

                          I received a quick response on this complaint from HomeShop18.
                          As discussed with them, they are ready to start processing my refund by Monday i.e. 12-Oct-2015.

                          I am writing this to inform HomeShop18 Social media members of this forum that i need proper mail for this refund process, as formal talks in phone calls won't help and create mess.

                          I received call from HomeShop18 Customer service where they informed me that they will process for refund.
                          I asked them that i need proof for this, and asked them to send mail regarding this.
                          But i haven't got any mail from them, as usual. So it is not worth talking to them since long. Hence i am writing here, so that it should reach to HomeShop18 Social media members of this forum, regarding refund process mail confirmation.

                          I need mail that process refund is started or initiated. So that i should have proof that you guys are actually doing something. Simply talking in phone will not help to solve the issue.
                          I hope you understand this.

                            Homeshop18 sells bad and expired multivitamins on its website.Recently i purchased a healthvit branded multivitamin on discount from homeshop18. And after consumption had rashes(red) on my body and ulcers on my tongue. When i checked the expiry dates.I found that hoemshop18 is selling expired and and multivitamins on its website. I want to warn customers to never purchase any medicines/multivitamins or cosmetics from hoemshop18. Beware of shopping on hoemshop18. I am writing this blog and i expect refund of below order from homeshop18 soon.                               Homeshop18 is a liar and cheat company which markets its products giving wrong and then it harasses its customers: HOMESHOP18 does not have easy return policy HOEMSHOP18 SI CUSTOMR UNFRIENDLYA DN PRINTS WRONG OR INCOMPELETE SPECIFICATIONS JUST TO SELL PRODUCTS AND MAKE EASY PROFITS... This is regarding my order no[protected] Thursday, October 1, 2015 Amit Khurana 1 Rs. 2018 I cancelled the order one hour after placing the order, when my product was not dispatched... But the customer care refused to cancel the order (REASON: Specification does not mention anything about the screen which is extremely poor quality and then the customer himself has to check at manufacturer website); After customer care refused to cancel order, I asked her to transfer to senior in homeshop18; Someone spoke to me on 1st OCTOBER AND PROMISED AN EASY RETURN AS THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED... Homeshop18 cheated me by 1) DELIVERED ME A BAD QUALITY PHNE WITH BAD COLOURS AND TOUCH SCREE 2) Did NOT DELIVEERD FREE BACK PANELS AS SHOWN ON TV ADVERSTISEMENT? 3) Not keeping its commitment for easy returns 4) SR customer executive who assured all help to return this product on my phone conversation on 1st OCTOBER, TURNED BACK ON HER COMMITMENT AND THEREDORE HOMESHOP18 CHEATED AND DID FRAUD COMMITMENT BASED ON HER PROMISE I KEPT DOWN THE PHONE...                                 The company do not make "sale" of goods but does just "sale. Of. Ads" and in this way through defective materials in hands of customers and than they become nacked to replace it.
                                The way things happens with me are in order.(1) order placed on 16/09/2015.Orderno.[protected].(2) recd.Delivery on 23/09/2015 and cash paid.(3)on 23/09/2015 only within 45 mins of receiving delivery given complaint about defective things.
                                (4)recd.Message on 25/09/2015 about the process of replacement ref.No.[protected] and will be expected in 7 days.
                                Now on 3/10/2015 today when i have inquired they told me absolute "lie" that i have
                                Cancelled the partial replacement and send me other message that they have register complaint no.[protected].
                                Now here the clear "cheating"of the company you can see.Why they have register new complaint on their "own" after 10 days of delivery and why they don't give any answer about their replacement ref.No.
                                More over that they give some name of seller and there is no contact no.So we can ask them about the defective quality.Homes 18 do not raise invoice as seller.
                                So if they can not do any thing than we can contact the seller and can say why this happen.
                                In this way "harrasment to customers" are the expertise policy of home shop 18.
                                Each and every person can not make follow ups and ultimately keep defective things with them
                                After paying full money in advace.
                                According to me "cash on delivery is not proper term----it is cash in advace against proper delivery of quality materials as agreed and so the "sale"takes effect afterwards.
                                Consumers, dont follow blindly .Dont buy from home shop 18.
                                They must change their return and refund services than only should continue.

                                  Homeshop18 is a liar and cheat company which markets its products giving wrong and then it harasses its customers: homeshop18 does not have easy return policy

                                  Hoemshop18 si customer unfriendly and prints wrong or incomplete specifications just to sell products and make easy profits..

                                  I cancelled the order one hour after placing the order, when my product was not dispatched..
                                  But the customer care refused to cancel the order (Reason: specification does not mention anything about the screen which is extremely poor quality and then the customer himself has to check at manufacturer website);
                                  After customer care refused to cancel order, i asked her to transfer to senior in homeshop18, someone spoke to me on 1st october and promised an easy return as the order cannot be cancelled..
                                  Based on her promise i kept down the phone...

                                  But no hoemshop18 si not returning the product which seems a bad quality product for me and hoemshop18 is proving that its return policy is not as printed on its website and as communicated to em after placing the product..
                                  I will not suggest anyone to shop from poor hoemshop18..

                                  I have much better experience of shopping with flipkart and ebay who are much more ethical and have god customer friendly policies..

                                  I have copied ebay and flipkart on this email. And also placing this article in my blogs on multiple website and will continue doing it till homeshop18 reverses thsi order just to bring shame

                                    I bought facial kit from home shop 18 on 23/sep/2015 with order no[protected] product seems different from what they showed on television combo of massager was also broken ... it cost me around 1200 rs but not worthly at all poor quality ...cheap product they don't even change those products they just give 48 hours to change which is quite difficult to change or give complaint in such a short period of time

                                      I am Advocate Rishabh Kapoor ...i placed the order of a t shirt and shoes combo at hs18 on 29/09/15( odr no.[protected] which was received on 30/09/15 ...overall the product quality is good but the t shirt they delivered is of Medium size whereas i ordered Large size . Also, The shoes which were delivered were of size 9 but are also not fitting as the size is small ...therefore i request you to replace the said t shirt (deliver large size) and shoes (deliver size 10) at the earliest as the same is needed for gifting purposes ...                                         Hi Sir/Mam, i ordered an item from Homeshop18 online on 28th Sept, 2015 & paid for the product through my credit card. They promised to deliver the item on 30th Sept 2015, but till date i have not received my item. My order number is[protected]. The AWB of the aramex courier which they provided is [protected]. Now when i spoke to customer care of the courier company they said that they have not received the courier by Homeshop18. I need the item to gift it on friends birthday on 1st October. If they have no ability to deliver the item on time then they should not tell the delivery date. I have spoken to customer care of Homeshop 18 and they have no idea where the parcel is. Also they are not replying me with the satisfied answer. Also they are not refunding my amount. Please help me. regards manish
