ur staff tell us they return our fund with courier amount...
please sent us our product amount rupees fifteen hundred along with courier amount three hundred rupees...
total amount eighteen hundred rupees only.

    O care Dear sir/ madam please help me I am not getting any positive sol'n from your end. for orderno[protected]. I lodged complain many time and after that i got complain id also complain no are[protected],[protected] and[protected] As per your customer care executives conversation, this product cannot be replaced. But i read refund policy point no -11 where mentioned that product will be replace. as this product is not fall under that list. HS18 is very famous, popular and large scale business dealing company. So please u cant brake our believe about your reputed concern. if you not refund my money against this product you may be change this product with Penta 3G Calling Tablet with Keyboard - Call Pro 3G for this i will ever grateful to you and my purpose will solve with my money ( bokaro is not a big town here wifi facility not available) thanking you anup kumar sahu mob.no [protected], [protected]

      Through homeshop18 I ordered penta calling tab.. I got this tab but this tab was defective i am not able to hear any sound when I make or received any call and also facing touch pad issue in corner side. Touch pad also not working properly, I already raise this complaint with in 48 hrs. to replace this defective product but Homeshop18 agent give pathetic & wrong resolution on it. nobody will come to pickup this tab & company not able to re- arrange the pickup my question is when i will get my replacement.         I have ordered a product from homeshop18.com Order No. –[protected] dt 10-09-15 & Sub Order No. –[protected] of Item PENTA 17.78CM QUADCORE 3G CALLING TABLET Blue. Price Rs. 5, 999/- As per the retail invoice no TARA/15-16/466053 DT 11/09/15 by Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana MODEL 704Q3G-BLUE, But I have received wrong model WS704DX which market price is only Rs.3000/-. After complained Home Shop18 customer Care On dt 20/09/15 ( time 10:30 AM to 11.30 Am ) not ready to exchange and He saying if we send a Stone you bound to received the same and pay the money. Another thing As per terms and conditions on your invoice “In case of receipt of a damage/defective product please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the good” But my case is not damage or defective product . So please look into my case and solve the problem ASAP. Because its intentionally done by your company. Also this issue will be published by local news paper for public.

          One year back I purchased a combo of shirt peices and got a watch free with that, during the show the anchor claimed that it's a US Polo watch now when my trusted watch mechanic saw it he assured me that it's not original.. It's China made... Why to do such fraud with the customer?? Next time I ordered 2 nightware peices one I got as per my order but 2nd one was different.. I complained they accepted too and asked to courier it back along with the receipt of charges and sent me the address also but my courier came back as the given address was wrong... After that they automatically closed my compliant...very bad experience...

            I bought spice mobile(10/9/2015) order number[protected] this stuf i saw on home shop 18 in tv and my close close and dame close person i took it and she to loved id as she dont use cheap range phones as a gift from me she took the phone and started using it and when i called her, the dam phone sounds like china phone with background noice in the phone we both changed the sim and also the issue is same, when call to care and asked for it say me to go to service center, all o[censored] (y the i go to service center when its new mobile which is not 3days old, ) to see service center and the care person is to cleaver giving all the service centers in my neighborhood, i did not get 1 point if its 3 days new phone y the i shod go to service center if i bought the phone from u, big home shop 18...**********complant number[protected][protected]

              We received defective product, company told us to courier back, we did it by paying Rs.1025, submitted all the required documents, but company did not replaced it. We returned the product on 10th August 2015 but till date no response. Compay is saying that they did not received the product.

                I recd. one crystal 6 in 1 food processor and roti maker from homeshop18 on 22.9.2015.Motor of food processor is not working and roti maker"s top lid become too hot to touch. it is therefore requested that the products should be replaced.                   I ordered a product on 01/08/15 Trendy Trousers - 2 Ready to Wear Trousers by BSL Suitings + Belt-32 (order no[protected] Since the size 32 was not fitting in size. So, I went for replacement of the order with 34 size of the same product. Reverse Pick up delivered for your order. on Saturday, September 5, 2015 But the replacement order was also of size 32. (Replacement order no[protected] So I once again initiated a replacement request for size 34 product and I put a complaint letter in the reverse pick up package. Since when third time when product was delivered I was out of station, so I requested my friend in the office to take package.(Replacement Order no[protected] In my distant dream I had never thought that even third time they will sent the same 32 size product. When I returned back from outstation I opened the package on the same very day, I was surprised to see that the same 32 size delivered this time also. I had wasted my ample of time and mobile bill to follow up for the correct size replacement. Now it has been told to me since i have not raised the replacement by 48 hrs as per HS 18 policy nothing can be done. How can I be if I was at outstation ??? This is worst shopping experience I have faced so far ...

                    I had ordered penta 3g calling tab on 14 august 2015, after 8-9 days I got wrong product and after discussion with company Custer care executive I had sent the wrong product through courier also sent request for right product. But again company sent me wrong product and they said for return. So again I have sent the wrong product to home shop 18. But now they are saying that product is out of stock so they cannot send the ordered product also as per company policy they will not refund my paid money. Now I am feeling feaked by company. So please do the needfulness.

                      I have called to homeshop18 customer care and asked for Philips shaver for men. Executive listened incorrectly and ordered philips epilator for women. I have mailed the product pic within 48 hours and state all the problem in mail. However they called me and advised me to search the voice logs in order to resolve the problem, till the time i need wait. After 2 days they called and inform me they have checked the recording and product is delievered correctly. When I asked them to provide me recording, they simply denied and said can not share internal data of Company. That is clearly shows there will not to serve the customer.                         I have ordered a pack of 5 chiffon sarees from brand zoha from Home Shop 18 0n 16/09/15. The ordered sarees reached my home in Bhiwadi on 19/09/15. to my utter surprise, the sarees which were shown on screen were entirely different from what were delivered to me. I want to get back my entire money, the sarees are so bad that I cannot even imagine o[censored]sing or gifting them, and the colours and designs they were showing on tv were all different. This is nothing but cheating and exploiting the feelings of the customer. pls take some positive step as early as possible.

                              HomeShop18 online shopping portal is causing a lot of harassment to the customers by selling defective products and maintain a very low standards in their packaging and shipping. They charge the customers the shipping charges for the ordered products. However, they do not pick up the defective products sent by themselves. The customers have to bear the pain of sending them back the products. And they do not fully refund the shipping charges borne by the customers. They make fake promises about the refund of the shipping charges and spend months in solving the cases. HomeShop18 is worst in its service and quality and their terms and conditions.

                              HomeShop18 team commits over the phone about the full refund of the courier charges but they never fulfill. I think there are better portals like ShopCj.com, Amazon.in, etc who have very high standards of shipping and packaging. They refund/replace without asking any questions. They do not harass the customers by asking them to re-send back the defective products. Instead they pick them up and refund/replace very quickly.

                                I received defective products from HS18 and I had paid the full amount and shipping charges in advance. I was asked to send back the products and the courier charges incurred will be refunded fully along with the product charges. But now they are refusing to pay me full amount and agreeing to refund only 10% of the product charges as the courier charges.

                                When i called they told me wedont refund such products .after too much problem finally thry refund .but i have lost 151 shipping charges.kindly return it .learn from flipkart amazon they redund full amount and their shipp charges very low.

                                  I purchased 31 pcs storage set from homeshop18 on 1st of September(Order no.[protected]. They told me it will delivery within 5days (before 6th Sep). But they delivered it on 10th September when we were out of station. Our house care taker received this. When we came on 15th September and checked the consignment. We found 5 of storage set not have the lids. We called the customer care, now they are saying they can’t help on this. You should call within 48 hours of deliver. 1- They delivered it so late. 2- Why the sets don’t have the lids. 3- After service is just zero. 4- Show your policy on TV. People should aware of your policy when buying anything. They delivered it so late we considered it and received it. But our issue they are not even listening. Stop cheating people with this kind of product and service. My suggestion please don’t buy anything from Homeshop18.
