    HOMESHOP 18: Shopping with Home18 was my one of the biggest mistake in life and whole experience is a nightmare. I Had ordered curtains under Order no.[protected] on June 27th 2015 while I was in US and provided a local contact number for Gurgaon. After reaching India on July 4th, started tracking my order and was shocked to know that my order had been delivered on July 2nd at my home . Everytime I called customer care, I was given a new SLA for their complaint resolution . Finally, Homeshop18 executive (Ms Komal from media) called me back after I had posted my frustrating comments on its Facebook page. Again was given a new time line for investigation . On repeated reminders, was told my order was received by some person named Nisar working at my home ( claiming as my contact had advised to give anyone working there ). However, people working at my home refused for receiving of any such consignment . Its Logistic partner FEDEX even did not has any ID proof or contact number of the recieving person except its name ! HOMESHOP18 was not able to accept the fact that FEDEX being the international reputed brand can make any such mistake and keep on saying for the delivery of the products at my home. After a lots of follow up Homeshop18 assured me for the investigation into the matter. Its important to mention here that my home is in a gated community with surveillance facility and all visitors have to record their entry here. Its not even funny, Homeshop18 had put the logistic company and its delivery boy itself for the investigation who have been the Prime suspect in this case. - FEDEX had been giving the incorrect feedback to Home18 regarding it has discussed and spoken to me and matter is sorted out. However, in fact no one had talked or met me till July22nd . - Finally on my reminders, FEDEX sent the delivery boy to meet me around July 23rd and accepted that he had come in the same delivery van on July 2nd for the delivery and had made his entries with the security at entrance of the premises. - In fact, There was no entry in the security register for the date and time and he did not has any answer for it. - On July30th, I received the call from PINDIA (Marchant ) and he tendered the apology for the episode and confirmed me the processing of refund, refund processing was also confirmed by HOMESHOP18 ( Komal ) - As I had to move back to US on Aug 7th, I didn’t have the follow up in this time and Homeshop18 took the advantage of this. - I reached HOMESHOP18 again for the refund on Aug 17th and was shocked to know that the matter has been closed as curtains were delivered at my home to so called Nisar - HOMESHOP18 so called investigation by the prime suspect ( delivery boy) confirmed to Homeshop18 that he had shown his entries in the register and his video of entry to premises to me, so case is closed. - Fact was, there was no entry in the register and even the surveillance of the security is down since last 2 months and could not be played (security is working to get it fixed) . - I confronted the incorrect & false information provided by its investigation FEDEX and once again Home18 has assured me to relook into the matter. However, contradictory statements from its officer (Rajiv FROM MEDIA) was really like a joke. One side he was saying entries has been confirmed in register /video, on the other hand he was blaming it on my community security if there is no entry ! - I also have traced the so called Nisar being claimed as had received the consignment and this poor person has decided to visit homeshop18 office in Noida today along with my brother for the face to face discussions - I am a NRI and was in India for one month vacation . Because of Homeshop18 mistake and the way they handled this whole episode had spoiled my whole vacation . - Attitude, intellectual hollowness of its staff is a severe mental harassment for me and have decided to bring them under the law of the land for this damage now I wish, HOMESHOP18 could have the sense of getting it investigated by its own or by the third party rather than the Local manipulator Fedex office and its delivery boy. HOMESHOP18 customer care is totally pathetic, unorganized and unprofessional. Everytime you call them, have to repeat the same story irresepctive of the complain number . Its media investigation officer and other customer care wing always has the different status of your complaints . Used to admire its CEO SUNDIP MALHOTRA . However, this experience of mine with Homeshop18 services is horrible . I had online shopped for around 5-6 lakhs house hold items during the last week of June from other players including Snapdeal, Flipcart and Jabong. Believe me, every item was delivered with professionalism and without any error except this single order from HOMESHOP 18 !!

        I'd ordered an item from this website and my order number is[protected] and placed on[protected] but it is not still delivered. I'd paid online for the item and it was showing me that my order will be placed within 11 days. I tried to track my order but it is showing in Noida for the last 5 days and information regarding my order is not updated. CCE are also not providing any details and not talking in a good manner.

          Sir, I had ordered the above mentioned phone from homeshop18 on[protected]onlin shoping)after seeing the add on television which looked attractive. Two non-functional phones were send to me on 02-04-15. I immediately contacted customer care and advised them to replace the phones. On 9-04-15 the phones were replaced and two other handsets which were also non-functional.I again complaint but this time customer's care response was not prompt and satisfactory.On reporting they told us visit their authorised TRIO service center (Gurunanak mobiles ghoda nakkas Bhopal).The handsets were kept in possession by the service center for one and a half month without any results.On 15-08-15 when i visited the service center he threw the phones in front of me and told me very rudely that he can not do anything further and handed over the defective phones to me saying contact customer care.Now I am in possession of two defective phones send to me by homeshop18 and chances of thier replacement/repair is very remote. Customer care has taken a silent stand as they have received full ammount.The handsets are in warranty period therefore i shall be very thankful if you kindly arrange to resolve this problem as i have been cheated by homeshop18 SK CHAKRAVORTY BHOPAL [protected] shubhrachakravorty.[protected]@gmail.com

            I purchased zoha fabric 5 suits in rs1599 from homeshop18 .. these all suits are of poor quality...my tailor said me not to stitch them bcz they will slide frm ur body and also shrink, , , im not satisfied wid all...nd i can't even give them to any1 as a gift..they are all useless for me... i want u pls refund this material...nd u gve 1 purse also of very poor quality, , , pls refund asap... ordering date-7 aug received-thursday

                I bought a pentax tablet from homeshop 18 and then same was not allowed to be opened by the courier boy before making payment as per their policy. On opening the package it was found to be seal broken and defective and so complaint was raised promptly. After almost a week was told to return the tablet to be vendor and then wait for their response. MOST BAD CHEAT COMPANY

                    Last month we buy a Mixer Juicer Grinder, when we ordered they said three jars in the product but after receive we found two jars in the box. Same day call customer care, booked a complaint said matter, Complaint No :[protected].customer executive said we receive said shortage product within two /three days. Also we have call recording when we booked the product. But now they are saying another word. So I humble request please help us.

                      Hello, I have purchased a Speed Master Puma Shoe from HomeShop18 on 16th July 2015, that I got in 3 days on 20th July that was great, but unfortunately the size wasn't correct, I requested change of size on 20th of July, and for the same, they booked a return on 21st of July, in between they sent us a fake message saying that there was a pickup attempt, which is not true, the security in our flat doesn't have any entry for their visit. Today is 3rd August, I have called more than 5 times to them, they always say there will be pick in 2 days, but it has not been taken yet. I request you to please take a strong action against them, I don't want the product and want 5000/- compensation for harassment and fake arrangements they did. My order number is[protected] Thanks.

                        i have purchased a penta 3g callingtablet with keyboard call pro 3g-red from homeshop via suborder no[protected] which was delivered to me on 16july2015 by order no[protected].

                        within 10days when i tried to switch on the un used tablet it is

                        not starting .the screen is totally dead.no battery charging indications also.no light is coming in the screen inspite of pressing the switch on button.
                        i have paid cash of 4999/+courier charges for this3g calling penta tablet.inspite of calling homeshop18 several times for remedy i was given all wrong numbers.for the past few days complaint registered number is[protected].kindly help
                        i feel homeshop 18 is cheating consumers by selling substandard product on their site and now for the repair they are asking me to contact service centers which are responding that we do not deal with penta complaints.

                          On 10 july i had make order of 2 mobile micromax x1850 but gave only one mobile and battery.The product delivery on 14 jully but company does not gave full product so, i had complaint on 14, 15and16 july continously.Company return product on 23 july and replace on 30 july{today}.Now same problem the company gave only one mobile and one battery without any accesries[headphone and charger].Ihad pay for two mobile 1700rs on 14 july but homeshop18 gave only one mobile.

                                We bought roti maker from homeshop18.com by viewing advertisement on television, we ordered by paying cash on delivery and due to death of our relative we was not able to open the package, when we came back and opened the package we found the package was incomplete roti maker came without the handle. and when tried to complaint the homeshop18.com and with their pathetic 48 hrs return policy they didnt entertain our compliant and kept on saying we cant do anything, they kept on giving the 48 hrs policy reason, there must be a solution to this after 48 hrs policy and in genuine case they should help the customer are they free? after delivering incomplete or defective product there must be some remedial channel for that? we requested for delivery of additional part which was missing or replacing it with new one but to our misery they kept on giving us the number of third party seller why would third party seller would entertain my request, it is homeshop18 duty as they are earning comission on selling every product it is their vicarious liability date of order:- 14/07/2015, date of receipt 22/07/2015, we contacted them on 25/07/2015 Our order number KNM/15-16/18229 Product:-Smart Life colored roti maker-red we paid Rs 1499 on COD resolution:- help us get the additional part or replace it with new one Regards

                                  Home shop18, We have ordered for Philips hair dryer model No. HP-8120 Product code no.33039915 cost Rs Rs. 995/-. On date 10/07/2015 through Aramex corrier we have received a parcel and forund that wrong parcel has been send to me. Invoice detail is for Philips hair dryer but inside of the parcel we has get Philips nose and ear hair trimmer. Complain has lodge same day through complain no.[protected]. According to your massage we have send the product through Overnite parcel service (overnite express ltd.) on date 18/07/2015. According to corrier service they have delivered the parcel on date 20/07/2015.We have enquiry many time to Homeshop18 but every time reply get that parcel detail is not available to us. kindly solve the problem.                                       On 15.07.2015 I ordered for Rose collection-3 Digitally printed double bed sheet sets by Signature (pack of 3) vide order No[protected]. The delivery was effected on 16.07.2015 vide AWM No [protected] and payment of Rs.2368 was taken by the delivery boy. On opening the pack only one bed sheet and two pillow covers were found in it. A complaint vide No[protected] was lodged on[protected] on 16.07.2015 regarding short supply. A few days later the pack was taken back by the company executive for replacement. On 23.07.2015 a fresh pack was delivered at our residence vide AWB No[protected] for reference No[protected]. To our disgust again only one set instead three was found in the pack on opening it. A fresh complaint vide No[protected] was registered with the company. This is how HomeShop18 is deceiving the public. It is total fraud. I have requested to collect the pack and refund my money back as soon as possible. I have been placing online orders with M/s Flipkart, Snapdeal & Amazon but have never had such bad experience of fraud and deceit.
