Dear sir, I purchased one penta 3g calling tablet with key boards, Call pro 3G Blue against your bill no. TARA/15-16/413375 Dated 01/09/15 and the same we had received at my address on 05/09/15. On 09/09/15 evening this was creating problem then at once we had informed to Home shop 18 and my complaint no. is[protected], and as per instruction by your technician i went to your service center SCO 38, Sector 11, Panckula yesterday on 13/09/15, But he did not give replacement and deposited for sending factory.       Respected Sir/Madam, I have made a purchase (order number[protected] from homeshop18.com on 05/08/2015 and received the same on 10/08/2015. Product received was short in number(i.e 33 against 51 items) and even USED. I complained them about the same by raising ticket #[protected]. Also I called their customer care and complained about the same talking to their customer care representative and their senior Srijana as per whom I am asked to send it back to the vendor (zaveri pearls, ami dhruvi mansion, glass bldg, near zania apt, opp old river bridge, behind old shagun hotel, next to jain sthanakwasi uprashray, navagaon, dahisar(west), mumbai-400068) and my amount will be refunded back after receival of the product at vendor's place in 7 working days after Quality check which is to be done in 1-2 working days. I processed as said and they received my product on 14th August 2015 as per courier details from The Professional courier docket no.YTL1162383 while As per homeshop18 they received it on 15th August 2015. Since then I have called them speking to their seniors Mahendra (on 14th Aug), Deepti(on 17th Aug), Prashant(21st Aug), Harsha(on 4th Sept.) and today Ajay(i.e 10th Sept. 2015). Prashant promised My refund maximum by 3rd Sept. 2015. On not receival of the same I called and spoke to Harsha to learn that my product reached them short with 2 items. On asking number of items received she said 51-2=49. Now if you refer my first ticket (3rd line from top) it is clearly mentioned 33 items and they have received 49. From 15th August 2015 till today 10th September 2015 I am following up for my refund and getting answers there is a dispute and you will get a resolution in 2 days however resolution does not mean refund but next date for same procedure.

But when I got this product I have not got designer watch. when i call homeshop18 they tell me they will provide me gift "coupen " in behalf of designer watch.But still they dont provide me this.           I bought one suit from Home shop 18 16th August and the Headquarter in Noida. They sent me the defective material the cost is 1668.00 Rs. I asked them to replace it on that time they told me that they have to replace piece for that suit and i told them to refund my money, but they didn't confirm anything and when we called after 4-5 days for purchase another suit instead of that one, on that time they told me that we already make your cheque. They didn't confirm any thing that which name they need to put on cheuqe and my husband told them that kindly make the cheque by ( don't want to disclose the name) he told them the each spelling of the name, Nest day i sent them the mail that kindly make the cheque by __________ this name, but they sent me the wrong cheque on 31st August. I called them on the same day and they told me that i need to send ID proof . Next day, i sent them the copy of PAN card to them and they told me kindly wait for 3-4 days and now its 9th September 2015 and i am still waiting for my refund cheque. Kindly help me to out from this situation, i will never buy anything from their website and their channel should be closed. They always shows expensive and cheap material in their website and channel . I prefer to all customers, kindly do not purchase anything from homeshop 18, They are selling soha ali khan collection very expensive of Rs. 1599/-, bought that suit only of 1200/- from fashion and you and i purchase many suits from their website, they are selling very good quality and they do not have the channel but its very good. Customers should take one experience with them.

                This is Priya, I am very much unsatisfied with the service provided to me representative. I have ordered 3 Readymade Mafatlal shirts - L size on 28th August and the same delivered on 1st Sept. The problem is that I ordered that shirt to my friend as a gift and for an emergency he was out of city, yesterday on 6th sept he went to home and try that shirt and the size is too long. I am aware that the replacement policy is under 48 hours. But what if we gift the product to someone and he is not in city to try it out. If you check my order history, I have ordered 3-4 products from homeshop 18. I was the loyal customer of this site but now they are not ready to listen my consern. What should I do with that product now, Am I wasted my amount.

                  I order Spice Mobile Xlife M5 (Silver Colour) on 12 Aug' 2015 (Order No:[protected] which i received on 15 Aug' 2015 but with Front and Sides of Mobile Phone in Golden Color, Back Panel in Silver Color and Flip Color in Silver Color. I register complaint regarding same on HS18 Customer Care and i was asked to email the pictures of defected parts. I did that and then i was asked to send handset back and they will replace the handset under New Order No:[protected]. I received this order on 24 Aug' 2015 but with same defect. I again call HS18 Customer care and inform them regarding repeated defect. My call was transferred to number of executives and i also received several callbacks and at last i agreed to send the package back for replacement under new order No:[protected] which i received on 2 September' 2015 but again (For 3rd Time) with same defect. Every time i called HS 18 Customer care i was asked to pack and send the handset back and they will replace it and i was given surety that this time they will ensure that right item is getting dispatched from their end but this is for 3 rd time i get same defected and getting harassed from HS18 since last 20 days. Today when i again called HS18, they are again having same replies for apologies, sending handset back etc etc.

They give address of spice mobile service station. I give my mobile to service station and service station send the mobile to spice company. I phone to company and they told me that the model parts are not available in company. I told this matter to homeshope18, but they are ready to accept this matter and support about it.                       My mother had ordered a pair of jeans which was being advertised on TV. They advertised that they will send blue jeans. When the guy came to deliver the goods, my mother wanted to check it before taking the delivery but that guy refused to get it checked and threatened my mother to give the money. She did the same as she was alone and is aged. When I got back in town, I called their customer services and wanted to complain and get the jeans replaced. They bluntly refused that they will not do anything and neither would they take a complaint against it as their policy states that the customer needs to call within 48 hrs of delivery and I called after 72 hrs because I was out of town. I even told them that I would approach consumer forum but they said that I can do whatever I want and they will not do anything about it.

                        I have purchased Hennry Hudson shirt from HS18 & i ordered on 14th August, It was been communicated that i will receive this order within 6 days. But even after so many days i received the same on 24th August, After receiving i seen that it was not for my size so the very next day i asked for replacement, Then executive came & pickedup the order. and customer care executive also told me that i will get XL shirt order witin 6 days. I calledup today to toll free i.e 28th august, executives are telling me that we can not proceed your order now. coz this product is out of stock. & Executive Brahmdutt says that he can order similar amount product from HS18, what is this i mean after 15 days they are saying that i can purchase another item, Also they asked for refund my amount, I m not going to tolerate this thing that order is not in stock during these 15 days i mentally haresse so much, I dont want my money after so much wait i want order only, Else i will look for legal option & will claim for big fine. below are my mails which is sent to [protected]@homeshop18.com with my order details Ref. to below trail mail..                           I bought a spice xlife m5+ silver from homeshop 18 by order no[protected] na d invoice no- tara/15-16 . THE INVOICE IS ALSO NOT IN MY NAME. I received the phone on[protected] . when I swith on the phone there is a small white line in the main screen. after using 2 days the screen is totally whiteout and not functioning. when I complain about the same to homeshop18 they suggest me to visit their service center. and service center told me that the the screen is not working and I hav to pay rs. 1800.00 for repair it. I am so upset with the service and quality of homeshop18. homeshop18 is not sending their products by the proper quality check. I want a replacement or repair the same in a FOC basis(Free Of Cost) . else I should go for a consumer case to get back my phone in a proper working condition and the expenses is bear by homeshop18. I want to get the replacement/ repair as soon as possible in immediate basis.

                              I Gaurav Bhardwaj booked order to Homeshop18 on[protected] under order No[protected] for Rs.1068/-(3 ready made shirts size XXL by HENRY HUDSON +maxima watch), So that I can gift same to my father birthday[protected] but same not delivered it was so embarrassing situation for me that I cannot give gift to my father. So I called to there toll free No-[protected] there executive told me it will be delivered by[protected] by when same was not delivered on[protected] I called agin on [protected] on[protected] there executive told me that same has not been dispatched from there side so he raised complaint for same under complaint No[protected] & told me same will be delivered me within 4 days time. Such a very very poor service I have faced from Homeshop18 side with made me so embarrassing that first time I was unable to gift my father on his Birthday.                                 I had order 2 kingston 16gb microsdhc memory card - class 10 from homeshop18 vide order no[protected] and[protected] dated 15 aug 2015 for rs 619/- each on discount basis. On receipt of the product i found that the mrp on the card was rs 550/-. On contacting the hs18 customer care they registered my complaint but stayed me waiting for 2 days. After that they told me that they will refund me rs 64/- with any discount. Which was a mind disturbing and mental harassment to me. This is a mental harassment to me and i want them to refund me the discounted amount which was with the product and no one can pay the mental harassment cost of any one.

                                    The product is inappropriate, The customer service of Home Shop is very rude, arrogant. They will not let you talk to the senior person and they are always keen to tech the customer how to talk, what should be the tone of voice and things like that. Very very Poor Customer Service. They treat there customer like a beggar.
