Hello good morning sir am Raghuveer.K from Balapur x road, which is located in Hyderabad. I am having Honda CB Twister. It is having clutch problem every 2 to 3 months. I am given to mechanic near my area his name shnkar in he told clutch plates gone take new one we don't now what was the problem in bike I went to automobile shop near more super market Balapur x road I bought original clutch plates tha to also gone last time he said total kit change also gone bell. why the problem was coming again and again for that am asking somany shops nearly upto 20km am going asking shops no one saying no. Am saying to mechanic he said he bought bell some other place. Is is working 2months only. Today again am taking new clutch plates. How to solve this. Every 2 to 3 months Rs.2000/- for bike I can't bear. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    My activa 6g showing battry problem on 25th jan 23, send my battry to service center on 3.02.23 but till date they only say please wait it takes time .i also complain on toll free they say it will be replace in one days and close the complain.then i mail to constomer care they give me a written letter to collect battry now no one responding to my call or my complaint

      I purchased Honda Activa 6G on April 2022. Registration No. TN03 8400. Dealer: Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019

      I am experiencing a wired issue with this new vehicle. In last 10 months, I have visited service center Several times for the same problem, the vehicle get completely dead and does not start at all.

      I experience this issue within every 15 days to 1 month. The issue goes like this, it stops while running and does start. I have to wait on the middle of road for 15 mins for the miracle to happen that vehicle get started. After travelling some distance the issue repeats. I dont trust traveling on this vehicle as we dont know when it will stop! and when it will start!

      This issue was explained to the dealer (Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019) and they issue a Job card for rectification and hold the vehicle for 7 -10 days and return to me saying they have rectified the issue and they have not observed the issue again. But this repeats again within one months.

      But this time this vehicle does not last long even for 7 day's. I received the vehicle from service center on 18-Feb. I too paid Rs 998- as a extended warranty amount for this vehicle while receiving.

      This is high time and I am completely frustrated and spent lot of time/money visiting service center leaving my work behind and this causing mental pressure.

      I am looking to have replacement vehicle due to defective product which has not been diagnosed by Honda service engineers.

            I was asked to bring my Honda Dio for scheduled 6th month service by Kumar Honda, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu. The vehicle had run only 1200kms so far. When I took for service today (2nd March, 2023), I was told the estimated time of delivery as after 2 days. Will it really take so much time for a general service? Why should my 2 wheeler, which I need for my daily use should be at service center for more than 2 days with no use or any work to do? If the order of first come first serve or the seniority is followed, who's responsibility is it to ramp up the service staff and provide quick service? The work that will be done in an hour and the work that takes a day should be treated in the same order? Honda India should intervene and take this up seriously.

                I wanted to let you know about the poor service experience I had at one of your authorized service centers, which has left me very dissatisfied with the service that Honda provided. I recently took my bike to the authorized Hamsa Honda service center in Kancharapalem, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, for routine maintenance and repair work. Still, unfortunately, I faced several issues during the service process.

                Firstly, the service personnel advised me of a new repair that needed to be done, which resulted in additional expenses. I wasn't told beforehand about replacing certain parts charged on the final bill. This was an unpleasant surprise as the initial estimate did not mention it.

                Secondly, the service took a lot longer than expected. It took 15 days longer than the estimated repair time, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

                Furthermore, the supervisor (RAJU) at the service center was unprofessional and rude in their behavior. This added to the unpleasant experience and made me question the quality of service being provided by Honda.

                To add to my dissatisfaction, when I received the bike after the repair, the signal and back red stop lights were not working, the starter switch and signal switch were broken, and my side mirrors were also damaged. This is unacceptable and makes me doubt the competence of the service center's personnel. And I want a prompt resolution for it, or I want to move this case to Consumer court.

                As a loyal Honda customer, I expect higher service and care from your authorized service centers. Please investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate corrective actions to address my issues. Please provide me with a prompt resolution to my complaint.                     I have purchased new Honda Activa from Singla Honda showroom near Vishal Mega Mart, bus stand Kurukshetra. On the first service the work manager at dealership told me that washing could not be done as the washing boy was not available on that day. I understood the problem and after got the service done without washing I came back. But today I called the dealership for 2nd service they replied me to come and get your vehicle serviced. When I reached at dealership they again told me that washing can not be done with same reason. Now I insisted for full service of my vehicle including washing but they refused me for the same and they told me as the washing will be done at free of cost with service hence it is upon our wish washing will be done or not. I left the dealership without got my vehicle serviced. I can get my vehicle serviced from outside on the cost of lost of warranty. It is very embarassing to me and it is very irresponsible behaviour of the dealership. If it will not be improved, This type of irresponsibility will ruin the reputation of Honda.

                        Its more then one month for pending order of front rim. I kept my bike for accident claim at your service center on[protected] but yet they are saying that the rim is in back order and cant say when it will be delivered to us. My bike is idle since[protected] and waiting for rim only. This is not acceptable.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Sir I have purchased Honda CD 110 deluxe bike on 15.01.2023 from Akash Honda (Representative of Sandhya Honda), Bokaro Jharkhand. Due to buying the Motorcycle in the evening, the next day when I saw the bike properly, the old and rusted parts were installed in the Motorcycle.When I told this to the dealer, he said that it all comes like this, there will be no change.

                          and I told the dealer to make my insurance zero depreciation but the dealer lied and took the payment and did not make my policy zero depreciation.

                          Dear sir, Dealer was sells bike by lying to the customer.

                          If there is no response to my complaint, then I will lodge a complaint in the CONSUMER FORUM.

                          Sir I couldn't be more satisfied.

                                Few months before my bike chain was broken and i have changed the chain from hero honda showroom of warje and they fixed the duplicate chain and now bcz of it now i have to change whole tyre. They fixed the duplicate chain in my bike and didn't informed me also

                                  COMPLAINT-ECM requirement

                                  Myself Jigar Padhiyar. I stay at wagle estate Thane. I am writing this COMPLAINT regarding requirement of part ECM for Activa 6g.
                                  I visited nearest service centre because my activa 6g was not starting. As i got to know from service centre executives that ECM is damaged so i asked them to fit new ECM on 09/01/2023(Today's date is[protected]. Service centre executive told me that ECM is not available at most of the parts dealer. No guarantee...

                                  In the recent past i had purchased 2 Honda activa 2 wheelers and i am facing lots of problems with regards to seat lock. Even after rectified by the dealer, the problem still exists by which i am unable to keep the documents safe in the box under the deat. Honda has not done the required research and development before sale and most of the customers are facing this problem.

                                    Handle & Suspension Issue

                                    I buy a two wheeler Honda cd110 October 2021 from Krishna Honda Rohtak but I am facing front shocker and handle issues since warranty period I ask to Honda service engg but they did not solve my issue they are doing just loose my bike handle. So I facing too problem in my vehicle so I request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I make mind for legal action.

                                    I have activa honda 6g model for which tyre warranty is for 3 years ...I had taken my activa for changing tyre in warranty to showroom of activa where they took few picture of my swelling tyre- all over every grip was swollen from inside to outside and it's on the verge of blasting they directed to me to the maxiss tyre dealer without proper information, after that when I went to maxiss tyre dealer he demanded 1200 rs for the tyre change in warranty by saying you have used this tyre for more than a year and the price of the same new tyre is 1400 rs so what am I supposed to do now ?
