I bought a honda shine in aadhi honda showroom coimbatore. They gave me the service manual book which consists 5 free service coupons. On it's backside it contains list of free services that includes engine oil change. But no honda service centres changes the engine oil at free of cost. If you guys can't do it for free why the hell u mention this as free on the service manual. Or u are cheating that engine oil change cost?. I have given service at athipalayam honda service centre associated with aadhi honda.
I have all the documents service manual service bill copy.. If i don't get the satisfactory answer i will proceed with consumer court.

    Its nt online everyday i face probalam from trefic police i pay money to them why and rto agent his nam is rajkumar pal he took more money then rto charges what should i do please help please my family is also shouting and how can i do my work if thare is not registered

      Dealer (SUBH HONDA, KHUNTI, JHARKHAND) doesn't provided the registration number yet and i have purchased the vehicle on 18th October. When i called them to ask about the number they gave me a wrong registration number which is registered to some other person.

          Below 500 km - came for 1st service, found clutch and chain issue, now 3rd service also done. Still they are not fixing my issue.

            Honda cb shine fuel tank cap is no automatically locked after pouring the petrol. I have to press the fuel cap and round the key with other hand. Which should be locked automatically. Please do some thing. My byke is 2 months new. From purchase date this problem had been happened. I told the matter to dealer but they ignore. I think it shold be changed by the honda company.

              I buy a scotty from shiba motors shop address f-585, main karawal nagar road khajuri khas delhi-110094 i want to say after first service starting a problem i by shop side and when i used after that scotty is not working good still now i gaved them around 10 time for service
              But the are not repear properly now i'm feeling very angr and now i have to complain u only 8 moth left i buy this scotty still now my scotty in the shop and thy are taken my rc also do plz give me a suggestion what i shall do. Its my humble request change my scotty and give me new scotty

                Dear customer support team,

                I would want to bring to your notice a very serious matter about the low quality of important bike parts & pathetic service quality.

                Let me start by informing you that i did not research much before buying the bike which met my basic requirement just because it is a japanese make which used to be a guarantee for quality of product & service. I am sorry to say i have been disappointed on both fronts.

                Cutting the long story short my bike (Honda cb shine) tyre (Tvs make) got busted on a busy road couple of days back & thank goodness i was not driving on a highway & was driving at a very slow speed. I took the bike to the service station which was also a place from where i purchased the bike but was shocked to see the rude behavior & complete lack of empathy from the owner of the place. He first refused to do anything but later gave me a letter on his letterhead which said "the replacement". A copy is attached for your perusal. Let me also mention he agreed to give this letter only after i was told him that i was going to register a criminal complaint at a local police station.

                He asked me to visit another place some 12 km away & since then i have taken my bike to various places without any success.

                I want you immediate attention towards this & want you to arrange for tyre replacement & put the feedback to tvs about the quality of tyre. I bought this bike last year in the month of march. I have been using automobiles for at least a decade now but have never ever faced this issue or even heard of tyres being burst like this.

                I would also like to mention the dealer (Malik automobiles) which also runs a service center by name kabir honda in faridabad does not deserve to be an authorized dealer for such a reputed brand. He is utterly rude & completely insane who does not understand politeness.
                I was advised to take this to consumer court but i am willing to give a try by writing to you first & wait for your resolution.

                I have attached a copy of dealers note & my rc copy to give you complete details about the vehicle & let me know should you want any further details from my side.

                Expecting a real fast response & action so that any further damage to the vehicle & my mental peace can be restored.

                  Today my nephew visited one of your showroom in trivandrum, kerala (Evm honda kilimanoor) for delivery of a scooter after full payment in cash, but your dealer compelled to purchase accessories from them a himalayan price of rupees 5000. They refused to deliver the scooter without buying accessories, during conversation one of your staff manhandled my nephew (View cctv footage for clarification-03/01/2018) and removed the keys, he admitted in taluk hospital and referred to medical college trivandrum for further investigation. Is this is the behaviour of your staff towards customers, i urge your attention towards this issue swiftly

                    For service to j. B. Motors pvt. Ltd from there i got a call that the threads of the point where spark plug is fixed to be fixed again as the thread of that perticular is not proper (It mean its a manufacture problem) which will coat me rs.1000.00 which i refused on phone and requested him to change the spark plug where he had not changed i believe. I got a bill of that service which is attached for your reference.in codes i don't know the cost and code that perticural used for spark plug.
                    The boy who took my scooty was told that the thing which we are asking you you are not getting it done, it mean they did the servicing half heartedly still there is a start up issue and while applying break there is a sound of rubbing it mean they had not changed the break shoe.
                    I requested to change the headlight top which is vibrating and reare light cover who's lock is broken they said it's not available with us its in mahroon color.
                    Request the concern to pls intervene and and see wht best can be done.
                    I have copy of bill. If it's required i will produce as and when required in mail.

                      Sir i had booked my honda unicorn bike on 14th october 2017 with the promise of 2 months waiting.
                      Now it is 2 and half months and i don't have any clue, when and if i will ever get my bike.
                      On my last query to you the local dealer contacted me, however as you have closed the production plant, he can not do anything in his view.
                      So i would like a reply from your (Honda) side, why is it that a customer is promised a booking despite you knowing you can never deliver it?
                      I had many hopes with my new bike and was desperately waiting with so many things planned around it, and you guys have left me nowhere.

                        From last six months i am facing problem of fuel pipe broken issues observed three times.in this condition i can not stop petrol leakages due to no access of cock or any arrangement given in vehicle, pl strengthen the design of fuel pipe which causes fire incidents in such cases, yesterday night again incident happen with me i fill the fuel almost 4lts & within 2 min all the fuel coming out in running condition of vehicle.
                        Check with your supplier of fuel pipe manufacturing process or any changes in raw material of fuel pipe.

And company is claiming for average of 60 k. M. Per ltr. Ealier also i did a complaint in honda company dated:6/10/17 form ahmedabad city.                             Hello sir/madam,

                            Subject : concern regarding engine problem detected in newly purchased scooter - mh03cw4293 from dealer - 21honda auto india pvt. Ltd. On date 14/12/2017 and request for replacement insted of any repair.

                            We have purchased scooter (Mh03cw4293) from dealer - 21honda auto india pvt. Ltd. On date 14/12/2017. Post purchasing, we drove the scooter hardly for 150 km when we realized that there is some noise issue with engine and it creating continues sound (Have recordeding) while driving. We have shown this problem to service center and they had kept our scooter at service center to observe problems and return on next day saying it is resolved although it wasn't. When we contacted them back regarding same issue than three times senior engineers (Kiran b kudande) visited our place to check issue and confirm its engine issue to manisha madam. We would request you to look into this on priority and provide replacement instead of repair. We don't want any repair in newly purchased scooter as its looks like faulty vehicles.

                            I never thought that 21 honda showroom (Ghatkopar - mohili village) people will do like this to the buy n not lisent to the complaint. It's to disappointing for me.

                            Kindly i want this issue to be spread overall so people come to know that my problem is not getting solved by 21 honda which is at ghatkopar - mohili village) all the person who use honda bike just share it as much as u can so the seller shown know his responsibility after selling the bike.

                            Still i m having the same problem for 3rd time in my bike and 21 honda showroom person is not ready to lisent n solve my problem and also no mail was sent to their official site to resolve the problem but no reply received and problem not yet solved.

                                Dear sir,

                                I prathamesh londhe have purchased cb unicorn 5 yrs back. I have started facing problems related to mono suspension (Rear shock-absorber) from 1 year. I took my bike to venetian honda and i was told that the suspension is faulty. They informed me that shock-absorber now has been replaced and you wont face any problem now onwards.

                                Later again i started facing same problem after which i again had to take my bike to service center. I received a call from pune head office mr. Abhinandan (Customer care) and informed me that venetian honda will replace the shock-absorber. But venetian honda did not change it saying the shock-absorber is fine. I later showed my bike to two other honda showroom dealers parek honda and pritam honda to clear the doubt. Senior technician experts at both the showrooms mr. Ashok prajapati and mr. Pavan sharma took test drive of the bike and informed me that there is problem in the shock-absorber.

                                Same thing i reported to your area in charge at pune division office mr. Abhinandan. He told me that he will take both the technicians in conference to discuss the matter and told me to wait for two days. I waited for two days but they closed my complaint without even consulting me on 27nov2017 and did not even consult both the technicians as promised.

                                I again made a complaint on 5dec2017 for which they called me, checked the bike and told me to wait till 31dec2017. Again they closed my complaint on 23dec2017 without even consulting me in spite of making me wait till 31dec2017.

                                I want to know why my complaints are not taken into consideration after so many requests. They call few people to check the shock-absorber and later claim that the suspension is okay. It has been over a year that i am chasing honda to repair my bike but they keep neglecting my complaints every time. I have never received proper response from honda. My requests are closed without my consent and without any actions taken. Is honda not concerned about its reputation. I have purchased 4 bikes from honda due to good reputation and serviceability but because of such negligence and irresponsibility i would never buy or recommend anyone to buy honda bikes further.

                                Kindly arrange to settle my problem immediately as this is high time. If you do not take any action on this issue i will be forced to take legal action. Please do the needful.

                                  I have a honda dio kl 21 j 8523 the back wheel had a little shake.. I gived the scooty to venjaramoodu cbc honda showroom for servce and repair on 13.12 17.. And they didnt repair the vehcle. Till 31 12 17. When i visited the show room i saw my veh l s front side of the body part where removed and the new battery which i replaced one week before was removed from the vehicle.. I asked the mechanic then he said. It was removed to check an another scooty... What the hell is happening. We give our veh to autherised agents for safty.. How we trust them if they do such things.. I need explanation. I will report this to the local police i am an armed person.

                                  Show room people are not ready to change speedometer. Now they are telling it is company defect. One year is over you have to pay Rs6000. I think no body should purchase the this speedometer defected wehicle. I hope the company people will respond to my complaint.

                                  I bought a honda scooter from siliguri shanti honda few months ago and when i was gone for the servicing, the behavior of the boy in counter was very rude. i dont expect this type of ruddiness from a renowned company. this is not the first time the same i have experienced from the showroom office when i called for the number
                                  Honda cb unicorn 160 speedometer has not been working properly since I Perchased. Once I complained to company, then in the showroom people attended it. Only they replaced plate of the speedometer at the cost of Rs 600. Even company or dealer did not find permanent solution by changing speedometer. Today also they demand Rs 60000 for speedometer

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I bought honda dio motor cycle on 2015 april. And still, i was serviced my vehicle through, jeevan honda delear service centre only, at madurai tamilnadu.
                                    In the last service, i complaint about the pick up and while slown down the vehicle speed and after immediatly pick up is very less. During traffic, i feel it is very unsafe. I really disppointed with the vehicle service.
                                    Sir, still we are recomend to purchase the vehicle to my friends, but the service centre was not properly supporting us then, people will decide to go for other company vehicle.
                                    So please consider my problem, and give the solution for this.
                                    Expect your valuable reply, and i attacehd the bill copy of that dealer with my vehicel number.

                                    We love honda hornet 160 R pearl white model so much...so we need that in new Bs4 version..is it possible for us to order a new hornet 160 R in pear White colour now?

                                      I put my bike honda honey 160cb in bhuj cargo honda but here not available facility for card swine and 3 times i notes my complaint about tyre in every service time. But i didn't got any positive response from them side. Poor response from service representative person. They taking 2% extra charge on debit or credit card swipe. Service center person intrested only for sell his other products like amc - extra warranty - other items etc.

                                        In sivakasi mukesh honda company arranged a exchange mela from 27 dec to 29 dec.in this mela i was engaged. My shine bike is 2013 oct model. One appraiser of honda company appraised my bike rs. Just 14, 000 /. Only. I asked to him, sir it is too low price. He replied to me sir honda shine bike have not resale value and 2013 models were failure one. So we consider this rate. Is it true? I asked again, then how can we exchange your vehicle...
