Given a minimum of 3 to 4 times in diffrent service centres in bareiily from sai honda to sheel kishan honda tried every service centre but was of no worth. Even brakes were not tighted in the service. The rpm is also not treated as i have given my scooter gotten as it was. My no. Is [protected]. I want to comolaint against the irresponsibility of service centre due this my scooty slipped once due to low brakin power.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I, (Mr.R.Jayabalu ) have purchased 2 wheeler (New vehicle) of the Model Honda Activa 4G BSIV – purchased on August 2017 from Keerthi Honda at Hosur-635109, Tamil Nadu (Dealeer code : 100001)
    Vehicle No. TN70 W7576 bearing chassis # ME4JF507HHT535632 & Engine # JF50ET5531890.
    The down part on the left side of the engine case got hit by a small stone as the vehicle was on a slow running. I find this as a fault in the manufacture as, I believe the quality of HONDA cannot be so poor, hence I request yourself to look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.

    Immediate action shall be appreciable.

      Not sure what happened to honda services nowdays.. Today i done service of my honda activa 3g from rohan automative, old sanghvi, pune. However service center did not gave me a printed bill and when i asked for charges which was applied on my bill he said please come tomorrow we dont have time now.

      I had never seen such a bad service and it wasn't expected from honda atleast.

      First thing service center should not provide manual bill and second thing applied so many extra charges in my bill.

      Please resolve my concern and refund extra charges which was charged from your service center (Cond, replace break shoe, etc)

      I hope you will address my concern on priority.

        The dealer has given me malfunctioning tyres, wherein there are alternative metal stickers used to balance the tyres for my brand new bike and also they behave in rude way. They have charged me for all the accessories with the bike but have not given all the accessories. I am attaching the picture of the tyres. The dealer behaviour was very rude. I am attaching the pic of both the tyres.

          My bike is one of first bikes saled in kerala
          And the hornet 160r is a worst bike. My bike don't have mileage more than 30 kmpl.30 kmpl at below 50 kmph. And also have missing and lagging. I need suggestions. What do i do.. I going to tell everyone to dont buy hindi bike for sure f_k ing bike. If you help me i will promote u. And am the founder of hornet group called team x bees

            I purchased activa i before 6 months and after some days it noticed that contractility of glass is actual as from manufacturing defect. It was not wrapper contractile which i assume before and also everyone from staff of dealer. I complained in showroom but they have no sense to solve my issue. I am very disappointed by service (By avadh automobiles) and product (Activa i).

              I purchased honda unicorn 150 cc bike from jsp honda showroom which is located at padi, chennai on 23rd oct 2017.
              I am getting frequent issue like chain spracket, speedo meter lens, engine oil leakage. Even though, i complaint in the showroom service center, they are not rectifing the issues, also not taking it seriously. I really fed up. Kindly replace my bike or refund my money.

                I have purchased honda dream yuga from swastika honda showroom shekhpur unnao
                On date 30/03/2017. But yesterday when i am on the way suddenly i got jerk and i found it's back alloy wheel damaged. I am shocked how it happened. But i want to know that honda is a very reliable company so how can they use such a poor quality alloy wheels
                I immediately want that alloy wheel should be replaced by you without any cost

                  I have raised a complain to replace by activa 4g silencer on icici insurance however their is no replacement done yet since 25days of the complained lodged.
                  Staff only say that it will come and no response properly yet, details are already filled in the form and i have been their twice still no response. I would like the officials to take action against this complain.

                    I wanted to make sure that the dealer of honda in palakkad "am wings" is fooling the customers. We have a trust on honda bikes and scooters. The service we get from am wings is too bad! The response we get after a service from the bike is too not satisfying. They have charged me 3400 rupees on my 5th service on my bike cbr 150r. They have changed chain sprocket and the engine oil. Now i get troubles shifting my gear. The vehicles condition got worser than when i gave it for service. I wanted to make you inform that the service for cbr is too bad in am wings and the reputation of honda goes down because of am wings.

                        The depot placed in munger near konark cinema bihar -811214 working personal in this depot is not able to give a good smile to customers if about bike. Even accessories faulty can be seen in front of customer and dealer but they can't get responsibility that what to do instead blackmail customer.
                        Huh they telling they can give a written about bike it will be seen faulty in next 5 days. If this is customer satisfaction or working person problem or the company.
                        They simply telling customer is not good. Even i already have another honda shine for 4½ years and there is no problem from bike and my driving..
                        I complaining just because my hurt feeling about.

                        Hornet 160 carburetor is over flowing and my fuel tank had also been junked and its engine was also giving us sound problem and I run my bike only 11000km in 1.5 yrs it still under warranty

After that data i have visited to showroom several time for the original invoice & insurance but showroom team told every time system problem. Till date i haven't received both invoice & insurance from showroom.

                            I have buy shine sp bike in october 2016 and from that time i found engine oil leakage at engine head and it replace from honda 6 time in 1 year with chargeable basis but still problem persist.

                            Now from 10 days i have complaining to honda but they only get complaint and not given any result.

                            Also service manager says "it is minor and all vehicle have issue so ignore it". So i have just say please give me same as writing on honda letter head, and then he refuse for that

                              I have done servicing of my dream yuga at Sai Point Honda thane since I was not there for many days and not used bike for 3months I thought of doing service done before using it and they have made my bill of rs 3600 for service by changing many parts .honda is such a nice company to my surprise I have to change many parts within 4years.when ever I do servicing they make my bill higher.

                                I own a activa 125 and i always use to have my service done by honda agency in jalandhar cantt.

                                But, at every service done by them. I found many instances where service done is not satisfactory. Last time i had my service done is this month only where my number plate was loose and can be seen clearly whereas they simply ignored this discrepancy and returned my vehicle as is. Also, my vehicle's engine got stopped working many times immediately after the day of service. Every time i face many problems after the service.

                                This is nothing but simply the case of pure negligence. I want honda to look into this and take required action asap. Thank you.

                                  I serviced my honda shine yesterday 16 jan 2018 at service centre dhayri. There are lots of problem i suffering service is worst, they literally not clean carburetor, plug is black not check by operator, my vehicle is stop in every 2 -3 km. Service centre is in my wings dhayri pune, 411041. No roadsite assistance is available please solve my problem

                                    I was purchase a new honda hornet 160r in may month but after buying the bike i faced problem with gear assembly. after doing many servicing from honda authorized service center the problem is not resolved.. i want to complain against this bike manufacturer but the dealer and honda authority was not take it seriously. but my problem is same till date i was spending more or less 20000 for this same problem but till the problem is same form the date of purchase.i need proper justice.. As per they said i was spent money as like water but problem is not solved till date. I want this bike to be replaced with new one... please give me a proper justice as per the rules..

                                      I have a honda activa 125, i received a sms from honda, that 3rd service is due kindly visit nearest service center by 17th jan and i visited alankar honda, service center patna city, and they said that 3rd service has lapsed i showed them the sms and they reacted in a very unprofessional manner which was was not acceptable and asked me to leave. Kindly take some action and suggest me what to do for 3rd service.

                                        We visited raj honda (Patiala, sirhind road) for service, they did not wash the activa properly and behave very rude with us. This is very pathetic, we take an insurance from there belongings and they put us in a wrong hand (Capital first insurance company) they charge us wrong always and raj honda is not taking any action from last 1 year and guide us always wrong for clams. M fed up and need justice else i will give go to consumer court and file a case against them..
