Dear sir/ madam,
Subject: regarding problem in my activa 4g.
My name is mr. Nagesh bhikaji mayekar and i am from sindhudurg - maharashtra. I have purchased activa 4g from your authorized dealer laxminarayan honda, kudal (Sindhudurg - maharashtra) on 30/05/2017.

Details of my vehicle mentioned below:

Model (Model code): activa 4g.
Frame no. : me4jf507dhu165324.
Engine no. : jf50eu5164711.
Colour: pearl amazing white.
Vehicle no. Mh - 07-af-3354.
Salesman name: mr. Pradeep desai.

I am facing major problems in my vehicle since i have purchased the vehicle from dealer laxminarayan honda, kudal. I have asked dealer several times to rectify the problem but still i have not received any satisfactory solution from them. I am just repeatedly visiting your service centers but still my problem is not resolved by your dealer, i have visited approximately 7-8 times to laxminarayan service center - kudal but your service center repeatedly fails to provide good service and resolve my problem.

The service center distance from my residence is 40 km. So if we calculate visiting cost then approximately 800 to 1000 km. I have wasted in last 7-8 months in visiting your service center and also 10-15 working days i have wasted because of these issue.

I have already 2 honda vehicles which are really good and i used the same more than 30, 000 km and 5-7 years. Because of these trust i have purchased third vehicle but i am totally disappointed due to these issue.

My queries:

1) why the vehicle has been allotted to the customers without pre-test.
2) why there is fork, front wheel, weight set clutch replacement in brand new vehicle? Which raises question on quality of honda?
3) reason for not treating customers in proper manner?
4) as senior technician from laxminarayan honda said “in a very rare case one vehicle may be faulty.”
5) is the statement true?
6) if the statement no. 6 is true then why can’t you replace the faulty vehicle with new one?
7) even after 4th free service there are many problems in a vehicle. Then why you don’t replace or treating my matter on seriously?

Please treat my queries on top priority and provide me satisfactory resolution on the same.

My request you to:
1) either replace the faulty vehicle or fully refund me the amount.
2) i should compensate for the precious time and money suffered till today.

Please take proper action on top priority considering all the above.

    I bought honda unicorn 160 on jan 2017. Yes the bike had many problem. But i complaining for digital meter stopped working within 6 month. When i took it to the showroom the service people told that two button missing in speedometer.
    While took from the showroom itself there were no button in it. Ok if it supposed to be two button whether someone can remove it. Its the way built a 90000rs bikes. This how the quality of your parts. I too have apache it also button in speedometer it was sealed. How could person take it. I regularly servicing my bike salesperson should look into it and should noticed me about it. Now it stopped totally. The bike is under warranty i complained but they told it cost 6500rs. See how they made cheap speedometer and if i buying it and again if someone remove that button wat again i have to buy it. Its ur fault making such speedometer are manufacturing defect.

      Iam bhanuchander, i had brought honda unicorn in hyderabad when these two states havent separated. I was doing all my amc in honda showroom. Now at present i brought my bike from hyderabad to srikakolam (My home town krishna district ghantasala mandalam). There we have servicing at chalapali near by my village. When i had appoarched the servicing centre they are declined to do so. Its a humble kindly change my amc from hyderabad to chalapali for servicing my bike in future also. Kindly do this favour from my end.

        I was planning to buy honda activa for me. But friend of mine said me that the company has not effective after sale service. As he had bought a vehicle from your company. And had a complaint about it, and then made a complaint no-:1-[protected]. Which has not recovered still now and also had not give n any reply to it. If this is a company policy then should we buy vehicle from you or not.

          Dear sir
          Please refer ticket no 1-[protected]. I have paid more than rs16082/= dated 15.12.2017 vide invoice no 7317 dt 15.12.2017 state code up 09 to g p motors pvt. Ltd. (Honda) allahabad for reparing work of mainly engine work unicorn bike. Bike wasworkin ok.
          But on 22.01.2018 bike started oily emission (Smoke) from silencer.
          Next day i went g p honda and showed this condition.
          Mr misra service incharge and mr dhiraj mechani told that it is due to mobile came in silencer. It will be remove in due course of time. Total running 900km approx. This happend.
          No problem at all as they told me.
          Yesterday, on 25.12.2018 heavy oily smoke coming out from bike. I got the mobile level checked. Surprised to see only few grams mobile in the bike. I have immediately informed mr misra and mechnic concerned. As per their advice 500 gms mobile filled in to save further damage the engine and they have called me to check it. But god knows what will happen?.
          Kindly look into the matter to help me. Because heavy amount invested in reparing on bike. All time i remain in touch with service center.

            Dear sir,

            We have purchased honda activa from universal honda paldi, ahmedababd branch. This vehicle was earlier sold to some mr. Anirudh singh vaghela but earlier customer didnt took delivery of this vehicle. I went to honda showroom for purchasing new vehicle. Universal honda has sold me used vehicle, however i took new vehicle from showroom.

            I received new vehicle by paying full amount to showroom. Showroom has sold an new vehicle and gave delivery to me. I am going to showrrom for past 7 - 8 months as my registration certificate shows that this vehicle is being financed by hdfc bank.

            Then i went to universal honda paldi for acknowledging my concern. I met mr. Binoy thakker (Sales manager paldi branch) he took us an ride for 5-7 months by sayng that this is under progress and didny gave any solution. After being tired for this many months we took it to universal honda head office at lal darwaja branch.

            I am fed up of this. I met mr. Sandeep patel gm sales and marketing [protected] (Universal honda gm ahmedababd branch). He literally shouted on is and said that he doesnt know anything about this case. we were given an brutal experiance by him and he was not even ready to listen to our complain. I dont know why you are appointing such non sense person with this huge name honda (Cheater company) company has cheated us in both mentally and financially and legaly.

            Please resolve this issue in 5 days. Else i will move to. Media and consumer court for the fraudelent practice done by universal honda.

            I am in tremendous mental pressure. This incident has done a lot of financial loss and mental loss. I want this to have proper resoultion of this problem along with the completion of my financial and mental loss.

            If this is not taken care then honda will be responsible for all mental and physical damage in consumer court.

            I need compemsation for this mental harrsament or else take your vehicle and give me my money with interest along with an renumeration for mental harassment.

            I have attached documents for your referance.

              Dear sir,

              I purchase a honda activa 4 g, from innovative honda, ahmedabad about 50 days back. The said vehicle started problems of vibration within 15 minutes of receiving delivery of the vehicle.

              The vehicle is put at the workshop of the dealers for about 8 times within these 50 days, for repairs by the mechanics and also the mechanics from honda company have visited their workshop for this particulars issue, as per information from dealer.

              I feel the vehicle supplied to me is a defective one, since it started problem within 15 minutes of delivery and the mechanics of dealer as well as honda company are not able to solve the issue.

              I required you to kindly help me in getting the defective vehicle replaced with a new one.

                Good evening sir.in eluru honda services centre is not good. The service centre not able to solve consumer problems like. Here it's always water service motor problem.in eluru services centre not able to satisfied 2wheelar bike services like head clean. Engineers not able to refreshing motors service at the level of normal bolts fitting. And his manager also don't know the where the problem occurre. How to solve the problem in motors. Pushing piston clean. Vouchers.

                  I have purchased honda grazzia from kabir honda showroom ballabgarh on 4th dec 2017. But it has been more then 50 days. I have not recived my rc and no. Plate. Once they said they dont know when the rc will come. The showroom people have stopped picking up my phone calls. Its pathetic and biggest mistake of my life to purchase scooty from this showroom. Moerever the showroom people don't handle customer issues like providing documents and bills timely to the customer during the purchase of the vehicle. First they said the bill could not be generated within 2 days and they will provide the bill at my home themselves. When contacted they said will take a week and i have to come to the showroom to pick the bill. Moerver i have not yet got my complete asssessoriez of the scooty till date. Please see to this matter and resolve it. If possible cancel the licence of the showroom (Kabir honda ballabgarh).

                    I pankaj moni gogoi, purchasing a bike from rahul automobiles
                    Galaxy tower, a. T. Road, naliapool, dibrugarh -786001, assam, on 04/07/2017, tile date i am not received my registration certificate, i had paid r. S 7004 for reg.                           I have honda activa schoote, today i give my schooter for service to honda authorized service center located at hiran magri sector 4 near jain temple. I suggest for oil change, break shoe change and rear lamp bulb.

                          But they only wash schooter and tight the breaks. After sevice schooter run very heavy i check front wheel at home it is jam after service. After service i check rear lamp it was not lighting becoz they not change bulb after my complain for this they immediately change bulb.

                            I purchased one 4g activa from your authorized dealer, suvam honda, saheednagar, bhubaneswar on 11.12.2017. I was quoted with the following price break up which i adhered to.
                            Ex-showroom-rs53425
                            Rto, road tax &others-rs5494
                            Insurance-rs1691
                            Total-rs60610
                            However your price via internet are rs51460, rs3687, rs1500 respectively.
                            Rto and other expenses as per their rc-rs3206.
                            1. May i know why this disparity?
                            2. Barring other break ups, when i inquired about the dispa rity of the rto expenses of rs5494 and 3206, they could only give a hand writen receipt
                            Mentioning as rto & trade..
                            3. How come a trade tax is chargeable to a consumer. If so, why they are not providing me with proper receipts.

                            Please look into the matter immediately, otherwise i will be constrained to move to the consumer court making your company a witness to it.

But within a week my self start was repaired, while contacted the showroom in thoothukudi, tamilnadu they have replied that battery was down. Before 2 days i asked the thoothukudi showroom dealer to replace the battery, but they are not replacing yet. Again they charging battery, i want new battery.

                                After an incident i somehow took the vehicle to the dealership so that it can be fixed under insurance despite of the fact that insurance was done by dealership they asked me to collect the vehicle back by giving money for damaged parts and we'll be getting the money back from insurance company as the policies have been changed since the gst kicked in. I denied that i won't be paying except the file charges and justified charge. They said that you can come back later and then i can talk to manager or whoever i wanted to talk to. As because of some work i'd to leave the town so i thought will talk when i'll come back.in the meanwhile i talked to our insurance agents that they are asking for insurance money from us, so they denied that there are no such policies. Went to dealership again i asked about it they said that they'll give me my vehicle back after 2 days as some d o was supposed to be done then i can take my vehicle home without paying.
                                So, went there after 2 days they denied for the delivery of the vehicle. So asked at honda customer care for the complain and ask if there are any such policies they arranged a call from back end team. Team asked about the instance and hung up the call saying that they'll revert back.
                                It's been 9 days there no revert back from the team. Every time i call customer care they just say-"sir, please wait this case is in our high priority list and will revert you back by 1700 hours in the noon". This is been happening from 9 days.
                                Now i'm so sick of this. Never ever in my whole life will ever purchase any thing from honda and will not ever recommend anyone else to buy one.
                                Kindly help. If you guys can.

                                  Last month on dec 5 i gave my honda activa to your showroom
                                  As the vehicle was facing starting trouble in both self and kick start and other minor mistakes of sounds coming from other parts of the vehilce eg front sheild, etc
                                  I was returned the vehicle after servicing the vehilce
                                  They putted new amco battery newly changed oil and etc things
                                  They charged me around 5500rs
                                  Which i paid by cash and i have the bill against all that
                                  No card payment was accepted
                                  Really shocking
                                  Later after 15days my vehicle got same problem as before i gave it for service like vehilce starting trouble and minor sounds in and around vehice
                                  Now if i show the vehicle the person not responded the vehicle
                                  Telling the battery is not working
                                  I am really fed up by the answers given by them
                                  Please do needful

                                    Hi team,

                                    Today i had discussion with your jsp honda service chennai ambattur supervisor regarding the battery issue and he is trying to convince me that it would be happen for some of the customer and we will recharge the battery and handover scooter. I request him that battery is under warranty and need only replacement battery. He informed that we are using certified battery with exide and amaron. But the faulty battery was place in my scooter and it is not acceptable. He said i will be handling the complaint will close this issue mention that no issue with battery.

                                    On 22nd my scooter was not starting up using automatic, choke, and kicker. I pushed almost 1 km near to local mechanic shop to check the issue. He identify that it was battery faults so i request him to do some thing to start the vehicle and he has charged the battery for less than 1 hr after that i drove my vehicle to jsp honda service they have given me false information and handover the scooter next day with out changing the battery.

                                    I had a word with few mechanic regarding the battery and they informed that it should work minimum 2 years with out issue, ever you drove the vehicle for 14km (Or) 100 km. It is good for the battery.

                                    I do not how you recruit this guy as supervisor.
                                    He asked me the below question.
                                    1. You might turn on the vehicle for long time or indicator might turn for long time.
                                    2. Local mechanic might used non standard device to recharge the battery.
                                    3. We do not have policy to replace the battery.
                                    4. If any issue happen with vehicle we will not replace instead we will try to fix.

                                    I informed to that supervisor that i am using this vehicle for past 8 month, when ever i reached home or office i used to lock my vehicle so i dont think so it will be on for long time.

                                    I have attached the local mechanic who used the device for charging and it has happened less than 1 hr that why i can reach to the service center.

                                    If he checked my battery before then it will show dead and device which is used to check will shown red. But he has charged the battery for whole day and he tested in front of me stating that it is working.

                                    For example: you are spending more that 10000 rupees for new phone and it has 1 year warranty. One fine day it is not working so we used to check whether the battery is charging or not, then try with different adapter to check it is an issue with battery, phone or adapter.

                                    If it seems to be battery issue, shop or manufacture will replace the battery not recharge and given to you.

                                    I do not want to wait till warranty to expired for the faulty battery. If it is more than 1 year i am okay with charged battery but it is less that 8 months old.

                                    Only request i need is to replace the battery and i am expecting some positive response.

                                      I taken new bike not over 7 mounths.
                                      Now i got accident show person said charsis gone charsis cost 9000 & only charsis fitting labour 2000...
                                      Total made 32000...
                                      My question in warranty period not cover charsis free of cost...

                                        Hello sir,
                                        Last saturday i have done my honda shine service at manikonda hyderabad showroom. While servicing i told about my front disk problem and they told, this because of disk pads, and i asked to change the disk pads. Evening i have collected my bike but the problem was still persists. I asked mechanic and he told, pads dong have any issues and we did not changed. Again i asked they what is this sound, they told something was gone, come on monday we will repair. Again i went on monday, now mechanic told, this was because you have done repair at out side so that this is like that... Actually still they don't even addressed the problem and they don't understand the problem. Very very poor mechanics manikonda hyderabad branch has. Please do needful.
