I serviced my cbr150r in viveks honda theni. My complaint about starting problem in my bike due to inexperience technician in viveks honda they didn't rectify my problem. And i make a complaint about the serive to service manager he asked one more day to solve the problem by the next day the same issue what i complaint is not solved instead they broken my bike spares and they blaming owner for breakage. And i spoke to the customer service manager the answer he gave is the same. The service quality is very worst and the answer from staff is unsatisfied and the service time is always late from the expected delivery time..

      I have submitted my activity 3g mh 03 9326. Today morning in kurla west mumbai jhaveri service center i have standerd warrant as i have extended warranty also but your service center people decline after to cover my issue under warrant they said because you did not took 4th free service that's why he decline. This is very bad experience what could be the benefit of warranty. It is very dissponited. You are the numbers 1 in india but this is very bad. I have never recommend to any one to buy honda.         I had bought a 2 wheeler honda product cb shine in jan 2016. I got a problem (Pressure problem, sound problem, starting issue, chamber problem etc) in it from the first month of purchase date. I went to the service centre from where i didn't satisfied by their work because again and again i am getting problem in my vehicle. Your servicing provided by your service centre is worst nothing would be solved or reapired by them whereas they only want money in the form of bill i think now i feeling like harassment. At this time my vehicle is in service centre and they again want me to paid that bill but after this i am going to file a case in consumer court.

          I bhought honda unicorn sep 2015 but from the day1 im facing oil leakage in engine issue whenever i leave for service i used to inform they do but after one week again it will start.. And hebbagodi service center worst.. Speed cant go more than 60km this is also they cant rectify.. I strongly reckmend dont choose honda...

            Dear sir/madam,
            As i visited my nearest service centre at nisarg honda palanpur for 3 free service of my newly purchased activa from surat, i asked them to fix my problem of speedometer and kilometers are not fumctioning, they informed me through call that the meter cable is to be replaced as it is not of good quality.
            So this incident arise some questions about the qaulity provided by honda to the customers. This activa was purchased on 6th june 2017 and the cable is not functioning or damaged. Who is responsible for this.
            I am very disappointed with the service of honda as i have to pay for this now.
            Is it not the matter of money but the matter is quality and service providing by you.

              Hi,

              I am from chennai and purchased honda hornet cbs november month with great reviews but not even 2 months completed from last 2 weeks i faced a huge sound from suspension i left the bike in near by authorised honda service centre. They kept for one day and analysed thoroughly and at the end of the day when i went to collect my vehicle they delayed a lot to attend the customer and atlast they said suspension is gone and they dont have a replacement now and will order and get. This is very worst expirience i had with honda. Previously for past 7 years i had honda unicorn with me the only thing why i purchase again from honda is excellent service and perfect engine and no faults. But now a days and this time with hornet i was really frustrated with in 2 months suspension got damaged and no replacement with the service centre even though my warranty is applicable. I need a resolution for this.

                Dear sir/ma'am
                I had purchased a honda cliq scooty from m/s pooja honda mettupalayam tamilnadu i had given my vehicle for first free service at the service center. They didn't have the courtesy to call and inform the status. I had called them and their executive told me the vehicle is ready but when i reached their venue they made me wait for 2 hrs. Kindly tell your people to be prompt after sales.

                I booked an activa i on 31 December 2017 & they delivered one day delay with many scratches & silencer gaurd were broken in it. Actually I was worked at the same concern as service advisor but this makes my TRUST on Honda to disappear. Please HONDA atleast make customer satisfied...thank you

                  Sir i have given my activa 4g reg. No jh05bw6143 to moonka honda jamshedpur on date 07.01.18 for 2nd free servicing. I am not satisfied with the service, given complaint not attended by centre. Again i consult the service centre on 10.01.18& 11.01 18 but still not attended my complaint, behaviour of service centre staff are very arogent and un sati factory.                     Respected sir/madam,

                    My mother owns a honda activa (Purchased in bangalore in 2003) with registration number ka 05 ef 8528 which i have brought to pune in 2012. I service my active regularly at rohan honda pune, which is an authorised service centre.

                    My right-hand side brake lever was broken due to which i had given my vehicle for service on 28th december 2017. Also, my choke wire was broken and required replacement. All details were noted down by rohan honda. They called me on 31st december 2017 informing that my bike has been serviced and i must come to pick it up after clearing the bill. I questioned them if all problems, including brake lever replacement and choke wire-replacement, have been rectified to which the concerned people replied in affirmative.

                    When i went on 31st december 2017 i was informed that the bill needs to be settled in full before the vehicle is shown to me. As i was in a hurry due to my college project work, i settled the bill that was handed over to me (Present activa bill) and took possession of the vehicle. Only then i found that the issues were not resolved. Upon questioning i was informed that the required parts were not available and would take a few days. I requested them to keep the bike with them due to safety reasons but they refused. I had no option but to ride the vehicle back to my home even though it was unsafe.

                    Later on, when going through the bill, i found out that the bill handed over to me has the correct vehicle no but the wrong details. My bike is silver coloured but in the bill (Present activa bill) is mentioned activa 3g and lusty red metallic with the wrong engine and chassis nos. I am also attaching the earlier bill dated (Previous bill details) as a reference for the servicing done on.

                    I was also informed that there would be a free pick-up and drop for my vehicle for replacement of the broken parts, but till date, i have not received any details in spite of contacting them on and also got a call regarding the service review on. Now i'm unable to drive the bike as it is not safe nor is it being taken up for repair work. I'm very dissatisfied with the service provided. Please let me know how you plan to address and rectify my problems at the earliest.

                    Until then, please arrange for a refund of the amount paid towards "repairing".

                      I sri aswini bikram swain had undertaken 1st free service of my activa 4g at your service center (Kurla) on 23 dec 2017.

                      I had paid rs 553.00 for the same towards engine oil, gear oil, washer 12mm drain and for apply oil on various spots.

                      As far as free service concern why they charged me?

                      I had taken appointment for the service but full day taken for the service and received the vehicle around 2000hrs.

                      It is requested to take necessary and favorable action.

                      I've submitted my bike for claim on 28 Dec 17, but till now I don't get my bike as per dealer parts not available.
                      Now it is very difficult to manage job without bike.
                      Please look into this issue whatever it is and provide my bike.

                          I purchase honda dio from muthoot honda adoor show room.
                          Please note that, during free service they are cheating us and without service
                          They are charging for oil change etc.
                          We are suffering lot due to their bad dealings with customers. So i humble requesting to do the needful at the earliest.
                          I hope you will understand the above reasons for needful action. We are not happy with addor service centers with our vehicles.

                            Sir my scooty is under guarantee. But he is charged full service charge and unnecessary charged by bill no. Dl[protected]. Rs.2585.32. A complaint in front wheel side like jumping from first service. I complaint every time. And these service saying your engineer so problem in chimta. Its not in warranty. I want now why. No any accident so why com problem in chimta. If waze problem so why not complete after service.

                              This is to share my worst experience i had when purchasing a honda shine sp on 17/12/2017 at svm honda (Avadi - chennai). I just enquired whether i could get the bike for an ex-showroom price and i could take care of registration myself. The branch manager said no and wasn’t willing show me any proper documentation on why honda bikes can’t be sold for an ex-showroom price. Instead he just asked me to get out of the office and look for some other brands where they would sell bikes for an ex-showroom price. Can you please address the below points,

                              1) please clarify if honda bikes are available or not for ex-showroom price to the end customers.

                              2) when they showed me the break-up of the total on-road price, they said the tax amount was 5952, but now when i look at the rc book, the tax paid was 5231. This 721 rupees difference is direct cheating by these people.

                              3) in addition to the taxes, they said an rto charge of 980 and i haven’t got any receipt for this 980 rupees.

                              My question is very simple, is honda not selling bikes for ex-showroom price just to make these kind of hidden profits? Or is it the dealers doing this and honda does not have any idea about this?

                                On 23 nov 2016, i buy activa 3g from dealer ap01bc01. There are lot of frauds going at honda showroom's, people who known nothing there are simply getting caught by those frauds.

                                The price will vary from person to person.
                                I bought activa 3g for 66, 663 rupees
                                But for some people it is 63, 000. For some it is 68, 000.

                                There are charging more money for vehicle life tax, permanent registration and temporary registration which is fix for all the citizens decided by the state governments.
                                I asked them, why your charging more than the government prescribed price?
                                She is talking in such a way that there is nothing wrong happened and it seems that i am looking it very big and i am making a issue.

                                Finally i complained to the honda2wheelers india but there is no proper response.

                                But, after one year on 16-nov-2017 the same day light robbery happened, when i went with my friend to buy a bike for him.

                                Again i questioned them, there are saying that "we will not sell to you" and no proper response.

                                Again i complained to honda2wheelers india. But no proper response.

                                The common people, how do not know about this, will think that india government is charging more. It is a bad reputation to the government of india.

                                Here dealer is cheating the consumer.

                                I hope that this consumer complaints will take action

                                  My name is hussain i been to ananda honda sales outlate in hsr layout for test ride of grazia on 9th january morning and they said there is no petrol you come at evening i went there in evening and again they said there is no petrol this is unprofessional way of business i was not expecting this sort of experience at least from honda..
                                  I hope proper action will be taken...

                                      Honda model - honda shine sp125 vehicle no.- od02am6264 rc no.- update later date of purchase:13/5/2017 dealer/service center name and address - gugnaani honda, cuttack road, bhubneshwar problem details - as per consumer he purchased a bike and within one month he is facing starting, sound etc. Problem, so he has serviced it 2 times but same problem persist.                                         I have given my twister bike for service on 05.01.2018 with moham honda pondicherry job card no 4375 and promise to deliver it on 05.01.2018 itself but is not ready on the day and was told will deliver the same on 06.01.2018 on 6th also is given on 08.01.2018 i was told to get the spare my self and them only then can repair the same.

                                        If the case is like this why should we give my vehicle to our autherised service center. I would have given it to road side machanic.

                                        I want my bike to be return to me today itself.

                                        The way of reply received from the service center is relay irresponsibility.

                                        Pls look in to this.
