This is to share my worst experience i had when purchasing a honda shine sp on 17/12/2017 at svm honda (Avadi - chennai). I just enquired whether i could get the bike for an ex-showroom price and i could take care of registration myself. The branch manager said no and wasn’t willing show me any proper documentation on why honda bikes can’t be sold for an ex-showroom price. Instead he just asked me to get out of the office and look for some other brands where they would sell bikes for an ex-showroom price. Can you please address the below points,

1) please clarify if honda bikes are available or not for ex-showroom price to the end customers.

2) when they showed me the break-up of the total on-road price, they said the tax amount was 5952, but now when i look at the rc book, the tax paid was 5231. This 721 rupees difference is direct cheating by these people.

3) in addition to the taxes, they said an rto charge of 980 and i haven’t got any receipt for this 980 rupees.

My question is very simple, is honda not selling bikes for ex-showroom price just to make these kind of hidden profits? Or is it the dealers doing this and honda does not have any idea about this?

    On 23 nov 2016, i buy activa 3g from dealer ap01bc01. There are lot of frauds going at honda showroom's, people who known nothing there are simply getting caught by those frauds.

    The price will vary from person to person.
    I bought activa 3g for 66, 663 rupees
    But for some people it is 63, 000. For some it is 68, 000.

    There are charging more money for vehicle life tax, permanent registration and temporary registration which is fix for all the citizens decided by the state governments.
    I asked them, why your charging more than the government prescribed price?
    She is talking in such a way that there is nothing wrong happened and it seems that i am looking it very big and i am making a issue.

    Finally i complained to the honda2wheelers india but there is no proper response.

    But, after one year on 16-nov-2017 the same day light robbery happened, when i went with my friend to buy a bike for him.

    Again i questioned them, there are saying that "we will not sell to you" and no proper response.

    Again i complained to honda2wheelers india. But no proper response.

    The common people, how do not know about this, will think that india government is charging more. It is a bad reputation to the government of india.

    Here dealer is cheating the consumer.

    I hope that this consumer complaints will take action

      My name is hussain i been to ananda honda sales outlate in hsr layout for test ride of grazia on 9th january morning and they said there is no petrol you come at evening i went there in evening and again they said there is no petrol this is unprofessional way of business i was not expecting this sort of experience at least from honda..
      I hope proper action will be taken...

          Honda model - honda shine sp125 vehicle no.- od02am6264 rc no.- update later date of purchase:13/5/2017 dealer/service center name and address - gugnaani honda, cuttack road, bhubneshwar problem details - as per consumer he purchased a bike and within one month he is facing starting, sound etc. Problem, so he has serviced it 2 times but same problem persist. And service is very poor. So he wants to complaint regarding this. Expected :- wants solution.

            I have given my twister bike for service on 05.01.2018 with moham honda pondicherry job card no 4375 and promise to deliver it on 05.01.2018 itself but is not ready on the day and was told will deliver the same on 06.01.2018 on 6th also is given on 08.01.2018 i was told to get the spare my self and them only then can repair the same.

            If the case is like this why should we give my vehicle to our autherised service center. I would have given it to road side machanic.

            I want my bike to be return to me today itself.

            The way of reply received from the service center is relay irresponsibility.

            Pls look in to this.

              I am rajan kb... I have brand new activa in my wifes name.. Reg no. Kl 39 m 536..
              I have given the vechicle to your service centre at vytila evm honda last 26th dec for a accidental repair & first service... They have given an estimate of 2300.. And they say they will give the vechile on next day... Now they are telling the cost of repair is 4900... They didnt inform the change of estimate... If the cost changed we have to go for insurance claim... They didnt give that chance... Nowaday we till not receive our vehicle... & the behaviour of service executive one mr. Saales is very poor... He didnt pick phones on time... Dont give back calls... We are not willing to give that amount... If they inform us previously we are able to go for a claim... So plse do the needful... Dont force us to go for a legal action... And media... So plse plse tell them to deal the customer as valuable... Hoping you will do the best

                Actually this is all about honda two wheeler showroom and service centre, nawalgarh, jhunjhunu (Raj) 333042. My complaint is all about the behavior of service centre's manager and administrative staff. Their behavior is not customer friendly, they are not paying proper attention towards the problem faced by customer. All of them always found busy in their own panchayat. Workers are good but managing staff is not up to the mark, always showing attitude. They even won't provide me the complaint book. This is not the first time i faced. Pls take a serious note over the issue. Just sell the vehicle and then leave it to customer is not good for universal reputation of honda two wheelers.

Addressed at, at/po./ps. : jaleswar, district : balasore, pin no. : 756032. My purchased scooter bearing model name : activa i, model no. : scv110hh, frame no. : me4jf48, engine no. Jf48e, key no. : p8602, battery code : bae[protected]. I usually service my scooter at this honda showroom's service centre. During 2nd service period they badly damaged the frame part of my scooter. For which i complaint this matter to the appointed workshop supervisor. But they didn't solve this issue. Please help me to solve this issue to maintain the glory of honda company.

                      I bought a honda shine in aadhi honda showroom coimbatore. They gave me the service manual book which consists 5 free service coupons. On it's backside it contains list of free services that includes engine oil change. But no honda service centres changes the engine oil at free of cost. If you guys can't do it for free why the hell u mention this as free on the service manual. Or u are cheating that engine oil change cost?. I have given service at athipalayam honda service centre associated with aadhi honda.
                      I have all the documents service manual service bill copy.. If i don't get the satisfactory answer i will proceed with consumer court.

                                Honda cb shine fuel tank cap is no automatically locked after pouring the petrol. I have to press the fuel cap and round the key with other hand. Which should be locked automatically. Please do some thing. My byke is 2 months new. From purchase date this problem had been happened. I told the matter to dealer but they ignore. I think it shold be changed by the honda company.

                                    Dear customer support team,

                                    I would want to bring to your notice a very serious matter about the low quality of important bike parts & pathetic service quality.

                                    Let me start by informing you that i did not research much before buying the bike which met my basic requirement just because it is a japanese make which used to be a guarantee for quality of product & service. I am sorry to say i have been disappointed on both fronts.

                                    Cutting the long story short my bike (Honda cb shine) tyre (Tvs make) got busted on a busy road couple of days back & thank goodness i was not driving on a highway & was driving at a very slow speed. I took the bike to the service station which was also a place from where i purchased the bike but was shocked to see the rude behavior & complete lack of empathy from the owner of the place. He first refused to do anything but later gave me a letter on his letterhead which said "the replacement". A copy is attached for your perusal. Let me also mention he agreed to give this letter only after i was told him that i was going to register a criminal complaint at a local police station.

                                    He asked me to visit another place some 12 km away & since then i have taken my bike to various places without any success.

                                    I want you immediate attention towards this & want you to arrange for tyre replacement & put the feedback to tvs about the quality of tyre. I bought this bike last year in the month of march. I have been using automobiles for at least a decade now but have never ever faced this issue or even heard of tyres being burst like this.

                                    I would also like to mention the dealer (Malik automobiles) which also runs a service center by name kabir honda in faridabad does not deserve to be an authorized dealer for such a reputed brand. He is utterly rude & completely insane who does not understand politeness.
                                    I was advised to take this to consumer court but i am willing to give a try by writing to you first & wait for your resolution.

                                    I have attached a copy of dealers note & my rc copy to give you complete details about the vehicle & let me know should you want any further details from my side.

                                    Expecting a real fast response & action so that any further damage to the vehicle & my mental peace can be restored.

                                      Today my nephew visited one of your showroom in trivandrum, kerala (Evm honda kilimanoor) for delivery of a scooter after full payment in cash, but your dealer compelled to purchase accessories from them a himalayan price of rupees 5000. They refused to deliver the scooter without buying accessories, during conversation one of your staff manhandled my nephew (View cctv footage for clarification-03/01/2018) and removed the keys, he admitted in taluk hospital and referred to medical college trivandrum for further investigation. Is this is the behaviour of your staff towards customers, i urge your attention towards this issue swiftly

                                        For service to j. B. Motors pvt. Ltd from there i got a call that the threads of the point where spark plug is fixed to be fixed again as the thread of that perticular is not proper (It mean its a manufacture problem) which will coat me rs.1000.00 which i refused on phone and requested him to change the spark plug where he had not changed i believe. I got a bill of that service which is attached for your reference.in codes i don't know the cost and code that perticural used for spark plug.
                                        The boy who took my scooty was told that the thing which we are asking you you are not getting it done, it mean they did the servicing half heartedly still there is a start up issue and while applying break there is a sound of rubbing it mean they had not changed the break shoe.
                                        I requested to change the headlight top which is vibrating and reare light cover who's lock is broken they said it's not available with us its in mahroon color.
                                        Request the concern to pls intervene and and see wht best can be done.
                                        I have copy of bill. If it's required i will produce as and when required in mail.
