I bought honda livo 9 months ago from universal honda viratnagar ahmedabad. Now i have a battery problem. Battery is totaly dead. The quality is totally wrost. I complaint about it in honda service center last week but didnot get any feedback from them. So i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. I suufer a lot. Hopping possitive feedback.     With reference to my complaint *ticket no. 1-[protected] the problem of swing arm is not resolved yet i am totally unsatisfied with service.
    I didn’t bought new vehicle for this i mean when we bought new vehicle we thought that now only we have to take care of servicing time to time but in this unicorn, i am only going to the service station of bgs honda bhopal for one complaint from last three months i am only visiting there regularly but my problem is not solved. Did i make mistake for choosing honda vehicle now i am fadeup of this, the only solution in my mind is to exchange my unicorn 150 with new unicorn instead of that i cannot tolarate this because i am also an employee of private conpany i don’t have enough time to hang around the workshop if the same will not be done i will never ever buy any honda vehicle and i will also suggest everyone not to buy honda vehicle please do the needful action as sson as possible

      I purchased a honda activa 4g scooter on 28.5.2017 from sheel kishan honda pvt ltd, rampur road, bareilly. The details are as below:
      Chasis no: me4jf507eh7144479, engine no. Jf50e75144497, colour: blue.

      From the day one, i am suffering huge starting problem and i have also informed about this during first & second servicing. All the time servicemen told me to as it is common problem in activa 4g.

      Now this scooty became useless for me because of starting problem
      We feel as cheated by buying the same.
      We purchased the same by hard saving & by financing.
      Why not honda activa declared initially that it has a starting problem.

      I bought a HONDA ACTIVA 4G SCOOTY from SHEEL KISHAN HONDA, rampur road, Bareilly on 28.05.2017. Chasis no. ME4JF507EH7144479, Engine No. JF50E75144497, Colour: Blue.
      From the day one, i have been facing huge starting problem with this scooty. I have also informed at first & second servicing. This problem is still exists. The service person told me that STARTING PROBLEM will remain forever in 4G scooty. Now we feel CHEATED by HONDA company & its dealer. I purchases by hard saving & financing, but it is became useless.

        I am facing some problems in my activa 4g from the day since i have purchased. Following are the problems :-
        1. Vibration at the speed 35km/h to 50km/h.
        2. Abnormal noise coming from kick cover.
        3. Condensation in both the rear indicators
        Mr. Govind sharma (Service engineer) said to me all activa have same problem and you want to accept that problem.
        Nothing as such was told to me at the time of delivery of the activa 4g.

        Dealership is unable to resolve any of the above problems.

          I am not able to get disc brake pad set of hornet 160r since 1 month in all the showroom of vadodara. Whenever i call in showroom they tell me part will come in stock after 15-20 days. Due to this the disc of my brakes are damaged. Due to all this things my money is wasted and many times i have escaped accidents due to no proper braking. I just want my problem to resolved.

            I have given my honda activa for servicing in lingampally... Worst experience i had with advisor (Naresh) & manager (Venkatesh) no proper response from them.. No spare parts available i asked spare parts for my activa each and every time they are saying out of stock, maybe it maycome in this week when i call back them about spares (Spare parts incharge) saying i am busy i cant talk now.. They dont call back if i call they dont give proper response.. I fedup with this service center.. If ppl take action it ll b ok if not i will approch consumable court...

              Hello i got my honda dio serviced on (29/11/2017) and i'm not satisfied with the service this was my 2nd free service but i had to paid 360rs for engine oils but i didn't feel good during my ride nothing improved at all. I also have a hero maestro and they provide awesome service to the customer it feels good to ride my hero vehicle after service but i'm not satisfied with honda service they even did not cleaned my scooty properly. I am attaching some pictures regarding my complain. Hope honda will surely take action against this.

                I have handed over my honda scooter mp11 p2401 to radha honda dealership, pithampur (Indore0 mp for service & repairing on monday morning 24th nov 2017.
                Mr. Avishek of radha honda dealership commiitted to return back the scooter within a week.
                Since yesterday we are contineously taking follow up but he is giving excuses for the non-availability of spare parts.
                My routine work is suffering severely.
                I had tried to speak to the owner of radha honda but their staff are not giving the contact detail to me.
                Looking forward for the support.

                  The knob has dimensional dissimilarity. It needs to be changed. I am speaking about the knob of the petrol filling into the tank. My activa 3g is newly purhased and within the warranty period. This problem is a reurring one and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. I am facing this problem everytime i am going to fill petrol. The knob is not fit with the size.

                    There's a huge problem regarding to starting trouble it doesn't start quickly i've to keep kick start when i give to service they say the problem has been solved but by the next day the problem repeats and it doesn't start this is problem is from 2months please solve this issue asap otherwise i will send this regard to police station as there is a bad service regarding to two wheeler service

                        My name is mubarak pasha i had purchased honda shine on 16/8/17 from city honda from frazer town ka 03 jm 6280 i had complaint on my bike but problem that had not solve at all there are repaired three time three hole a day but there are not able to solve the problem what type of people you are keeping in your company this is my old ticket no. 1-[protected] there had closed the complaint that job had completed this is what honda is providing services to customer why are fooling to the customer only you are making money and cheating to people we are not accept this type of services by honda hopeless service and quality given by you this is not fare save your name company and provide proper services to the customer don't lose your name and image of company people are trusting honda don't cheated them let see what type of action will company will take i need my problem solve or refund my money back i had not purchased second hand bike from your company

                          We had purchased a new shine sp 5 gear bike on 15th of november 2107 from jk stationers, srinagar, jk. The bike gave problems from the very first day.
                          1. Heating and smoking at the engine area.
                          2. Continuous shutting down of the engine while riding the bike.

                          We visited the service centre at hyderpora on the advice of the honda proprietor (Jk stationers) but the problem continued with the bike even after the service people had a look at it.

                          Please advice on the future course to rectify this serious problem with a new bike.

                            Respected sir, i had a very bad experience at fortune honda service center kushaiguda hyderabad. Where i gave my vechicle for a minor problem to change the headlight holder, the service person said he will give within an hour then later he said he will give it in the evening. But when went there to collect my vechicle the charged me headlight as well which was working properly, i asked the supervisor (Naveen) to call the person who examined my vechicle while taking it or the service manager, that person started abusing me and began to start threatening me saying that i'm nothing in front of him and was using very bad language. Then later the manager arrived who was very calm and had patience to listen to me and understand the problem. But people like the supervisor is very dangerous for the customers. This would be the last time went to that service center. I kindly request the authority to take necessary actions against the person as i don't want anyone else to suffer as i did.

                              I'm sarath. S an owner of honda cbr 250. (Kl-09 ab 7073). I wanted to mention you that the service provided by ghani honda service centre in palakkad kerala is very much pathetic and irresponsible.

                              My bike had met with accident and i had given it for service in the centre on 13 november 2017 for claiming my insurance but still no action is been taken and is still pending till date. No response is given by the centre.
                              The reason they are giving for the delay is that the parts are not available at the time and the stock is yet to come.
                              I'm in a fix that how can a indian production bike parts is not available and why is it taking delay of this much time.
                              I request you to kindly take strict action on the same and please be kind enough to to the necessary action as soon as possible.

                                  This is manoj kumar. I was purchased my at 10.11.2017. Yesterday (28.11.2017) 9.30 am my vehicle honda cb unicorn 150 given to service maansarovar honda at kathipara service center. I given my vehicle for 1st free service and also given some complaints. At the same day evening they delivered my vehicle. Now i am test drive my vehicle that complaints is not rectified still there is problem. My vehicle number is tn 12 v 8352. That complaints are given below. And they are charged for rs. 370/-.

                                  1. Front fork tight
                                  2. Engine noise for speed 60 to 65
                                  3. Clutch is low
                                  4. Noise from pillion rider side

                                    Had bought unicorn bike on dec 2015. Had been doing proper care and maintenance of my bike since the beginning. Two months back was facing m\engine missing, took the bike to showroom, was told there is complain in the engine head. Repaired it. But after the repair my bike doesnt have the same power as earlier, my friends unicorn too faces the same problem. Its a manufacturing defect. Just want to know if there is a way to repair my bike to its initial condition. Unicorn may be a great bike. But if this particular problem happens to your bike. U can kiss the comfort good bye. Can anyone hep me get my bike fixed

                                      I have bought a new honda activa on 23rd oct 2017 from preetam honda (Jogeshwari - mumbai) and after taking the delivery within 2 days there was a fuel leakage immediately after the start of the scooter. I went to honda showroom and they asked me to go to honda service centre. Both is owner by preetam honda. While going towards to the showroom from my house to collect the registration documents, bike broke down and continuous flow of fuel.

                                      I parked the bike on the road and went to showroom by auto. Mr. Kumar asked me to visit service centre which is in andheri east. Mr. Pawan was first not keen to send the person and finally he agreed to send the mechanic but called the mechanic when we were on the way that there will be a charge for road assistance. Finally after lot of heated discussion, they agreed to service the bike which had a problem with carburetor.

                                      When bike given for first free service, they billed for teflon coating which i requested but while taking a delivery teflon coating was done and i informed them the same. Then i had to wait for 45 minutes to get that done. Now, when i collect the bike after first free service on 25th nov, the bike is not getting start even after using a choke.

                                      - being honda is a knowned brand this people are spoiling like anything. Every one is least bothered about customer and act like a govt emp.

                                      I am really frustrated and really they are testing patience. Can anyone from honda listen to the customer

                                      We use livo last two years, if i use center stand it's very difficult last month I check my bike stand the stand bush lever(welded) is hitting in ground the welded angle is wrong.                                         This is kindly inform you that i am not satisfied with the service of shatakshi auto india pvt. Prabhat market moradabad / west u. Pthe service is very poor.
