Dear ma'am/sir,

I would like to inform you, i have purchased a honda activa 4g dated on 18.10.17 from ratan honda, sai
Ki takiya, agra (U. P.)

When i went to pick up the activa 4g from showroom and when my key was given to me, i inspected that
Activa 4g before taking the key, the sound was coming from the activa it seemed as if the scooter was
Rubbing and this sound was too much. Also i was seeing a lot of gaps on edges in front where we put
Beading and immediate informed to ratan honda staff. I requested to them give me another activa 4g
Because this is not okay and i am not satisfy with this but they did not take it seriously and said
That now too much crowds here. Please come after diwali we will fix it.

And since then i've done several rounds to showrooms and service centre but so far i have not received
Any satisfactory reply from ratan honda. Go to the showroom then they send us to the service centre and
When we go to the service centre they says they don't have time and not taking this seriously.

I would like to tell you that i have not got any satisfactory answer from there till now that's why i
Had to force to complain you. You can see the below reminders which i have done.

Please look into the matter and do the needful

    Sir,

    I have purchased a shine sp in oct, 2016. After 1st servicing i had made a complaint as registered vide ticket no 1-[protected] regarding bad sound in front and rear of the said bike. But till date it is not rectified. Service centre of n s honda, agartala tried to solve the issue but they failed becoz of it may be manufacturing defect. I request you to replace my bike immediately else i would complain in consumer forum. Your early action is awaited.

      I have purchased a activa 3g bike nd its almost completed 1.5 years nd today morning i talked with ride honda showroom medipally person for serving nd he is telling that for free servicing persons only we will do today nd for others we will take tommarow then what is the use of you guys... I also the payed customer nd he is not giving respect to me... So please kindly take an action on the servicing center nd i dont suggested to my friends nd family members to purchase honda bikes this is bad experiance for me nd my contact number was [protected]

        Hello,

        I have unicorn 150, and it's having pickup problem, purchased before 1 year and 6 months. I have repaired it 4 times from honda service centre but they are not able to fix it. It is not taking pickup on 1st and 2nd gear as well.

        Worst experience... When i shown this problem in other service centre they are saying like it's engine problem and it's a faulty piece. But the guys from service centre are not accepting it.

        What should i do?

          From 6months m sayng to resolve ma problem but till now no 1 haz resolvd ma problem... Ppl lz chk it n call back other wise ivl go to consumer court... N from 6month m reqsting them but d bldy service manager is talking rudly... He vl say go n repair it out side... And this is 3rd service u guys still dint resolvd mean what the bldy hell it's guys...

          Last month I tuk a bike on 9th Jun ...from 1st day m saying bike problem is thr but that guy tuk 5time for chk up still it dint solved . N thy r talking how thy want n thy r taking lots of tym n thyr is no vl ask whatz d problem n no 1 vl care a coustmer in bilgundi Honda 2 slove it...plzzzz do need full ...n ur faith fully "Praveen s.s

            I have purchased a honda cb shine sp (Combi brake system) bike since 5 month before. Total bike kilometer reading is 12000 km. But in this short time disc brake liner (Combi brake) is rugged. I have given my bike in service to honda service center for this issue but they are telling that this part is not available in all ahmedabad. So that i cant travel by my bike. So request you to repair my bike as soon as possible.
            This is latest model of honda shine sp and how can it possible that this parts is not available in the company.

              I have honda cbr 150 and my bike self starter was not working so i went to their serivce station and raised complaint on 12/11/2017. They have raised the issue on honda for new part now i called in serivce center they said they have mailed to honda on monday 20/11/2017, but they didnot respomd till now.

              If they have not the part of product, why they sell such product. Now i am suffering like helpless.

                Respected sir/ mam,

                My vehicle no mh02el1950, job no 2017/jc/13242 date7/11/2017. I took the to the dealer for the 4 service. Dealer name is 21honda chandivali, sakivihar road, mumbai-400072.
                After servicing there is low pickup, engine vibration (Running, idle condition) such a problem take place. 2 times i go to workshop. 1 st time i go to workshop and the mountain bolts is already tight then also he tight the bolts n said the problem is done and 2 time spark plug is cleaning and carburetor setting is done then also same issue is there always after servicing many problems happen and 1 or 3 times i have to go in the service centre then he will solve the problem so kindly look in the matter.

                  We have purchase new activa honda on dated 8 oct 2017 from vishwkarma automobile in shahbad to barara road, district ambala, but still we have not getting any documents from the side of dealers, i have calling to dealer so many time but not response from the side of dealer so kindly look into this matter because of one month across. We will not apply rc.

                    Bike was bought at 01/08/2017 from mansi honda (Mansi motors), ankleshwar, bharuch, gujarat pin 393002.

                    At first servicing of bike (At shree sai honda, ankleshwar) the self start problem was shown. After servicing same issue was not solved and the problem continued.

                    Thereafter found that there was a problem in battery of the bike.

                    Battery was removed from bike at shree sai honda, ankleshwar under the warranty and assured me by telling that the problem will be solved in period of 2-3 weeks.

                    Almost more than 2 months are over but the problem is not solved.

                    Kindly solve the issue as earlier as possible.

                      I bought honda avtiva 3g from uniride honda kottakkal and i have been fooled by company dealers installing non geniue honda products such as guard, foot rest.
                      After 3rd service vehicle is still vibrating (Handle) and cannot enjoy the ride due to this. I bought this vehicle from last year and service is very poor. Kindly slove my complaint. Iam very dissatisfied on this product

                      Dear sir mai ss honda agency me honda shine sp lene ke liye aaya hun hame cash me purchase karna hai lekin yahan ka worker koi response nahi le raha hai
                      Today I am at honda workshop at ram vatika colony bareilly up 243503. They had given poor service everytime and taking too much time also... I am very frustrated with this all very poor performance [protected]

                        Dear team,

                        1this is to bring to your kind consideration that yesterday i went for my second free service of activa 4g to shoolini honda parwanoo a sub branch of shoolini honda, solan (Himachal pardesh). I reached there about 3 pm apx, one man sitting on the counter asked me and i said i m here for service. He said ok wait few minutes its lunch time going on. As per rule i waited till the lunch was over. Other man came after 20 minutes asking me the same question, i again said i m here for getting service done. He said ok sir, thereafter he asked is it paid service i said no its second free service and the date of free service was about to expire on 22 nov 2017.
                        Thereafter he changed to his words straightaway saying if its free service then come some another day and if its paid we shall do it now just only because the vehicle was not delivered from his dealership.
                        I just want to ask whether company doesn't pay for free service to the dealers or they should mention a clause that free service will only be valid from the same dealer where you purchased the vehicle.
                        Very much disappointed for such a pathetic and rude behaviour of shoolini honda, solan (H. P)

                        Please check out where's the fault, very much shocked to see such a rude behaviour of the employees.

                          Dear sir I purchSe a bike dated on 19/07/2017 from SUDARSHAN sasaram...showroom provide document with wrong address and after six month not provide my RC...
                          Pls provide my RC
                          We had taken honda activa 4g from Gagan Wings Honda showroon in kharadi, but even after chasing so many times we didnot get the documents and bills for the same.

                          Even the staff there are not able to resolve the issue even after complaining.

                            I have purchased honda 4g silver colour mat finish on jun 2017. Whenever i bought that time i paid rs 66000/- in cash then they call me after 2-3 month that your taxpaper come kindly come with rs 650/- money for take the taxpaper, then i go and tell always why always your dealer wrong information. Also whenever i take my rc book from rto barasat that time rto officer told me that your dealer has already took your rc book on 13/09/2017. Afterthat when i called to your jc honda that time your jc honda told me that kindly provide your taxpaper after that we will check and inform you that where is your rc book. Today whenever i call jc honda that time tell me that their broker has took my rc book and they will take the extra charges rs 150/-. My question is why your jc honda without my permission took the rc book from rto.

                            Why always customer face like the problem from your honda showroom, i am doing job in vodafone. But i do not wish like this culture from your honda.

                            Whenever i call your executive tell me that she told me this is payable service. How can she tell as a lie, if doing business jc honda like this then customer will not go your honda next time.

                              I bought activa from ganga automobile, surat through patym scheme and when i went for registration,
                              "jignesh mistry" it dept executive came out and said u wont get papers, i replied its your deal with patym we did our job before weeks and i have proof of it. He evetually asked me for my patym account details and unfortunately my net pack ended on the same day.
                              To my surprise that person was like you dont have net pack and purchasing activa
                              Clients have no respect and starting behaving like your phone is slow and you yourself are useless people.

                              Mr. Jignesh you think you are almighty but fact is you are # and just a piece of egoistic personality who thinks ganga rules entire surat, but you are wrong there are bunch of dealers who are actually good with clients.

                              0 star to you service and yes mr. Jignesh mistry learn decency to talk else you will take reputation of entire ganga automobile s down from where it can never return

                                Tappet sound from engine side.. The dealer will be do not take any action.. So take nessassary action... Am going for consumer court.. The complint inform at 300 kilometers... But he told me after next service we will clear the problem. Now 5 service came. The sound not remove and it will be so high. Plzz.                                 Am just waiting for a one week.. But service center not finding that sound... Then am only going to consumer court... This is my last word's
                                Am already again going to johns Honda service center... Senior technician and supervisor tril run my scooter then they are told me little tappet noise is don't worry... But I know this tappet sound running time studenly high and down, they are not yet take the action

                                  I went to the showroom on thursday noon for the 1st service of my vehicle but they didn't took the vehicle & gave time for monday 20th november, 2017 between 8:30 am to 10:00 am. I went at 9:00 am sharp for servicing my vehicle but they didn't replied properly & and told to stand in que for approximately 2 hours which is not at all acceptable.

                                  I request to give perfect time for service of my vehicle as soon as possible.

                                      I gave my honda activa for service on saturday ie 18th november 2017 in uday honda located in lado sarai.

                                      I noticed that they changed my rear mirror without any intimation also i did not asked them to do the same. It was the outer accessory so it come to my notice. I doubt they also changed my inner accessories as well. It is honda authorized service station. This is a clear case of theft.

                                      This is ridiculous. Please take the action at the earliest before i go to consumer court.

                                        I have bought my hornet 160r from kochi evm honda (Padamughal branch). The bike i received eas not having the styling sticker of the stripe coming towards back, on right side. As i noticed that a bit late, i had nothing to do than complain it to them. Their response was very cold and was saying that it might take a very long time, company is not sending stivkers from gurgaon.. Etc..
