Took new activa3g 110cc yash honda (Hadapsar)- from day 1 one sound was coming from my scooty. I thought like will be resolve in services.
1st service @ sterlin honda-midc, bhosri road - issue was not resolved though i took my bike 1st service 2nd time. They said the sound us recogniseable
2nd [protected]@ yug honda - they said this sound will be there in activa. Even they didn't dry my scooty after wash.
3rd service @ yash honda (Hadapsar)- they said, yes the sound is there and they can't resolve it.
This is really ridiculous. As i am a girl moving this many service centers with no soultion of very harsh sound coming from a newly bought scooty.

Looking forward to take any action.

    My name is kiran kadam i had purchased honda unicorn 150 on 07/12/17 from kanase honda from satara town mh 11 bs 7672 i had complaint on my bike but problem that had not solve the problem what type of people you are keeping in your company there had closed the complaint that job had completed this is what honda is providing services to customer why are fooling to the customer only you are making money and cheating to people we are not accept this type of services by honda hopeless service and quality given by you this is not fare save your name company and provide proper services to the customer don't lose your name and image of company people are trusting honda don't cheated them let see what type of action will company will take i need my problem solve.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      I have purchased honda shine sp since last year on 31 march 2016. At beginning, bike performance was satisfactorily on comparing other 125 cc bikes like awesome pickup, smoothness in bike, nice look.

      But after first servicing, at axis honda service center, yasoda nagar, kanpur, problems started arising day by day, like high vibration of engine at the speed range 50-60 kmph on top gear, mileage which is always less or euqual to 50 kmpl, speedometer stop working, handle lock got loose, starting problem at morning (In summer engine leave the pickup upto 200 m even after using choke and in winter, the situation is very worst, without using choke, bike never start and even after using choke also bike takes 5 to 15 min to run in normal condition).

      After first service, i had always complaint in service center for above problems & except speedometer and handle lock, they didn't solve any problem of my bike, they always told me that it is normal and always happened in honda bikes.

      When i forced him to solve the problems they always made me fool. They waste my time, my money, petrol and irritate me from second service. Already one time, i have complaint you before two and half month before. But they just made me fool. Now the performance of bike reaches to worst condition n still technician of service center telling me that everything is fine and its happen in honda bike. Now tell me who is and will responsible if engine or any parts related to engine will damage.

      Seriously, i am mentally and physically harassed. Technician of service center asked me what is the problem o[censored]sing choke.. When i asked the use and function of choke then they give me a wrong answer. When i asked what is vibration, then the technician was unable to explain. Now you can image the what is the situation of your service center, where no one knows about the abcd of bike and engine and they the serviced the bike.. They don't do any thing except changing the fuel, cleaning the filter thats all.
      So i complaining you first against the service center, who harassed me too me muchh and under which performance of my bike got worst.
      And also complaining against bike becoz, what is the condition of bike, my bike was defected and sold me, becoz how many number of problems came with in this short period of time, should not come in normal bike.
      So i request you please take action on service center and pls either remove the problems and if not possible then replace my bike or engine.

      Almost one week has being passed, from your side, any action has been taken place. .I tell you that if any part of engine or whole engine will damage in future upto 4 or 5 years then only you will responsible. Bike performance become very worst day by day.       I purchased Honda active 4g in November and vehicle delivered very sad to say very worst people and dealership in mysore and place Honda in mysore in balaji automobile

Dharamveer, i have already visited many times at their showroom vd automobiles but till date my rc not received to me, last one week i have followed by ms radhika, she told me that she is sales manager but no any positive response from her side...

          Dear sir,

          Here i want to notice you that on 3rd dec'18 i have visited your service center of mira road (Sai point automobiles pvt. Ltd.) for 2nd servicing of my activa 110cc scooty bike.

          In first impression itself i informed your team that in my bike so... So problems are there & headlight parts also loose which i m not expecting. Bcz within this 6 months i have not that travel or say run within mumbai. I hardly travel 2000 kms within this 6 months.

          But even though after some time receipted call from service center that your headlight is gone you have to change it. First up all i m not expecting such call from your team bcz within 1 years if anything happened then its a major fault of company & company are solely responsible for such activities.

          Here i asked them to proceed further for necessary change over as per charges... Which they did. But when i visited such service center to collect my bike from them i demanded for my old headlight of bike. But unfortunately they dont have record or say keep it with them & arranged me old one from scrap unit which is again disaster for me. I dont think it will be acceptable to any customer from reputed company like yours in indian market.

          Sorry to say here that but as a japanese company i m not expecting such result or say services from your service center.

          Its really shame shameful for honda that they are proving defective products in mrkt.

            I am deeply upset and so angry with yash honda's service. I have had the worst experience of my life and strongly believes that it was my biggest mistake to trust yash honda and give my moped for servicing. I dropped my fully functional moped for servicing at yash honda and was supposed to collect it next day at 12:30 pm but next day when I went at 6pm, I found that half of the work was pending. Later when I took my moped, it was not working properly. The Auto-start stop working, battery problems, etc. On my continuous questioning and pressure, I got a vague reply that "Electrical parts kabhi bhi kharab ho sakte hai". My fully functional moped became disfunctional overnight. I thought of repairing my bike from somewhere else, but this people had left no chance for it to be repaired again. I have already written a direct email to honda regarding how this people are fooling the customers and looting them. They have forced me to come down to this tone, as they have no replies to my questions. I requested for reimbursement. But this company just seemed to ignore every complaint their customers make.

              Vehicle inspection was not done in-front of me even after insisted by me, next day only i received a call from service people and it was told that 3 parts got damaged and to be replaced and it will cost rs.2450/-.
              Immediately i have informed not to do servicing but without my clearance they have started the work saying that once job card has been put servicing will be done.
              They have collected a charge of rs.387/- while delivering the vehicle, apart from all those things happened the behaviour of service people was very rude which had hurt my feelings.

                I had purchased a [honda two wheeler cb hornet std special addition] on 1st feb 2017 my vehicle no is [mh 47 s 4802]. Sad to say that from the first month of purchase following major issues have been developed.
                • noise from chain sockets (In every 15 day the chain was getting loose)
                • noising from the engine for which my engine was opened in dashier venation honda service center, but problem was not solved,
                After that i have again visited to service center of venation honda of parikh nagar for the noise issue from the engine
                At that service one small part was changed from the engine as you can checked in my service history also and that noise issue was resolved,
                3. After that a new issue raised in my bike, my bike is getting jerk (Vibration) while driving for this issue i again visited to service center on 17th nov,
                Service manager (Vijay jadhav) and advisor (Yash) has explained me that due to clutch plate is gone that the region you bike is having jerk, and you have to change the clutch plate, [but my question how can the clutch plate can go within a year, earlier i have used unicorn for 9 years that time i have not faced this issue]
                They kept my bike for 3 days in service center and i was without my bike for 3 days as i have to travel to andheri for my office for that 3 day i was traveling through train which is too difficult in mumbai city,
                When i gone to receive my bike he said that problem is been resolve but when i took the test ride i observed that then too the small jerk was coming,
                At the time of receiving the bike he (Yash) confirmed me that if there will be any problem in future please come to me,
                And now i am again facing same issue but more than earlier and now 3 day is been passed out but no further solution from the service team

                N light of the above major issues, i do not want any repairs but i wish that you replace my engine immediately

                  Hi,

                  I have taken new unicorn bike in vaishnaoi honda, near rai durgam police station gachibowli road rai durgam h s dargah.

                  Up to 2nd service bike is good. After giving second servicing i am facing problem i. E while going bike is imbalance due to some reason (Like back side tyre is sliding), if i increase my speed bike is totally in control, it is coming intermittently.

                  I raised this problem there are not responding properly. I went three times still they are not identifying that issue and not able to resolve.

                  Really i am frustrating with the bike even though it is a new bike and honda service center

                    Honda have cheated me by giving me faulty cb hornet 160r bike. I purchased on.28.4.2017 from the 3rd day im complaining about the miss firing of my bike. With in 5 months n 3500 kms these parts are been changed but problem not solved. 1) clutch lever changed.2) metre changed. 3) silencer changed.4) head changed. 5) valve changed.6) timming chain n tensioner changed. 7) cylinder block piston changed. 8) carburettor changed. 9) air filter box plug n air filter changed.10) steering handle changed. And they kept my bike for 35 days n still problem not solved.. Honda started cheating indians... They need to kicked to japan gain..

                      My honda mobilio no : mp09 cr 2951 at abhikaran honda, service central, indore (M. P) under oil chamber damage claim. Advisor saying clutch plate also gone..?? How is it possible if i drive personally with care not putting led on clutch.. As i know. How weak is the design model of mobilio if i the car is only driven 30, 000 kms approximately..???

                      Please help and cross check to help maintain my trust on honda..!!!

                        Iam owner of cb unicorn 150, reg. No ts08fm4162, chasis no. Me4kc311hh8087586, i have given for 1st free service on 11/10/17 at ram honda, suchitra, 9am service no 5th vehicle they were delivered me at 7pm for 1st free service they were taken 10hours oh my god
                        And also i have requested them to replace my brake pedal due to crack, they kept 10hours and answer me there is no power. Quality of service is worrest.
                        2nd. Free service 04/11/17 same i have requested for replace cracked brake pedal but no use. They kept my vehicle at nearest garbage photos are attached, is this wright manner? Vehicle dust formed completely.
                        When i argue with service manager for replace of brake pedal he suggests me to go and buy a non-genune part at out side and we'll replace.
                        He has very rude person. And ram honda suchitra doesn't have skilled technicians, and proper communication persons no one's care abt service customers.

                            I have purchased honda unicorn bike 150cc in your marika motors dealer in nagercoil on 21/7/2016 invoice no. Hdngl/vsb/1951. I have completed my five free service without satisfaction. Later i have ensured my bike in amc scheme in your dealer. Yesterday 4/12/2017 my bike had starting problem then your dealer rectified my bike starting problem. They over charged for the above problem in bike. Still my bike is under amc.                                 This is my very bad experience with the honda

                                I visited today one of the work shop in banglore (Saphire honda in jp nagar branch) for my cb shine service. They refused to take vehicle for service.. They are telling that directly they have lot of vehicles and they would not able to give delivery on same day. If we do the service in one day, we can not do the service promptly.

                                And the second thing is iam really wonder of service charges.. They given estimation for my vehicle periodic service 16000km for ex - chin cleaning is saparate for 140 and decarbonising is -500 and some of 3 point checkup for 240 and etc and etc... These are the things are really needed for 16000km driven vehicle.

                                And the third thing is i was given a complaint about shock absorbers are very hard and it gives a noise while bumpy roads and drive chain has noise in running but thos people are not ready to solve customer complaints they are completely foucused on selling and doing value added things only.. I have a confusions wether they doing proper service or not on vehicles..

                                Any have i realise and desided next time onwards i shouldn’t give vehicle for service in authorised service centre’s this is my last visit...

                                Recently my Honda activa given to paid service in Kun Honda at Adyar . they committed delivery on next day and found speed meter is not working at the time of delivery . for this issue they are not responding properly and not care about our complaints . very very worst service and poor customer Satisfactory.
                                After purchase of bike your service is not good. So, I wish you can improve your service. I am giving my bike in your service center for miner cheque up after long time 8 days their is no more progress.

                                1. Breakage of parts by technician during service.
                                2. Bill for spares and service not provided.

                                  I have purchased dio vehicle on 2nd aug 2017 from bu bhandari, viman nagar, pune. The details are as below:

                                  Since last 15 days, i am suffering huge starting problem and facing this kind of problem from first servicing. Shown vehicle 2 times @ showroom & problem still unresolved.

                                  After replacing 2 parts, i have been chared rs: 190 though have not shown my vehicle to any other fitter/ garrage which is unacceptable.

                                  I a. Not satisfied for your service...
                                  Also your workers are not skilled...

                                      Given my scooty for servicing and returned back to me in the same condition it was earlier. Not even bother to clear properly. Rude staff and unprofessional approach. Disappointed with the after sale service of honda. When received call asking for rating... They are ready to accept the rating given by me. Rather trying to force to come back to them

                                      Very bad behave... he not know about toking with his customers... he is like a nonsense...
                                      Vehicle no. WB20AX8078 in the name of Chitrorath Guha at Leaders Honda, Abantipur 1st service. Told to go there by 8 am as confirmed over ph no. [protected] by a lady day before yesterday. Had to wait there for 2 hrs. Time is valuable. Who is answerable?

                                        They are simply askung money for free service also for body alignment. Unnecessary applying a charges on service of a vehicle on the free service also. Please check this issue and solve for me. Its a new vehicle that we bought and for second service they charged rupees 550/- and asking rupees 800/- for body alignment is this charges apply to us should we pay it to service center. Please solve this.
