Sir, i had given my 2 wheeler for service at bellary (Nandi honda), karnataka, india on 13th nov'17. I has asked only for 4 complaints: 1. Vibration problem, 2. Right side indicator change, 3. Left shock absorber fork oil leakage and 4. And general service only. For these 4 things, they have added so many parts and made the bill to approx. Rs. 4700.
They have changed the parts, that is ok, but why didn't they asked me before replacing so many parts? And how can they replace parts without my concern. They have changed engine oil, spark plug, etc.. Which were not required unnecessarily. My biggest question is "why didn't they called me before replacing or changing these parts?'" i would have denied them for doing the same. Please take appropriate action against these activities which are being performed at your service centres.

    I bought activa 4g 2 month ago, 1st service has completed, after that 2 times break down due starting problem i have approached ecil service center, and amangal service center but still it is having starting problem, it is not starting either with self or with kick rod. Kick rod is a waste of energy it was never started till date, self is wasting my time more than 10 minutes everyday. I need an immediate complaint register against honda,

      I bought my activa125 few days back from bimal honda (Guwahati). After getting my keys i told them that there is a sound from the headlight visor or from handle when ride in ruff surface bt they didnt response and said it is manufacture defect in every activa125. It is very cheap to face this problem in new activa. Pls help me to get rid out of it.[protected]

        Dear sir / madam,

        With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that i had left my two wheeler today morning of "activa honda 3g" for services in planet honda, basaveshwaranagar, bangalore (Job card # 7695 dt. 17.11.2017) (Invoice # ka01bc[protected] dt. 17.11.2017)

        While writing the job card unnecessarily the staff says as follows :

        1) no water wash only foam wash.
        2) body alignment has to be done even though there is no problem.
        3) after removing the side shield they says that 2 to 3 parts has to be replaced that is air filter, bush, spring and so on, for two year old vehicle. (If that is the case then honda parts not durable or what).

        I am totally disappoint by here this.

        Finally while receiving the vehicle after service found that vehicle was not washed neatly.

        So i want to take up the issue for leaving my vehicle for next service to the company.

          Dear sir, i was given my bike to vijaya honda in kellambkkam in omr chennai ther is very disappointed with their service because i was give a complaint about my bike front break not working and the engine short time running very hot and the front shakupsher bush full but that changed all shakupsher and they are not give a water wash 31/10/17 given for service that given a delivery on 04/11/17 again i was given my bike to reservoir that not give a proper answers

            My name is murli nihalani
            I have a honda dio, black color
            Registration number : mh15gb2474

            Main stand broke, while the vehicle was stagnant. Mirror broke and few scratches also there. My 4 year daughter was standing on the vehicle. She also sustaoned few injuries.
            Went to the khushi honda showroom at devlali gaon, nasik road. They spoke very rudely. Didnt beive me at all.
            No parts available. They said they do not know when will we get. Then connected me to the general mangaer mr. Manik. He was super rude. Did not wish to give me his name or designation as the wanted to file a complaint. Super bad and 3rd rated service.
            Kindly lodge my complaint, i need full response from your team.
            I will lodge a social media campaign, which will harm your image and may go to consumer court.
            As i have 2 people who saw the incident, the doctors report can me made available who treated my daughter.

            Please respond at the earliest

              On 25th oct 2017 the entire amount was taken for 4g scotty with promise to deliver at the earliest but so far no response from the dealer.

              Complain is also filed with honda but so far no action has been taken by the company.

              Repeated call to dealer has not been of any effect and i have requested to refund the amount as honda is not able to deliver the goods as promised within stipulated time period.

                The bike servicing in padamugal honda showroom is really very bad. Had given for third service which was really bad and given again after three days. But still the service was very bad. The compliant i given while servicing was not taken care at all. Request the honda officials to consider the same. Even they are not intimating on the service completion. I tried to reach them to check the status around 5.15 pm and they told that "yes it is ready come within 5.30pm or showroom will be closed. How can i travel more than 10km with that time. The response was also really bad and they are not issuing any bill for the amount i paid.

                  Our vehicle activa 125 clutch complaint in 6/11/2017, now the date is 16/11/2017 we don't get back our vehicle, they reasoning that they cant find its parts, some time they don't get our call. Please consider this and take action immediately.
                  And this same complaint happens in the delivery time, and we say about it to them but they don't consider our complaint properly, we are not satisfied their service.

                    Jain honda service center unable to provide satisfactory service neighter the behavior of staff is tolerable. You have to visit minimum two times for disposals. No complaint/sugession book available neighter any feedback taken by customers. Whatsapp. No. Is displayed there but no response given on comments. Pl.                       I submit the my bike dream yuga for service at apex automotive, isanpur, ahmedabad, gujarat on 15/11/2017 invoice number is-c 18539. When i submit the bike my battery working is fine but when i get the delivery of bike battery is not working completely. When i try to contact concern person they told me that the battery is dead and gave me ridiculous reply. Please take a necessary action once honda is my favorite bike but this is ridiculous.

                        Hloo, i have a complain for my activa 4g two wheeler as i have complain for my problems suffering in my two wheeler at residency honda, bc road jammu. As my complain is not taking seriously by the any employ there and this could be happen for the last 2 weeks and also they also asking for replacing of bush without checking them.                           I am customer of honda activa 3 g. When i has go for servicing of my bike at 4.11.2017. Service center name. Malwade - pashankar motocorp. At that time, machine not working for washing my bike. Today i call to them, still machin is not working. Why???

                          This is not expected by you. Because we trust on honda, but service is very bad.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            I went to uday honda service center in saket, for repair of my scotty and what they did, they repaired my scotty but in reply some of the body parts were missing like silencer cover and few more. When i asked about it they said it’s not with them if you want we can give you new but pay for it first. Is this is how honda service centers do? I have even shown them picture of my scotty when i gave them. Versed service ever

                              Hi,

                              I had purchased one honda dio from leader honda (Authorised dealer) near south city mall, kolkata, west bengal. I had face two major problem.

                              1. They changed me 1.5% extra because of card payment (Full payment).

                              2. I did not get the test drive. (As per dealer honda dio or honda scootys are not allowed for test drive).

                              Kindly let me confirmed that the above said (1 & 2) problem is genuine from your end.

                                Few months back i bought activa 125 and from the day i got that i am facing several problems from the unbalanced body frame to the baddest fuel efficiency i have recieved from a honda vehicle
                                I own 6 honda mopeds and this scooteris breaking all my trust the engine the fork the vibration everything is just creating more n more problem
                                Cherry on the cake is that the service provided is worthless and crap
                                If your company can't handle customer end it's useless to sell such products

                                      Hi
                                      I have left my bike with some repair in your manasarovar honda nanganallur chennai. Where in job card was taken by mansarovar representative with all complaints written with a estimate of 5k. To my surprise i was charged with whooping amount of 9k at the time of delivery after 4 days (Attached bill). After i took bike with in 2 days engine gets off while driving suddenly.

                                      So i complained to honda on nov-4 and again came the killers manasarovar people and took my bike and returned same evening saying it’s rectified.

                                      I didn’t sign the satisfactory delivery form and asked that the vehicle will be kept on observation for a week.in that one week while i was driving in middle of city chennai engine switched off again which let accident and severe injuries.

                                      When i called today to your honda to check status of my complaint i was surprised to hear that it has been closed.

                                      Pls clarify without my sign how my complaint has been closed i have also re raised complaint attached is pic of my injury and manasarovar bills.

                                      I would expose this life threatening 2 wheeler

                                      Scam in all social networks and media and in consumer forum as you are playing with life of customers.

                                        I am having issues in road as i have not yet received the smart card after purchasing honda activa 2 wheeler after 4 months. Dugar honda (Raghunathpur, kolkata) asked me to collect smart card from the showroom. After 4 months they are saying i have to go to barasat rto that too in a weekday to collect the smart card. I do not have any time beside my office on weekdays and this type of false commitment is getting me in some trouble position.

                                        Please take necessary steps to get me the smart card.
