Hello,

I bought honda cb unicorn 150 in dec 2016 from sharayu honda panvel maharashtra. There is some sound coming out of engine shown at service center. They are suggesting to open the engine. Honda is providing 5 years warranty on engine then how this engine error is present in honda unicorn 150.

I just want to get rid of this bike. Please help.

      Sir i have purchased a new honda shine before 19 october.. Bike conditions and engine is good but the colour of bike is very bad quality... I have black colour bike but the bike colour is refused day by day so kindly request you sir plzzz do some thing for my bike and for the name of honda... Specially my petrol tank colour.. Plzzz do it sir as soon as possible...

        I want to seriously complain about the pathetic service support from sterling honda pimpri pune. No online booking for first 4 free services available. No pick up & drop facility available. There is a huge crowd for handling over the scooters / motorcycles for free services in front of sterling honda service station. Only 4 counters operative out of 7. There is no shed to protect the customers from hot sun. Very slow activities. Just to hand over the scooter for first free servicing, customers have to wait in hot sun with their vehicles for hours together. Simply pathetic services from sterling honda.

          The following are the complaints on honda service centers in and around chennai.

          1) service is not done properly for the mentioned complaints, they not even providing the water wash for the wheelers. They give back as it was prior to giving to them. They just wipe it with the clothes
          2) whenever we give complaints to them they say that the vehicle is alright, but we are able to find the problems with the vehicle
          3) unnecessarily they are informing us that these parts are aged or broken etc and bill us with thousands.

          I had given my vehicle again back to the same service center mentioning that it is still not yet fixed and the vehicle condition is worst after the service. They are keep on mentioning it is proper and keep us mentioned that the parts needs to be changed such as Spark plug, Tyre, Filter, Battery etc.
          Honda service center is making our lives in danger by not looking into the problems the customers are facing and they are bothered only in making the money out o[censored]s.

          If this happens again, i will be filling a complaint against the honda service in chennai especially in the consumer court.

          I had given my vehicle for the second service they said they have taken it the head office in chennai
          When i had given my vehicle it was having around 22066 Km but when i took them today i was able to see the meter reading as 22418 Km. Are the Honda service testing the vehicle for more than 250 Km ?

            I am from navsari
            I have honda activa 125, from raghuvanshi honda

            Problem are as below

            1) service person force to replace engine oil in every service. (Engine oil replacement frequency is clearly mentioned in booklet, they are not following this guide line.

            2) vehical performance is not as old hero honda activa, in sence of power & suspension, it has 125 cc engine but, it is difficult to run activa above 60 kmph speed

            3) in just 1 year of running it have i) spark plug problem, ii). Filter problem (Which is acceptable) iii) battery got fail & i have no option then to replace battery.

            It means in just 1 year i have to pay 2100 rs in addition to 3 time oil replace.

            So bad performance & service respond compare to any moped company.

            So much disappointed with this product

              I am deepak bhandankar from goa i purchase honda aviator from goa rajee ponda showroom in june 2017 but i noticed that front suspension is very bad compare to suzuki acsess. Acess is very very good scooter. Itold to honda showroom mechanic that there is a problem but he ignores every time. Now tell me what to do? And front fairing vibration is also more i am fed up with aviator my email is [dipak. [protected]@gmail.com] and number is [protected]. My humble request to all is if you want to buy non gear scooter please, please go for suzuki scooters and not honda. Honda bikes are good i have unicorn ok thank you

                Hi,

                This is pravin marghade from pune, i have purchased my honda sp shine 125 cc bike from pashankar auto pvt ltd, shivaji nagar, pune, maharashtra before 2 months back.

                Before one month back i got my registration certificate where colour mentioned in my bike is black, i brought bike with blue colour and i delivered the same bike with blue colour.

                This issue i was highlighted to the honda dealer pashankar auto to change the colour in my rc book from black to blue and i resubmitted my rc book before one month back to get it corrected.

                Yesterday i visited to dealer to collect my rc book and they are telling rto can not change the colour correction and also pashnkar auto manager are telling that colour does not matter.

                Incase my bike got accident, theft, stolen or resell i will face big problem in future due to wrong colour mentioned in my registration book.

                I requesting you kindly take this matter seriously and take necessary steps to resolve my issue as i am unnecessary suffering.

                  We bought active from johnson honda, gt road, phagwara, punjab 4 months ago, last month our activa got some scratches due to accident

                  We went to johnson honda, gt road, phagwara, punjab for service as our activa is under insurance

                  But we get very dissapointed results as
                  1. They did not replaced the any part of activa beside some scratches.
                  2. They paint the activa with different colour and now both sides looks different and our new activa looks very weird.

                  We showed it to manager but he did not helped us

                  We want please replace the parts which are now looked different due to mishandling of johnson honda centre

When i use side stand bike is go to down position, because some manufacturing problem of this bike.in that showroom i complained
                    From where did i buy nobody positive respond no solution they told are me give some time, every time told me like this but no solution's. Now passed two months but no solution.                       I have bought a honda activa 4g last 2 months ago
                      I am facing a problem in active. When it reach speed of 40, start vibration (Jurking) in it and also it sound looks like something scrubbing in his engine.
                      I have complain many times at honda local agency but they are unable to repair it.
                      Now i am very much embarrassed and going to consumer court for the solution if you not provide the solution to me.

                        I just had a first free service and one side mirror was replaced for my activa 4 g. The part was too delicate that after the vehicle just fall down the mirror broke and the service person charged my 600 rupee. Alos he told me that the handle is bent and it require separate charges. I just want to know what is the scope of free service.. When they sold me the vehicle they have told if any minor repairs will be taken care during free service while the same has been charged. Although i took an insurance but these guys say only if any major problem insurance will be covered. What is the definition of mejor problem.. Like accident! Death!.. Fedup with honda service..

                          Sir, i had given my 2 wheeler for service at bellary (Nandi honda), karnataka, india on 13th nov'17. I has asked only for 4 complaints: 1. Vibration problem, 2. Right side indicator change, 3. Left shock absorber fork oil leakage and 4. And general service only. For these 4 things, they have added so many parts and made the bill to approx. Rs. 4700.
                          They have changed the parts, that is ok, but why didn't they asked me before replacing so many parts? And how can they replace parts without my concern. They have changed engine oil, spark plug, etc.. Which were not required unnecessarily. My biggest question is "why didn't they called me before replacing or changing these parts?'" i would have denied them for doing the same. Please take appropriate action against these activities which are being performed at your service centres.

                            I bought activa 4g 2 month ago, 1st service has completed, after that 2 times break down due starting problem i have approached ecil service center, and amangal service center but still it is having starting problem, it is not starting either with self or with kick rod. Kick rod is a waste of energy it was never started till date, self is wasting my time more than 10 minutes everyday. I need an immediate complaint register against honda,

After getting my keys i told them that there is a sound from the headlight visor or from handle when ride in ruff surface bt they didnt response and said it is manufacture defect in every activa125.                                 Dear sir / madam,

                                With reference to the above subject, i would like to bring to your notice that i had left my two wheeler today morning of "activa honda 3g" for services in planet honda, basaveshwaranagar, bangalore (Job card # 7695 dt. 17.11.2017) (Invoice # ka01bc[protected] dt. 17.11.2017)

                                While writing the job card unnecessarily the staff says as follows :

                                1) no water wash only foam wash.
                                2) body alignment has to be done even though there is no problem.
                                3) after removing the side shield they says that 2 to 3 parts has to be replaced that is air filter, bush, spring and so on, for two year old vehicle. (If that is the case then honda parts not durable or what).

                                I am totally disappoint by here this.

                                Finally while receiving the vehicle after service found that vehicle was not washed neatly.

                                So i want to take up the issue for leaving my vehicle for next service to the company.

                                  Dear sir, i was given my bike to vijaya honda in kellambkkam in omr chennai ther is very disappointed with their service because i was give a complaint about my bike front break not working and the engine short time running very hot and the front shakupsher bush full but that changed all shakupsher and they are not give a water wash 31/10/17 given for service that given a delivery on 04/11/17 again i was given my bike to reservoir that not give a proper answers

                                    Main stand broke, while the vehicle was stagnant. Mirror broke and few scratches also there. My 4 year daughter was standing on the vehicle. She also sustaoned few injuries.
                                    Went to the khushi honda showroom at devlali gaon, nasik road. They spoke very rudely. Didnt beive me at all.
                                    No parts available. They said they do not know when will we get. Then connected me to the general mangaer mr. Manik. He was super rude. Did not wish to give me his name or designation as the wanted to file a complaint. Super bad and 3rd rated service.
                                    Kindly lodge my complaint, i need full response from your team.
                                    I will lodge a social media campaign, which will harm your image and may go to consumer court.
                                    As i have 2 people who saw the incident, the doctors report can me made available who treated my daughter.

                                    Please respond at the earliest

                                      On 25th oct 2017 the entire amount was taken for 4g scotty with promise to deliver at the earliest but so far no response from the dealer.

                                      Complain is also filed with honda but so far no action has been taken by the company.

                                      Repeated call to dealer has not been of any effect and i have requested to refund the amount as honda is not able to deliver the goods as promised within stipulated time period.

                                        The bike servicing in padamugal honda showroom is really very bad. Had given for third service which was really bad and given again after three days. But still the service was very bad. The compliant i given while servicing was not taken care at all. Request the honda officials to consider the same. Even they are not intimating on the service completion. I tried to reach them to check the status around 5.15 pm and they told that "yes it is ready come within 5.30pm or showroom will be closed. How can i travel more than 10km with that time. The response was also really bad and they are not issuing any bill for the amount i paid.
