I complained regarding my cb shine bike on 4 nov through email, but there was no response from the company. Then i raised my complaint again through customer care toll free no but there was no call no response for me, again i called on that no n escalate my complaint but i hav not recieved any call and msg and mail also. Just now i called n pick my call by someone deepak n told me, complaint has been closed. I am not satisfy with the company services. Now my bike is not in running condition. Please give me proper solution.

    I have purchased honda dream yuga 110cc bike from decent honda sirsa haryana pin 125055, they delivered a third class bike and they dont even service my moterbike as the standards set by the company their service man (Mechanic) they are so rude, the once yelled at me and said dont tell us i am here not to listen you, my bike if i am telling him something about service defect he should have listen to me but he didnt... My dream yuga bike has so many defects
    1. Head and tail lights are running on bike engine
    2. Its engine make so much noise
    3. Its engine became fast after a few km ride
    4. It gives me 75kmpl mileage over then the claimed mileage but after the second service its mileage reduce to 45 kmpl
    5. The always put my bike in quick service
    6. Its clutch break and race wire are rubbing with each other and with the bike body too.
    7 i compaint them about that but they did not do anything about it
    I have checked the other deram yuga bike but the dont have these kind of defect
    All that happend in just one year after the purchare

    If you are not gonna do any thing about it

    Please urgent my solution
    I purchaged honda cb shine bike at nagarjuna honda showroom at warangal on[protected].
    They are taking too much time for giving temporary registration papers. Although 18 days completed purchased bike they are not giving. All over they are talking rudly.
    Plz solve my problem soon

    I have CB unicorn 150 two wheeler bike and have a problem in handle which is fluctuating from starting. I have done three times servicing. In first servicing i changed wheel & in second servicing i changed Tyre also but problem remains same.

      Dio scooters engine seized in run and it haulted. I am regularly servicing the scooter from auth. Service station. Than how my scooter's engine got seized. Engine oil was changed on 4.3.17. The scooter is frequently for short distance only. It clearly appears that scooter service is not properly done. Now hafty charges are estimated for repairs. Hence it requested to look into matter and see that i am not charged for repairs of engine due to fault of service provider ie c. R. Scooters, jetalpur road, vadodara

        I have purchase honda livo black on 16/04/2016 and this bike was purchase for mileage company says honda livo given 72 km per liter mileage but my experience of this bike was so bad because first two time given 60 to 62 km per liter after that mileage was decreases to 35 to 40 and above 55 vibrate was very high
        I have also complain at showroom two three times and mekenik abdulbhai was check mileage two time
        Deatil are as follow

        So given avg of 49

        Dear sir,

        Yestarday I have complain about mileage & engine today I am go to honda show room godi road dahod for bike services and I have says for not given mileage today show room check mileage Three times on 12/11/2017

        1.From 8399.1 Km to 8403.7km I have drive bike and given 4.6 km in 100ml petrol
        Mekenik drive then 4.8 km in 100 ml petrol 8403.7 to 8408.5 km time 10:45 to 11:30am 12/11/2017

        2.From 8414.2 Km to 8419.7km I have drive bike and given 5.5 km in 100ml petrol
        Mekenik drive then 5.3 km in 100 ml petrol 8419.7 to 8424.9 km time 01:05PM 12/11/2017

        3.From 8440.5 Km to 8446.9 km I have drive bike and given 6.4 km in 100ml petrol
        Mekenik drive then 5.9 km in 100 ml petrol 8446.9 to 8452.8 km time 03:30 PM 12/11/2017 at this time bike was working in debuging/presure not work free and vibreat above 55 speed

        Company say livo give 74kmpl but not given and I am not satiafied mekenik try for mileage setting but not given mileage

        I have attach copy of mileage and todat service bill copy
        Premsons honda ranchi # a worst service i experienced till now

          I had purchase bike honda shine sp before six month. Now my bike facing problem of kick free. Please explain?. I went to pilot honda sion mumvai. They informed we need to check if problem is there will charge rs.850/- manpower charges and we will bill you after problem resolve it means i have to bear all charges of repair. Why should i bear all charges.?

          Sir New Bike unicorne service is the only one service that can be 2 times but the voice which comes from the bike Rihi does not finish. Your service is useless.
          I had purchased new Activa 4g just in month of April. this bike is giving me lot of problems like, fuel gets over very Fast, lot of sound comes out even if i drive slow, take lights face up the sky and not on th right place.
          so now im writing this so that i want to shift from this bike to Honda Cliq as i found it very good.
          Thank you
          Sir New Bike Encounter service is the only one service that can be 2 times but the voice which comes from the bike Rihi does not finish. Your service is useless.

            I have faith for your manufacturing product, i have used your product like honda bike since four year, there for i have purchase scooty activa 4g on date 25.9.17 its chasis no me4jf507fht361372 from narayani honda, hath bari, nirsha when he sell this scooty to me he offer me case discount of rs 2000 after receiving my identy of proveness of govt service i had submit all document and pay full amount after diduction of rs 2000 as discount for vehcile insurance and rc but when rc prepered he is asking me to give back him rs 2000 the discount money saying there was no discount.
            Sir iam faceing much mentallic pressure for my rc which is deny to handover to me. He cheat with me for your product.

            Dealer cheated (narayani honda nirsha dhanbad jharkhand)me while saleing me the bike. He said there is rs 2000 discount for govt employe but now when we are asking for owner book they are asking for rs 2000 sayeing that there was no discount.

            They offered us cash rs 2000 discount while saleing the scooty activa 4g on 25/9/2017 we recived tax invoice and insurance but now while provideing rc they are asking for rs 2000 the discount money back and now denying to give my rc. So sir please help me.

              Sub: service deficiency / servising not done.

              Respected sir / madam,

              We have recently given our new honda activa's 2nd service. The service center was not at all done only water wash was done, nither oil was changed, not complaints was rectified. The vehicle is giving only 20kmpl milege, i told the service center to resolve the milage issue, vehicle tuning and vehicle vibrate issue, however nothing was done. Later when i went to service center again they are saying we will see in next service as currently they dont have time and have around 130 vehicles pending for service. They analyzed my vehicle after several pleases and said iska clutch kholna padta abhi time nai hai.

              I have been facing this issue since the last service and each time i am getting same response, when i said i will give complaint they are saying do what ever you want we don't care. I want to get my vehicle vibrating, low milage and oil change issue rectified urgently else i will file a suit in consumer care and moreover will never buy a honda vehicle in my life again as the service is not acceptable, money was charged for oil change but oil ws never changed saying naya gadi hai na jarurat nai hai, when not required why was amount charged.

                I am vivek vilas ghatwal, stay's in dombivali (Maharshtra), i have stunner pgm-fi two wheeler bike. I owned this car since 25.09.2009. I am happy with my bike but i am totally disappointed with the services provided by vj honda service centre. I had given my for servicing on 07.11.2017 but till now i had not received any updates. I had called at vj honda service centre but they told me bike is not ready so i asked them what is a issue then they kept me hold for couple of minutes and then they ended the call without any updates. After that i tried same number 5 - 6 times but no response. This is the response getting to honda's loyal customer. I am totally unhappy due to such pathetic response. Addition to this i would like to share that last time i had done servicing on 22.08.2017 and as per my experience they had not done any servicing except chain oiling & cleaning.

                Dombivali's vj honda 2 wheeler service centre is not a proper service provider, they are just increasing their revenue by loading 100 bikes per day but quality wise rating 0.

                I am totally unhappy and disappointed with this honda's service centre at dombivali.

I didnot recieve my insurance policy till present and bateery not working i start acitva through kick ang engine also not working properly.                     Sir i have purchase new activa 4g in april 2017 from the first day they create problem in starting and i have told to excutive but they dont give any feedback and even today i dont ahve any insurane policy,, so many times i go to showroom but they did not give me policy,,,, sir tell me what can i do... Either i go to consumer court r u exchange my activa with new activa,,,

                      1. I complained about my vehicle that my handle is tight, might be less air pressure in both tyre or some other issue but have the same prblm even they did not check tyre pressure. It was low. I have to go to petrol pump for filling air.

                      2. Services provider called 10.00 am date 10.11.2017 that your vehicle has been services which i gave him 10.00 date 09.11.2017 and i told him that i will come around 2:15pm because both honda service and me have lunch time during 01.00pm to 2.00pm but when i went around 02.00 pm, vehicle was not ready, honda service person told will told will take 30.00min more to wash and clean.
                      Anyway i did not allow him wash and clean it because i have my office timing.
                      I gave 28hrs for servicing but still they were not able to do that properly.

                        I am using the above mentioned vehicle for the last few years. Recently i came to know that the company stopped the production of the same. Now spare parts are not available at the showrooms. Now i like to exchange it with amother honda two wheeler. I approached your showroom at chavakkad, trichur dt. Kerala john's honda and they expressed their inability to do so. S i humbly request to do the needfull.

                          I'm exhausted from the behaviour of the employees of the service centre-divine honda, beltola, guwahati. Even if i book the servicing, they're unable to deliver the vehicle by time. Today, i left the vehicle at the centre for servicing & asked to complete it by tomorrow morning. But they are saying that they can deliver it by 5:00 pm tomorrow. What the # is this?...

                          They had granted us discount under government bonanza scheme north which granted us discount of 2000 as shown, but in tax invoice (No. Rj09000217v00444) they had charged 58391 rs. And amount shown in cash receipt was 58900 rs. And difference amount of 509 rs.
                          I contacted dealer of our city many times but he was not showing his response towards my problem and refunding us my amount
                          So i have no option and i complaint in national consumer court docket no. 496851
                          So sir kindly pay your attention towards these problem as fast as possible otherwise i have to go for further action...

                            The honda co is very good untill when i visited first time at honda customers services at #nashik city mh
                            There is customer services staff was on guppshupp with together like they are i the party not at duty while i was to solve some of probs.
                            Really i take is very seriously as being of your customer. After that even they are not familiar with their jobs. Or i think they are doing just time pass at honda co.
                            So i gonna to be not longer more with your com.

                              After fixing appoint with your honda service center, kurla for 1200 hrs on sunday 29 october 2017, i arrived with my honda activa 125 for my 3rd service at 11.30 hrs and gave my honda activa, registration number mh-02-em-1628 to service provider nasir after taking the token number. Nasir informed me that i will have to pay rs 796/- as the gear oil has to be drained, and fresh oil has to be replaced along with the normal service. When i got my invoice i noticed a separate invoice was prepared in the name of auto tech solutions india for sun protection for rs 435, which i was not informed earlier (When i gave the bike) that sun protection is being done and the invoice in the name of mark autoriders[protected] dated 29-oct-2017 was for rs. 361.00 for the sun protection. I was following with your kurla service center and the lady kept saying that nasir will call me, which till date he has not called me.

                              Though i got the bike at 4.30 pm after waiting for 3 hrs. Working period (Minus one hour for lunch break) the bike is not serviced as usual. The brake were not touched - same as given before service, not cleaned after wash - little water was seen in the booth. (These are only the noticeable ones)

                              Since i did not request for sun protection, i request the amount of rs 435 be returned to me. I will get the bike brakes, etc adjusted with a private company.

                              I am totally not satisfied with the 3rd service provided and state that i as your customer has been cheated into extracting extra money without being informed earlier.

                                We have black activa 2008 model. We have a problem of petrol leakage the authorized service center ishan automibles alwar get 1500/- rs. And said ur vehicle is fine and ok and ur problem isa no more. We get our vehilce but same day the same problem happens. We went back to s. C they said this is engine problem and for fixing it we have to pay es. 10000.00 inr, and after again check they said 12000.00 rs. And again check rs. 15000/- inr and said ur vehicle will work properly and the problem will be not more, but when went for take delivery after around 21 days they presented bill of rs. 17411/- with gst. And they was sure of that petrol leakage problem is no more do not worry. We paid and get our vehicle but that night the same problem was exist our whole 3 ltr. Petrol wasted and leaked. We went back back to s. C. Than they are saying rs around 5000/- inr. Rs. Work more for against petrol leakage problem. Sir we have cheated badly by ishan automibles. When we make objection in fron of officials and workers of sc. They said why you take ur vehicle here. While honda says to get service and repair of honda vehicle must be get served in company’s authorized service centre.
                                Kindly get us justice we have cheated badly.

                                  Mine is cb unicorn 150 bs4 engine... Purchased it from sona hond showroom shimoga karnataka in april 2017... Till now it ran 8700 km... Milage iz 60 in city 64 on highway... But i have to get chain tightened for every 200km dats d prblm n it gets off suddenly without reason at d time not even self starter or kicker doent work.

                                  Even d in d sona honda showroom in shimoga karnataka they didnot rectify my problem n even they dont response positively they neglect our feedback n complaints...

The vehicle was sold to another person and it was not registered to him, still it is showing on my name, in cibli also it is showing uncleared status. Ur Showroom men not even responding me. This reason may take devour action and I personally take action on Ur HONDA showroom.

                                    I am one of honda customer we will use activa from last 3year also do the service through honda authorized service center only & prefer it to all near by pipole
                                    We have done last service at m/s chakradhar honda & slight disturb due to demanded repair work not complited by service center but not escalated to honda
                                    Now in 2nd service service center give me surprise on 2nd day he told me that veh crank is band & replace estimate of it is a 4 k than we told him pl given justifi reason how to damage it than he given reason like due to on side stand if we use kick than it is possible than we clarify him my 2 wheelar is cover only 10 k mileage also we naver use kick in it becuse battery is ok & veh start ok than why we are using the same than service center person told that it is need to replace no clarification provided from service center side
                                    If we are not using kick also daily using by singal handed how it is possible to damage crank.? If thair is any product deffect than replaced it under menufecturer warranty but he is denied for the same even we told him that pl share honda service engeenier detail but he have no detail so with so much pain we draft it on website pl help us to repair my 2 wheelar on urgent basis
                                    If crank is damage due to our any mistake than pl give me a justified & socially acceptable reason with clarification
                                    Becuse in 10 k milage how we are bear rs 5k pl look in to the matter & resolve isues

                                      My honda activa 3g service was not done properly, i have said to do something else n the service centre have not done that thing.. Very much disappointed from the service centre

                                      Not in original bill. And even i want to the free service from company
                                      Every tym i have paid money for services.
                                      Even i ask to talk with the manager they arrogantly said go and complaint anyone they don't care is this a way to talk with customer. Late service even not proper disgust with the service..
