Dear customer care,
I'm exhausted from the behaviour of the employees of the service centre-divine honda, beltola, guwahati. Even if i book the servicing, they're unable to deliver the vehicle by time. Today, i left the vehicle at the centre for servicing & asked to complete it by tomorrow morning. But they are saying that they can deliver it by 5:00 pm tomorrow. What the # is this?...

Respected sir,
I had purchased honda motorbike cb shine sp125 dated 31oct.2017.
They had granted us discount under government bonanza scheme north which granted us discount of 2000 as shown, but in tax invoice (No. Rj09000217v00444) they had charged 58391 rs. And amount shown in cash receipt was 58900 rs. And difference amount of 509 rs.
I contacted dealer of our city many times but he was not showing his response towards my problem and refunding us my amount
So i have no option and i complaint in national consumer court docket no. 496851
So sir kindly pay your attention towards these problem as fast as possible otherwise i have to go for further action...

    The honda co is very good untill when i visited first time at honda customers services at #nashik city mh
    There is customer services staff was on guppshupp with together like they are i the party not at duty while i was to solve some of probs.
    Really i take is very seriously as being of your customer. After that even they are not familiar with their jobs. Or i think they are doing just time pass at honda co.
    So i gonna to be not longer more with your com.

      After fixing appoint with your honda service center, kurla for 1200 hrs on sunday 29 october 2017, i arrived with my honda activa 125 for my 3rd service at 11.30 hrs and gave my honda activa, registration number mh-02-em-1628 to service provider nasir after taking the token number. Nasir informed me that i will have to pay rs 796/- as the gear oil has to be drained, and fresh oil has to be replaced along with the normal service. When i got my invoice i noticed a separate invoice was prepared in the name of auto tech solutions india for sun protection for rs 435, which i was not informed earlier (When i gave the bike) that sun protection is being done and the invoice in the name of mark autoriders[protected] dated 29-oct-2017 was for rs. 361.00 for the sun protection. I was following with your kurla service center and the lady kept saying that nasir will call me, which till date he has not called me.

      Though i got the bike at 4.30 pm after waiting for 3 hrs. Working period (Minus one hour for lunch break) the bike is not serviced as usual. The brake were not touched - same as given before service, not cleaned after wash - little water was seen in the booth. (These are only the noticeable ones)

      Since i did not request for sun protection, i request the amount of rs 435 be returned to me. I will get the bike brakes, etc adjusted with a private company.

      I am totally not satisfied with the 3rd service provided and state that i as your customer has been cheated into extracting extra money without being informed earlier.

        Sir,
        We have black activa 2008 model. We have a problem of petrol leakage the authorized service center ishan automibles alwar get 1500/- rs. And said ur vehicle is fine and ok and ur problem isa no more. We get our vehilce but same day the same problem happens. We went back to s. C they said this is engine problem and for fixing it we have to pay es. 10000.00 inr, and after again check they said 12000.00 rs. And again check rs. 15000/- inr and said ur vehicle will work properly and the problem will be not more, but when went for take delivery after around 21 days they presented bill of rs. 17411/- with gst. And they was sure of that petrol leakage problem is no more do not worry. We paid and get our vehicle but that night the same problem was exist our whole 3 ltr. Petrol wasted and leaked. We went back back to s. C. Than they are saying rs around 5000/- inr. Rs. Work more for against petrol leakage problem. Sir we have cheated badly by ishan automibles. When we make objection in fron of officials and workers of sc. They said why you take ur vehicle here. While honda says to get service and repair of honda vehicle must be get served in company’s authorized service centre.
        Kindly get us justice we have cheated badly.

          Mine is cb unicorn 150 bs4 engine... Purchased it from sona hond showroom shimoga karnataka in april 2017... Till now it ran 8700 km... Milage iz 60 in city 64 on highway... But i have to get chain tightened for every 200km dats d prblm n it gets off suddenly without reason at d time not even self starter or kicker doent work.

          Even d in d sona honda showroom in shimoga karnataka they didnot rectify my problem n even they dont response positively they neglect our feedback n complaints...

          I have My vehicle to exchang on 05/08/2016 . The vehicle was sold to another person and it was not registered to him, still it is showing on my name, in cibli also it is showing uncleared status. Ur Showroom men not even responding me. This reason may take devour action and I personally take action on Ur HONDA showroom.

            I am one of honda customer we will use activa from last 3year also do the service through honda authorized service center only & prefer it to all near by pipole
            We have done last service at m/s chakradhar honda & slight disturb due to demanded repair work not complited by service center but not escalated to honda
            Now in 2nd service service center give me surprise on 2nd day he told me that veh crank is band & replace estimate of it is a 4 k than we told him pl given justifi reason how to damage it than he given reason like due to on side stand if we use kick than it is possible than we clarify him my 2 wheelar is cover only 10 k mileage also we naver use kick in it becuse battery is ok & veh start ok than why we are using the same than service center person told that it is need to replace no clarification provided from service center side
            If we are not using kick also daily using by singal handed how it is possible to damage crank.? If thair is any product deffect than replaced it under menufecturer warranty but he is denied for the same even we told him that pl share honda service engeenier detail but he have no detail so with so much pain we draft it on website pl help us to repair my 2 wheelar on urgent basis
            If crank is damage due to our any mistake than pl give me a justified & socially acceptable reason with clarification
            Becuse in 10 k milage how we are bear rs 5k pl look in to the matter & resolve isues

              My honda activa 3g service was not done properly, i have said to do something else n the service centre have not done that thing.. Very much disappointed from the service centre

              Not in original bill. And even i want to the free service from company
              Every tym i have paid money for services.
              Even i ask to talk with the manager they arrogantly said go and complaint anyone they don't care is this a way to talk with customer. Late service even not proper disgust with the service..

                I have taken new honda activa 125 and after 6 month a noise came continuously and then after i tried every honda dealer and their technician regarding the same but no one give me any proper feedback that why such noise is coming from engine and as after my free service period expire i went for another honda showroom for the regular servicing so that time also i asked regarding the same problem so that time they updated that there is problem in crank shaft and bentex and it will cost around 13, ooo/- and i was shocked after listening as its been a year i asked with many of the dealer during the time of servicing regarding my problem but no one give any solution and told its just a normal noise and came from vehicle and then after i mail to honda service centre and taking follow up with them also but till now i have not received any feedback and resolution for the same. Its like they are just selling their product but not improving the dealer and their servicing who are cheating the customers every day just for the sake of money and increasing the bill.

                  Hi. Yesredday i have purchase an electric part cdi (Unit comp. Digita kwp901) for my honda activa but when it puts in it than the parts nor work. I have purchased that from royal motors, sector -21 gandhinagar, gujarat. The parts was defective and not for use. But royal motors refuse to replace that.

                  In past 2-3 time i also faced service related issues from the same place.

                  This time again i have faced the same issue..

                  Please look into matter earlier and revert back soon.

                    I had booked honda cb shine sp colour:- grey grey metallic at v. J. Automobiles pvt. Ltd. Ulhasnagar thane, maharashtra. On 11/10/2017 & paid rs.1000/- as a booking amount vide receipt no. 2017/rc/20607 & booking no. 2017/co/3470 sales representatives assured me the delivery of bike within 20 to 25 days. But now they told me that they are unable to deliver the bike due to non availability of bikes from honda company.
                    So please inform me the exact period i should expect the delivery as per your supply. (Honda's) otherwise there is no option to purchase bike from another company.

                      I have bought honda activa 4g and fist servicing has done through varun honda, raipur (C. G.) on 03.11.2017 but, till date complete service has not been done after rapidly saying by me. Now i am feeling very hurt and now i think why i bought honda bike. When a customer goes for buying dealer say we will always with you for your all kind of help any time but this type of incident look like truth is different. If you are considering in customer interest and your company reputation please take strict immediate action against varun honda, raipur chhattishgarh of your end so that do not bother further customer please.

                        1) Fr suspension very noise

                        2) Braking time noise

                        3) Engine noise high & vibration

                          Have done all the services till date at haiku motors pvt ltd, k. R puram.
                          2wheeler chassis no : me4jc589aet054126, engine no : jc58et3241690
                          Unfortunately the engine got locked or the engine makes noise, but still the engine stats and and able to ride it. But it can go to worst if the service is not done on time. So visited haiku motors pvt lts, k. R puram to get the 2 wheeler serviced and had said will not pay any charges for the engine since have bough the extended warranty of 5 years. The delear refused to accept the issue and do the service. The center has no record of all the historical service done for my 2 wheeler and the manager demands to get all the serviced bills to check the track record of the service. The honda 2 wheeler folks during the time buying the 2 wheeler they make so many promises this extended warranty will help and maintain the vechile in good condition. The honda have not even bothered to call up and inform the customer that the 2 wheeler has to serviced. Kindly please check in to the matter and do the needful.

                          My Honda cd 110 dx servicing on km 14162 have done in showroom mandsaur. Honda showroom service charge 310 and oil change charge 230 total 540 rs . I have paid . but I have service another showroom service charge only 150 . mandsaur Honda showroom charge 160 more comparison to another showroom. please provide service charge of Honda bike .

                            With due respect i have to say that as per your reply message dua honda sakchi service center is not taking serious and just neglecting the problem of self starting and milage meter of the new bike honda cb shine.
                            Sir, it is unfortunate enough to me that due to new honda cb shine self starting problem as well as milage meter problem i havebeen reaching my office distination delay and have to execuse my bosses the reason of self starting as well as not starting new honda cb shine as well as problem of milage meter.
                            Sir the brand value of honda is getting diminishing as i along with my colleagues and relatives as well as neighbours have bow that not to buy honda bike in future.
                            Once again i am requesting you to pls pls ask dua honda sakchi to take my case seriously and rectify the problem of self as well as starting problem.

                            With due respect i have to say that as per your reply message Dua Honda Sakchi Service Center is not taking serious and just neglecting the problem of Self Starting and Milage Meter of the New Bike Honda CB Shine.
                            Sir, it is unfortunate enough to me that due to New Honda Cb shine Self Starting problem as well as Milage Meter problem i havebeen reaching my Office distination delay and have to execuse my Bosses the reason of Self starting as well aS NOT STARTING New Honda CB Shine AS WELL AS PROBLEM OF MILAGE METER.
                            sIR tHE BRAND VALUE OF hONDA IS GETTING DIMINISHING AS I ALONG WITH MY COLLEAGUES AND RELATIVES AS WELL AS NEIGHBOURS HAVE BOW THAT NOT TO BUY hONDA BIKE IN FUTURE.

                              I am completley frustrated the way that service done for my bike, so that i am writing a huge story

                              I have taken half day leave office due to this on monday morning

                              I have given my bike for service on 4th nov 2017 (Sat) and they have given estimation of 1600 rs said that they will do service by changing air filter oil etc..

                              I have asked them to put a bolt in my bumber which is missing they have noted down all my comments and
                              Asked me to take the bike on sunday evening.

                              Sunday evening they have called me and said they are closing early, so i can take monday morning only.

                              Moday morning 9:30 i have went to take my bike back
                              When i went to the service area my bike was not there and they asked me to pay the bill,
                              I have paid 1413.00 rs and came back to service center and saw my bike where they just did a water wash (Just take

                              I have asked them whether service is done or not the person told that the service done only polysing is pending
                              I have waited for 15 mins and they given my bike with polishing
                              I am not able to see any symptoms for any polishing is done

                              I took my bike and just a 5 meters from showroom noticed that my horn is not working
                              And my bumpber is making huge noice, i have stopped my bike and saw that the bolt i have mentioned them to put on sat is not done

                              I took my bike back to service center and asked same person who took my service
                              He took my bike in to the service center asked me to wait for 5 mins

                              After 15 mins he came wit my bike and said everything is done except polishing (As he doesn't know the polishing is done and he is not able to see any symptoms of polishing)
                              He took the bike for polishing to the person who did first polishing that guy said i just polished the bike

                              Then the guy told the polishing is not proper do it again (I didn"t told them anyting about polishing)

                              Again they did a polishing and given me the bike and the 2 polishing is also not proper (Taken photos infront of showroom if needed will share)

                              I am sure that they given my bike by doing water wash only

                                Gave my sister's honda dio for 4th servicing at 21 honda chandivali. Executive raj took the job sheet to enter the following change engine oil, clutch oil and then said kick was hard so needs servicing. Charged 150 for it. When i came next day for picking the dio nothing was done just the engine oil was changed. Bike was not washed too. I was very angry and would like to escalate to the ceo of honda india for the behaviour of 21 honda service centre chandivali andheri east. Vehicle number mh03 cl 3094 my name rabbani shaikh. Very dissatisfied customer

                                  1. Disposible glass not available at service center. Only 1 dirty glass put on bottle. Manager told that company did not provide glass..
                                  2. Wash room not available for male and female also. Manager told that you can fresh outside road.
                                  3. News paper also not available at costumer section. Manager told that news paper in show room manager cabin.

                                    I want you to see my complaint as fast as you can
                                    So, i bought activa 3g on 5th of january 2016 and i am have a hell lot of troubles for the handle vibrating milage problem and after registration its been about 8 month i did not got my rc book which also known as the smart card

                                      My activa 125's battery needs to be replaced but every time at servicing on keshava honda, hardoi (U. P.) i told them about the battery problem. But they say it was disharged and now they have charged it again. After 2-3 days, battery again does not work properly. Many times, i was stucked on roads and activa 125 not starting. During urgent matters as to catch trains on time, to travel for coaching, i got stuck in horrible condition as early morning, late evening on no people's geographical location so that there is not much safe option left. Recently after facing above type of problems, i again went to keshava honda service center regarding problem of battery, they held the vehicle activa 125 on 31october 2017 for 4 days and again they said that battery was discharged and instead of replacing battery, they charged battery again and forcibly parked the vehicle out of service area premises saying that fixed battery but i again faced problem regarding starting of activa 125 and it's battery.
                                      That is why i has to file a online complaint. Please change the battery of my activa125 which is in warranty period.
