After fixing appoint with your honda service center, kurla for 1200 hrs on sunday 29 october 2017, i arrived with my honda activa 125 for my 3rd service at 11.30 hrs and gave my honda activa, registration number mh-02-em-1628 to service provider nasir after taking the token number. Nasir informed me that i will have to pay rs 796/- as the gear oil has to be drained, and fresh oil has to be replaced along with the normal service. When i got my invoice i noticed a separate invoice was prepared in the name of auto tech solutions india for sun protection for rs 435, which i was not informed earlier (When i gave the bike) that sun protection is being done and the invoice in the name of mark autoriders[protected] dated 29-oct-2017 was for rs. 361.00 for the sun protection. I was following with your kurla service center and the lady kept saying that nasir will call me, which till date he has not called me.
Though i got the bike at 4.30 pm after waiting for 3 hrs. Working period (Minus one hour for lunch break) the bike is not serviced as usual. The brake were not touched - same as given before service, not cleaned after wash - little water was seen in the booth. (These are only the noticeable ones)
Since i did not request for sun protection, i request the amount of rs 435 be returned to me. I will get the bike brakes, etc adjusted with a private company.
I am totally not satisfied with the 3rd service provided and state that i as your customer has been cheated into extracting extra money without being informed earlier.
