Respected sir

I had planned to purchase a motorcycle (Honda dream yuga) in month of october 2017. So i visited my wings honda showroom located at sinhagad road, pune.
I paid rs. 10740 (Ten thousand, seven hundred and forty) as booking amount. The showroom staff told me that they will issue the vehicle within few days.
But due to some unexpected personal reasons i had cancel my booking. I have completed all the formalities regarding refund procedure on 9 october as per the directions of showroom sales staff.
The showroom sales staff had assured me to refund my money within 8 to 10 days.
But now after 20 days my wings honda showroom staff is not issuing me refund of my money. I have already visited the showroom couple of times but every time the concerned staff persons are giving totally unbelievable and most illogical reasons for not issuing the refund.
Due to this, hereby i am launching my complaint regarding not getting my money back from my wings honda showroom.
I am requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful

    Injine heat on the stopped my unicorn bike. Air blocked. I purchased 5 months back unicorn bike in kadapa amogha honda showroom. I am went to 60 to 65 max speed. But injine is heated. This problem is 2 times. But showroom mecamics are not solved my problem. So he is said that manufacturer defects. Please solve my problem. I[censored] r not solve then i will consulting court

      Kl13ae9736- r c owner beena cv. This vehicle met with an accident on 25.09.2017. Entrusted to cannanore automotive co. Pallikkulam, kannur 670 011 on 26.09.2017 for repair under insurance claim. 33 days over after entrustment. No replay. Highly irresponsible. 7 times contacted personally. But turned a deaf ear. The worst service centre. Inordinate delay. Irresponsible service managaer. Initiating legal compensation claim for deficiency in service.
      Company is also responsible for compensation since the company had given list of authorised service centres including the cannanore automotive co. Pallikkulam, kannur 670 011. Never heard of such a worst service centre. This information will be passed to everybody who intends to buy honda activa 3g or any other vehicle of your company.

        Hello sir/madam i had purchased activa3g in the year 2016 month of october from siddhivinayak honda shahjahanpur uttar pradesh 242001 but my rc book is not properly maintained and the dealer deliberately commit a mistake in rc book and now when i asked him for my rc book they always gave me different excuses and said that they will provide me soon and its going out to be 1 year kindly sort out my problem as soon as you can...

After that front body and head light upper body has been damaged. After many time touch the auto scan service center munger. But they have not assured me to rectify the two wheller.

            Dear sir,
            As i mention above the matter. I purchase activa 125 on 21/10/2017. But few days after scooter not working properly due to battery terminal bolt loose consult by immediate local mechanic. Sir i am working in toyota past 16 year in bangalore and i have trust in japanese products. So i prefer for honda scooter only for quality. But in your company quality is too worst as i think compare to other scooters. Please consult consult as soon as possible for further information. Now i have panic is that which defects will come in future.. I think in your dealers are nor check pdi points to deliver customer..

              I brought a new honda hornet on 14.07.2017 from singhal automotive, nikol. From day 1 i was complaining about the engine heating issue. I have given the bike for 1st serivce at punjab honda service center, behind alpha one mall, vastrapur, ahmedabad. The issue is not resolved. Again i raised a complaint at singhal honda, nikol which again they asked me to keep the bike for serivce at punjab honda serive station, vastrapur. The issue is not resolved and there was a scratch on the bike after service. Today i. E., on 27.10.2017 i gave for serivce. This is the worst experience that i ever had from the last 3 times. The auto start and the display not working. I don't know what service they do at the service. Every time i give for serivce instead of solving the issue they are bringing up new issues on my bike. This is harassing mentally and i am very much dissatisfied of the service providing by the honda company.in simple i can say "there is no better service after sale" commitments provided at the time of sale is not fulfilling while service. Worst worst and worst experience

                Hello i have purchased activa 4g from counto honda mapusa. But till today some sound is coming from inside like frak frak.. Continously while driving on 30/40 speed km. I went in showroom told them ma problem service advisor told me to keep the bike they kept ma bike for abt 14 days. Everyday i used to call them even visit the showroom twice a day bt they dint give me proper service. They told me tht it will be ready in next day 13 october to 26 october 2017 yesterday they gaved ma bike without solving ma problem and now the sound is coming more and more. They just saying we will call you and tell. What is use to purchase the new bike spending money. I have purchased my bike by cash that's not i have to wait for it. I have to wait this long than what would be there service.. Since now the bike is in damaged plzz look in ma matter as m in need of my bike as possible.. Please check with showroom as they are not responding

                Hello i have purchased my activa 4g bike on 19th june 2017. But till today from purchased some sound is coming from inside like frak.. Frak.. On first serving i have told them abt ma prob and they ignored and told me its normal will do it for second service. Bt sound was continously coming after doing second servicing also sound comes so they told me to keep the bike in showroom mapusa counto honda so i kept ma bike on 13th october 2017 the service advisor told me tht your bike will be ok in next day bt they took 14 days to solve ma bikes problem i used to call them continually even i visited the showroom twice a day finally they gave ma bike yesterday 16 october 2017 bt they dint solve ma bikes prob they gaved me as it is.. They dint gaved me better service they are just saying we will call you that's not i have to wait and do ma work in bus i took bike in cash for ma work as m in need. I have to wait this long than what would be there service. Please see ma bike as m in need as early as possible..

                  Continue vibration, start problem, extra sounds n i requested manager of kolhapur brance my dream honda to give me new vechical on day 5th i taken the vehcial, he refused n told further no issue will b there but still now there are prblems n they cheated on me, that they told the foot rest is been changed but it was juss repaired n it accoured a same problem

                    I was told to come at 8 am in the morning to give my activa 125 for servicing (Paid).. When i went there were other peoples too.. Mine was 26 no.. I had to wait for 1.5 hrs as the advisors (2 in number) were taking atlst 15 mins for each vehicle. The told me to come by 3 nd vehicle will be ready. I called them at 4 to ask about my vehicle they said tht it will be ready by 6... I said ok.. But when i called again at 6 they said because of some issue vehicle is not ready.. It will be ready by next dat at 11 am... I wasnt happy though i was helpless.. I agreed. Again when the next day i called them 3 pm in the afternoon... They informed me that my vehicle is still not ready... Again nd again they are delaying the delivery... Whats the use of standing in queue for 1.5 hrs in early morning when i had to wait for 2 days for my vehicle

                      Hello i have purchase activa 125 from kanse satara showroom. Purchased on 30 sep but till today the steel fitting is not done. Calling repeatedly but not getting proper response. Please check with showroom as they are not responding us properly. I live 75km away from showroom where in i had to visit the showroom 3 to 4time for this. We have taken bike on cash but it's of no use as m not getting proper service.

                        it has with reference to my various calls at toll free numbers and mails about my complaints (SINCE 5th. Sept 2017).
                        the matter and complaint is still unsolved.
                        as such you are requested to pls do needful at the immediate and resolve the long awaited issues.
                        regarding the same we talked and discussed the issue with your RAJASTHAN STATE's HMSI office and spoke to Regional service manager Devendra ji (name not sure but mobile no. is sure)
                        at his mobile.[protected] and to Mr. Sukhvindra ji on[protected]. but sorry to note/say that even they too are not interested in resolving the issue and not taking any step(s) in the matter.
                        they are well aware of the issue. they ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN ME, WHEN EVER I CALL THEM THEY CUT THE CALL DURING THE CONVERSATIONS OR AFTER HEARING MY NAME/PLACE.
                        THEY thinks that CUSTOMER IS FOOL.
                        THEY BOTH taking FAVOUR of THE DEALER AND HIS HIDDEN all the MISSACTS from day ONE. Which pls be noted.
                        on 14/9/2017 i again visited to SHREE MOTORS (AAIJI HONDA) Pali, to inform and request them to resolve the issue.
                        I AM VERY SURPRISED BY THE REPLY GIVING BY THEM (MR. SANDEEP CHOUDHRY, OWNER) and his employees.. they rude replied me that " DO ANYTHING YOU WANT/WISH, THE COURTS ARE OPEN, YOU DO WHATEVER U DREAMED & WISHED. YOU ARE FREE TO DECIDE. (EVEN THE OTHER OWNER MR. PRADEEP JI CHOUDHARY ALSO WELL AWARE ABT THIS REPLY/ANSWER.
                        I ESTEEMED CUSTOMER I WLL NEVER HOPE TO LISTEN THESE KIND OF REPLIES FROM DEALER ETC.

                        when HMSI asked abt the matter/issue etc. the dealer mislead and gave false/baseless reply to HMSI too.
                        the dealer wants to keep HMSI in dark, showing me wrong at his level. HE BETTER KNOWN WHY...

                        sir, i am being very much harresed with all of them. even HMSI closing my complaints without taking my satisfaction note etc. from dealer and without confirming that my matter is resolved or not.
                        every time i am requesting to RE-OPEN my Complaints which is still not resolved.
                        so may customers are dissatisfied with dealer and his services rendered to esteemed HONDA customers.

                        BEFORE I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TO FIGHT MY LEGAL RIGHTS .

                        My complaint is still not resolved by your dealer n by
                        HMSI.
                        Made calls to you several times but no response from you and your dealer.
                        Pls do needful at the earliest.

                          Honda bike company that not give importance to customer companies services is too bad., my honda hornet i will purchase last year on august.
                          My bike front shock observer leakage oil again and again i will complain 3 time but company is not response.. So friends does not buy honda bikes and scooter. The honda bike company is super 3rd class company in the world.

                            I have bought activa on23 sep 2017.
                            I got the message from rto on 12 oct, about nunber plate fitment, still they are not responding anything.

                            Ramkrupa chikhli, ther main branch navsari.
                            This is not worth it, i have urgent need bike to shift. It's already a month & 5 days

                            They just saying we will call you, that's not i hav to wait for it, just number fitment, i have to wait this long than what would be there service

                            It's been a week since i already submitted the complain & still no response. It's very bad experience for me with honda.

                            I got the message about nunber plate fitment from rto on12 oct 2017.
                            They still can't do the job.
                            Just little number plate fitment.
                            I didn't want bike now i want to return it & give proper settlement amount for my bike. I had enough of honda

                              We are trusted customer of honda bikes. We had purchased a honda shine and used it for 5 years. Then your new model yuva was launched so as per the good average assurance given by your company we purchased it in 2015. The bike is regularly serviced at your service station at regular intervals yet it has developed some major problem in its engine. This according to the mechanic is a manufacturing defect. Also no guidance was given by the dealer for extended warranty. Now they are charging a high amount for the repairs. This is very ridiculous to have a bike with such a reputed brand to last for such a short span. I request you to kindly look in to the matter and forward my complaint and help to get the maintenance done at low cost.

                                Most humbly and respectfully i want to state that i meet with an accident one month ago with my bike in behror, rajasthan. I have submitted my bike on 23/09/2017 to your nearest service center branch (Jai ambey honda, [protected]) alwar road, indira colony, behror, rajasthan, pin code -301701. My bike was in warranty and insured with your honda services as per policy. Till now i haven't got any response from your service as i have submitted all the required money in advance to your service center. My trust on honda is going deffered day by day as it is known for its customer satisfaction.

                                I, therefore, request you to please deliver my bike or response me on urgent bases so i could start my work soon and highly obliged me. Required details is mentioned below. Also, i have submitted my original dl and rc was submitted to your service center along with bike. If i won't get any response thorugh this email then i will be helpless and go to consumer forum because i called so many times to your service center and every time they told me tha t it would take 1 week.

                                  My self raju rai, i buy honda activa 3g scoty as on[protected], for my sis, but same is our big mistake on trust of brand. We phasing statr related iasu in this vechel from very first day and not resolved to till date, three times we reported this issue in authorised service center anamika honda hajipur bihar, but same is not resolved by service team and service engineer suggest this is manufacturing defect in this model hence he is not abel to fix this issue,

                                    Re: honda livo, gj14al8267 1500km run

                                    On 9/8/2017 i purchased a bike (Honda livo) from your dealership (Year-2017, honda mcy and sco. I. P. Ltd, model - livo dr and gj14al8267). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because bike creates different type of knock from engine while am drive above the speed of 40km and not getting smooth mileage, 'your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when i collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there'.

                                    I would appreciate it if you could organised to have the problem fixed/use another repairer to fix the problem. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my bike and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost i have kept the receipts as proof.

                                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 30/10/2017, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

I had given my bike for 3rd free servicing but i am not satisfied with the servicing from the concerned dealer. They only washed my bike and handed back to me. I am at all satisfied with the services provided from your concerned dealer. I shall not recommend any one to purchase honda bike from my area if no action taken against my complain.

                                        Ordered spare parts from honda to replace my bikes parts after an accident and has not yet even recieved it after two months

                                        Sales dealer : prime honda
                                        Date of order : 25/08/2017.
                                        The service centre had pointed out that it is the delay from honda company to send them the parts ordered which is delaying the whole parts.
                                        Pls do the needful.
